Just awful. Literally Asda make a better pizza than these guys. Don't fall for the marketing it's really really really bad

The manager, Shaji is one of the rudest people I have ever met. The customer service is abysmal and they fail to answer simple questions

I don’t even want to give this one star because the experience that I had with this particular branch was the worst of all ever. I placed an order on the 24th of November for £18.99 as we got 50% off for orders more than £30. Order no. 430654912. This money seems to be a small amount really doesn’t matter however the staffs treating customer is worst than treating a beggar. We placed the order at 22:35 pm and received the order around 23:50 pm after calling the branch informing us they were short of drivers and again called multiple times with no response as it was getting delayed which is understandable as it’s closing time. Pizzas were cold and obviously a bit hard as it was cold and had to throw most of them in the bin. We called the branch the next day spoke to a manager named Justina and she was kind and offered next time order with no charge. We called the branch few months later to place an order the staff was unable to find the note and resisted to place the order understandable. Few days later called them to place the order informed they were able to see the note and would happily place the order however e asked to deliver to different address but due to limited area they cover was unable to do it understandable. Finally we wanted to place again on 7th June 2022 and called the branch spoke to the store manager named Raza explained the whole situation and said “please wait for a second I’ll check that for you” waited for more than 5 mins saying hello many times did not respond can listen to him picking other phone calls, I asked my partner to call the branch. The guy picks and I spoke to him asking why did you not get back to me and again said give me a sec, like seriously what do you mean and since I was on the way to the branch and I informed him I am coming To the branch he responds saying in a rude tone “come”. This was so frustrating. I enter the branch and I was calm and explained again the whole situation he does not understand me either. Explain him once again and said Justina is not here she has not left the note and informed he can offer me 50% off. My partner spoke to Justina’s mum and she said Justina is coming on Friday and I said the guy when the other staff could find it why can’t you find it . He said he’s been here since a month and the store is busy. am sure dominos would not hire people who does not have manners to respect others and show attitude. This is extremely intolerable. Treating us like crap because we are not paying. So rude and arrogant. We don’t want to order anymore. All we expect is to treat customers with respect. This is not good for dominos as a brand to have people like him. He’s called store manager and can just imagine how other staff would be. Thanks for nothing👏🏼👍

Extremely rude staff answering the phone. Order a pizza and after 1 hour it’s still prepping. Ring them up to query what is happening and get a girl who couldn’t care less and was tutting at us most of the call. Said the wait is over 2 hours and offered no apology. STOP TAKING ORDERS IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY THE DEMAD. It’s not rocket science. Asked for refund to be told “my manager isn’t offering refunds at the moment”.... pathetic service and Dominos should be ashamed to let you represent their franchise...

Order an online pizza. Driver ring the bell and asked me to go down and get the pizza. When I went down 1 minute later I saw him left the building without giving me the pizza so I called domino's pizza candem and they told me delivery guy will be back. After 8 minutes driver did not come so called again domino's for a refund. Then the delivery guy showed up with a stupid excuse and arguing with me all the time when I just asked him why he left, then he put my 4 boxes of pizza at the floor to me to pick up and I told him to approach the pizzas as door if close of the entrance don't have the keys to enter my home again he very rude told me to stay away from him and he left with the pizzas on the floor. never had an issue with domino's before but after this and with the covid situation we are giving business to this companies that don't appreciate their customers. Never again.

I am extremely upset after my conversation with your staff at the Southgate store today after being refused a request which is completely reasonable. I was advised to order my food online which was fine. I ordered a ham and pepperoni pizza for my 2 children and promptly called the shop to request to have ham on one side and pepperoni on other. You can imagine my astonishment to be told this is not possible as they are running a reduced menu when the same amount of food is required and it is simply a case of sprinkling ham on one side and pepperoni on the other. Unable to believe this is company policy I then spoke to Maria the Store Manager who was at best robotic and at worst deliberately obstructive. She continued to inform me that they no longer do half and half’s which I understand if you have two hugely different pizzas, but really how difficult would it be to put the ham on one place and the pepperoni on the other rather than mix it up?!? In the process the client would happy. Apparently this too difficult and these are orders from above. Maria has no control over where some ham can or can’t be put on a pizza which for a pizza store manager seems absurd to me. I am disappointed but not surprised by the staffs complete apathy towards what the customer wants. Maria to me seemed not to care at all about our needs and kept repeating the same thing- a complete computer says no attitude. Embarrassing!!!

This is the best pizza that you can order for home. The best one if you ask me would be the bbq chicken pizza. I love it and i can eat it every day if i was not getting fat. The ranch sous is really good as well. In most of the locations they have really nice customer service so good job.

OH MY ALLAH! this is the best pizza i have ever had. my wife recommended this place, never heard of it, capitalist scum, but it was beautiful. the pizza was divine, wrap me up in your silky dough baby, and smother me with your creamy sauce, i would recommend! my red rocket was up for so long i ended up in A&E. worth it though. A close friend was scammed out of more than £1,000 for ordering Dominoes Pizza via PayPal. If you order to home delivery then pay by cash. PayPal were not helpful when challenged by this bizzare over-payment as were Dominoes. Obviously, someone employed by Domimoes was fiddling the system. Action Fraud were useless too when asked to in investment the situation. This was a very stressful situation or the customer so always pay by cash and don't trust online payment for take away deliveries.

Had take away pizza from Hook Dominos and it was cold and burnt. For the amount of money you pay this is insulting.

Me and my wife ordered a pizza 1hr and 45 mins ago it still haven’t arrived and been ringing the phone for last 45 mins they are not picking up!!! What is this place????? Close it down

Thank you for the order yesterday, and behaving in a good manner. After having a bad experience from Pizza Hut, who are a well known pizza restaurant, scolded me in a very bad manner for not putting my phone number on my online order, after which not receiving the order for another 50 mins, I called them, they started scolding me. Thank you for being polite on the phone and not shouting down when my children were hungry and ready to sleep before having their dinner. I also spoke to the manager at Pizza Hut, who also started scolding me as they were very busy, and told me to cancel my order instead of waiting for it. Had a veryyy bad experience with them. I am very happy, I had another place to turn around to, instead of being held up at dinner time and breaking my childrens heart.

My wife just picked up our so looking forward to, pizza from dominos and let me tell that it was awful, hardly any toppings and what ever they threw on it it was literally in the middle and the rest was pure dough. Can't even be bothered calling to complain!!!! Never ever again. I only wish that I took a photo to post

Never order from Southgate branch. Rude and helpless. Never again! Called as my pizza was wrong and cold. Was not helpful and will never order from Southgate branch ever again!

Se non si vuole uscire di casa e mangiare un pizza, questa è la soluzione ideale, tempo 15 minuti e la pizza e a casa tua, non sarà il massimo però è buona,essendo a Londra dove non è di certo la patria della pizza!! Lo consiglio!!

Working in the area and rather than everyone disappears for lunch lots of pizzas were ordered. They were nice, but nothing that would make me think they were anything special. Would rather give a good rather than average but that was not available.

Un vistazo rápido en internet y me decidí por dominó, 2 minutos más tarde y se descargó la App, a 5 minutos de la toma de decisiones y el orden. . . La aplicación permite ver el progreso de su pedido, 20 minutos más tarde y una pizza caliente, absolutamente precioso fue entregada! ! ! Yo no me puedo quejar, definitivamente es un cambio agradable de estar en un restaurante de hotel por su cuenta.

We enjoyed the Domino's pepperoni with extra cheese pizza, chicken wings and the delicious french 🍟. Hot and yummy.

Dominos pedidos de 30 Queen Street Londres esta noche. Recibimos pedidos de pizzas y fría y 2 horas más tarde pero no recibir nuestros 2 cajas de galletas y 3 bebidas. Tan pronto como nos dimos cuenta de que me quejé y peldaño Dominos y dijeron que enviará las galletas y bebidas lo antes posible.

have ordered couple of times from wembley branch.. well most of the times I have had issue with either wrong order or time they took to deliver and one one ocassion food wasnt delivered at all. Had to call them to chase my order after more than an hour. Requested a refund and an email stating that my food wasnt delivered. well did not recieve both hence after waiting for a week i had to tell them to send the same order again.. this time food did turn up in less than 30 mins !!!!!

There is always offers and discounts to be had. They are quick and efficient. Always good food that is hot and fresh. Never anything wrong or missing.

Phone up got £9.99 carry out special. Was told 10-15 minutes. Arrived, made myself known, paid via card and pizza was handed over with a smile. In and out in less than 2 minutes. Now that's good service.

Finchley Central I believe mine came from, Cold Pizza, missed half the toppings out, it tasted bland and flavorless. Forgot our drink. Didnt wanna accept voucher codes. Ridiculus. Dont bother. Go somewhere else x
