Added mushrooms to a pizza that doesn’t have mushrooms on, when my boyfriend is allergic. Have told the store multiple times about his allergies and that we don’t order pizzas with mushrooms for this reason. Luckily the manager replaced the vegi volcano pizza with no mushrooms. Just hope it doesn’t happen again! Reminder to check your pizzas if you have allergies

Won't deliver a pizza to me as I'm not in their area even though I'm only 1 mile away and no other store is open, bunch of job worth's.

This branch always delivers really good customer service. They even rang me a day after I ordered pizza to say they were giving me a free garlic bread as it arrived slightly late (I didn't mind!) and to remind me that I had a £10 voucher on my account. It's rare these days to find such genuinely good customer service.

The pizza was discusting. I ordered pizza with mashrum they did put little bit of mashrum. The staff very in respectful . I said to them i forgot to add a tomatto sauce. He said he cant add it i have to order new pizza

As some others reviews on here say. Absolutely awful customer service and rude people working there. Not only did we wait 2.5 hours for our delivery. It was wrong when it came. Do not get dominos, I will never be getting dominos from this city again.

Ordered through Uber eats and it took 2 hours for the food to arrive after 5 calls to the store and 3 remakes and when it it finally got here it was the wrong food, don’t know what went wrong but annoyed enough to leave a review about it

Sent me an incorrect order when I made them aware told me they couldn’t do anything and they didn’t make a mistake, yet clearly the wrong toppings on the pizza. Bizarre customer service.

Ordered food at 3am 20 mins later order marked as delivered and a text saying on its way 30 mins later I call up and they say it’ll be with me in a matter of minutes I wait another 30 mins and ask where is my order nothing has arrived a rude young boy on the phone laughs and I say what are you gonna do to rectify this as I’ve paid and have received nothing he laughs again and says you tell me refused to give me there name as I wanted to complain I asked for a manager then put me on hold I was passed around on the phone to many more useless workers constantly putting me on hold till a polite man not the manager tho explained the situation and was trying to help so props to him but the other works there seriously immature and need to be reprimanded treating customers like that giving dominoes a bad name now I doubt we will order from you again and will warn others where were the managers when this was going on aswell ? Utterly disgraceful!! Eventually they agreed to remake the order didn’t offer anything for the rude customer service and the hour and a half I’ve been waiting but honestly don’t want it probably will receive spit and missing items due to there lack of maturity finally 4:40am I received my order the driver George was very nice and apologetic a exemplary dominoes employee thank you George

Had a roll of stickers on my pizza and bloke on phone goes anything wrong with ya pizza

After ordering in the shop I was told 8mins. Almost 40mins later I asked where my order was only to be told they were very busy by the manager, but then he asked my name. Then looked for my order to find it sat behind him on a shelf, which in all probabilities had been there for 30mins. He did apologies and offered me a free drink. I said I'd rather have a hot pizza. I was told it would still be hot. I didn't take the free drink offered nor was the pizzas hot when I got home. Everything about my experience was poor. I said I wouldn't come again. Of course the manager didn't care less. It's not as if losing my business will have any impact to their takings.

One of those unfortunate people, didn't receive what I ordered, when asked to get it delivered 3 times, I didn't, they didn't even give me a refund

Ordered a pizza last night and was unfortunately left a bit disappointed. The pizza looked like a mess, and didn't taste all that nice. Considering the amount you pay it wasn't worth it.

Pizza tasted nice but the classic crust is very thick and the wedges were undercooked. The value for money isn't very good as I expect a substantial meal with 10gbp and not a kids meal. Food was warm however so ill give this a star for some good pizza even if it is tiny.

Had to place order online and it didn't register some changes. I phoned the store to state the changes required and they were very rude and put the phone down on me.

Absolute disgrace of a dominos. Haste to say it was recently refurbished. The pizza makers were not even wearing gloves or hair nets with beards etc. The staff were also sat around on their phones sat on the table surfaces whilst the others were talking and just standing around. Quite happy to say I'll never go there again. Also messed my order up even though I phoned it in 🤷‍♂️ what more to say

Not been in Portsmouth long and this was the first takeaway i have had down here i was so pleased with the service so much better than the one in my home town. The food was early and quick was cooked to perfection and my delivery driver was very polite and didnt mind a bit of banter definitely ordering from this one again thanks guys

Ordered two pizzas. One was flat the other was well risen. Overall great taste and pizza. Experience was ruined due to garlic dip lid malfunctioning. Sort it. We arnt savages!.

Awful place, went there and ordered a pizza , wanted to pay( because my friend was suppose to collect it) , they said we cant accept any payment cuz the person who works on till is not here ,asked to speak with manger , they said he is not here , dominos should shame with this kind of service , I'm as customer wanted to spend money but they did not care at all ,

(Dominos fratton road) I was waiting for over 1 hour for my pizza that I had made the phone call at 23:18 andwas told it will only take around half an hour to be made and ordered to my address and when I had tried to call them and ask how long it was going to be they would start speaking then just put the phone down then I spoke to the manager over 1 hour after at around 12:30 they said they will not be able to do anything and I will have to "find somewhere else to eat" also they did not give any apology for the inconvenience or any reason for to why they could not get me the pizza I have always liked dominos but now I have changed my opinion and I spoke to Corey to place the order and he said it will be with me in the next half hour and then any time I had tried to call back they just put the phone down on me very poor customer service.

It's the best Domino's I've had in a long LONG time better than any in London I've had, can't even compare! Speedy delivery also food still really hot. At home (London) my pizza is usually luke warm. Would definitely use again when I visit again.

I always collect so its bogof. Always watch the production line they have going. The pizzas are not as oily as most takeaway places,, and its good to see that they make pizzas using fresh ingredients rather than from frozen. Always seems a good atmosphere among the staff who work very hard.

Ordered pizza and they messed up address when i spoke to them they were no help whatso ever so i asked for refund and basically was refused and tried turning the blame on me for their error was a regular customer not anymore
