Very disappointed. Both our curries were very bland. No taste to them at all. Waiters kept forgetting my water. They had no jugs of water which was weird as usually it's a given in a curry house. Lovely restaurant to look at, nicely decked out, but sadly we won't be going again. NB Been there years ago and it was very good.

Outstanding hospitality and the food is not laughing matter either. Personal favourites being Chicken Pakora and Lamb Bhuna, cannot recommend the place more.

Always a pleasure coming here, which is why we come every week! The dall soup in particular is a must try! Our favourite restaurant.

We have loved every curry we have ever had at Dine India over more than 20 years. Jimmy and the team are the most lovely people, very friendly and polite and couldn’t do more for us. At our most recent visit we attended a charity curry night (something Dine India do a lot to support the local community). My daughter has multiple food allergies and there was nothing in the charity buffet which she could eat but Jimmy went out of his way to make sure she had a lovely meal. Thank you Jimmy and team

I have been coming to Dine India for many years, since I was a little girl. Jimmy and his staff are always kind, make great food and are always happy to help. Dine India go above and beyond. Take away is always as delicious as eat in. Tonight I went to a charity evening at Dine India and it was really well hosted and the food was delicious.

Friends of Foston church annual curry evening is always a great evening of fabulous food and fund raising thanks to dine India for doing so much for so many charities. You guys are brilliant 👏🏻 😀

Spent over £50 on a meal for my family but felt disappointed by it. No complimentaries added; a couple of poppadoms would have been a nice gesture (always get a freebie at our local Chinese; prawn crackers). I would not recommend the masala chips at all, not one in my family of four liked them; lukewarm and soggy - shouldn’t chips be crispy? Naans are extremely small. Main meal sauces are nice but the lumps of chicken dry, the sauces just quite couldn’t mask the dry lumpiness of it. Not overly sure we’ll be returning.

Having recently moved to the area, we were excited to try our new local Indian restaurant. With such a large and vibrant local Asian community, we had high hopes. What we got was literally the worst takeaway city that either of us has ever had. We started with onion bhaji and aubergine pakora. Both cold, limp, flaccid and greasy. Main and sides were vegetable zaflong, daal makhoni and a masala sauce. The zaflong was acrid and acidic. The vegetables were overdone and soft. The daal was a korma sauce (that was cold and had split from being reheated) with a spoonful of crunchy, undercooked black lentils added. The masala sauce tasted like it’d come out of a jar and had a handful desiccated coconut added. The breads, a paratha and a naan, were both tiny, greasy and cold. The raita was clearly from a catering-size tub full of preservatives. We are used to a bag of poppadoms with a takeaway. We were, I suggest, lucky to avoid that here. £30 wasted. We binned what was left of our meal and had toast. Though we’ve learned our lesson and will try further afield next time. This local was absolutely disgusting.

This place is my favorite Indian in my area. The food is always incredible and the service is always exceptional. The staff are so warm and friendly.

Excellent all round, made a slight menu change for my dish (extra hot) and it was delicious. The only reason I dropped a star was a small choice of Naans, but the one I had was great, so really a 4.8 out of 5...

Me and my father went inside dine in India and we straight away got asked what we wanted to order just some naan bread and after like 5 minutes we got our food and it was warm and perfect great place for a family and anyone who likes Indian food

This is a great place to eat average price for the food good service free parking also they do takeaway too ,best you book a table for my party there was 5 of us main meal and couple of drinks each bill was reasonable

Come here every week, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The food is unreal, never disappointed, well done to Jimmy, Ben, Abdul and the rest of the team!

A simple 3 stars all round for the Dine India experience, nothing fancy that deserves so many 5 star reviews in my opinion, I think it’s just all a hype that is still being lived off from it being the local band kasabian curry house. Starters chicken tikka starter in particular was an absolute joke, dry, burnt and a tiny portion. 1/10 Mains curry dishes were very nice especially the lamb 8/10 Deserts pre frozen, so my daughter had to wait quite sometime before she could indulge her face into the bowl, but she a-shored me it was nice 8/10 One particular staff member was quite rude, which was a shame as the rest of the service from everyone was 10/10

5 stars all the way. When having an Indian Dine India is the only place for me.

Nothing quite beats going out for an Indian, after many moons of getting takeaways finally decided to find a worthwhile experience and found one t Dine India, the whole experience was divine, the chicken rezal was truly glorious the staff were swift and efficient the whole buzz of the place was positive and it was all topped off with a mr punky ice cream which really spoke to the inner child in me, highly unequivocally reccomend.

The food is really good and they made up a nan bread to what i wanted

Dine India is without a doubt our favourite Indian restaurant. On Saturday evening our order got mixed up (through human error) and we received the wrong take out. We drive a long way to collect our takeout so initially we were very frustrated, however within a phone call they were quick to rectify the mistake and promised us a free meal next time. Next time came, and as always we couldn’t fault it and it was the best Indian we’ve ever had! We thank you Dine for staying true to your word and giving us the best curry as always! We love you

One of best restaurants in the UK big praise but we’ll deserved we’ve been eating there for over 20 years and when in Leicester always book a table 3 generations and still love the Sunday buffet

We booked for Mothers Day at 12.30 for the buffet, all you can eat, which is what it’s states in the description. When we arrived the table wasn’t ready, which was fine because some of our party were slightly late. We found the staff weren’t very friendly, always pushing to have more drinks and were rushing us to get our starters. We have been to other buffets, where the food has been replenished, none of this was and had to ask for more. The mains were all very tasteless and bland, the Dahl was a yellow liquid. We didn’t even get a chance to go up for seconds even if we wanted to because they cleared it all away. I’m not sure where the 4.6 stars came from. Overall it was totally disappointing!!

Extremely disappointed after seeing reviews. Poor quality of food and selections for Sunday Brunch. Staff not friendly or welcoming, wouldn’t recommend it at all. Best bit was the pint of cobra!!

Nice food but a bit crowded seating wise

Really good food, wide choice, good presentation and great taste. Very busy on Saturday night, so felt a little crowded, and the car park can't cope so we parked 100m down the road.

The service was brilliant so I have given 4 stars. The food - mango chutney was very watered down, too much! Onion bhaji starter was nice. The mains chicken madras & a vindaloo were very bland, it had heat to it but not much taste or flavour (consistency of soup) The paratha was beautiful but very small not a usual size paratha. Portions were smaller than other restaurant's. We love curry & eat it at many different places - this was very middle of the road.

Ordered a takeaway arrived within the hour specified. Chips rice and naan barely warm. Pickles very watery popadoms fell to pieces as you picked them up. Asked for curry to be extra spicy and was very bland. Not impressed at all. Very disappointing meal.

I had a really nice first visit to this restaurant, the staff was really friendly, it was very busy, but found space to fit us in. They did not rush us and we were nice and relaxed, it was slightly higher priced than I thought but it was still acceptable and we left a nice tip. I hope to visit again one day

Terrible service. They said our order would be an hour it arrived an half and 35 mins later cold, tasteless and missing 4 items. When we called them they said they could bring the missing items but as I stated it has already took all that time not waiting the same again and our food we had would be cold, or discount off our next order which why would we want as we will never use these again.

Disappointing food and service compared to previous visits 10 years ago. A shame as we'd looked forward to returning.

We went today to try Dine India's buffet as have had takeaways but have never dined in . Excellent value for money- lots of choice and all the dishes were delicious. Very friendly attentive staff also . Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

Quite expensive for a local restaurant, but the food and the service is very good. Nice, well decorated interior, bar area, take-away waiting area, well-spaced tables and decent free car park. Would recommend.

Possible worst Indian I have ever had, burnt black chips cooked in dirty oil, masala was like water, with no taste whatsoever, and mushrooms undercooked and slimey . Will never give these business again

What an amazing place to eat, staff were super helpful, genuinely friendly and the foot was authentic and delicious. Travelled up from Kent to be with our daughter who lives nearby in Kibworth, I think Dine India will be a must next time we visit, and next time...and next time!

Been coming for many years. Staff are brilliant and so helpful and polite. No wonder the local celebrities eat here! Sunday buffet is great and is real value for money. But the best thing is the food of course and that's why I keep coming! I don't live local but it's worth travelling to!!

I went this evening with my partner and 2 young children. We got the set menu for 2 and it was great. The mixed starter was very good. Lamb bhuna was nice but tasted more like goat!. The stand out thing for me though was the service. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You could tell a lot of them were genuinely polite/nice people and come to natural to them. We couldn’t eat all the food and the meal for 2 could easily be for 3, if you bought another rice!. Such a nice touch at the end making my children a complimentary float in a champagne glass and 2 coffee/Sambuca shots. We will definitely be returning again!
