Domino's Pizza in Ards

A small shop, food was good, service was average. But overall worth a visit.

Very poor service, never answer the phone. Never get your order right. I would rather order from belfast than go here ! I live a very short distance away too.

Delivery pizza... quick and efficient service and pizza (roast vegetable) was tasty. Had an offer on so very reasonably priced!

Weird atmosphere in the shop and the food was ok; I'll stick to the Bangor shop...

These guys eat my pizza. Not a joke they actually eat my pizza. Ordered a collection for two large pizzas went in whilst it was still cooking and checked the app after a few minutes and saw the app said it was ready for collection. Chaotic kitchen to a certain degree as there were pizzas coming out including mine and the staff didn’t seem to fully understand which pizza was which. Needless to say when I saw the staff opening the boxes and picking out slices from the two pizzas which were by themselves and walking to the back I can only assume to eat them was quite surprising. Also the fact that I saw one of them, an older gentleman which looked like a delivery driver taking a big bite out of what I felt was deservedly my dinner for the evening. I think the supervisor and someone else realised what’s going on when I rejected another member of staffs attempt at bribery of a can of something for my wait time. When I asked have the staff been tucking into my pizza I got a reply of “I don’t know” if it was a no it would’ve been a no I’m afraid. I felt like these teenagers were attempting to conceal this and therefore I decided to cancel the order and I won’t be back. Very surreal experience but at least someone got fed. Half an hour later finally got something to eat after working a 12 hour shift after going elsewhere. Thanks Domino’s for the very surreal memories. Incident happened at 17/02/24 approximately 9pm.

Ordered online for delivery and had to ring up 3 times to ask where the food was as the app said it had been "delivered". When I rang the 3rd time by this point the food was 40 mins late the staff and manager had an attitude and tried to tell me the driver was at my door and unable to contact so just left, which was a blatant lie as I was waiting at the door and my phone never rang once!! Terrible customer service will not be ordering again, do not recommend!!

These would be my local call in to get my pizzas but tonight called in stood a good 10 mins nobody came in the counter to serve me mostly all young staff including the Manager , Finally got served order my pizzas , got home to find my fries stone cold. Had to ring back to get the store to get me credit hopefully next time i get pizzas there or fries. But noticed the pizzas were also very cold and Sloppy very disappointing

I usually order from here often as it’s consistently been good pizza up until the past month. Twice this week I’ve had a stomach ache after eating the pizza. The stuffed crust hadn’t risen and there was next to zero garlic and herb, the pizza had a strange taste like it had been undercooked, the same as last weeks. The cheese dough balls were disgusting with no taste or cheese and I had to spit out a dough ball that was raw the other week. Not sure if it’s new staff but something has changed recently and I will be avoiding for a while.

I absolutely love Domino's Pizzas. Always hot and plenty of toppings. Service is good and ordering on the app is quick and convenient.

great pizza! told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and it was perfect and on time waiting for me to arrive. it was delicious and the staff were kind and seemed to enjoy their shift and were having a laugh while cooking. glad 2 see staff in hospitality enjoying themselves

Cannot believe the service. Waited an hour and a half for food,we only live up the road why its taken so long I don't know. When I rang to place my order the young girl on the phone was rude,unenthusiastic and didn't speak! As I rang them a second time to query of the whereabouts of my order I was told it wasn't even on the way and had to be freshly made therefore causing us to wait another half an hour! Do not order from here,save yourself the hassle.

Have ordered from it twice now and both time myself, partner and 10 month old have been violently Ill after eating it! We have the benefit of the doubt the first time but this place must be absolutely filthy if it’s making people Ill. A report has been put through to EHO. This shop needs sorted asap.

Looks like someone ate my crusts and threw the pepperoni at the pizza from the edge off space. Definitely the worst pizza I've ever received, and I've had pizzas stuck to the roof of boxes will never return to this store.

If I could give a minus star I would. Order estimate 20-30mins delivery. Over an hour and 10mins the pizza arrives cold and hard. Dominos useless customer service as well completely unhelpful.

Collection is fine as its Dominos, you know what you're getting. But Newtownards delivery is a bloody disaster. If you are lucky that they get the order right or don't forget something then be prepared for it to look like it's been thrown across the shop. This isn't rocket science folks, it's putting a box in a car and driving to an address that you know, Jesus seriously! And if you do mess up, as you always do, try some compensation or at least an apology. S#*t show......

Food was so fresh and tasted lovely. This is the first time it has been so good.

Staff are nice for the most part and food is edible but not great, overpriced when there are so many independent local places doing much better food cheaper and better

According to tracker pizza not started yet 45mins after ordering, website now says not accepting any more orders, and staff not answering the phone. Horrendous.

They open early around 10 that helps a lot

Order looked like someone held it vertically and shook it until all the toppings were lying across the side if the box, was a soggy mess, didn't even feed it to the dog, really helpful and sent a replacement free of charge, pizza arrived, missing toppings, it was a half and half and they had the bases the wrong way round after I confirmed twice to make sure when I phoned back, not be ordering again

Use to love a good dominoes, now it's just not the same not sure if they have changed supplier

Order arrived incorrect, cold and missing parts, over four hours late and 10+ phone calls. My number was ignored by staff, I was lied to multiple times on the phone, the food was out for delivery, then it wasn’t made, then they told me I hadn’t answered the door, I was essentially stolen from. I couldn’t imagine a worse experience.

I ordered a timed delivery last night and for the first it was spot on!! By a young driver cory i think, excellent and efficent highly recommend:)

Called in to order, took half an hour, got home and discovered they had given me the wrong order, had to go back and wait again. It'll be a long time until I'll be back there.

Easily the worst dominos ive ever been to. Ordered collection for 6.15 ended up waiting in there for 20 minutes before getting my food at 6.35 (not the end of the world just annoying). Didnt get the dip for the cinni dippers (again just annoying) when we went in to ask for the dip we were blatantly ignored by the woman at the front. Garlic pizza bread side was 99% crust and a tiny bit of toppings in the middle

Two for Tuesday, I wouldn't go back to Dominos Newtownards if it was Free for Friday, the two pizzas I got had little to no toppings and the customer service when i took them back is on another level the manager Joshua (I take it he is the manager) they need to take him back to the training room. Went from there to Little Wing 👍👌 excellent

Bought last night for the first time ever, they got the order completely wrong, I only noticed when I got home. I rang to complain and was obviously annoyed but they had he correct order ready when I got back. Can’t fault them really, their customer service was 5 star

Such a waste of money. The quality of food is so low I don’t know how they can justify it leaving the building. Food is just reheated, burnt and inedible. Go somewhere else to spend your money, it’s nicer and probably cheaper.

Very disappointed, after doing the decent thing and going straight to the dominos ‘concerns’ email instead of making a public complaint, they didn’t bother to reply, so I’m making my complaint here and making it known this place does not supply good quality food. The chicken is horrible and is frequently spat back out due to the texture being chewy and inedible. The quality of the food is not up to par with other establishments. Stop spending money here, there are far nicer take outs which are also probably cheaper!

This was probably the worse Pizza I ever had. Got a deal two for Tuesday and could on manage three slices and I was done couldn't force anymore dross down...

Service is rude orders wrong and even when order off screen still had to wait 5 mind to get pizza when asked for it got very rude reply

Had to wait a long long time as all the pizzas going out were on deliveries. I believe if I phoned my order in I would have received it faster than by going to the counter. Some of the chat between girl on counter and delivery drivers was definitely not appriate listening for children.

Newtownards dominos pizza is really bad ive had to wait loads of times 30mins over the time i ordered it. One time the girl didnt even know were my order was even though it was on the screen .This time 10mins late and my pizza wasnt even cut properly. Bangor dominos is so much better thats how i can compare the difference.

The young girl who serves us was so polite and patient and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Terrible pizzas. Both over cooked and were burnt, dry and had hardly any toppings. Complained and was told I would get them replaced complimentary which never materialised. I would have ordered from here at least once or twice a month and has got worse and worse over the last year. I'll never order from Domino's here or any other again. Plenty of other pizzerias that will get my custom from now on.

Service was quick and helpful. Shop was tidy and as soon as the food was ready was brought straight out.

After calling Bangor store and being told I can only order gluten free off the app & to reinstall to find I still couldn’t. Call back to be put on hold phone picked again spoke to a girl who said sorry I’ve actually finished my shift as I was about to order and put me back on hold I called Ards !! OMW how can these shops be owned by the same person the manager on duty was so appologetic took my order to deliver to Bangor charging me extra but I actually don’t care. It’s worth the extra money!! Thank you ards. Now I can have a Happy Birthday 🎂🎁

Dominoes is dominoes so it will always taste amazing; but this specific dominoes tends to either forgets to bring your dips or is late. So many cinnidough dippers I have had to eat without the moist-maker of the beautiful thing that is icing... My pizza was missing it's twangy honey & mustard sauce... We were offered a free garlic bread on our next order as they were late, however we were unaware that you couldn't order it with a deal online. It just isn't right when I order from this dominoes because everytime at least one thing is forgotten and my carb dream is over.

After our ordeal in the Bangor branch (see review left on their page). We decide to come here. Guess what, owned by same people who tell me they certainly are not told to answer the phone ahead of serving a walk in customer. These guys in Ards even offered free cookies as a 'sorry' for his Bangor colleagues. Respectively declined his kind offer...this is how you sell pizza....learn from the best Bangor. Thank you team Ards.

Got a delivery and there was the wrong chicken on the pizza & beef which was meant to be cancelled so phoned and explained, the the man who answered (Ben) couldn't of been more helpful he fixed the problem straight away while being polite and able to have a laugh as well. Thank you for being so lovely Ben.

I was a bit disappointed that at 18:30 on the very day BBC news ran an article on dirty money (the bugs that reside on the cash in your pocket), Justin interrupted his pizza preparation to settle a £3 debt with his colleague. The colleague gave Justin 7 x £1 coins from his pocket, and Justin offered a £10 note from his wallet in exchange, then bundled the wallet and four or five other banknotes into his pocket. That's all ok, but prior to returning to pizza preparation Justin cleaned his hands by rubbing them together and on his apron. He prepared a large pizza and some garlic bread, tipped the mozzarella catch tray back into the preparation bin, and generally cleaned up the preparation area before sanitising his hands at 18:36.

Pizzas. Good choice. Tasty. When you buy one and collect, you get one free. Delivery service is quick too

Arrived late, cold and half cooked. Toppings were hard. Wedges still half frozend and cookies so cold they had turned in to solidified lumps of fat! Rang the shop and they offered to credit the value spent to our account, however, i wont be eating here again so they refunded us.

I absolutely love domino's pizza. The garlic stuffed crust is to die for. Not the cheapest off restaurant but food quality is out of this world. Very good with attention to detail and little extras with pizza.

Great phone app to track order and food always delivered hot and quite quickly also very tasty

After I had wanted to get a frozen pizza to make the 'kids' for dinner they persuaded me to get Dominos as it was better I got one of their deals which was a large BbQ Ranch pizza and a side as with one 19 year old and one 14 year old and a 21 year old who could arrive home any minute they can eat plenty. Ordering and paying online is very easy and the delivery driver just hands it over. however when we opened up the box we saw what I can only discribe as a wizened up looking thing with dry Bbq sauce hardly any cheese and what my daughter discribed as dried up chips which were ment to be chicken one on each slice of pizza along with two dried up pieces of pepperoni on each slice and none of the rest of the toppings that are ment to be on a Ranch pizza. The kids were so hungry they are it the way it was but I would have been better to have gone to Tescos and bought a frozen pizza for less money and cooked it myself. Lesson definitely learned, my kids buy from Dominos but I will not be again.

Disapointed is an understatement ordered 3 pizza's at the cost of £44 and they delivered 3 pizza's but RAW centred and topping all on 1 side on 1 pizza as if it was dropped. Not only that i rang and got mark who is the (manager) to complain about this experience but in return i got a real cocky attitude offering £20 credit. Lets be honest i spend 100s of ££ in here and one full order of £44 is ruined to get offered £20 in return im sorry but pizza hut and four star are much much better and disgrace on dominos for allowing mark to have this attitude towards a good customer.

Domino's pizzas grandes, pero sólo si tienes un cupón o ir el martes para un "2 por 1". Eso es bien conocido por el lugar, así que no puedo aguantar contra el uno en Newtownards.Nunca he tenido ningún problema con esta rama, excepto tal vez para una vez cuando las pizzas tardaron mucho tiempo para ser entregado, pero una mala experiencia no sully un buen historial.

Aparentemente no había 5 libras notas en el 1830 así que tenemos que esperar para el cambio. . Sin embargo, cuando se sirve el cambio fue convenientemente olvidado. . . Cuando me recordó el miembro del personal que no hubo sorpresa o disculpa. Parecía que este era asunto de trato hecho. Conseguí mi cambio pero sólo porque me acordé de los 15 minutos mientras esperaba y porque me preguntó. . . No volvería. . £5 podría no ser mucho, pero la honestidad y decencia de mí. Visited here for the first time. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and wedges over the phone for collecting. 15 mins latter it was ready. Piping hot and delicious. Very well priced for what i got. I will return again, best pizza ever

Got a pizza last night and it was disgusting plus toppings was wrong cheese wasn't melted my garlic bread hardly had any cheese on it and cookies were disgusting too . I'll never be eating another one again in my life .. staff on the phones were rude Delivery guy was friendly and had to ring as girl on the phone got my address wrong after repeating it so many times Because she couldn't hear me cause of other members of staff talking so loudly in the background

Domino's in Ards is class. Way better than the one in Bangor

The staff are useless, ignorant and seem they would rather chat amongst one another than serve customers. I have been to this store a few times and had the same experience each time. Someone needs to pull their finger out. Unfortunately this is my closest store.

I love love love pizza, but try to stay wheat free. Dominos pizzas are amazing, but way too small! My son loves domino, so we often order from there. I'd love to have a big pizza to tuck into, or share.
