Where do I start??? The owners and staff are the best and such amazing people and the food is incredible!! I can honestly the best Indian food I have had and I’ve tried many places

Had a takeaway from here, chicken tikka masala and it was rubbish. Hardly any chicken and my partner found a small piece of metal in her portion. Beware!

Starters. Basic poppadoms and sauces. 3/10 waiter service 10/10. Main course a good 9/10 Ambience 5/10 Drinks were good. Service great. Hit and miss on the food but overall happy. Will go back for the banter from the waiter and the mains.

Had a fantastic meal here, we felt very welcome - the staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. 6 of us had Balti’s & everyone commented how lovely they were. Will definitely be returning, thank you.

I broke down in my van about 5yrs ago on my way to Scotland with my 2yr boy, this Indian went above and beyond to help me, they were amazing...complete life savers. .the manager delivered the most delicious food and even brought me a bottle of wine 🍷 So truly thankful 🙏 Xxxx

We visited Dine India last night, we are not from the area and so went by the reviews…we were not disappointed! Food was amazing Staff were very attentive and great with the girls. Table of 4 2 females and 2 little girls. Night out like these are rare and it was worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely evening

Booked a table for two with my wife, for 7.30 to celebrate our anniversary. Very easy to park. Always a positive. Eating Indian even at our age(52) we are very much novices when it comes to ordering but it was simple to work out and such friendly, attentive staff. We absolutely loved it from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Not forgetting the free desserts and shots, such a lovely touch.. oh and the gift as an anniversary present as we left. We can only say, Excellent all round and thank you again so much, you made it a special night for us.

Probably one of the better curries I have had within the west midlands. Great taste. Always friendly in the restaurant! Some different options on the menu too! 100% recommended.

Great experience, highly recommend if you're vegetarian too. Very tasty food and the meal was fresh. Staff were always on hand to help, and the interior was smart and cosy. Perfect place to take your friends/ family.

Very good meal. Friendly and helpful staff. We were a mixed age group of ten. Catered well for our differing requirements.

Broad range of choices on the take away menu. Ordered over the phone and food was available to collect on time. Lovely sea bass starter and very spicy (as required) madras. Excellent tastes.

top notch india restaurant, excellent food

1st time to this restaurant, it was ok but not the best Indian food I've tasted. Balti was salty, rice slightly underdone. They gave a kind gesture of chocolate cake and ice cream and a baby Guinness, which was kind. But it was ok.

Amazing dining experience! The food here is superb, I'm a bit boring so had chicken bhuna, but it was delicious, full of flavour with plenty of chicken. My partner had chicken madras, which was also very flavoursome but with a really good kick to it. Great onion bhajis, great chips, even the rice, poppadoms and chutney were outstanding. The staff were all very friendly and service was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend

The restaurant is at a good location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, when we wanted to make changes to the menu. The food was good, and they gave us a free treat afterwards.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Never been disappointed. Friendly, polite and professional staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the chamon bahar as recommended by Naz, tender lamb with spinach in a spicy sauce. Well worth a visit.

What a rip off!!!!! Worst so called Indian food I’ve ever eaten in my life. I live in east London so maybe I’ve been spoiled, but I’m visiting my friend in catshill and instead of cooking we made the mistake of getting a take away from this dismal establishment. The curries were bland listless and void of meat, the naans were half sized and poorly cooked, the raita looked like and tasted like tapioca, the samosas looked like something you would get in a multi pack from Iceland for a pound. And to top it all off they had the cheek to charge us £50. They’ve lost my friend as a loyal customer and if I get Delhi belly I will be sending it back.

By far the worst so called Indian food I have ever had the displeasure or misfortune of eating. Where do I start? The exuberant price? The samosa multi pack feed your kids for a pound from farm foods? The half sized naans? Undercooked The curry dishes lacking meat and flavour but heavy on fillers. But on the plus note the rice was good, but for £50 not that good.

As always Naz was the perfect host. I tried again one of his recommendations and as always not disappointed . Would highly recommend the Chomon Bahar which was a taste sensation. And the free shots (and kid friendly ones for the kids) and desert were the usual extra nice touch. Thanks again Naz and the team

Been going to Dine India for a while now. The food is always first class. The staff are great and usually give us a free dessert and shot which we wouldn’t normally go for but the dessert is so good we look forward to it now.

(Chicken Shashlik and Tandoori chicken), I have eaten many chicken shashlik in my time but , this seemed to be cook the same way as tandoori plus well over spiced should be quite delicate spiced , plus my chicken tandoori half chicken was OK but over spiced as well, we did not enjoy at all Would I order again sorry to say no

Food was nice but the waiter was extremely rude. Leaning across me whilst I’m eating, telling my friend to Wait! When she wanted to add something to her order. Clearing the table whilst people are still eating. It would have a good experience apart from him.

First time ordering from Dine India, quite disappointed, improvements definitely needed. The staff are friendly enough though. The food was late but they were very busy, so you can understand that. The food was lacking the spices and tastes promised, the madras was hot but bland, the sagwala was a bit better but still lacking, the biryani was just hot but no taste. The korma was ok but there was an odd taste to it. All were vegetarian options and we were very suprised to see lots of sauce but no actual vegetables except for dome very tine 3mm by 3 mm diced carrots. We has a side of saag paneer with only 5 pieces often of paneer that looked, tasted and felt like tofu.... we hate tofu. The raiti mint sauce we ordered was missing too. The poppadoms were chewy and stale textured, we cooked further in the oven to resolve them. The only meal that apparently ok was the fish calcutta yes the salmon was extremely dry but the sauce had flavour according to the person who ordered it. There is a lack of vegetarian options apart from the classics, no specialities, no paneer options. It's a disppointing no from us I'm afraid. More flavour, please actually put vegetables in the vegetarian versions and make sure everything is packed.

Food quite nice although the lamb was very chewy. The service however was nothing short of appalling, a bloke who I assume to be the manager was quite frankly just extremely rude and arrogant. Shame really as this is local to myself. I will most definitely be going back to my other “local” as the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Visited here Christmas Eve with my Family as not everyone could make it to Christmas Day Lunch. The restaurant was extremely busy for both dinning in and take away. We had booked a table in advance so did not have to wait. There were plenty of staff who were attentive so we did not have to wait long before our courses. The curry was lovely followed by a complementary Baylies to finish off a very enjoyable night out. I will definitely go here again May be one night during the week when it is less busy but I will make sure to book a table.

We were charged £803 for a family Christmas meal the majority of which we didn't order. Almost £100 for two children's portions of frozen scampi and chips is underhand and approaching extortion. Starters weren't ordered but served as complimentary which they clearly weren't. Something seriously corrupt here.

Unfortunately very disappointed on this visit. I like good service but don't like to feel rushed. We had barely sat down to look at menu and they were asking for our order. Then hovering ready to clear plates for next course. We had 3 different meals but all tasted almost exactly the same. My curry was luke warm so not very enjoyable. So disappointed as on previous visit it had been amazing. We don't live in the area so don't visit often so maybe it has changed hands since our last visit. Sadly we won't be returning.

One of the most bizarre dining experiences I've ever had. I understand Christmas Day dining will come at an increased cost but charging 2 kids £45 each as a set menu when all they would eat is chicken nuggets and chips is scandalous... My vegan meal which costs £11 on the menu all of sudden became £55.

So I just ordered 3 Currys, 3 Rice's and 3 Naans over the phone. Turned up at the shop, collected them. Took it home and realised there is only 1 Curry, 3 Rice's and 3 Naans? I phoned them back up and told them they have only put 1 Curry in the bag, they responded "oh we haven't charged you for 3 curries..." I explained who would make an order of 1 Curry, 3 Rice's and 3 Naans. They said no problem I'll get them sorted for you. Turned up at the shop, now said I have to pay for them? So I've just drove essentially twice now totalling 80mins of driving for an error they have made and you want me to pay £14.50? They told me it's my fault? I should have checked the order, brilliant. I paid the £14.50 as they weren't prepared to accept responsibility. Personally I see decent thing as waiving the cost of them just for the inconvenience. No worries, won't be returning. Thanks for your fine customer service.

I went as part of a large group booking on Sunday 11th Dec 2022. All staff were so welcoming. The food was amazing and the service was excellent

We were let down by the local ‘Bromsgrove Hotel and Spa’ (where they had confirmed we would be dining there but when we turned up on time they said they had lost the booking so tough). We found this restaurant who were able to cater, at short notice, for a family of 15. The staff were very pleasant, the food was great and we all had a great time.

Dreadful meal, dreadful experience.

My wife and I came here for Christmas day, we were really excited and in the spirit of things. Prior to booking, we asked what we would be eating on the day, (thinking we would have a choice) we were told by a member of staff "to leave it with us". The starters were very nice, so therefore we were really looking forward to the main course. Out came a leg of lamb, with salt and vinegar pringles dotted around the tray and cheap onion ring crisps placed on top. Then came a rather burnt looking chicken (or perhaps quail, due to its size) which was incredibly dry and inedible. Turkey slices arrived, which looked slimey, so we didn't even try these and the sprouts and roast potatoes on the side were freezing cold. Finally came a chicken and lamb bhuna. The chicken again was dry and unappetising and the lamb bhuna contained mainly bone. We complained about this, as we've never eaten such awful dishes. We were offered additional sauce to make the meat less dry, but ufortunately nothing could have made this meat succulent. The desserts were disappointing. A cheesecake served in a try with literally a thin layer of digestive, squirted cream and a few strawberries dotted on top, chocolate brownies, shop bought mince pies and shortbread biscuits that were completely stale . Before asking for the bill we again reiterated that the meal, nor dessert was good, but received very little reaction. The bill came, we had already paid a £20 deposit and we needed to pay an additional £80, so in total £100 for a really shocking meal, which we barely touched. The waiter did not handle it well when we stated that we would not be paying the full amount, he kept comparing us with other diners. He was not at all professional, telling me I wasn't listening to him. I said how we often visit and always have takeaways with family from this restaurant. Unfortunately we will not be eating here again, nor will we be having a takeaway due to the way it was dealt with. If I could give it 0 stars I would and it was an incredibly disappointing Christmas meal, which should have been a lovely occasion.

Thought I would try as I always see it full when I walk past on the weekend. Food was bland not much flavour onion bhaji greasy and no flavour, naan bread was hard like it was made earlier not fresh soft
