Dobar in Hackney

I can not say enough about how good this breakfast was. We were 7 people traveling from Spain so they didn´t know us from Adam but they treated us like we were special from the moment we walked in. This has been one of the few times I have seen food on instagram then gone to the location and the food looks and tastes better than the photos. I highly recommend it if you aren't too far to travel to them. We stayed at the travel lodge next door which was brilliant may I say but would go out of my way next time I am in London to visit again. We told them our 5 yr old would just share food from our plates but they bought her her own beautifully decorated dish on the house. Fantastic service fab food!!!!! Thank you! ps. I would like to add that although it not mentioned in the description of the "manhatten" It was accompanied by a pot of amazing cream with at least 7 different fruits in it and everyone's eggs were cooked to utter perfection.

Too expensive for my liking in Birmingham we can get better than this breakfast for half the price, the food is ok and the portions are good but we paid nearly 25 per person for breakfast which is crazy in my opinion but sadly I will not be returning

They served duch Great food and delivered great service. I especially enjoyed the chicken and Pancakes. We will definitely visit again soon.

This is a great brunch spot. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming as soon as you get to the door. I was served by Gull and a gentleman who may be the manager. Both were very friendly and helpful. I had the French tourist which was perfect. So tasty and fresh. Thank you for a lovely time. The whole experience was 10/10.

Superb fresh and quality ingredients make up the breakfasts we had in this friendly place. We stayed in the Travelodge Manor House and had a morning walk in Finsbury Park and spotted this cafe for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We chose Smashed IT, Avocado with perfect poached eggs and one with a generous portion of smoked salmon and the other with delicious bacon. From seeing others being delivered. There were sweet options served with all kinds of fruit or traditional options, served beautifully in a cast iron pan. Well worth a visit.

Everything about this place is immaculate. It’s beautiful. The service is very hospital and very caring. I would highly recommend everything on the menu. Their coffee is what you call real coffee that will have you up and ready for the day. I absolutely love the place and I love the food and I love the service

Great atmosphere and decor. Customers were very excited. The food was absolutely amazing and well presented. Definitely recommend the OMG. Great customer service. Staff were considerate of my heavily pregnant wife and little toddler and made sure we’re were seated promptly.

I have been coming to Dobar for over a year and make it a point to come every time I visit London. The service is always fantastic, the staff are so friendly and it’s nice to see a place where the staff genuinely seem to enjoy their workplace. The food is always amazing and presented beautifully. I have never once been disappointed with any aspect of Dobar. If you’re thinking of going, I would 10/10 recommend it! :)

The best brunch spot in London! I’ve been here since they opened this restaurant. Breakfast, brunch, specially pancake and stuff are perfect. You never regret to try it !

This was the first time I had queued to get into a food establishment - but it was definitely worth the 15 minutes wait! When our time came we were warmly welcomed to our table & provided with water to drink while we perused the menu. It was hard to choose which dishes to choose for our brunch as the food all looked so delicious. In the end I went with poached eggs with avocado on toast. The food was exceptional. The plate had obviously been filled & dressed with care & attention to detail including the side garnish of hummus & pomegranate seeds. I would definitely go back again to sample some of the other dishes on offer.

Wonderful! We have been there three time in our five days trip in London. A perfect match between the libanese and English cuisine. Perfect either for a solid breakfast or a brunch in order to the big portion. I strongly recommend!
