The gluten free selection in pizzas is very good!

Really disappointing pizza. Soggy, garlic ladden mush. Not what I ordered, and basil was conspicuous in its absence.

Brilliant place, my son said it was the best GF pizza he has ever had , The sourdough pizzas were amazing, and it was fantastic to watch the chefs toss the dough in the air. So fresh will definitely be returning.

Went for Valentine’s Day, lovely atmosphere and even lovelier waitresses. They accommodated all of our needs and even switched a drink for me!

The gluten free pizza is incredible. I visit when I'm in Bath and wish they'd open one in London....how it can be so much better than anywhere else I don't know! It's so good I think I plan my trips to Bath around eating here sometimes!

Better than any pizza we’ve had anywhere. After dozens of research trips in Italy (including Sicily), the pizza at Dough is yet to be knocked off its No 1 spot. Service is absolutely charming too! And those delicious Spagliati! Thank-you!

I've been here twice and got the same pizza both times. The first time it was great – 5*, no complaints. The second time, the dough was very thin and crunchy, to the extent that I scratched the inside of my mouth with it. The amount of toppings on their pizzas is average. On both my visits, my highlight was the desert pizza with chocolate and fruit. This alone makes me want to go again, even though I'm not excited for the main.

Both mine and my partner’s Pizza dough was tough and dry. The pizza was burnt. No accompaniments available. The waitresses were attentive and kind, and offered another pizza to be cooked, but alas, we didn’t have time to wait (and I feared the same result!). Would not eat there again! In fact, I have just had the most delicious pizza at another establishment a week later and I feel the need to leave this review, because of the significant discrepancy between the two pizzas!

Really great experience. Emanuelle was brilliant as were the rest of the team and the pizza chef was fantastic. Dog friendly too which was a huge bonus. Definitely recommend Dough!

Our go to restaurant for pizza when in Bath. Everyone is always so pleasant and the food tastes great. Nice variety and the Nutella dessert is pure indulgence.

A cosy, warm Italian pizzeria. Authentic taste and great service. For Gluten free this place is brilliant. All pizzas are available for GF options with four different GF bases too. We'll definitely be back for more.

The restaurant isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside; the ambience, atmosphere, wonderful staff & delicious, generously sized portions of food more than make up for that. I had the cannelloni, which was scrumptious and the variety of pizzas also delivered to our take were exceptionally well received. We left with full bellys and would certainly recommend Dough.

We popped in on a busy Saturday evening. We were unsure if there was a free table for 2. It was very cold outside and we were welcomed into the warm restaurant while they checked to see if we could be squeezed in. We could! My partner and I had a lovely meal and nothing was too much trouble! I was very lucky and had the last bottle of Bath Gem beer. The attention to service was first class and the food fresh! A nice, warm pleasant evening. Thank you so much.

Prices are very high. Food is mediocre at best. Should have gone to Pizza Express.

The most delicious pizzas. People aren’t wrong when they say maybe the best gluten free pizzas ever. Loved the variety of options of gluten free ones; we got two different bases with two different toppings to share, and want to go back to try more!

We really like this place. The dough is pretty awesome which makes such nice pizza, and with lots of options for toppings. I had the calzone which had an egg, mushroom, ham and cheese inside it. Really tasty. The pizza base is a bit crisper on the veggie one my wife had, which is probably the difference between that and the way the calzone is baked and folded. Generous portions and good pricing. I'd recommend for a nice lunch whilst in Bath.

Food - amazing. Love how the different dough’s compliment the the toppings. All the staff friendly and the right level of attentiveness. Great place to catch up with friends and equally family friendly.

Pizza dough was too thin for me.. so it didn’t taste that good. Also didn’t know choosing dough costs 2 pounds cause ‘choose your base’ was at the top of the menu that made me feel like I should choose one. Can’t order wine in glass, although it was written on the menu. I ordered LE FREAK, for me, the Parma ham was salty and difficult to chew.. But clean toilet👍 Also have service fee

The food is excellent, I had a calzone with turmeric gluten-free dough and vegan cheese, the taste was incredible and the dough amazing, it is very fresh, it really is the best gluten-free pasta I have ever tasted. They bring the ingredients straight from Italy. The staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Yesterday was my first time and honestly every penny worth it the multigrain base is must try.

Dough was an absolute treat last night, the pizza was freshly cooked and I tried the seaweed Dough. It was surprisingly good, with a light saltiness. I sadly couldn't finish it however they do offer takeaway boxes. Highly recommended 👌

The Margherita pizza was delicious. Thin and crispy crust with fresh toppings, baked to perfection. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended.

We went in for dinner at the last minute and they were nice to accommodate us. I got the meat lovers pizza. They put bacon and sausage on it - bacon was quite salty, something I don't enjoy. We also got tiramisu with Nutella for dessert.

In my opinion one of the best pizzerias in the area. Pizzas (including the dough, of which you have ~10 choices) are freshly prepared in front of you. Perfectly made and good taste. Service very attentive.

We went there for a quick bite and loved the short time we spent. Got a seat next to the pizza station where we could watch the chef's display of tossing the dough 😅. Waiting staff was attentive even though they were busy. Loved their playlist too! A pizza and a Peroni and good vibes. Only bad remark: the toilet could have been cleaner.

Excellent pizza, a range of unusual bases and twists on famaliar toppings - alongside your usual fare. We loved it. The ‘Smokey’ was a particularly good choice. Great service too.

Great pizza 🍕 very tasty though over the last year or so things have changed with ingredients (ham for example on kid's pizza and ice-cream portion was meager) aren't as good and service nowhere near as friendly. Italian rock music playing very loudly throughout the meal, not the best experience. Probably wouldn't return.

It is a very well located place in the center of the city. The terrace on the interior promenade is very pleasant. The cuisine is mainly Italian. The staff is what stands out the most for its attention and speed.

Great choice of gluten-free pizzas freshly made. we got a ”meat lover" and smokey and they were as good as it gets.

I loved everything and there are also employees who speak Spanish and the food and service are spectacular ❤️ I don't have any problems🌟

Pretty good pizza at a pretty good price too (although didnt know that adding flavours to the pizza dough costs extra 2-3pounds and it tasted almost the same like normal dough). Would recommend the Calzone and the Chocolate Nutella dessert pizza.

A wee bit disappointed by this place. Read really good reviews so decided to go. The vegan pizza was really dry (probably because there was no tomato sauce base) and toppings were not generous. Service was good and they allowed me to switch one of the toppings. Would not go back.

Absolutely amazing pizza I never eat anywhere else when I come into Bath. I'm from Cape Town and usually they have a pizza called the carribean where you can put pineapple and banana on. It was a first time for Chef Angelo but he made it happen for me everytime I come there. I also love that they do gluten free as I'm gluten intolerant. The crust is so crispy and the pizza is so tasty. There is always friendly smiles to greet me whenever I come there. Thank you so much always appreciate going to this restaurant.

When we arrived we thought to order 2 pizzas and have some left overs. HOWEVER, when they served us, we could no hold ourselves as it was DELICIOUS. We eaten all and oder one tiramisu 🤤🤤 the service was really friendly too. Highly recommended, is an experience by itself

The pizza had raw vegetables on top… not much that could salvage the experience except the service from the staff.

An amazing restaurant for gluten-free food. They probably serve the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had and you even get to choose between 5 different gluten-free pizza bases. We had a prawn and feta cheese pizza on the seaweed base and a pepperoni pizza on the hemp base. Both were exquisite. The staff here is very professional and knows how to handle allergies. This applies to all diets, not just the celiac one. The chefs are very nice and funny and we had a great conversation with one of them. This is just a great place to be with some outstanding food.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time!

We came here because we knew pizza would be quick to get back to our tour bus. Little did we know we would stumble into the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was perfect in every respect. The dough was chewy and had such a wonderful flavor. I was so full at the end but the pizza was so good I would have eaten another pizza just because. The owner is from Italy and imports everything from Italy. It’s truly the highest quality ingredients and it definitely shows in the food.

Pizza Base was reasonable, but let down by a pomodoro sauce that was a little too sweet for my taste. Cheese was MIA. Wine was overpriced for what it was, but then that was often the case in Bath. Only place where I found decent wine was Corkage and that was at eye watering prices.

The best coeliac friendly gluten free pizza I’ve had! The dough was fluffy, chewy, and extremely tasty. They use a gf flour to roll and dust the pizzas so there’s no gluten in the air, and they follow protocols to avoid cc. Regular pizzas were also very good according to familt.

Best authentic Italian pizza and amazing service. Will definitely be coming again, food was delicious and our waiter Euan was very attentive to our needs, explaining the menu and gave us recommendations based on food we like. I decided to try the pepperoni calabresi based on this recommendation and was not disappointed to say the least!

Lovely pizza joint with lots of vegan options. Pizzas are fully customizable. You can choose different types of doughs but (1) normal sourdough is really good, (2) alternative dough flavors are too subtle considering the extra charge for order.

We came here at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, and there was almost no one there. Different pizzas come with different doughs. The two of us ordered one pizza, one Italian pie, and one salad. The portions were just right, and everything was delicious. The pizza is the best in my life, highly recommended!

Best pizzeria in town!! You can't go wrong, Dough is by far the best pizzeria in Bath! The food is amazing, the quality of the ingredients is always top and you can choose between different types of doughs. The staff at the Corridor is fantastic, super professional, kind and thoughtful and if you are lucky you can see some of the pizzettari flying doughs in the air! The atmosphere is ever so nice, lovely Italian music, never played too loud so you can actually have a conversation at the dinner table without having to shout to one another. Beautiful vibes, this is my favourite place in Bath. A must try is the tiramisù with Nutella! *.* I'm Italian, from Rome, and every time I go to Dough at the Corridor I always feel home 💕

7 years in UK and this is the best pizza ever, they import all their products from Italy and you can taste that thru the food which is AMAZING 😍 the staff was very lovely. 100% recommend if you're visiting Bath !

They served the best gluten free dough I've ever tasted, although unfortunately it did bother me a few hours later, so beware if you're sensitive. Taste wise though, it's so good that it deserves five stars. It compares well to even the best pizzas in Italy (which I have tried). The staff is extremely friendly and engages with customers, it was overall a very nice experience.

Pizza was delicious with unique dough flavors and as far as gluten free goes, very tasty. Prices were good. The atmosphere was weird. We requested to move to a table not in the walkway and they reluctantly moved us. Not the entire menu was available but we didn’t know that until one of the servers went into great detail about how hard it is to get some of their ingredients from Italy. We felt like they should just print some new menus to avoid the confusion. Starter was tasty and they gave us complimentary limoncello shots at the end.

Stopped for a pizza as we saw they had GF options. Tried the vegetarian with a GF purple corn base, and the Mediterranean with a GF seaweed base. Absolutely delicious, tasted just like a regular base. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, restaurant was fab, centre of Bath. Wasn't too busy at 12noon when we went but it was getting busier by the time we left. Highly recommend a visit.

Visiting Bath for a few days went to Dough, (Corridor ) for evening meal. Wonderful starter, main & desert. Excellent value for money very friendly staff. Everything we had we had as gluten free and the ham & mushroom pizza was to die for have one of the best meals i have ever had would highly recommend & would go again.

Really accommodating and knowledgeable about coeliac. All pizzas can be made gluten free base (different gf base options). Brilliant service and amazing pizza. Would recommend and return.
