Excellent little place .Good food

Had lunch here. Sausage & bacon sandwich and a cheese & ham toasties with drinks. Good amount of filling. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Possible views of the sea depending on available seating. Nice venue if playing crazy golf nearby

Popped in on a whim after a weekend at Butlins, the food was so tasty and such good value!! I wish it was closer to where I live. It definitely seemed like a locals café, and the waitress knew many customers by name. Must visit if you are in the area.

Well start at the beginning. A great mug of tea. Nice proper tea bags served piping hot. Double scrambled eggs didn't disappoint, the big boy brunch was top notch. The cafe was busy busy busy but everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband just popped out for a bit of lunch and stumbled across this little cafe and omg what a little gem, he had a lamb roast dinner and I had the chicken & ham pie all homemade and honestly was so tasty and full of flavour, then just had to try the puddings husband had apple crumble and I had the pancakes 🥞 and I can honestly say they were the best pancakes i have ever had , the owner was so nice made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us , would definitely go out of my way to eat at this place again and higher recommend , thank you for the amazing food and service 😊

I am fussy only ever ate at home ....tried this cafe and realised what I had been missing...it is excellent in every department....clean friendly with top class hot food made to order....with a minimum wait no matter how busy they are....a credit to the industry....JJs.

On entering the cafe the atmosphere from the local customers were extremely welcoming, happy, friendly and warm. The waitress was also friendly and attentive. The cafe was clean and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this calf.

First time here, a really good experience - best chips I have ever had - as I’m 68 that’s saying something! Coffee tasted like coffee which I only normally get if a double shot asked for. Highly recommended will return next week 😁

Local cafe one back from the front. I had the vegetarian breakfast (I'm not a veggie) and it was very well cooked. The coffee I had was perfect; strong without being bitter. Pleasant service too.

Brilliant cafe excellent food and really great value for money

We popped in on the off chance for a quick snack and coffee. With a fairly extensive range on the menu we were spoilt for choice.I had the dolphin brunch, all with top quality ingredients, and a latte, which was incredibly good value.The cafe was spotlessly clean, and next time I visit Bognor Regis I will be back to sample more delicious food on the menu.

4 of us visited Sun 21/11/21. All had the brunches with extras. 2 girls in there very friendly and food arrived within 10mins. Well cooked, not greasy and great price. Cafe was clean and did get busy. Certainly 5* from us and glad that we chose the Dolphin. Well done ladies!

Stumbled on this café when looking for lunch – warm welcome – inside it is very small – basically the front of a shop – it was busy inside and we were lucky to find a table for 2 in the window – menus produced – soft drinks ordered – both had a hot bacon and egg sandwich – nicely cooked – yolk still runny – bacon crispish – very satisfying for not a lot of money – a good experience – thank you

Great coffee, and hot chocolate. Also fish and chips had a great light batter and was really good value for money. Small seating area, but you can see the sea from some tables. Will return!

Absolutely lovely little place and if you sit outside on a nice day like today, an amazing sun trap. Food and staff were lovely and great quality. Definitely worth a visit.

I had breakfast and it was was really nice, my first time here. For under £5.00 you get 2 eggs 1 bacon 1 sausage 2 slices of fried bread and beans . Great value and nicely cooked and service was excellent.

Second visit to this cafe and its doesn't disappoint! Large portions and very well priced. Came to fill a lunchtime gap and ended up leaving stuffed for the day! Staff are great and very friendly and its lovely and clean. Highly recommended!! 👍👍

A really good brunch, very nicely cooked, generous size and not dripping in fat, there are main lunchtime meals such as roasts etc or smaller meals like omelettes. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but that was expected as we did arrive at peak time and it looks like it could be quite popular by the amount of people eating there. Definitely recommended.

The service in this little cafe was top notch, and I was surprised by how tasty the salad was (Bacon avocado spinach - yum!). Nice little sunny enclave for any hungry visitors!

What a lovely place. Really friendly staff, great food and lovely setting just off the beach! We come here every time we’re in Bognor. Menu is great for vegetarians as well.

We saw The Dolphin as we were walking along the Prom. We both had fishfinger sandwiches and chips and it was lovely. We had a very friendly waitress and service was quick. Would definitely return.

Saw this cafe in the evening of the bank holiday monday. It was shut but looked good so went back this morning and was v happy i did. 5 item breakfast was just enough to fill without waddling back to digs....will definitely return😁🏍️

Visited this place over the BH weekend with the family. Their pancakes and breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The service was amazing on such busy days. Beautiful spot for brunch with an amazing view on the beach

Came down here on recommendation by my parents as the live nearby. Even though it was busy, the service was perfect, the staff werePolite, the place and clean and felt safe with everything going on at the moment. Our food arrived hot and beautifully presented and tasted incredible. Would definitely recommend this place and will never go anywhere else when we come back down here

Ordered a takeaway for me and my partner. Waited an hour after they said it would be a 15min wait. Burger and chips and a baguette. Nothing fancy! An hour for inedible food. Soggy chips burger bun looked liked it had water poured over it and disintegrated when tried to pick up. Burger was burnt and covered in a spicy mayo and worst of all had black hair in the baguette! Absolutely awful! Didn't eat it obviously.

My parents visited daily while they were staying in the Royal Norfolk. They returned Daily as it was very friendly, clean, well run, modern coffee machine and followed the Covid rules strictly so they felt very safe and looked after. Varied lunch menu Sandwiches, all day breakfast, salads, pancakes and Omelettes. Lovely to sit in obviously had been newly decorated by new owners who are a lovely couple. My parents Margaret & Terry spoke so highly of this cafe I have done this review On their behalf.

We dropped into the Dolphin Café for a drink and a bite to eat whilst visiting Bognor Regis in late September with some friends. The café is located near to the pier and the mini golf which is just across the road. We chose the cafe because it had outside seating and being in the Covid 19 post lockdown period, we felt more comfortable with this. The café is not large occupying a corner plot and the outside area had two tables and chairs for customers. Being around lunchtime, we were after a cup of tea and a light lunch, I had the baked potato with cheese and beans.The food came quite promptly after ordered and was very good. Payment was by contactless card at the serving desk inside. I later went inside to use the customer toilet and found the café to be busy inside which suggest that it is popular.Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient food and drink stop when in Bognor.
