food was stone cold and flavourless, my 7 year old who eats everything wouldn't eat it! was over 30 minutes late! won't be ordering from here again

Food still hasn’t come it’s been over half an hour

Food was awful , chips undercooked , didn’t have what I ordered so sent something else I’ve ordered many of times before so don’t know if there is a new owners or not but it was awful

Great guys, gave me a 12" pizza when I only ordered a 7", made my day after a hard shift. Always a great attitude and of course, great food. I recommend them highly!

Had the peri chicken with hot sauce, peri chips and gravy. Mini fillet burgers. Food was great. Glad it was early!

My food was very late. When I rang the lady was very rude and even slammed phone down on me whilst I was talking. Very poor service of a once delicious chicken shop.

The delivery driver was unexpectedly extremely rude wich was an absolute shock i had to instantly calm myself

Driver went to wrong address in chorlton rather than stretford. Delivery took 1hr 10mins and food was cold.

Went to wrong address. Told him to turn round . He didn't understand. Had to keep repeating. Not the first time this has happened it is a T junction. When the delivery person is told turn around for to the other end of the road they don't understand. It is 1 am in the morning they are calling and had to call back. I'm not walking down the street. Turn RIGHT not left

Food is all cold and not properly cooked

My children are very picky eaters with different taste however the whole family love this place from the pannis to the burger boxes everyone love it. Adults especially love the char on the chicken wings with the spice just right. 5stars from service to delivery

Absolute shambles . Food took 2 and a half hours . The can of pepsi was warmer than the food . Terrible customer service . Missing items . Shocking

Didn’t receive my fuckign order !!!!

I ordered 3 meals, panini meal but it came with no chips. A peri box meal with gravy and medium spice on burger this also came with no chips and no gravy and extra spicy flavour on the burger they sent coleslaw instead. And a boneless box meal with gravy they sent a box of wings full of bones and no gravy they sent another coleslaw. Delivery driver didn’t come to my door. Stood at the gate stating he couldn’t get through while pointing at the gate. Told him all he had to do was open it it’s only a gate. Tried ringing Dixy straight away on several occasions but no answer !! Very disappointed

There were no chips in the box meal and the gravy was still frozen I telephoned the place the women said the manager wasn't in and there was nothing I could do and hung the phone up pls check your meals before paying

Received a half pounder & cheese but with Salad/sauce where I asked for No salad No sauce. Rang the shop and was told they would do nothing to help me.

Really disappointed this time. The driver knocked on the door at 1am even though I mentioned in the notes that they should call me when they arrive. ALSO, I ordered 2 Peri Peri Wraps and both came as Grilled FRIED Wraps... Never wanted it fried, tasted so so greasy. Poor from you.

Ordered peri pitta Grilled. I didn't get it. Instead, I got it on a burger bun. If I wanted a burger, I would have ordered a burger. I didn't. I wanted pitta bread

We've been big fans of Dixie for a long time, but recently they've been getting small parts of our order wrong. And more importantly, the gravy has gone from being a lovely thickness to basically brown water. It's getting to the point where I'm not sure we'll be ordering from them anymore, or at least for a while in the hope that it's just a temporary blip.

Food was the worst I have had ever chicken was stale and smelt fishy the burger was wet and squished there wasn’t even any chips with the meal the onion rings was just little greasy burnt pieces of broken up onion rings I want a refund

The order was late and the food was cold.

Arrived late and cold, called and told they would re cook and we would have it in 15 mins, 50 minutes later I chased it and was told just raise a claim for a refund. Will never order from here again.

I’m really disappointed , this was my first time ordering. There was nothing to show that there is cheese in the classic chicken burger- as i am Dairy intolerant or i wouldn’t have ordered it. I ordered a classic chicken burger with coleslaw (additional cost) sweet chilli sauce (additional cost) and it came a chicken burger with cheese and lettuce

Order wasn’t right, asked for cheese on the burger’s at an extra cost, come with no cheese, also sent to margarita pizzas instead of pepperoni

Well on my just eat app it said delivery between 20:30pm - 20:50pm, at about 20:45pm it said on the app it had been delivered. Only NOW at 21:16pm I’ve received my food. The delivery was ridiculous and I wasn’t informed of any delay. I don’t understand why I paid for delivery for it to come 30 minutes late!

Food is always tasty. However, whenever I have it delivered instead of collecting it or going there myself, it's never hot i.e. it's always a bit luke warm and not hot like it should be. I always have to reheat it when it's been delivered. Still do recommend the food.

Don’t answer the phone when it’s late

Totally cold, really late, terrible burger, and had to call twice to chase it. They said it was with the delivery driver an hour before it turned up and when I rang they sounded annoyed that I was asking where it was. I appreciate Saturday night is busy but this is the second time this has happened in a row. Fool me twice, shame on me, I guess. Won't be ordering again.

The food was cold, I had to microwave it, which was a shame as it would have been lovely.

Food was around an hour late. When it did arrive, I went ahead and started eating it. A few minutes later the driver was banging on my door because he had given me the wrong order. I told him I started eating it already and he became quite annoyed and was shouting at me. Eventually he left but also left the my actual order. When I opened that, there was parts missing from that order. I lost my apetite after the way he spoke to me. I will not be ordering from this takeaway again! The food since it was so late was cold and not even nice. I was generous with the 3* for the food quality.

Food is always ace. Delivery time can be inaccurate (has been early and late) and occasionally they don't get the order 100% correct (forgot the gravy once which was a catastrophe so always check!). Hasn't stopped us being a regular customer though!

This was my request (Please ring me as you arrive Please please one of them burgers (noooo sauce at all "allergic", only cheese and lettuce) the other 4 as it should be please) ... Arrived so late, fries called, sauce noway is garlic, most importantly one of us could not eat his meal because he is allergic to sauce and they could not even care ... It is better if he ate it and we tool him to hospital and u end up shut ur takeaway and taken to prison???? Idiots seriously 😳😳

Staff are rude, every time I order the staff are nothing but rude. I enjoy the food but I just had a delivery and the driver from dixys told me I didn’t order drinks when I ordered meals. He raised his voice and made me show him my order on my phone to make sure I ordered drinks.

My order was missing an item when I contacted the restaurant they accused me of having received the said item as he was the one who personally packed the orderI informed him that he could come and check the delivery he said he would send the the missing item it’s been two hours since order and it has never turned up I paid for the item and not received it so I’m out of pocket I have ordered many times from this site and have never had a problem I will not be ordering from here in the future

My order never came. They took my money and no food came. Really should shut this food place. It's really worrying that you take money off people and no give them they food. No happy at all.
