Door2Door Pizza in Hillingdon

I ordered the pizza from them they took my order at 10:20pm and they cancel my order at 10:45 and I’m still waiting for the delivery very unprofessional people never trust them back never recommend so be careful before order..

First time trying this place and was served BURNT and DRY Spaghetti bolognese, this was recommended by the restaurant! The food was not even edible, went straight in the bin. First and last time eating here. Was told that this was due to a new supplier but you failed to even offer a refund for this, awful awful service. If you are receiving complaints from multiple customers for the lasagne and spaghetti, why are you still selling these??? Called up before 10pm and was told there is nothing they can do as they are closing but their website states they close at 11pm. Waste of money. Avoid.

Tried to order some delivery three times got declined different days but seen the reviews on here and other places I am so glad I didn’t order really sorry for the guys who did

Went there 1st time and asked for a spicy pizza. The worst pizza I and my wife eat some of the chicken was dry. We both feel like being sick.

All the pizzas were over cooked and had burnt edges. The coleslaw was just a dollop in a plastic rib and no one could eat it. The potato salad left a bad taste in the mouth. The quarter pounder was fried and not grilled, making it greasy and heavy. No one was happy and we will never be coming here again.

Worst meal ever. All the pizzas were over baked, the potato salad disgusting and the coleslaw (the one small spoon of it) was unedible. Will never be ordering from here again.

Walked into here to order a pizza and the guy was very rude.The place was dirty and bad customer service. Never coming back here again

There was no extra chill on my pizza, what I paid extra for, but everything else was great.

Firstly took an hour, pizza’s were all squashed. Boxes were melted onto each other. I usually get pizzas from here but was disappointed today.

Great service and food from Door 2 Door Pizza as usual, however this time they made a minor mistake and gave me the wrong dips from what I had originally ordered.

Awesome food and a great deal from here but a small mistake with my order though, they sent the wrong drink. This is the second time they have made a mistake with my order but apart from that the quality and service from this place is great.

Food wasn’t to bad. Quality of food was fine. Only problem I had was driver did not deliver all the way and made me walk out to get the food from his car.

The pasta was so incredibly spicy! I had fo throw away the the whole thing and cook. Not something you want to be doing when you’re orderkng a takeaway.

Plus it came late when I live literally less than a mile from them?! And the driver expected me to come out and collect the food from HIS car!!

fell asleep because delivery was late, when woke up driver blackmailed me to come outside of the colder-sack to collect the food.

First time ordering will definately buy again from here . Tasty full up pizzas and lasagnes .best weve had from anywhere.was hot on arrival also. Havent tried the other bits yet but sure they will be the business too 😃

Came very quickly, food was perfect & hot when came. delivery driver was very polite. all round perfect, would order from again.

Took exactly 1h 10m to deliver after 50m quote. ALL the food was soggy, full on condensation in every box and bag. Apart from food and delivery everything was acceptable.

Some of it was a bit dry and the delivery man wasnt very nice especially after the fact that i had asked to call me instead of banging on the door until i came very bad

Only thing good was they delivered on time. Bbq chicken was drowned in bbq sauce and the small feathers of the chicken were not even removed. Garlic bread was good but huge mistake ordering bbq chicken.

The delivery came quick. Shockingly quick. The driver came in less than 30 mins. He followed my instructions to call before he knocks. I have people who are sleeping and I don't like to disturb them. Not every driver reads the note though. This guy did. He handed over the food very quickly and quietly and was polite. The food is really nice. It's fresh and hot. It hasn't had the time to cool down or get soggy. I'm cutting down on the amount of takeouts I eat. However the next time I do order, this will be my first choice. I hope the experience is the same. Thank you.

Ordered nachos and cheesy chips, food was good for 12 pounds cant really complain. the only thing was nachos was slighly burnt on the outside of container but it didnt bother me. The nachos aso had real tomatos onit which suprised me as it was different and nice. I did love the spice of the nachos though and the fact you guys put sauce onit was amazing! delivery driver was polite and rang phone when he was outside and didn't expect me to run a mile, he also said bye to me and made my day. thanks guys keep up the hard work :)

Terrible customer service. After calling them to see where my delivery was as it was running late the person on the other end of the phone was rude and accused me of lying when I said no one buzzed my flat or left me a voicemail as they claimed to. Food was below average but okay. Would most likely not order again.

I ordered a delivery at 7:55pm and then my mobile phone stopped working. I left my flat number to the restaurant, which had an intercom option so that the delivery man can ring my room once he arrives. Unfortunately, instead of using the intercom he kept ringing my mobile number and eventually left without delivering the food. When I called the restaurant today to explain my feedback to them and that I was expecting them at least to try to ring my room if they could not reach me by phone, the staff told me that the restaurant policy states that they cannot ring anybody's flat after 10,00pm. However, I told him that the driver arrived before 10,00pm, hence, I ordered the food at 7:55pm, moreover, if they ring my room the phone will only ring in my room and nobody else will be affected by this voice but unfortunately he could not even get this point properly. This restaurant call itself a door2door when they do not even ring your room once they arrive. I ended up losing my money and I have never witnessed anything like that before, I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody as they are not reliable service.

Very bad takeaway service ordered over £12.99 said it would be delivery time 3:35 first time said the diver just left the shop 2nd time calling saying the diver will be with us in 5 mins and @ 3:43 called again for the last time and said the order cant be accepted and order never came very very bad service never again

Pizza was okay, chicken wings were allergic to seasoning, season where art thou? Garlic bread was struggling, and ordered Fanta but got Mirinda instead. I'd say I'd come back, but that would be a lie.

So where do I begin the meat lasagne was not a meat lasagne it was mush in a box covered in cheese and it tasted like gloop and for some unknown reason there was courgettes in it instead of Lasagne sheets The Penne Amatriciana on the menu it states that it come with Tomato sauce, fresh garlic, bacon & onions. none of these were in what i ordered instead i got the the Penne Arrabbiata which is spicy i had given that to my 6 year old child it burnt his mouth out and had him crying for over a hour i had a mouthful myself and it was too spicy for me and I'm a bloke who can handle spice i phone Door2Door Pizza and they admitted they got my order wrong (still dont know how thats possible the computer had everything writen down) and then told me to wait 30 mins and they would redeliver the correct order to me 3 hours later and still nothing the only reason i gave it 1 stars is because i cant give it zero

Fantastic lovely food great value for money

Ribs were uncooked and chips were uncooked. Burger didn't even come with lettuce. Highly recommend not to use them

The food was disgusting and grim everything was deep fried twice and they didn't have half my order so substituted it absolutely disgusting never ever again yuck!

Through human error I entered the wrong postcode, and received a call from the formentioned takeaway informing me of this. The caller then proceeded to tell me I should not have ordered the meal until I had checked that I had put in the correct postcode, I apologised before being told that I was incompotent. Will not be using this service again.
