We loved the food however it took an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered it

Pizza was tasty but very cold with it arrived. Toppings had slid off too!

Lovely food ( pepperoni pizza with chilli and olives & lasagne) thoroughly enjoyed, will order again :)

Ordered 2 pizzas, one carbonara, chicken and chips and dough balls Worst pizza I have ever ordered i think they was scared to put toppings or cheese on it and tasted very bland. The chicken in breadcrumbs and chips was the tastiest item which is a simple thing that anyone can cook in an oven. Waited over a hour to be delivered. And will not be ordering again

Chips were soggy so had to put them in the air fryer. The pizza was undercooked on top and had to cook it in the oven to finish off.

This restaurant is amazing. We ordered a lovely take away and I got confused. Leanne sorted out the issue in a friendly way. Not is the food delicious but they really care about their customers. You’ve made our evening, thank you so much!

We were really disappointed by the service we received from this company. They missed one pizza from our delivery order (even though we ordered several days ahead of time) but then told us we’d have to come and get the missing one or wait twenty minutes. When we rang up and tried to ask for our money back, the person on the phone was rude and then the manager hung up on us. We tried to call back but they wouldn’t take our call. We were really disappointed as this meant one person in our party didn’t have dinner and the company felt no need to give us any acceptable customer service. I’d highly recommend avoiding this company!

The food was good bit had to wait an hour and a half Rang after an hour and they aid it was en route then it arrived half an hour after that Only 3 pizza”S garlic bread and salad so thought it would be quicker

Delicious food, fresh prawns and calamari and everything on the menu is of the highest quality!

Ordered food for delivery at 7pm (order placed at 6pm) gets to 7.30pm tried to call the restaurant numerous times until finally the delivery was made at 8pm. Atleast if the order was going to be significantly delayed a quick phone call was all that was needed to let us know and to think I tried calling the restaurant so many times but to no answer was incredibly frustrating. Then when we finally sat down to enjoy our meal the food the food tasted like it was cooked ages ago and been sat under a hot light for some time. (Normal the food here is superb when I’ve dined in the restaurant but I will never get a take away from these again. A real shame

Not up to the usual standard, was disappointing. The pizza was underdone and not crisped on top, had to cook it in the oven to finish it off when it arrived. Only 3 slices of garlic bread when 4 were advertised. Tagliatelle was a little bit too Al dente and the focaccia wasn’t the usual one which is normally light and fluffy, it was a pizza base with some chilli flakes sprinkled on.

Great food and delivered at the time asked. The only negative I would give is there isn't much point in having delivery instruction if no one is going to bother reading them.

Feeling lazy we ordered delivered pizza which was excellent and far superior to any chain pizza restraints we have eaten at Hopefully the owners will update their website as this is not a dine in and only take away unlike the lovely restraint (now closed) in Brackelsham Bay sadly missed by locals

Pizza is not my speciality but was undercooked other pizzas we ordered for family were cooked nice Chips are the best thing Dom's do don't need sauce they are lovely. (Food was warm not piping hot) We waited an hour and 40mins and phoned early on a Friday night about 6.20pm which was really disappointing. I think they charge for delivery too ? Which is out of order if more than an hour especially. I've sat indoors at the restaurant at Dom's and much better than the take away option ...infact I won't order it by take away again live and learn ...delivery driver she was pleasant but she is only delivery driver so I understand that when I told her how long we waited not her fault. 3 out of 5 is fair I think but no more than that

Ordered through Just Eat and was told order had arrived - it had not. Was sent a text telling me it had arrived. Kept calling but restaurant could not be bothered to answer - open till 10pm per website, but at 8:45pm - no answer to multiple calls. Ridiculous.

My order was 45 minutes late I tried to call the restaurant multiple times they never picked up shame because the food was good

I went to the branch in East Witterings this evening to get a take away for my family. After the hour wait I drove to the restaurant to collect my order, after collecting it I drove back and placed it in the oven to keep...

Very average pizza. Tough bread and lacking flavour

The pizza was cold and had no flavour the dumplings were ok but bland and the cheesecake had some weird lemon jelly on top which tasted awful the bonoffee pie was quite nice however I will not order from them in the future and would not recommended ordering from them to anyone.
