Domino's Pizza Cranford in Hounslow

Awful ! Placed an order on wednesday 10th april the food was stone cold and arrived 1 hour 17 minutes later. The shift manager took my number and told me i would be elegible for a replacement and took my number On Friday the 13th the midnight shift manager told me no such thing exists and my number was never taken nor was an order under my name or number which was clearly false as i provided him confirmation from the previous order, he was also quite rude and spoke to with a lot of attitude. Will be going to the isleworth one from now on

worst experience ever.. i have never visited a dominos like this. The staff don't care about anyone, whoever is coming to order .they are just busy with there own stuffs and don't give attention to the customers. evn very expensive rates and no quality food . needed to wait more then half an hour just for one pizza... unbelievable

Easter busy days, queue as expected. Front staff is busy taking calls, only 2 staff preparing pizza. One medium pizza nearly takes half an hour. Regret it -- accepting the offer of 7.99; 2 toppings pizza. One extra sauce cost u another 0.69 p. Total waste of ⏲️ ⏳️.

I'd personally like to thank the staff at Cranford Dominos, I've used them so many times, the pizzas have always been great. Today I had an issue as I put the wrong time down for my delivery time, I called the branch and they reassigned a new time and delivered the pizzas sooner than the time I had put down. Thanking you so much for the speedy delivery

I placed an order to the Cranford branch, which is a 6 minute drive from my place of work and the driver took 35 minutes from when he left the store to get to me, unbelievable, he went up the M4 for a drive and then back. this place is a joke.

Poor customer service and experience The pizza was burnt! I ordered a medium margarita for collection but was charged £12 for a media size margarita because I didn’t have any toppings

I don’t know where to start it from Pizza is alright but the staff there who works is absolutely ridiculous staff they don’t know how to speak to the customers I had been there to pick up the pizza but no one came to serve me for at-least 5-7 min I was waiting like a fool even though I had ordered it online and guess what i ordered large pizza and they gave me medium absolutely ridiculous . And one of the time i ordered the pizza online and they forgot to give me the drink. And never apologised and next time i forgot to order something and I called them and told them to add wings with my order. The guy named zen was very rude and very disrespectful and was shouting on me saying that I was wasting his time. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I had two pizza collections today and one of them was veggie supreme in which I selected no mushrooms but when I brought it and saw it, it had chicken and mushrooms.I am a vegetarian and am allergic to mushrooms. Overall That's too bad

Very tasty pizzas. Domino's brand is very good quallity and try to support a good face of their service all over the world. But here in UK you have very nice options, so recoomned to try. This location often is not very busy, so if you are hurry up and are near the Hithrow airport - it is a very nice place to get a perfect meal very quickly.

2 hours for ONE deal is atrocious, (delivery). We called 4 times, they said there was a problem with the number which was rectified on the first phone call. Apparently they tried to deliver which was proved false by their lack of arrival no attempt to make contact was made over the app (which we used to order). After that miscommunication we thought it would be best to wait outside so as to not miss the driver, 80 minutes and three phone calls later, our food was still nowhere to be found. during the last 3 phone calls we asked if the food would still be delivered fresh which they assured us it would be. It then arrived cold and dry so we are assured our food had been wandering around with their incompetent staff for around 90 minutes, if this is anyone’s local domino’s I would recommend trying to use another branch or going to Pizza Hut/a local.

Pizza arrived burnt cheese that had risen across the pizza, if you press your finger it just filled with air, there was a tiny fly inside the box when I opened it. The look of the pizza overall wasn't very nice. Not sure what happened but the standards have dropped alot from previous orders where theyve made lovely Pizza's and I have enjoyed them. When they look at the pizza they need to see if what they are looking at is acceptable to eat, would they eat it? would they complain if they were delivered a pizza of that standard. Domino's isn't cheap it feels alot of money where a £5 pizza from Tesco is far more better quality. Disappointed guys. keep carrying on as you are you will have no customers buying from you. You have compeition around this area, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, you should be fighting to win the spot against these.

Just spent £23 on 2 disgusting pizzas. Ordered pan base and sent thin which was over cooked and had the texture of a crisp. Arrived cold, late and no apology from the driver. Disgusting pizza, disgusting service, Domino’s is disgusting and overpriced. Stay away from them, I will. Domino’s you can stick your feedback form also!!🤮

This is one of the worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. Pathetic food quality and poor customer service (only today). Their pizza’s tastes like tomato paste on cardboard. Even a small corner pizza shop has better quality pizza’s than this store. They hardly put any cheese on their pizza because of which they are dry, chewy and basically inedible. After receiving 2 pizza’s with hardly any cheese on it, I ringed the store and the manager went about saying that they have put cheese as per their store standards. I did not know that stores have different standards to put cheese. I have had pizza’s from other Dominos stores and they make them really well. Anyways he said he will send in other pizza’s as replacement. To my utter disappointment they came out to be exactly the same as the once previously sent. They have not made any changes in the cheese they put. I don’t know people should pay the premium to have pizza from these stores if they cannot keep up with the standard quality. I am attaching the initial pizza’s and the once I got as replacement below. Hifi if you can figure out which one was good. Half the pizza is supposed to be double cheese. I'm assuming that my delivery came from this store. We were staying in the Ibis hotel and my partner ordered a delivery but I went to the front entrance to collect. The driver asked for the name and as my partner had given my name in the notes section that's what I gave. He said it was the wrong name, which it was. Bottom line he did a great job and I want to sing his praises. He found a different way to verify who I was and that it was our order. He was super helpful, super polite and respectful and I am ashamed that I didn't get his name for this review. If you can track him down by the time, it was on 30th Sep at about 20:30. He restored my faith in delivery drivers.

Already waiting over 40 mins for food ! But then they didn’t deliver the whole food! And lied to me saying the missing items are still on the way- but said 20 mins for delivery

I would order here once a fortnight roughly for the last year or so. Never had issues but they’ve suddenly taken my postcode out of the delivery zone… I rang them up and they didn’t care and weren’t interested in my custom. A bit disappointing especially when it’s only a 10 minute drive to my address for them.

Went to.shop to put order. Girl behimd has got no clue about order. 10.46 pm. She said wr have stopped taking order. Absolute taking piss. Timing is 11pm I have always had Dominos. Looks like i have to change

Had a bad experience 6 months but thought I’d give this restaurant another try and basically nothing has changed! The pizza was dry and tasteless. The slices hadn’t even been cut properly. The cheese and tomatoe pizza was overdone. Did not have enough cheese on it, was all tomatoe paste. The dough was dry and did not taste fresh. Infact frozen pizzas from my freezer taste better! Appears this franchisee is clearly trying to save the pennies at the customers expense! Will not be returning to Dominoes. Far better pizza establishments out there!

On friday i had a large vegetarian pizza with thin crust and less pizza sauce all i got was a very thin pizza with no taste was burnt and too dry to eat

We have noticed that the quality of your Pizzas have been poor over the last 4 times we've ordered. There is little or no peppers, lots of beef and the outside edge of where the crust is takes up all the room, there isn't actually much topping space. Furthermore, it tastes semi raw, where it’s rushed in oven or something, you can taste lots of tomato purée. Not sure whether or not it's a Domino's directive to cut back on toppings and quality to increase profit margins but we feel like we are getting conned. No value for money. I actually prefer no offers just good quality like a year ago. This at moment is an absolute joke! I’m gonna start ordering from Pizza Hut.

Worst dominoes ever There were MULTIPLE pieces of ham on my VEGAN pizza - along with a non vegan dip in the box They got the other pizza order wrong. And just left it in the lobby of the very busy hotel with no warning or call or anything.

SUPERB QUALITY SERVICE AND PIZZA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. BEST PERSON THERE IS NEENA VERY HELPFUL SHE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PROMOTION.

The pizza was cold and also I had requested oregano sachets to be delivered which were not given. Asked the driver and he said it should be inside but it wasn’t there and he said sorry n he left saying that he will inform his manager. Didn’t expect this from domino’s. At least provide a proper food service like you promise. Very disappointed.

Terrible pizza. The edges of the pizza were complete waste. all the toppings and cheese are put in the centre. literally had to throw most of it away, as it had nothing on it.

It is the 2nd best pizza in the world it is 2nd because first is itlay than is the uk dominoes it d is soft as a pillow and the crust is as yummy as whole of the fast food joined together if you like all of them try dominoes pizza too.

Really bad service received by the manager Abdul who said he doesn't understand what I am saying but explains his policy...His customer service was zero! Delivered a squashed pizza 🍕 and wasnt helpful at all! Dont know how these people get jobs as a manager with zero people skills..He was so abrupt and rude.He says he would rather throw the pizza in the bin..taking the pizza back in the covid times

I would like to complain about one of your drivers. Around a week ago i ordered a pizza to Premier Inn T4. When the driver came with the pizza he called me back on my phone number saying that he is waiting. A few days after he msg me that he don't know for who this number belongs and he was asking about my name! Then he apoligized. That should be fine but next day the pizza driver girfriend called me from unknow number asking who am I and why her boyfriend having my phone number. That's pathetic situation! I was very frustrated...

Regular customer , ordered online , paid , didn't turn up , on the app said "delivered" you had an absolute nightmare last night , no follow up phone call , no explanation , no idea , no customer service skills.On a recent order garlic bread was missed off , driver gave me a code to get free one next time , sadly unless you speak to the manager it's not worth speaking to anyone there not even sure if they understand you.Have not ordered by phone for years for this exact reason , bloody hate ringing that store.

Open until the early hours and always quick on the prep. As far as Domino's pizza goes, this is a very good branch. Perfect for anyone staying in a hotel on Bath Road, but I'd recommend walking five minutes to collect rather than relying on delivery to the hotel lobby.

Pleasant staff, nice food at an even pace of service. We were told the chicken was halal but staff stated otherwise so for any kosher/halal eaters best to stick with vegetarian. The place seemed very clean too with good practices

Absolute WORSE experience ever. Ordered a pizza last night; was told pizza would to be in the downstairs lobby in 45 minutes, yet the pizza arrived in 20 minutes (with no notification) and the driver left (never to return). 👀👀👀 In desperation, we "attempted" to order again tonight...... I told them that I'm from another country on vacation (to ensure payment would be accepted), and that I wanted to pay by credit card. The man on the phone explained that a signature would be required, so we had to pay upon delivery. THAT was completely understandable & agreeable. The pizza (beef, pepperoni, sausage, onion, & green pepper) arrived, driver scanned the card, did NOT ask for a signature, and left. Once in the room we discovered that our basic pizza had corn 👀👀, pinapple, and ham on it....... Who eats corn on pizza??? I called immediately, spoke with the same gentleman, explained that the wrong pizza was mistakenly delivered, and asked for a redo He said said "No Problem"!!!! ( GREAT customer service by him). Long story short, the new pizza arrived, the old one given back, and magically "my card was denied" so they wanted another payment. Because my roomie, nor I believed that, we didn't give a credit card again, the old yucky pizza taken back, and the correct pizza was NOT delivered. My roomie comes back to explain what happened, and I'm shocked. If payment was denied initially, whhhyyyyyyyyy would the driver leave a pizza??? Anywho, I called back AGAIN (needless to say i'm VERY annoyed at this point) and ask for the manager. This time it's a young lady on the phone. I explained to her literally Four Times what happened, and what I actually ordered (by the way....the pizza store is literally less than three blocks away). She placed me on hold to consult with her driver, she came back on the line to explain that a signature was required, and that is why the payment was denied. I told her that was already expected, and questioned why the driver hadn't asked for/wasn't briefed/told that when delivering the pizza in the first place; I suggested more training to avoid these issues in the future. I agreed to pay by credit card again, yet WANT a copy of the initial "declined" payment for my records as well. She took my order, repeated it back incorrectly (twice) which utterly baffled me. I looked toward my roomie and mouthed "what the frick", and began repeating the toppings that I wanted again. The Manager hung up. SMH I called back immediately to finish the order, yet the new mature "manager" wouldn't get on the phone, and instead had an employee/driver answer who snottily told me that the manager isn't available, then Hung Up as well. If you want anything at all to eat, DO NOT, I repeat, Do Not order from this place. I'd suggest eating peanut butter & crackers, or a fried salami sandwich before ordering from Dominos.

Always good, I get “any pizza any size” for collection, one of the best dominos in the area, but they do get very busy for delivery so it’s better to just collect if you live nearby 👍🏻

Appalling. Have really gone downhill since we first started using them. The pizza was supposedly out for delivery but after a further half hour I queried where it was. They said that it would be another 7 minutes. Kept having to keep chasing until he showed up at the end of the road. Not sure why could not find or ring us! When we eventually got pizzas realised something was missing so rang straight away hoping he would come back quickly but unfortunately no. We had to wait another 40 minutes. No apology.

Call dominos to ask a delivery and was give some expensive offer . When called back and asked for other offer was told that this was the cheapest available in-spite of other cheaper deals available . When asked for the managers name they gave me a random name . When asked by delivery driver he gave me the different name ....this is worst dominos experience i had from this store they just dont care about the customer . Boy on the phone name starting with A was not helpful put me on hold for couple of minutes when i was giving him my number .......

Since you scrolled down to see if this place is even good. IT'S NOT, DON'T GO HERE. Stayed at a nearby Travelodge called them that I would come pick it up. So it's only a 4 min walk. I get there only to be treated by the employees like a ghost as they walked about the place not doing anything, avoiding me. I paid with a US card and its been working everywhere since I've been traveling around the UK for a month. Paid for it and asked for a recipe then I left. Once I got back and got settled in to eat they call me to say that it was declined. They said they messed up and didn't check their machine. So I did the honorable thing of going back to pay for it even though my pizza would get cold. Showed them my recipe and them to show me on their machine it got declined. So I paid in cash because I didn't want to go through that trouble again and asked since my pizza was getting cold if I could get a free drink just to get the cold stare, them pretend not to be able to hear me and them to say that I came in pretty later to pick it up so they weren't going to do that. Even though once I called and put on shoes I headed out to pick it up. So I said I just wanted my change. The original person that messed up was cowardly standing behind some boxes pretending to look like he was busy and just stood back trying to listen in out conversation. So I got my change and left. TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE PEOPLE. DON'T GO HERE.

Visited here last year and had a decent pizza. Visited again this week and had another decent pizza. Usual good quality pizza from Dominos. Not much more I could say.

Walked in and placed an order for delivery to a local hotel for Pizza some sides and a drink. Made us order more to meet the delivery minimum. Then they arrived without the pizza after we had paid for it. We sent the delivery guy back to come back with the right order. 50 min later called to check on the status was told the order was canceled and that they had no apparent intention of coming back. We had to insist that they at least bring back the "wrong" order so we would have something to eat because it was late and we were hungry. By the time the delivery guy got back, the food was cold and the cookies were burnt. No matter how late find somewhere else to order food. TOTAL RIP OFF - AWFUL SERVICE

Who the hell doesn’t accept certain types of cards?!? Amex is a massive brand and you refuse to take their cards when other dominos will?! Waste of time and effort.
