Authentic, full of taste and flavour, genuinely can’t fault. Staff lovely and hospitable. Infrastructure grand with Thai flavour.

I stayed in Ambleside two nights and managed to get a table on the first. It was so good I booked again for the second and would have booked a third! I particularly loved the salads. They burst with flavour, which, combined with the crunch, gave a stunning experience. It was light and didn't lay heavy and you come away with all senses stimulated and satisfied. The location and atmosphere is lovely and all the staff helpful and courteous. Thankyou.

called to make a reservation after just arriving in Ambleside. The Manager, kim , was very helpful in getting us an early spot in what was going to be a fully booked evening. i knew as soon as we arrived it was going to be good. very warm welcome, ‘ great vibe’. our server , Damian, was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about all the food on the menu. each meal is cooked from fresh , so if you want any ingredients removed its ok. it became clear why the place was full. its Great!!, Our food was delicious, ( Pad Thai and Mild beef curry) with a good beer and a rose wine. Decent food, (combo starter was delicious, wifes '1-chilli-rated' curry was DAMN HOT though, good job she didn't have a 3-chilli one!); good service on the whole, lovely restaurant (we ate upstairs, which seemed more airy). Good value for money, £75 for two including a couple of drinks (no desserts though, we were full). Two minor gripes were the maître d' was as grumpy a person as I'd met all day (everyone else was VERY nice however!), and the windows upstairs are HUGE so when it's cold outside there's quite a draught if you're sat next to one.

Really fabulous Thai food in a lovely setting. Beef Pennang ith coconut rice was especially tasty. Very good service and quite reasonably priced

The food was superb and dead quick we came in at 5 and had eaten starters and mains by 5.50. We didn't feel rushed at all and so had another main and desserts and left at 6.50. Portions were a good size smaller than some places but high quality.
