Dim Sum Master in Harborough

I'm a HUGE dim sum fan and after seeing how highly ranked this place was on my last visit, was determined to return one day when I hadn't already eaten like on my first visit to the area. It was absolutely worth the wait and the trip... even considering that I live in London! My friend and I had the "Dim Sum Master Meal" for 2, which included 9 items each, at £16.50 for both / £8.25 each. This is an absolute bargain considering the quality of the food, with the dumplings also being particularly generous in terms of the meaty fillings. When we arrived not long before closing and I saw the recommendation on the menu to order in advance and allow 20-25 minutes for preparation, I was worried that we might miss out, but the owners were very hospitable and still allowed us to order our feast 🙏 I noticed that they also allow a half-portion for single people, so they're clearly very customer-focused people. The fact that my dog was allowed in the indoor market is a big plus too, and consequently I'm already planning to return. Thank you for a wonderful meal, I look forward to seeing you again! 😋

Amazingly good, authentic Chinese food! Only my second visit as I live far away but I will endeavour to come here every time I visit my family in the area as it's the best Chinese food I've had, by a country mile! Friendly staff too, very accommodating and happy to alter the spice levels for their dishes! Have had the Dim Sum both times and got to try the chicken fried noodles today, outstanding, my fiancée agrees! They had sold out of marinated beef shank noodles so I will hopefully get to try this next time. 10/10

I've lived in Harborough for years and have only just discovered this wonderful place. We had the beef noodle soup, and pork/chicken dumplings. The portions were big and the soup was so delicious, it made us very happy as it was a cold day. The owners are very friendly and made the experience very pleasant. My only regret is I didnt know about the place earlier, i will be back again 100%

I have been coming here for three years now and I can genuinely say I have never had a bad experience. The food is absolutely amazing, and the owner of the restuarant is very hospitable and engaging. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Despite having dozens of options closer to me, I'm happy to drive the 10 or 12 miles over to Market Harborough for dim sum. Its a tiny little place but the food is always exceptional. I usually have chicken with noodles cooked in chili oil and a selection of dim sums and I always leave full and very happy.

Fantastic food, sold both frozen and also ready to eat there and then. Lovely people too who give brilliant advice on how to cook each style!

Probably the best dim sum in the UK. I've eaten in and had pick up now and it is consistantly amazing. Freshly made by hand every day, I know there's one guy who goes there all the time and they'll make special things just so he doesn't get bored...ask about the specials! Dim sum is traditionally brunch (in case you don't know), go with as many people as possible, order a couple noodle/rice dishes plus as many of the smaller dishes as your eyes can manage. -and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone! I'm sure if we knew what was in the sausages and burgers we eat it would probably turn us off so try something you wouldn't usually go for. You won't be disappointed. Exceptional dim sum. Bravo.

An incredible hidden gem with a lovely couple serving handmade dumplings in an unassuming food court. Siu Mai and Har Gao absolutely on point (Kylee says the best she's ever had). They have changing specials and can offer frozen to take home. We also had the legend series marinated beef Shank noodle which were so damn tasty. The service was charming and the owner is rightly proud of his work.
