Always brilliant friendly staff on the phone and really lovely delivery people. The pizzas are superior to other Cardiff Dominos locations. Always hot delivery and really tasty.

Lovely pizza we usually use pizza hut but never again yours were 100% better than their's. The only problem with this place is there is no parking

Staff were extremely kind and helpful, we’d made a mistake with our order and they were really accommodating. Food was delicious and piping hot too!

Absolutely disgusted. Let's call out the Manager Aaron real quick. Dont know who it is hiring at this dominos, but you need to have a good look into this branch. Just ordered a pizza and adjuated the toppings to have sausage, chicken breast strips, and pork meatballs. Once the pizza arrived , I noticed the chicken given was Tandori chicken. My wife is allergic to Chilli powder, so I called back and spoke with Manager Aaron. I explained the situation, and his response was, "we will send out another pizza." Sorted! No.....not really. I received a call from the driver asking for the previous pizza, This has never been requested before, especially from other Dominos I have ordered from, so I didn't think to keep the pizza. My wife is deathly alergic to Chilli. I dont want to keep that in my flat. I emediently threw it out in the community trash. Once I explained this to the driver, he said, "I will need to call the restaurant. I did so. Explained the situation to Manager Aaron, to which he requested a picture of the Pizza. I had taken a picture before throwing it out to keep as evidence. Aaron proceeded to call me a liar and that the pizza i had sent was not his?!?! (See the attached photos) He explained that I would need to go into the trash and get the pizza back to give it to the driver. WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THAT PIZZA IS BEOND ME! I dont know how many people would appreciate knowing that your driver was returning food that came out of a litteral dumpster. After explaining, i didn't want to dive into a dumpster to get the pizza box. I was informed that there was nothing that could be done....... Manager Aaron proceeded to say, "we requested the pizza from you in the first call." This was a lie. I have recorded the phone call, and this was not stated. Manager Aaron then proceeded to say "we always ask for the pizza back" this was also a lie as the week before we had the same issue where we received a completely wrong pizza and had another sent out with no need of returning the last. When I mentioned this to Manage Aaron, he stated, "Thus rule was just put in place," so why are you lying to me Manager Aaron? You dont always ask for this. You only just started.......

The outlet has limited seating and tables required cleaning. Rest food as always, exceptional.

Smallest pizza's ever, tastes good but after one bite its gone. And i am not a big eater, increase sizes please to meet most other pizza providers.👎

There was a mistake with one of the pizza's we ordered, but we called the store and they sent a replacement out in under 20 minutes with a free side and free drinks. Great customer service!

Took my 3 children for a treat today! Never again! Was over charged by £71 and told nothing could be done heres a number to ring which is now not open until monday! Im a single parent 3 children 2 who are disabled who now cant do a weekly shop until i will be re inburst which could take 2weeks! Asked For manager to be told he would get him, 5mins later same guy comes out and says he is the manager and to just ring customer services!! Absolutly SHOCKING!

Usually I don't like dominoes pizza as the ones here are rubbish but the one I had last night was amazing .

collected a pizza which was tasteless, had 2 slices and then binned it, woke up 8 hours later with the worst food positioning i’ve ever experienced, disgusting and clearly they’re doing something very wrong in that kitchen! avoid!

First of all this isn't the first time our order has been disappointing. Order for delivery - got told the driver will be 5 mins so waiting outside to collect it. Unfortunately, the driver went back to the store and said it was delivered. Called the store for them to say the driver took it back for some reason and took an extra 30mins on top of the previous time (1 hour all together). Once delivered, the order was completely wrong. One of the pizza toppings was wrong, the other pizza some slices were upside down spoiling the whole thing and both were cold. Garlic bread was cold and not sliced like it normally is and chicken not well presented and cold also. It seemed when the driver took it back to the store they did nothing to it but left it on the side till it was ready to deliver again. Poor customer service. Thank you for the refund but really not good enough.

I ordered a food after a long work day, used the app which told me the driver had 2 orders, I live in a block of flats so I went down to meet the driver as it said he was 2 minutes away, I proceeded to wait 10 minutes outside only for the app to pop up saying my food had been delivered, tried ringing the store twice got through on the 3rd time only to be spoken to extremely rudely over the phone by the member of staff saying I didn't answer my phone when the driver called, which they didn't as was stood outside the entrance and would have seen any cars coming into the car park. Really disappointed in the customer service, and after waiting almost an hour in the first place just not really what I'd expect for the money I paid.

Very Poor customer service. So called manager is rude and have no managerial ethics.

Absolutely disgusted Order regularly for business purposes and this time she spoke to me like dirt (to be polite) Rude and aggressive and completed by her comment that she is forced to work 18 hours a day and doesn’t have ‘ time for this nhs nonsense’ Will never use this branch again and feel so sorry for those having to work with this Luckily area manager has provided an alternative as we will never use this branch again

Took 3 hours still did not come the lovely Manager Shanada or Sinead or whatever decided not to answer phone. And not give refund, and two hours in -the food was on the way with me living a 5min away took an Another hour to contact ask where is it. Then she BANNED ME OH NO, like freaking really you think I will flipping order again. I really dont know how are you not fired ! Disgraceful behavior, choke on my pizza 😂

Why have I had no answer trying to call you over 6 times and delivery taken over 2 hours? Store closed. Not open for collection despite online saying different so ordered for deliver 0.5 miles from the stre but taken 2+ hours? Very embarrassed for you.

Taken my money, no sign of my food, been over an hour. Terrible service, better be getting my money back or I will be causing hell.

How disappointing - I was refused service, and sent away, when I called in person to buy a gluten free pizza. I was told that I can only buy gluten free pizza online. And, as I am not in a position to order, or pay, for anything online, this was of no use to me. I feel discriminated against as, if I was able to eat ordinary pizza, I would have been served.

Lovely pizzas, a little slow waiting for food. A little expensive but they were all fully eaten. Food enjoyed and would return on next visit to Cardiff

Most disappointing service ever

Absolutely love this particular store...made a small mistake on my pizza tonight(1st time ever!!!!) but completely went above and beyond not only to rectify by giving us the correct pizza (an letting us keep the 1 with mushrooms) but also sent me 2 boxes of cookies for our trouble..thank u guys/gals u do an amazing job..keep up the good work...heartfelt thanks 🙏 🤩

Will NEVER order from here again. I ordered a meteor pizza which when it arrived was literally swimming in bbq sauce so much so that the box was even covered in it, to top it off (or not) the smallest sprinkling of cheese just looked like a sloopy mess!!! Also no1 would answer the phone when we called to get it picked bk up!! A complete waste of money as it went in the bin!!!!

This Domino's Pizza in Cardiff Bay is one of the best Domino Pizzas in Cardiff. They offer amazing deals throughout the day especially if you work in and around the Cardiff Bay area you can pick up buy one get one free deals and or walk up to the store to find deals for the day. If you need delivery, it is also very quick. Definitely worth a try!

Fabulous service. Although there was a virtual queue for the website, when we got to ordering our food, everything was great from then on. Delivered within minutes and absolutely delicious pizza. We made a mistake and ended up doubling our order, but a quick call to the store quickly put this right.

Ordered two take away pizzas, the worst, tasteless pizzas I have ever tasted. They also got the order wrong, we asked for wedges but got chicken. Avoid!!!!

We ordered pizza and garlic bread. Pizza was good but garlic bread was dry and barely had any garlic on it was basically dry bread. Delivery service is very fast though. Will be ordering again .

I always get speedy delivery and fantastic, hot pizza. My only issue is whenever I order sides such as wedges, they really are not very generous. There's only ever four or five in the box.

After a misunderstanding with my order the staff went out of their way to resolve. Great customer service!

Did the job, nothing special. I ordered a medium pizza with two toppings, however half of the pizza had just one topping.

Has a pizza here one evening while staying in the area. Didnt book ahead,just turned up. Staff were friendly and patient while I chose my pizza. Had to wait about 15 minutes but the pizza was good and hot. No complaints.

Having just returned home from Cardiff after the eisteddfod I had the exact same experience asTracey B 3 days after her. I was made to feel like I had some contagious disease in front of a shop full of customers when I asked for a gluten free pizza! I’ve always been able to order in store before with no trouble but seems that rules have changed & some ‘jobs worth’ employees take them too literally. We were both probably served by the same member of staff who was ignorant & rude! It makes no sense at all that they have gluten free pizzas in store but customers can’t order them in person!No wonder their profits are down if this is how they treat their customers. They certainly lost a big order when the rest of my friends walked out with me.

Visited this evening with friends to order pizzas. As I am gluten free & had lovely pizzas each time before I was very cross that the server refused my order when I visited Mermaid Quay in Cardiff. She said I was only able to order g.f on line or on the app not in store. Despite me saying I didn't have access at the time & that I had been served there in the past I was refused! This is discriminatory & ridiculous. No wonder Domino's profits are down,you lost a big order tonight because of a stupid 'jobs worth' rule!

Appalling experience at Domino's Pizza place, Llandaff (Llantrisant Road Retail Park) on 27 May 2019. I went in person to buy a gluten free pizza as I have done on numerous occasions previously. But, this time, I was told that I could only purchase a gluten free pizza if I bought it online. I pointed out that I don't have internet access on my phone and, actually, I have never purchased anything online. I said that it made no sense anyway as I was there in person. I was told that this 'was for my own safety' and there was no way that I could be sold a pizza in person. I believe this is ridiculous. In fact, if anything, it makes more sense for me to be there in person so that if there was anything to discuss, regarding gluten free issues, I am there in person to discuss them. I also did not like being told what someone else believes is for my own safety. I am a mature person who is fully capable of making a decision about that myself!!

Nice pizza bit pricey though when I can put one in the oven for around 2-3 hole pounds lol

Ordered a delivery to the exchange hotel last night. Booked online and got a great discount. Took around 30mins after ordering which was fantastic. Delivery driver was very happy and very polite and friendly. And the food was obviously amazing too!

Waiting for over 90 mins for 2 pizzas was excessive. Wouldn't have been bothered if it was a one off, but it has happened a number of times now. Pizza was of ok standard, just took far too long to arrive.

As allways pizza was fresh,tasty and good value.

Ordered a large New Yorker with stuffed crust, no idea what they delivered, but it had jalapenos and onions, which are not on the New Yorker at all... not only was the wrong order delivered, but when I called to ask the store (Cardiff Bay) what had happened, the woman at the store had such an attitude. I explained it was the wrong order and I wanted it replaced, she asked if I wanted the correct pizza sent... I said that's what I just asked for, to which she replied that's what she asked. I said I didn't appreciate the attitude, to which she responded she had no attitude and then hung up. Didn't bother confirming what my order was or what my delivery address was. terrible service. well over the 30 minutes delayed now.

You really can't go wrong in choosing Domino's. The pizza will be the same regardless of where you eat. Plenty of variety. Very quick service.

Double decadent paperroni passion disaster, it use to be so nice and now for the last year the quality if the food is so low, no cheese between the double decadent bases which costs extra £2.50, no matter if you phone or order online asking for it you won’t get it, they have lost a good customer spending £30 each time 3 times a month, not worth the money I have found half price take away better quality, dominos in Cardiff bay charge premium prices for premium pizzas that not longer deliver, complaining to them only get it worse, I’ve complained enough gave to many chances, terrible

Cards only after a certain time. Once you make the purchase, then they tell you how long it'll be (25 mins in my case). Unacceptable.

Our pizza was perfect ! Cooked to perfection ,just the right amount of sauce and plenty of toppings. Garlic pizza bread also perfect as was the weddges which were piping hot and cooked through not hard hoiw sometimes they can Brit really was very good and we got a good deal online

Ordered take away pizza for our grandchildren and ourselves. 4 pizzas and and one helping of wedges. Pizzas tasted like chewy cardboard and none were finished Cost? £84. Total unbelievable ripofff

Dominoes is open until 5am, so it was the perfect midnight snack after coming out of a late-night movie whilst I stayed in the Bay on holiday. Good quality pizza and my go-to takeaway!

Ordered a Pizza 3 days ago. Driver couldn't find my house I was told, so didnt actually get to see the pizza and somehow now refusing a full refund! Couldn't make it up. I live in a normal house on a normal street 0.3 miles from restaurant.

The driver actually had the cheek to ask us to come out of our hotel room and come and find him on the street. Since we have ordered we have also been bombarded with sales text messages. We won't be ordering from Dominoes again. UPDATE: It now seems as if Dominoes have been selling our telephone number to marketing companies etc. following a spate of calls where the caller has information that could ONLY have been obtained via Dominoes. Disgusting, downgraded from 2 to 1 star.

This was a good meal. There was a good deal on for £25 for 2 large pizzas, 1 garlic pizza and some wedges. The food was good (same as every other domino's to be honest) The staff were nice and friendly.

It's everything you'd expect from a Domino's Pizza. Personally, I really like their pizzas and they have some excellent offers (2-4-1 on collections). We often make amendments to our pizzas and they always get it right first time. Plus, their service is very quick.

It is located in the most vibrant areas of Cardiff which is the Cardiff bay. I went here just after my convocation and the food was utter delight. The service was quick

once again Domino's Pizza really did the very best, the pepperoni passion pizza double decadent base was very hot, loads of pipping hot cheese between crusts, absolutely Perfect, the other pizza was make your own was delicious too, italian crust with ham, mushrooms and cheese, plus garlic pizza bread and a botle of fanta, very good deal online, delivered within 30 minutes all the time, perfect night in watching a movie:)

I was trying to order pizzas for my friends as i don't normaly order it myself. Spoke to three people all acting as if they can't hear my address, very rude staff requested to speak to the team he was also nasty and very rude then offered me to make another order i was like no thank u, those are the kind of people who will spit in ur food end up taking my friends to pizza express and it was money well spent.

I order the same Pizza all the time i eat from here, my favorite is Pepperoni Passion with Double Decadent Base, order the deal feed four for £5 each, get 2 large pizzas side of garlic pizza bread, potatoes wages ans a bottle 125ml pop for £19.95

Next time i ask for you not to knock my door and to ring me i suggest you do it! waking up my ill grandmother!! There is a reason for the additional request box!! This is not the first time, its happened more than 5 times now!!

Live in student halls and it takes time to come down the stairs as we live on top floor. When the delivery man came he was rude and didn't even say hello. He then said "I've got other places to be you know" rude.
