absolutely disgusting. i’m 37 weeks pregnant and I’ve been delivered a RAW pizza ! i’ve taken the cheese off of the pizza and this is the dough… rancid.

Ordered food tonight. Meant to be delivered half an hour ago. Taken the phone off the hook, and no sign of the food. Close in 20 minutes, can guarantee I won't be receiving our meals. Terrible service.

First and last time I will be using this takeaway. Waited over an hour and a half to have the food delivered, for it to arrive cold. Chips were like rubber, burger was dry, buns for burger were rock solid. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Terrible service and wouldn't pick up the phone when I tried to contact.

I have ordered online an no one has responded I have called them several times an they just putting the phone down without speaking!!!!!

Usually okay but ordered my food was due an hour ago they took my money then ignored phone calls and then closed the shop. Certainly won’t be going back, especially for only mediocre food

This is the only place I come to when I order food for the whole family and I will never go anywhere else. The old reviews are outdated so I couldn’t just pass up on the opportunity to give my honest opinion and set things right. The food is the best I have tried in the area and I would definitely say try it out if you haven’t already!

Kebab was improperly assembled and pitta was not up to standard, also bagga onion in the salad barely any lettuce. Pizza was chunky and undercooked nuff deng and doughy, pizza was a genuine 0 - 10 my non legged dog could Cook a better pizza. Delivery driver was really nice lad, hope the chef has better luck next time

Went on just eat, followed their system and instructions and then got the wrong order. When I rang up the guy in charge was no help and basically said I got it wrong!

I am a regular customer of this takeaway. Even during the coronavirus pandemic. The food is always delicious, I agree with the other reviewers that the pizza is one of the best I've ever had. They give realistic delivery times on Just Eat. The kebabs are tasty, although the salad is a bit oniony for my liking. They have a 5 star hygiene rating. It really is my go to takeaway in Wrexham.

Never a problem ordering online as soon as u ring up to ask a question the guy who answers is very rude and abrupt and puts the phone.wont be ordering again!!!!!

Very disappointing £11.90 for The Chef Special Kebab. The chicken was very dry, the lamb was nice but I only got three small pieces, the donna meat was greasy and tasteless. The pitta bread was dry and came on top of the box. Why are you charging £11.90 what an absolute RIP OFF!

We use to deliver to this place and if I could describe it in one word it would be awefull how it's got even 3* I don't know and with staff the same 🤮🤮🤮

Be nice if the kebab was in the pita bread like it should be not flat open and dumped on top soon you pick it up it all falls out the bottom totally a waste of pitta bread

Ordered Kebab From Here And Probably Worst One Ive Ever Had. Missis Had Cheese Burger With Chips. Probably Double Cooked Chips And Chewy Burger And Sticky Bap. Wrong Destination On Google Which Ive Tried Altering. Come On Guys U Need To Love Food And Send Out Exceptional Food. Pull Them Fingers Out

Mostly on time but occasionally late at busy times during the week, possibly as they use less drivers during the week. Food is always hot when it arrives and staff are helpful when you need to call. Food is tasty and the pizzas always go down well. The buy one get one free on pizzas is excellent value for money.

I can’t really fault this place (other than the somewhat aloof staff at times). Great food and great prices. I’d recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend going to dilan kabab house in brymbo absolutely disgusting poor hygiene Chips and buns left out with flys landing on them burgers n cheese left open dead bugs everywhere and a pita bread left out on a freezer then served🤮🤢

Very honestly disappointed with the pizzas . Ordered two garlic based meat 12" and one with pineapple as that's what I like.. One came as ordered but we couldn't taste any garlic but even more bizarre the second came on a chilli 🌶 base and NO pineapple. Phoned to complain and was told and quote "oh sorry my fault I missed the pineapple". OK I said, can you please replace one, No he said maybe we do deal next time. Now i can't taste anything in my mouth from the chilli 🌶 . Just Eat just so not get orders right and Dilan Kebab, sorry but shocking service and your pizza is below poor.. R.
