Domino's Pizza London - Ashford in Spelthorne

I can most certainly describe their customer service as horrifying after I’ve called to get an update for an collection order and ended up being threatened by the man on the phone that he will beat me up if I show up for collection. He didn’t abstain from using foul language either. Once I returned multiple calls to get a hold of the manager they refused to name the aggressive person and then kept hanging up the phone on me. I do have the conversation recorded and happy to forward to complaint team.

Absolutely appalled by this shop and how they have treated me. 1 worker who has answered my phone and not helped by answering my question of wether or not my order was ready for collection has instead decided to take the piss out of me stating he has 5 orders under the name of Paul all at the same time and same day so can’t help establish which one is mine and has decided threaten me telling me that when I pop down to collect my order he will see me in person and sort me out after swearing at me and hanging up the call when asked for his name to complain. Second worker answered and said the first worker miraculously finished his shift within 5 seconds of me calling back straight after being hung up on and that he is not there and that there is no manager to help me and then also himself decided to not provide me with their names for a complaint to head office and began to swear at me and hang up the phone. Absolute disgusting behaviour by all staff at this establishment, no manners and absolutely no shame. Should be shut down for such an appalling service

The pizzas served are very delicious and hot. The place is very clean and the staff served with a beautiful smile though the store was busy.

We moved to the area a couple of years ago and our first meal was from this Dominos (as you can imagine, the stress of moving etc we didn’t eat until about 8pm). Like will every dominos, you have your doubts. Will it be hot, will it be sliced ok, will there be a good amount of toppings. But we didn’t care. We were so hungry, we would eat it regardless. I can honestly say it was the best dominos we’ve ever had, and not only the food, but the delivery time was excellent, and the driver was very friendly! Fast forward 2 years and we’ve ordered from there a fair few times. EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS BEEN PERFECT. The pizzas and sides have been hot, delivered quickly, even during busy times, the toppings, the cut, the friendly drivers. It’s become a little game in our household “will this be the time something is wrong?” Lol. We don’t order on any particular day or time. Sometimes weekend, sometimes weekday, and sometimes lunch, sometimes dinner. But it’s perfect regardless. This means that the chances are it’s not been the same person/people doing the order, but your whole team over the years. Put it this way, my wife used to be a dominos store manager, and everytime she says she’d be proud to send these pizzas out. Great job dominos ashford Middlesex!! But please don’t let your standards slip :D

This is our local Domino’s, we’ve been using it occasionally for the last couple of years now. As always they smash Pizza Hut out the park. The only frustration with our last order was the pizza hadn’t been sliced properly (see pics) which is a little annoying when all you want to do is get a taste!

Standard Dominos fare: you always know what you’re going to get. Quick, tasty pizza as ordered. Staff are friendly, but couldn’t supply side items “due to covid” which is a general response these days for poor, slow or no service.

8/10 times the food is great. The guys on the phone are nice and helpful. Occasionally the delivery drivers cant find where I live so I end up with cold food hence the 3

I am a huge pizza fan, but everywhere I order, I always seem to be let down by either greasy, tasteless, or not enough toppings pizza's. Ever since I moved to Shepperton, I tried all pizza's around the area, except Dominos-Ashford. Boy, I can honestly say this is the most delicious pizza I have eaten probably in the last 5 years!!! Not greasy, tasty, full of flavour, piping hot! The delivery was super fast too, food was hot, and the delivery driver was super friendly! If I crave pizza again, will only order from here! I am over the moon haha! Oh, and I'm so full. Can't help it, taste so good!

Great pizza as usual, much better than the Kingston Road branch that is next door to me, worth driving down to collect a nice pizza without any grief.

Hey!!! It’s just like every other Domino’s in the UK. Prefer going to those little independent pizza places then a big Franchise

genuinely the worst pizza i have ever eaten in my whole life. soggy, greasy, dusty, slimy, cold, wet and miserable. good luck getting the correct order when you choose your own toppings because you'll never get exactly what you wanted. once ordered chicken and pepperoni with onions, received pepperoni, onions and tuna. who on earth mistakes chicken for tuna? overall just a naff pizza each time, don't bother wasting my money there anymore

Prices are very expensive , nothing is special, same thing I can get from another pizza shops with at least 60% less prices.

Noone wears a mask or wears gloves. I've watched them make the pizza dough with no PPE. No social distancing is adhered to. It put me off ordering from here ever since the pandemic when I used to be a regular. Sort of wish my Dad never gave me the heads up but then I looked through at the traffic lights and realised he wasn't lieing! 😅 Even McDonald's has far better hygiene standards !

I'm not a huge fan of Domino's, but the other half loves it. Have had half a dozen orders from there, but the most recent was actually the best.

Never had any problems. Then last night had to wait almost 2 hours for delivery due to a new driver getting lost. However, the assistant manager was very apologetic and professional and offered to respond order and give a full refund. Excellent customer service. 👍👍

I recently purchased a pizza from his establishment and was pleasantly surprised apart from the fact it was hot it was tasty as well l,well done I will be really good for him from here head and shoulders above the others

Good quality pizzas with options to customise to exactly what you want (although this can be expensive). Good location as you are able to park either outside the store in in the Tesco Express Car Park (meaning you can get drinks from there cheaper). Good selection of voucher and deals available through the website. Also it is possible to use TopCashback to get further discounts.

It would be 5 stars if they didnt stopped our family favourite veg aroma

Vegetarian pizza is always good, but the onions were very tough - either old or the outer skin & inedible. Some parking nearby. Difficult access, had to go round the houses to be on the right same side of the road.

Useless. Half the time have run out of stuff and with out asking are just giving me something random. On the top now u pay for delivery as well... ffs its 30 pounds for a pizza how much more u need? Never again .

We have been ordering from Domino's chain for years. We relocated 4 years ago, so started ordering from the Ashford branch. Sometimes this branch get it right but sometimes they don't. A few times they have messed up the order giving us the wrong pizza or side, and have to read the liver the missing food. Recently there was ham found on my vegetarian pizza! :/ However,... Sometimes they can deliver quite quickly.

Used their app to order the pizza deal we wanted. Paid online, all very smooth. Delivered within 25 minutes, driver cheerful. We are very happy with pizza and service.

Order 2 pizza to treat the team today recieved one burned pepperoni pizza called back to ask for a new one. New one was send out recieved after 20 minutes returned the old burned pizza and recieved a new burned pizza worse than the first one. Took it regardless as dint have much choice. Horrible service from the lady on the phone not even once apologised but agreed that the pizza was burned and still done nothing about it just said we will get our enigneers to look at it.

The service I got was shocking, I ordered £47 worth of dominos to get it home and one of the pizzas to be totally wrong, I called up dominos to explain to them that my pizza was wrong, they then asked me to bring the pizza back (I had other sides at home which then we’re getting cold) I asked them if they could deliver the correct one to me and they said no I have to show them proof that the pizza was wrong, I then asked if they then would give me a hole new order as mine was going to be freezing by the time I got a new pizza which THEY got wrong. He said no they can’t do that. We begrudgingly took it back to get a new one. Once in there they were not even Apologetic and then told me I had to wait even longer for my pizza. I got back and my food was cold. I was not happy at all with the service I got!

The last two times I've come here to order via collection, they've made a mistake both times but once they rectified the mistake, the pizza was good hence the 2 stars rather than one

Try and call them. "Domino's Pizza, please hold" stay on hold for 15 minutes. Then nothing. How helpful?

Takeaway away fast pizza establishment. No indoor seating available. Phone up and get it delivered.

Ordered though the app, came to store minute or two after notification "ready for collection". Only to find out after another 10 minutes of waiting that only 1 of 2 pizzas ordered is ready. After another 15 minutes they told me its in the owen. Disappointed 😞

Great pizza, but this is not a restaurant. It is a take away and delivery kitchen only. If you order here you need to take your food away. There is nowhere to sit down

I usually stop for a pizza on my way home and I am very with the service. And pizza is great.

Worst dominos pizza I’ve ever had took almost 2 hours to arrive came cold and burnt the staff are the most ill manored people I’ve delt with trying to say they thought it was for collection after I’d spent 5 minutes giving the post code room number ect to the travel lodge I was staying in ! I didn’t know this was the information you gave for a collection ....disgusting wants new management it’s a disgrace to dominos

Weekly pizza run for kids - thought we'd try Ashford instead of Staines. Waited forever, finally got it home to find it was burnt and cold. Clearly had been left aside and forgotten. Phoned to complain and got disinterested reply to bring it back to prove it was burnt and cold. Absolutely fuming on the inconsideration and rubbish service. Guess won't be buying pizza's from Domino's any more. Wouldn't give even 1 star if it was possible !

My husband just collected 1 stone cold Texas bbq pizza and a pepperoni passion that was completely lacking in pepperoni and cheese. I took them back to the shop virtually intact and was told that they were hot when they left the shop. Really I am 5 mins away and why would it be stone cold on the centre almost like it was frozen! The manager was sebzn and he rude to me. I would have prefered to have had 2 pizza that were edible rather than going back having a row and getting a refund. We used to go to Staines the deliverey were hot we collected it was hot. And are 15 minutes away. Do yourself a favour don't go to Ashford. I have had friends say it's rubbish as well.

Prompt service, didn't have wait too long for my order be made. Quality of pizza was okay.
