Domino's Pizza in Ceredigion

Went to try and order pizza. Was told they were too busy and rushed me out the door. Very rude staff. I was told it was delivery only but when I went on the app it said collection only, when I tried to ask about it the “man” told me “can’t you see we’re busy, get out” Don’t bother. Get a pizza somewhere else.

Ordered chicken strippers, they delivered potato wedges, rang up and spoke to someone who said they would correct it straight away, an hour later I ring again only to be told again that they would be sent out straight away with a complementary pizza for the wait! When they finally turned up there was no complementary pizza and when I questioned the kind delivery man, he informed me he would go back and sort it out only to never hear from them again! Rather disappointed with the lack of communication and poor service

It was okay. The soup was a bit too wet. The waiter was really rude but kinda hot. Really liked it...

Last two dominos we have ordered not got the drink we asked for and this time the pizza was not made with care with way to much sauce and on top of this order was not listened to with my partner’s pizza having toppings he asked to be removed. THEN ON TOP OF THIS I FOUND A LONG HAIR BURRIED UNDER THE CHEESE ON THE PIZZA. I’m very disappointed as we spent £24.99 and wasted most of it due to finding hair putting us off our food.

Having just ordered a pizza online, I had a driver ring up because he couldn't find us. Judging by his very poor grasp of the English language I'm surprised he manages to make any deliveries. When I phoned the shop I was answered by, you guessed it, somebody else with a tenuous grasp of the English language. It's a shame because the pizzas are excellent if and when they finally arrive.

Just ordered 2 pizza's from the Aberystwyth branch. Such poor service. Dropped the garlic bread on the floor so had to re make it. Expecting me to take the pizza's that were sat on the side while re making. Looked at me as if I had 2 heads when I said I wanted the pizzas remaking as they would be stood around.My recommendation in Aberystwyth ALWAYS go to HOLLYWOOD PIZZA never here.

I visited here tonight with a friend, we ordered our food online. Which automatically added the special offers to our order. I handed in my Blue Light Card to get my discount off my order. The staff member that was dealing with us was very friendly and helpful, he wasn’t sure what to do so got Sebastian. Sebastian was very rude. He asked why we added the special offer to our order. We said it automatically, added to it. He was right I’ll have to cancel your order and put it in AGAIN and give your discount. You are only saving £5, more then if you went with the special offer that automatically added. I felt he had no customer service skills, they waynhe spoke to us both.

This is a pizza takeaway,the food is tasty, and you can also order online with the lets eat app, they will bring it straight to your front door.

Popped in off the street for a quick dinner option - ordered a large marg and a large ham & pineapple (sorry) - both were ready within 15 mins and were perfectly fine by the time we'd driven back to our campsite (10 mins away) - also ordered 1.25l coke for £20 - good deal.

Had pizzas from here tonight & absolutely disgusting. Hardly any toppings but soggy from all the tomato sauce on it. We have had a few pizzas from here & they are going from bad to worse. I will not buying from here again & would advise others to do the same.

Firstly staff are rude, they go Through more managers than they sell pizza the food was ok not what I was expecting I had to collect as three times sent wrong order no good, staff handling pizza without washing there hands after picking there noses its terrible I will never order from hear again new marco best in aberystwyth I live local so I know if I was you I wouldn't eat at dominoes. Terrible I will never get over this experience for a long time I don't leave reveiws this was necessary and. Also the way managent speak to there staff. In front of customers is not good if that was me I would. Have walked out.

Después de ser descargada de hospital me esta noche mi pareja y yo decidimos pedir una dominos para animarme. Pidió un mensaje que debe ser escrito en el cuadro que dice "te amo" en vez de lo escrito en el cuadro era "Lo siento, estamos rompiendo". Nos llamó para informar sobre el incidente pero estaban "soplado". Debido a esta experiencia angustiante y conducta repugnante por el dominos empleado responsable que deberá pedir de nuevo o ni recomendar a nadie para pedir desde allí.

Myself and two friends decided to treat ourselves, thirty minutes after ordering I received a phone call from the delivery man, that could barely speak English and took forever to understand what he was asking of me, who hadn't yet even left the store with our food and told me to wait outside of my house so that he could see me. It was 9:30pm and cold. Once we received the food we found that one of the pizzas was wrong and so we called the store to complain, the speaker had broken English and it took five minutes to convey the issue so that he could understand. There was no apology for the inconvenience. It took 25 minutes for the delivery of the replacement pizza and we had to return the wrong one that was stone cold by then, that was probably headed for the bin. Complete mess.

after waiting a hour they tell us they have lost our order and we have to wait 20 more minutes for food. management a joke leaves other people to man counter and answer phone calls about other complants. Understand they are busy but headless chickens comes to mind

Be warned if you order on the phone make sure you have the correct money when they deliver. I was conned out of £7 as the delivery boy said he had no change. It's a ploy for a tip.

Ordered 2 vegie pizzas. Stupidly did not check them, when got home had 2 meaty pizzas. Too far to go back and sort out order. Useless.

Messed up the order even though they charge extortionate prices. Better off buying a supermarket pizza for a pound! And when the pizza arrived it was also cold and tasteless! Never again will I be ordering a pizza at this place at a ridiculous price!

What a waste of money. Pizza was cold. Staff got order wrong. Had to wait ages. Stingy on sauce, cheese and toppings. Total disappointment.

For the price ,I thought it'd be ok (bear in mind I was using discount vouchers so it was about 1/3 of the usual price) Pizza was mediocre,I would have preferred a supermarket one to be honest. I'll stick with Marco's ..

Nuestra primera experiencia realizar un pedido poco se reunió con confrontación después de la comida se habían realizado, listo para ser recogido. Mi pedido era incorrecta y se lo dije al gerente. A continuación, explicó lo que pensaba mi pedido, no obstante él y entonces entramos en un acalorado debate sobre esta orden me había puesto. Esto fue en frente de varios clientes y que me hicieron sentir tonto.

Disguising , will never eat here again! The pizzas where the worst I have ever tasted with mould on the bottom

Bought the best pizzas in Aber from Dominos pizza. The staff are friendly and the pizza took just as much time as the screen said it would.

Alright pizzas, quite expensive for what you get especially if you get them to deliver!!! Always pick it up unless you have a voucher.

Usually good. Recently got to be very poor. Delivery much slower than usual and the last 3 orders I've made have been incomplete on delivery. Nothing major, just missing sauces or supposedly free extras (supposed to be supplied when you enter a code from the locally delivered leaflets). This time I got a pizza with completely wrong topping. Rang to complain and the helpfull guy apologised and passed me on to the manager who denied any issue ( I knew I was right, the back button on my browser confirmed I had not ordered any meat toppings.) Manager swore blind I had- I'm veggie! Will be going to Hollywood Pizza from now on.

Their pizzas are all right, not amazing. But rather on the expensive side. Seems like you're mostly paying for the brand rather than for the food. Can get better pizzas in Aber, for half the money.

We always receive service with a smile - what more can be said! But apparently I have to write more, so.... always on time, never moan at our massive orders, and so far.. touch wood, have never got an order wrong!
