I have call the store , telling them to have a just little tomato sausace. Amy way , the pizza full to the top of tomato sausace, the only thing you taste is this nasty taste of tin tomato . DISGUSTING!!!! I regret spending my money on Dominos . Never again !!!!!!

Wasn't hurried into what I wanted to order. Pizza was yummy and hot.

Long wait for a pizza with what looked and tasted lime cheddar not mozzarella. Certainly won't buy from here again

Staff members are rude and incompetent. Hygiene is beyond suspicious and would deserve a control. Frozen pizza are very low quality and bad taste. Some frozen pizzas are way better

Disgusting. Found hair in my pizza and they didn’t refund me. They wanted to “investigate” the pizza. Just disgusting. You can tell as they make the pizzas without even using gloves.

I ordered a large pizza and a side. My pizza was fine however the side was horrible, it was burnt all the way around the corners, tried to sort it out with the branch and they didn’t want to do nothing about it . Really upsetting due to the fact that you pay nearly £30 and yet still get mistreated by the manager and get burnt sides along with it. The food was overcooked and dry and it was burned , it tasted horrible . THE MANAGER WAS RUDE ! The manager on the phone told me everyone eats the food the way it was. Which is incredibly crazy since it was overcooked just imagine the taste of it ! PAYED ALMOST £30 for this order 🤦🏽‍♀️

4years ago i said "No customer service what's so ever if I could give no stars I would" in 2023 I would recommend this place I don't know what they changed but what ever it is the service is alot better and so is the food. Great pizza place now

Personally I like the way domino makes their pizza, they do need to work on their vegan pizza. But the veg pizza is all delicious. Garlic bread pizza is a must have snack. The food hygiene is excellent, you can order online or pick up at store. With both I’ve not experienced anything bad. There are limited seats available and you may need to wait if you wanted to eat indoors.

I have been a regular customer for years and recently, I have had the worst experience with this Domino's with every order. My last straw was when they tried to give me either overcooked or stale toppings and then tell me "it's made fresh everyday." Yeah, Domino's ASKED for it to be fresh, but no one seems to follow that procedure here. I feel like I was blatantly lied to when giving my feedback of the food. I wish something could be done about the rude manager and the food quality at this establishment. It's a shame I can't enjoy Domino's Pizza anymore.

I never had issues with this Dominos before, but the food I ordered today was a disaster. I ordered the same pizza I usually do (Half cheeseburger half meteor) but todays tasted totally different. And sure enough, half an hour later I had to run to the bathroom and had severe cramps and felt very sick. Will never order from there again.

Late night worker on 12th 2023 July got my order wrong was extremely rude about it despite the fact I called her at 23:41 she ignored the call I called at 23:43 and said no phone calls to collect so I told her my sister is going to go and get some pizza rolls for me with the lack of knowledge with the menu she struggled to know what it was and put me on mute . My sister ordered 3 boxes of pepperoni pizza roles it took her 30 minutes to make this and she got the order completely wrong giving me 3 7 inch pizzas and got rude and refuses to give me her name. I got denied a refund and I’m extremely disappointed in domino’s Stamford Hill.

I ordered online and then went to pick up 2 pizzas for my daughter's birthday party... As I opened the door to enter I saw a lady busy in the back and she saw me enter, so I waited a few minutes as she was doing something. (The normal thing to do would be to say (hello sir, I'll be with you shortly) or something along those lines... When she finished what she was doing she walked up to the counter just looking at me, I said "hi how are you today" she ignored me and just said "what do you want"..... I was slightly shocked as it just polite to GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS and or apologise for keeping them waiting... I said hello again and she said "WHAT DO YOU WANT" I just gave her my order number got my pizza and left.... If i hadn't already paid for my pizza I would have no spent my money dominos pizza based on her rude and unprofessional behaviour (I will try to get her name).. not sure if that dominos is a franchise or company shop but I will never be shopping there again!... There are 1000's of unemployed people that would love to have a job and will appreciate it and do a much better job than this lady.... Food=good Service=terrible

I have ordered 2 half and half pizzas - one was great. Second one came with out the cheeseburger sauce which is a must for my child to eat it. I have contact restaurant - lady was very difficult to send over missing part but after few minutes she has agreed to deliver new pizza. Pizza was delivered 40 min later … please look at the pictures attached - someone was nasty enough to ensure replacement is not eatable!! That pizza was “ swimming “In the sauce - this is disgusting behaviour.

Been there many times for garlic bread never had any problem but today a lady (girl) was there and we have order as always 4 garlic bread, what we have got it is a shame - 4 burnt, crusty, tasteless - (you can see the photos ) rubbish like for £12 , no offence but that girl must be sacked immediately, never again there! Shame on you! I just want to add that one month after our review we have been contacted by a Dominos representative - We are happy they are reading our reviews and taking the necessary steps such that do not happen again. En un mot ? Pathétique. J'ai commandé une pizza censée contenir de la viande. Au final? De la tomate sur de la farine. Bref je l'ai encore face à moi et je n'ai même pas fini la première tranche. Pourtant Dieu sait que j'adore la pizza. Je ne recommande à personne. Mais le service est rapide c le seul point positif. Par contre il n'y a pas d'ambiance. Bref j'ai connu mieux.

Very taste pizza! Got more than I was paying for, the staff didn`t even mind to serve the one I ordered without an egg. Most places just forget or dont pay attention. Solid meal, great price, amazing service!

Pizza didn’t arrive we called they said we didn’t come and collect it and that they called, no record of a call or voicemail left like they said. Said they would swing round again, they did we were waiting as we didn’t trust the call again. Said hi three times and was ignored and they were skeptical with us picking up the order. Thanked them and apologised for the confusion and they were just generally rude and the man on the phone blamed us repeatedly. Pizza seems fine but customer service wasn’t worth it.

Bought a margarita and vegi pizza with halpino nachos and vegan chicken nugget and potato wedges. I don't know where to start but what kind of vegan chicken nuggets are you guys selling. Worst chicken nuggets I've tasted. That nachos was soggy as hell. The pizzas were blend no taste at all. Never buying from here again. You guys ruining the brand name.

This is one of the nicest domino's branch as the staff there are very friendly and kind, Somehow the way they make the pizza here it feels different then other domino's that put 5 pieces of olives and small portion of beef, This place value thier customers and generous with the toppings

I ordered 10:30 and i’m writing this at 12:30. I still haven't received my order. When I call them they don't pick up. They picked up once and the guy was shouting at me and when I asked him why he just said i’m hanging up the phone on you. My niece called and they guy hung up the phone on her too. That was it. Absolute horrifying costumer service I hope dominos HQ see this as they are not qualified to operate under dominos name. Disgusting service. 2 hours and they still shout at unsatisfied costumers.

The staff is very arrogant and rude . Forget about customer service. Better GoGo pizza and papa johns . Never again this brunch and this brand .

Just received the pizzas and they are cold! They brought diet instead of classic one. The pizzas are so hard and dry. Don’t recommend!

I was very disappointed with the service I received today basically I am Regular customer for Pizza Hut for long time what happened today ordered pizza over the phone and advised by the staff will take about 20-25 after waiting more than one hour I called to them what was going on they was saying unacceptable reasons which makes me quite upset and I say if it is possible to speak with the manager he also the same like the staff members which I dealt 😔

Ordered a few times, and they usually get it wrong but it's the closest to me so I thought I'd try again and again until they get it right. Today was the last straw. Pizza was incorrect, a new one was going to be sent but need the wrong pizza back, advised them of covid+ household member, so I said I could send a photo to show the wrong pizza, they said keep the pizza. Driver turned up, disgusting behaviour, demanded the old pizza, then yanked it out of our hands, flung it on the floor, then picked it up and walked away. The worst experience ever with any pizza delivery! Truly awful customer service. Never ordering again.

Quite pleased with this branch of domino's. The pizzas are well made and their attention to details is impeccable. Not forgetting their excellent customer service.

I think I've ordered from this branch 3 or 4 times. today was the last time... the pizza was drenched in fat and burned on the sides. It was dripping fat from the box....I've never had such a greasy pizza and I usually order the same one. The taste was disgusting... I'd be better off drinking oil from the bottle and feel much better than eat the pizza that was delivered today.... and don't get me started on the drivers who never, but NEVER, delivered the pizza to my door, but I had to go and fetch it from outside previously... the driver from today was the only one who delivered it to my door....

Extremely arrogant customer advisor answered the phone in a rude manner interrupted me and hung up the phone before I could even ask my question. (Probably because he wanted to head home early from his shift) Completely unacceptable service.

Young gentleman on the phone was possibly the poorest excuse for a human being with manners, couldn't be bothered to answer any queries i had and decided it was a good idea to hang up on me while i was asking a question. The pizza is normally ok but the service is atrocious. I would rather talk to a wall then communicate with these people.

What a disaster! They must think they are feeding dogs. How can I upload a picture of the food they sent me ? Burnt, hardly any toppings and rude over the phone to query about the pizza. This saint the first tome it has happened but enough was enough! Would not recommend this at all. No replacement and even not a simple sorry. Shut this branch down !

The receptionist answering this address is a unique boor, it was the first time I ordered from Domino and I simply asked how my pizza arrived and he was not able to give me information he only told me to wait 10 minutes I called after 10 minutes and he asked me to pay again for the delivery which in turn would have arrived in 20 minutes and would not have been hot if not lukewarm. He put the phone down and I can honestly only express my bad experience with this boor!

by far the BEST food delivery I've ever try! the service was outstanding, the delivery driver(Sergio) was really polite and professional, he called me before leaving the store to tell me that the food will arrive in 5 minutes. the pizza tasted delicious. great job Domino's.

Ordered several times. Fast and reliable service, and very nice delivery man. Mighty Meaty is by far the most tasty of every pizza I've tried from them so far.

Frequently order delivery from here. Preparation of food is quick as is delivery. Food is always hot on arriving and delicious. Drivers are always friendly. One negative are the poor deals. Pizza Hut really dominates Dominos on deals, you can almost get double the food from Pizza Hut for the same price.

We love there pizza, it is a family treat at least once a month. From ordering to the door, fast and value for money.

Free 7" pizza from Three Mobile/Wuntu. Ordering online was very quick & easy and they have a pizza tracker notifying where your pizza is and letting you know when it is ready. Giving my name was enough to pick up the pizza and they also have seating available at this place, though only 6 chairs + a standing bar is available

Rude staff and unhelpful at all. Called customer service and they didn't care much too. Clearly Domino's has too much money to care about customer service because they obviously have made their wealth without us customers. Better off ordering from private owned pizza place. Cheaper and better service. A lot of the 5 star reviews are made up by the staff and alternate accounts.

When you receive you order from Stamford hill Dominos never ask the guy for a receipt. Otherwise they will get angry very angry. I never saw such a rude delivery man. ( don't need to be rude, there are some other ways to explain ...)

The food was excellent and and the toppings were very nicely done. The person who served me was very polite and helpful, gave me a good deal and I believe he name was Afridi. I think you should really go vist this store. The pizza took no more then 10 to 15mins.

Your delivery guy rides with his motorbike on the pavement and parking under my bedroom window as we speak at 21.55 on11.7.2016. When I told him not to ride on the pavement he said : why not? and that he can not park so far from the Brunel House where he was delivering pizza. When I told him that I will complain to his employer he says my name is Jonathan.

Cant go wrong.On busy nights its better and quicker to just go in instead of ordering online.

Ive ordered from here three times and they answer the phone so impolitely. Ive had two occasions where they have tried to over charge me or add something i havent asked for to my bill so be sure to check how much your order comes up to online before calling them. However food is delivered ontime and the delivery man was very polite.

Usually consistency is a good thing, unfortunately Dominos Stamford Hill are consistently bad. Consistently late delivery with consistently unhelpful (Yes I would like the order I made over an hour ago sent to me) customer service which leaves me consistently disappointed. This will be the last time I order pizza from you. (Oh and the delivery driver didn't apologise for being late and gave me incorrect change).
