Domino's Pizza in Corby

Cannot fault the food... but its cashless now.. they refused to accept cash... if I didn't have the kids in the car asking for pizza I would have gone into town.. there's more business who accept your cash.. You just lost a customer..

If only they got the order correct...

Ordered and waited 70 minutes. called and they said would be 15 minute, 45 minutes after the call it turns up. One pizza missing the other stone cold, called again and was refused a refund the manager said would make a priority order and be here in 25 minutes. 1 hour later I had to call again and they told me my replacement order had been delivered to the wrong house. Absolute joke. my advise is do not order from here, I never leave a bad review anywhere but this was an absolute shambles.

When I first received the order for a pizza, garlic bread and chicken strips the garlic bread was missing and the pizza and chicken was lukewarm. The driver said the garlic bread would be delivered but when I rang and hour and a half later I was told best could be done was a free pizza next time, which will be never.

Ordered 70 pounds worth pizzas. Half price deal was good reducing to 35. However my own pizza had hardly any topping. 12 pieces of mushroom over whole pizza. Cheese was absolute minimum. Only time I've brought a pizza same as could have got from Tesco frozen aisle. Not happy overall. Very dry , minimum taste. Truly shocked

Working late in neville holt, a short 15min ride to corby and we had our van full of pizza. Felt content afterwards and ready for more work.

Best to at present order via the app and collect inshore. Service generally very good but does get a bit chaotic when busy....

Ordered pizza, garlic bread, wedges and a bottle of coke zero. Driver delivered two pizza's and a bottle of coke zero. Called the store and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Had to hang up and call back and the guy had forgotten he'd put me on hold. 10 minutes later our order arrives with a bottle of fanta instead of coke zero and our food was cold. Clearly been out for longer than the guy in the shop tried to tell me but it's suspicious that the pizza's we gave back were the same temp as the food we ordered considering it supposedly left the store 4 minutes after the pizza's we gave back. I guess the driver had his air con on!! #dontlikebeingliedto Will be switching to pizza hut from now on.

Great pizza, had to wait in the car while it cooked but that is no real hardship and expected in the current climate.

I certainly got a reminder of why I don’t eat at fast food restaurants. After eating a pizza from this place I was violently sick early hours of the morning with gastroenteritis. I had driven over 200 miles , needed something hot and quick , never again!! .This prevented me having my lovely breakfast at the hotel. Not impressed at all!

Had pizza delivered to hotel during stay. I have to say this was the best dominos I’ve ever had. The pizza was hot and fresh and you could identify the toppings.

Delivered cold and spongy pizza that seemed to had been already baked when the order was placed as the delivery was quick. Did not get any response from customer service despite provided them with receipt.

So we selected the 50% off £50 deal but for £50 worth of food you don’t get much. We got two pizzas, chicken wings, chicken goujons and a bottle of coke. The food arrived cold and the pizza was so greasy. Deffo not worth the value of money you pay. I used to love dominoes but for much cheaper and better quality Pizza Hut is winning the race

Ordered a pizza this evening for delivery, I included directions etc. Watching the tracker, obviously did not look at instructions, eventually arrived cold. Driver not particularly nice either. When it had allegedly arrived (according to tracker) I called the store - put me on hold then cut me off, when eventually arrived cold called again to be told that they needed the whole order back and they would send out another. Not good enough, they need to be telling their drivers to use instructions given, the girl on the phone was really quite unpleasant. If you want decent service and as stated "piping hot food", order from anywhere else. It is very rare I can't find something positive to give in a review but today I really can't.

Usually very good but on this occasion we ordered for collection at 7:45 and my partner is still waiting for it at 8 o clock. We orderee it for collection at that time for a reason. Not impressed at all. Why have the app to pre order it for 3 hours in advance if you cant honour it?!?!

Ordered pizza on a Tuesday night as I love their two for Tuesday deal! It took 1 and a half hours for us to receive our food and when it arrived they had given us an incorrect pizza. I requested a Texas BBQ pizza with pepperoni and I received just a pepperoni pizza. After waiting so long I couldn’t be bothered to complain. I will reconsider ordering from here in the future.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Arrived later than stated arrival time, cold and incomplete. Missing one of extra toppings we had paid for.

You can have it more than 2 times so that s good for me in matter of pizzas

Just had a delivery of pizza (lovely) with wedges (soggy), garlic bread which was good and chicken strips which were okay. Seems like boxed and bagged cooked stuff just gets soggy while traveling which is a shame. Wedges look great online but they need to be crisped up a bit for home delivery. It was all eaten but not keen to reorder.

Got a free pizza, a long wait, but it was worth it

Picked up my order, got home and it was incorrect. Rather then drive back, I asked for refund but was told I would have to travel all the way back with the order. I won't use again and the dog enjoyed the pizza. I ordered from another shop. And you owe me £22

We had a quick dominos before bed as we were hungry. Although they did not have my favourite pizza on the menu, they made it for me! It was great and did not take long to cook either. Very nice!

For once they disapointed me.They send me two wrong pizza then put me on hold and kept closing the phone on me.

The lady check out was moody as all hell, couldnt figure out why, she was very rude too

Arrived to pick up my pizza, girl was on the phone to a customer. Counted 7 other members of staff and not 1 came to the counter to offer assistance. So I stood for over 5 mins waiting for girl to finish the call before she could serve me. Low and behold my pizza was already sat waiting for me, so dont know how long it had been sat there. Was warm enough to eat when I got home but not overly hot. Pizza ok nothing better than anywhere else in my opinion.

Its a bit far from town centre if you live there, you can always make em bring it, Pizzas are great, there is a lot of pizzas and toppings to choose from, staff are always there to help and offer great customer service, sometimes when I order there it takes a while but its worth the wait.

If i could give this place no stars i would. I have never been in such a disgrace and disgusting dump in all my years working within the food environment. A mass of waste food littered the whole of the floor directly below the food preparation area. I asked to see the manager and he was so ignorant and abusive when I challenged him about food hygiene and the state of his shop cleansing and hygiene control... Don't go in the DUMP!!

Such a shame that such a business as a Domino's let's itself down by keeping customers waiting for their pizzas even when the pizza is cooked, boxed and just sitting on the side waiting to be handed over.......and that's what happened to me. In short, the front of house staff are letting them down. I watched the TV screen that showed me my Pizza from preparation to being cooked to being quality checked to being ready to go......and then just waited and waited until my name had even dropped off the screen and those that ordered after me got served. In the end I had to remind the staff who were chatting away in a foreign language that I was still here......VERY BAD SERVICE -WONT BE BACK!!!

domnioes in corby northamptonshire is absolutely shocking let alone disgusting , been ordering out of there for months , not once have they ever got the order right, and the food is aboslutely disgusting , we will not be coming back to dominoes, officially boycotted. wont be wasting my good paper on that place again, everything about it is just totally rubbish, wont be coming back
