Something new I've popped in tonight for my usual but with a new twist, rice Now for me there chicken just can't be beaten but it was all gone tonight so went for my secondary which is Donor and chips . I was asked if I would like to go for something new which I did Donor meat and rice . It's a game changer hand on heart . The Donor meat was cooked to perfection as I have come to expect, straight off the spit . The rice was perfectly cooked and it just goes with the Doner meat and it just works so I cannot wait to order a chicken Donor with rice which should be awesome. Thank you once again for a great service guys

My favorite food at Diamond and Grill is the chicken doner. Don't forget to come sometime when you have time. I have also made friends with the staff here.

Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I really recommend thier chicken Doner it taste really good. One of the best Kebab and Pizza in the area.

All the staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. All the foods are freshly prepared and very tasty. I went to this restaurant 2 days in a row and bought & ate lamb donar. I requested the staffs to put it in the grill for 5 minutes before placing the kebab inside the pitta bread. The said that they would do whatever customer asks and did what I asked. I have tried their kebabs and chicken wings. They are very tasty.

The food was shocking here ordered through just eat, there was no sauce and the chicken was all burnt and hard, basically inedible all went in the bin this is one of the worst places i’ve ever ordered from. AVOID DISGUSTING FOOD

The worst kebab I've ever had did not listen to the order. I ordered a large chips and received about 15 chips asked for no onions and got onions all through out the salad the other kebab didn't get any salad so had to share a few strands will never eat here again please avoid

Grew up in the UK but live in the states and the one thing I wanted when I was back in the UK was a kabab. They did not disappoint me with the deliciousness they put before me and blessed me with that white garlic sauce. Perfect way to end a night and was a highlight of my time back in the UK.

Our first time visiting after a night in the pub. We asked about the food hygiene rating and was informed they scored 5. On further research this was a lie and it’s only a 3. Staff making sick noises behind the counter and they don’t have knifes only forks. Will never return to this place.

Thought I’d treat myself to a takeaway from Diamond Grill this evening @6.30 Guys you are amazing… Had one piece chicken chip meal and OMG was perfect👌 The chicken 🍗 was so tender/tasty.. chips were fried to perfection. Also noticed whilst waiting for my food how spotless and clean the hole establishment was, so much work going into making sure the customer gets a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service with friendly staff customer service. AVOID Waited over an hour for small portions of lukewarm food delivered by a bloke who hadn't showered this year. Threw food in the bin where it came from after 2nd mouthful. Disgusting

I have been coming here for years, the hours are super convenient, food is standard but they do it decently, but the number one thing is the staff and friendliness, I have seen so many staff come and go but they have all been amazing cheerful and friendly and always happy to see me for whatever reason 🤣

I got a pizza from this place and the crust sides were badly burnt

Placed and order and phoned up numerous times and the guy was so rude did not care about my order and could not be bothered to check if the food had been made and put the phone down on me and food never showed but the money was debited from my account

Give just a one star to here. My fiancé burger was spot on but my kebab that contained uncooked lamb, complete disaster, dripping in oil too. Which gave me food poisoning while 8 months pregnant. We even called up the restaurant and got spoken to like garbage over the phone when trying to complain. Will definitely never order from here again.

Diamond grill is amazing and my favourite kebab shop in Dartford. The food is very fresh and the people that work there are so generous with portion sizes and very friendly. I have been a couple of times recently and they were lovely and I was very impressed. I want to give a special mention to Azad! He made my sister very happy because she wanted a little sample of doner meat to go with her chips and he gave her so much (for free). They are really kind and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you :)

Burnt burger, ordered cheese burger got no cheese but aload of burger sauce, added a note saying onions in the burger did not get onions, bare in mind i got charged extra, when spoken to he really didnt care. Very upsetting

Awful food. Chicken wrap and chips just cost me £10.50, chicken was dry and looked like it had been cooked a week ago, chips we're under cooked. Steer well clear.

Spent 47 to wait for 5 hours for no food and at least 4 phone calls two of which the manager wouldn't stop shouting at me ! Just eat refunded me but this takeaway is very unreliable and shocking to call! They don't seem to care or want customers ??

Thought I'd have a change as the last kebab shop went totally down hill and though id go for this place 4th time ordering was great lovely food exspecially for the price. Anyways 5th time ordering yesterday food was late due to it being bank Holiday services wasn't bothered about that but when eating my food it's was very horrible meet was over cooked and dried out so we're the chips with salad dolloped on top and missing sauces. Ordered Lamb Shish. Was terrible and very salty! Asked for tubs of burger sauce with Chicken Shish, arrived covered in bbq sauce which my 2 grandchildren wouldn’t eat and chips were missing! After 28 calls to try and speak to shop they sent 2 chips and a tub of burger sauce but only after they tried to say it was my fault. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and both times the order was wrong/missing. Will never order from here again

Ordered food turned up 45 minutes late.COLD rang to complain and ignorant C*** basically laughed and said not my problem. Will order again refuse to pay and say not my problem.

Ordered through Deliveroo to dartford premier inn. Ordered 14” bbq chicken pizza, 2 piece chicken with chips and a bottle of Pepsi. Pizza was nice but the edges were burnt, I got 7up not Pepsi and when I asked the driver when he turned up were my chips in the box he said yes. But there were no chips with the order at all.

My order never arrived and I was charged in full for it. When I rang they just said the driver was on the way, but they never turned up.

Absolutely awful. Everything soggy and overly salted. Didn't got food poisoning though, therefore I will give it 2 stars.

These guys are fantastic! They went above and beyond helping me with my order thanks to them I got to eat! Highly recommended I even saw them give a customer money back when they gave too much and didn’t realise they did! Best Kebad shop in the area!!!

Ordered tonight, food did not even turn up. Rang multiple times but was not offered anything to come back to us etc, unacceptable service, would give 0 stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

2 kebabs delivered with no salad. No option on Uber Eats to select salad. Called restaurant to be told I had to ask for salad as a special instruction?! Ridiculous. Other kebab shops on Uber give you the choice as to what salad you want. The food was awful anyway, worst kebab we’ve ever had. All went in the bin. Shocking food and service, will never return.

Absolutely outrageous at the price of food, workers are strange and scare my daughter!!!!! One worker had gone to my child whilst she was on the phone and had placed his ear next to the phone to listen to the conversation. Another had swiped his hand across her breast. She’s only 14!!!!!!!! I understand he may not have meant to but he shouldn’t be touching customers. Will never go here again!

I ordered 2x pizza deal 1's when it arrived, i had to put the pizza in the oven as it wasnt cooked properly, and the chicken was pink and had brown spots on it, when i called the restaurant about the issue, he told me i was blacklisted and not to call again, i argued with him saying, you cant send me uncooked food and tell me im blacklisted because of your arrogance. He sent the delivery guy back to give me a refund but when he got here he took the food back but didnt give me a refund. Little did he know, I took pictures of the food. Also showed the u cooked food to the delivery guy, who spoke to his boss and confirmed what i had complained about. But still got no refund. And phone was on record the whole time. Gave me food poisoning, had this last week woke up at 5am after getting home at 3:30 in the morning. This place deserves to be shut down, I've seen rats run around the back the workers have dirty hands and I feel like I need to go hospital definitely need to be checked out.

Chicken donor meat was a mound of sludge positioned on top of uncooked chips. We arrived at 1am - ok we did not expect a gourmet experience, but having to pay extra for salad was a joke. Rude staff didnt help the situation either - how are they allowed to serve food to the public? Stay away if you can.

This is by far is the Best place to get a Kebab from.Very good portion sizes.Chilli sauce is Greeat too.Welcoming and Helpfull staff. RECOMMEND TO ALL

People are nice. Donor is pure fat almost. You'll taste it for weeks. Other foods that aren't donor are quite nice. And for the othe poster the best kebab in town is Britannia, by a county mile. If you've not been there go.

One of the only kebab shops I know that has seating arrangements. They do pizzas, doners, chicken and it's all very nice. There is a wait but it is a very enjoyable kebab.
