Dominos in Coleraine

My wife went to collect our order and gave our surname. Young man was a bit off putting with his abrupt reply. NOT A NAME HERE! My wife thought and said maybe it’s JIM. That was it. But his abruptness embarrassed my wife. Perhaps the management should address this and give some customer training for their young and inexperienced staff regards customer relations.

Potato wedges terrible no taste or substance won't use again expensive rubbish 16 pounds for a very mediocre feed if you cold call it that

Nothing has got be through lock down than Dominoes. never had a bad delivery. In all the waiting for other takeaways to deliver its been good knowing its only ever 30 min away!

Came with the soggy box with no sauce and pizza is not looking good! Very disappointed!!! Won’t order back again there

Saddened by the worsening customer service here. As somebody who has been working in the service industry for years, I’m appalled. I understand that nights get busy but I’ve had multiple days where my food didn’t show at all. Countless evenings where my food was 29 minutes+ late. I’ve asked the host and they were quite dismissive and rude. Hope they get their service together.

I received a text at 3pm today offering me £10 off a £20 spend, the code did not work online so I phoned to place the order. The girl who took my order of the family deal said it should be OK when I arrive and show the voucher. When I arrived I was told by a man that the offer does not apply to the deal I ordered. I am extremely annoyed that the girl misinformed me over the phone and I drove all the way there. Had she of told me it didn't apply I definitely would not have ordered it, so I feel conned. We would not have ordered the deal if we had of known the discount wouldn't apply... When I collected I just paid because I am not the type to cause a fuss in public. The text I received with the offer did not say anything about exclusions. The food was nice so this is why I gave it 2/5

What more would you want say after finding a (human)? hair in your purchase! Have eaten in Dominos elsewhere and as ok. For us this was a terrible experience - never again.

Put an order through just after 1 and was told it should be ready and with me within 20-30 minutes, waited for about 40 minutes however the delivery did not come. Gave them a wee ring for the first time to ask about my order and I was told it is on its way, however after waiting for another 30 minutes it still had not come. Kept ringing dominos to be updated about my order only to be told it had not yet left the shop and that the delivery driver will arrive in 10-15 minutes however that did not happen. Kept ringing Domino's about 10 times as nobody was answering my calls and once a man had answered it I have been told that the delivery driver was outside my house and that I didn't open the door whenever he was ringing the doorbell therefore he drove back to the store, however I sat near the window the whole time and no delivery driver was outside my house nor rang my doorbell. The man that was speaking to me over the phone had said that the food is cold and that they can send me out the cold food to which I obviously did not agree. Was a long over 3 hours waiting to not even receive my order, extremely poor customer service.

We had ordered a pizza from dominos Coleraine at 12:50 and we had it set to be delivered asap but it didn’t arrive until 2:10! The food was cold and just not nice at all. We have been ordering from dominos for awhile and never had a bad thing to say about it but tonight was just enough to put us off.

How can this be classed as a fast food outlet when more expensive than most high end restaurants. Food quality has decreased also over the months. Will not be back

me and my fiancee love it and the food is amazing and other night we messed up and they brought pizza back out again

Everytime we order we are getting very poor pizza it looks only cheese and sauce on it not worth driving 12 miles. Used to be really good but i think buy 1 and get 1 free might brought its quality down anyways i wont be back as its 4yh time in a row i disappointed.

Disgusting service and food will not be back and manager is no help. Food is cold and hardly any toppings. Would avoid.

It's exceptionally expensive if you don't have a code Do like the app to tell you what stage your pizza is at Drivers always friendly Pizzas always good

Your pizza is never bad but it used to be much more better. You are giving much more less toping these days so the pizza looks like half empty 😐. But Dominos is still my favorite one 😋

Entonces esperamos otros 5 minutos para que las ponga en cajas, no hace falta decir que tenía frío por el tiempo que llegué a casa y probado de cartón. Compras fuera es un deathtrap con sus coches entrega constantemente por la acera y luego estacionar sobre pavimento, esperando a que ocurra un accidente.

Foods always cold once delivered, manager is a disgrace, and ignorant. And drivers seem to not care !! Go to pizza Pom. AVOID DOMINOES COLERAINE

The pizza here used to be good but no more. used to be flavourful and good value but now it is tasteless and very expensive (even with the offers) I doubt I will be back unless the food improves

Chain restaurants should not be allowed on here, period. Unless, it's an awesome chain and there are very few. Domino's is not one of them, its nothing to get crazy about.

I like their pizzas and all the accompanying foods and they are of a good standard, I just think that they are over priced, though I'll probably still get them

Ordered 2 pizzas with sides @ £25 online. One pizza was stone cold the other was burnt and sides were wrong. Will never eat there again as this is the second time we received rank food from them . Will stay with the Chinese over the road which has always been consistently good and a lot cheaper.

Great pizza every time.So consistent and order has never been wrong.Kids love it and and never any left overs.Definately 10/10

We get a dominos every so often and they always taste great and arrive still hot. I order cheeseless pizzas and thankfully they have always arrived that way! The only downside is the price, it is very expensive for a pizza. So we only get it when there is a good deal on.

My family and I get a Domino's every now and again as a treat and it's always delivered before the scheduled time and is always hot. It never dissapointing on taste but I have to say if you dont buy on crazy Tuesday then it can be quite expensive!

We pizza as an easy take out meal and Dominos is always the same good standard for take out pizza. We ordered two pizzas and sides from the Coleraine store and the lady who took our order and the delivery guy were both professional and courteous. Unfortunately we received someone else's pizza (the rest of the order was correct) and on phoning Coleraine Dominos, we found the manager to be very unprofessional, rude and had no integrity. He really needs to think about customer service and treat his customers much better. After a second phone call to inform the manager that indeed two different addresses were on the pizza boxes (he didn't believe us), a full refund was given! Unfortunately due to the poor attitude of the manager we won't be ordering again.

It's Dominos people, we all know what pizza at Domino's is... it's pizza. Not gourmet pizza, not frozen pizza, but something in between. It's not ilatian restaurant quality, but not fancy restaurant prices either, It's lazy Friday night pizza, pure and simple!

My feeling is that there is a direct correlation between the shape we're all in, in this fatso township, and the volume of pizza dough those clever young men sling around so ably behind the counter - here, there and anywhere a quick 'take out' is preferable to cooking a homemade dinner. (4 oz of meat, fish or chicken and two veg, or green and fibrous.) I'd like to write more but my bingo wings are crashing against my knees and I just can't go onnnnnnnnn ... Hey? Where's my full sugar P*ps* C*la?

Pizza are ok, but far too pricey!!There are certainly better pizza restaurant in Coleraine such as Mono Lisa on New Row(just around the corner from Dominos) which do some great offers and fabulously tasting pizza.

food great full of flavour, cookies to die for.staff friendly. never had wrong order .best to go in . computer orders can be a bit confusing.and take longer to deliver

We love the pizzas here, we usually order online and we always get exactly what we want. They are expensive but there is often some kind of deal which is a help. I love the half and half pizza as we share a large/medium one most of the time. The twisted dough balls with cheese are tasty.

My husband loves dominos pizza, he tells me he craves it sometimes lol I on the otherhand will not eat their Pizza due to the MSG they add to some of their toppings but I do like their chicken strippers. The service is usually very fast with prompt delivery. Basically if you like pizza you will love dominos

Food acceptable, prices for pizza is extortionate, certainly not worth the money. The owner/manager is a rude individual and for this reason I will not eat in Domino's Coleraine or recommend it to any of my friends. There are far nicer pizza establishments in Coleraine. So save your money

never had a bad pizza out of here service is always brilliant and the staff friendly,also have deals on most nights of the week

The pizzas are really big and tasty it can be shared between more than two people. the garlic bread with cheese was yummy could eat lots of it. great value

Dominos chain is overpriced- pizza is good and Coleraine chain don't take criticism too well! Delivery time usually very good though.

Personally I don't like greasy american pizza, i think its kinda gross! However the side orders are rather nice! :) Pizza not to my taste, but sides are excellent! :)

Pizzas are usually hot and tasty when you receive them although I have had the odd one that needs reheated, which doesn't work well. Wedges could be more crispy - they are often limp - but chicken dippers are very good.

Ok so even though I don't like pizza the fella loves it and I'm happy with the sides (and desserts) so it works well and even though for pizza it's very expensive - the online service gives great discounts (50% off) and bogof on tues and always arrive quickly and are hot with friendly driver - all in all really good takeaway

Ordered a pizza jus this evening and it arrived prompt and on time unfortunately it was not the correct order so I called the store and the service I received was next to none. The store assistant was very friendly and efficient and offered me several ways to make the situation right. Very impressed!! Great service :) :) A***

I ordered a pizza for 11:00pm and it arrived hot and on time, i was welcomed at the my front door with no problems whatsoever and the best bit was I got 2 for the price of 1! But the only disappointment must be the price! A bit too expensive

It has been my experience (100's of times) in the past and tonight that when you order a domino,s pizza.....you get..great service and a great pizza.i order online everytime and their online service is quick and easy to use...you can even track your order.....the pizza,s are always first class and they always seem to have some sort of "meal deal" on offer......they also always arrive on time and hot when you get them......the wings are nice, but I can't recommend the deserts...not worth the money in my opinion.....but that's maybe just me......anyway, go on...treat yourself.....order one today.
