Domino's Pizza in Down

Well another weird experience and no customer service from DOMINOES PIZZA DOWNPATRICK. How ,can anyone answer me, is this Dominoes in Downpatrick still open and operating. This is probably the worst run business in Downpatrick and continues to be so. It's obvious the staff don,t care but what about the owner. Do they know they might make more money if they got rid of the clowns that are running it. I,ve said it before and I'll say it to all again . You would be better ordering from Dominoes in Belfast. Delivery would-be quicker. Or just forget Dominoes altogether and order food from another reputable take away in dp and there are plenty that are good businesses and run professionally WITH a customer service. Though if your looking a messed up experience,delayed food,wrong pizza or delivered to wrong address then I highly recommend DOMINOES pizza in Downpatrick .

Rang at 6.05 on 16th October to order 3 pizzas. Operative seemed very helpful and advised me there was a wait time of 1hr15min. Also he informed me the alert system was down but he would leave a note to ring me when ready. Didn’t get a call but I called in anyway at 7.15pm. Pizza was ready and I didn’t see any evidence of being a backlog or busy. I was home in 5 minutes and opened the boxes to find completely cooled and rubbery pizzas impossible to consume. I then saw the time on the box was 6.11pm! Rang them down and of course the person I spoke to (Josh) was just on and knew nothing. Couldn’t identify who took my call either. I demanded a refund but that’s not their policy. He Suggested I phone back next day and speak to a manager. He was more interested in getting rid of my call than even empathising. I will pursue this to the end until my customer rights are satisfied. Staff training is obviously lacking and there is some weakness that allows irresponsible staff behaviour. The order cost me over £27 and I then had to spend another £24 in a Chinese takeaway. I have lodged a complaint and will report further on their reaction or lack of it

Ordered pizza with 3 sides, never got 1 side which was a garlic bread. Told the delivery driver of the missing garlic bread, she said she would ring the shop for us about the order but drove off and never came back with the garlic bread or explanation. So i take it as tough sh*t. Very poor dont order from there

Everyone know Dominos in general is quite expensive but the staff at this branch and quite slow on their deliveries as well.

Was in here today.. The small guy shouting out orders to his staff is so rude... His tone with his colleagues leaves a lot to be desired... He'd win first place in the dirty looks contest.. The shop is busy but he has no customer service at all... The wait is atrocious... And it makes no difference when its slack as the wait is still so long.. Staff poor, service poor...

Great location, super pizza, friendly service. Definitely recommended. Recently opened outlet spanking clean with all the latest it gear. Good ordering system with seats for waiting customers.

My family and I ordered pizza and sides one evening and midway eating our chicken we noticed the chicken was uncooked and pizza dough was uncooked also. We rang the store and explained of the chicken being pink inside, the staff argued that they're products are pre cooked when bought and it was impossible, yet my family, partner and I seen the uncooked chicken before us. The store sent us more chicken out and a voucher to use for a free pizza and took the chicken that was uncooked away, however that voucher is well and truly binned and we will not use this store again. This is a massive risk and extremely dangerous.

food was made freshly to order and it looked great and tasted even better. the deals are great and there is always something different to choose from. Even though it was a busy Saturday night I didn't have to wait long and all the counter staff were very attentive to myself and all other customers. Definitely will be back soon :)

I visited this takeaway and there was no one in sight, no customers and no sign of any staff. I waited inside for two minutes and eventually one member of staff came out of the back of the shop. I placed my order and paid. My order appeared on the screen which showed my waiting time was 10 minutes. Whilst my order was being prepared the phone rang and the lone staff member left my order to to answer the phone and take another order. Later the screen indicated that my order was in the oven and would be ready in 5 minutes but in reality no toppings had been added to my pizza as staff was still on the phone. As I was leaving with my order, there were customers waiting to place their order whilst staff was again taking orders on the phone. On returning home I opened the pizza box to discover there was cooked onions and red peppers in one corner of the box resulting in them tainting the taste of my pizza.
