What a find! Beautiful interior,friendly and welcoming staff and the most delicious,authentic Moroccan food I have had for years. Highly recommend!

Food was cold , meat was chewy and hard , and tastes very bad . This is not an authentic Moroccan experience at all

We called here without a reservation early on a Saturday evening. A warm friendly welcome from staff. The food was fantastic, our table chose tagines and chicken kebabs. All the food was nicely prepared and very flavoursome.

We called in here on spec, and enjoyed some delicious mezze. Service was warm and friendly, decor is lovely and the food was fab. Highly recommend the melt in the mouth chicken liver. The harissa prawns are in the shell - messy but worth it, great spice hit. The hummus is light and fresh. We will definitely be back!

At Dar Marrakech, where my friends and I ordered the Mezza (selection of 7 hot and cold dishes), chicken skewers, and falafel between us, we enjoyed a hearty and wholesome meal. The portion sizes were made for sharing and most dishes were quite flavourful. The ambience, while nothing to rave about, was also quite pleasant. We spent about 20 GBP per person (without drinks) and found the meal to generally be value for our money. However, we were a little disappointed with the service. While the staff was personable, they repeatedly didn't respond to our requests for tap water (despite asking for it thrice, we didn't receive it at all). Given that the menu was not sufficiently explanatory on the 7 dishes included in the mezza, we were also offered no guidance on which dishes we could expect (and weren't even asked if we would prefer the vegetarian or the meat option). The service, thus, took away from the experience of food otherwise quite enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic. Delicious food and amazing service. Went before going to 02 to see Elton John. Definitely will be back when in area. One criticism the fatoush was watery and tastless. No lemon taste and no sumac was like watery iceberg with tiny bits of soggy pita

What an absolute gem of a restaurant. First night in London looking for somewhere local and found this wonderful place. Food was superb and delicious. Service was friendly, welcoming and efficient. We were made to feel welcome with the dishes explained and the level of spice indicated. What a great find. I would totally recommend a visit.

Five of us ate here before Abba Voyage and opted for the set menu at £28.95 per person. The food was absolutely gorgeous and plentiful. The service was great too. Loads of garlic, spices just right and reasonable prices for prosecco and beers. Really happy with our choice and would highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant ! Four of us were in Stratford for Abba Voyage and all of us loved our delicious mezze lunch . Delicious, beautifully-presented food, great service and a lovely clean restaurant . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Came here for a work leaving do with a few colleagues as couldn’t get into our original restaurant. Average food and venue needs a little TLC. Staff sometimes take a little too long to get to you with your order.

My husband and teenage, vegetarian daughter had lunch here before going to the ABBA Voyage concert. We shared the mezze between the three of us - there was plenty to go round. Everything was delicious! Really tasty and fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed and the guy who served us was just lovely. If we're ever in the area again we will definitely go back - highly recommend! It was just a leisurely 15 minutes walk to the ABBA Arena - perfect.

I used to come here a few years ago and finally made my way back to london so stopped by a few weeks ago. The server was incredibly friendly and served up the food quickly and with a smile on his face. The food was good, and though was more Moroccan street food at a london price, you can't ask for too much as its a big venue and they have to cover costs. The bummer was you couldn't sit in the back area unless you were smoking shisha which seemed a bit naff as there were only a handfull of people in the restaurant - that being said its their rules so not too concerned about it. I enjoyed the meal, the free apple drink they gave me, and the overall experience was great

Very authentic Moroccan restaurant. Got to see some of the kitchen activity from our table. The Harsan soup was full of flavor, but the lamb tagine main course was the stand for for me. Two slow cooked lamb shanks cooked with prunes, raisins and sesame seeds. It fell apart and was oozing with flavor. The staff were very helpful. Recommended

A pleasant surprise, the lamb is impeccable, especially the lamb couscous or shank. The chicken wing starter was unique. Enjoyed the baklava as a desert followed up with Moroccan spiced tea.

Había reservado para el restaurante de bistecs al lado (HS & Co), pero al llegar, el propietario se disculpó sinceramente y explicó que había una falla eléctrica, nos acomodaría en su restaurante Dar Marrakech, que estaba al lado, pero aún podíamos comer del menú de bistecs. (mismo chef). Así que nos llevaron a la puerta de al lado de 20 pies en un restaurante realmente opulento, cálido y emocionante. Nuestro camarero era increíble, inicialmente estaba un poco confundido con el menú de bistec que teníamos, pero pronto estuvo en modo completo. Front door is quite imposing and not very welcoming. On entering waiter was friendly and quick to allocate me a seat. Layout is nice and the decor is keeping with the theme. Had a Leffe Blond, no offer of refill and water was removed from the table. Starter was Bariwate Chicken (a sort of spring roll) tasted mainly of the wrap. Strangely the waiter removed the plate, leaving me with what I would class as a serving plate. Lamb Skewers for mains was cooked nicely, but nothing to write home about regarding taste. Regretted not going to the Mexican a few doors away.

The only nice thing I can say about this restaurant is that it has a pleasant atmosphere. It was nice and quiet probably because once someone tries the food they choose not to return! My friends and I were sorely disappointed with every item we ordered. What they described as Moussaka on the menu was purely a meze made with tomatoes, aubergine and chick peas. The vegetable tagine was so bland that we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it. When I told the waiter he didn’t bat an eyelid! Worst of all was the bread served with the food, which was definitely Tesco value pitta bread!

On the 30th August we went for a mix grill; unfortunately soon after I was left with the worst stomach bug I had ever experienced and still have an upset stomach a day later..

By the time I had my salad 3 flys ended up in my drink. I was sat inside, it took me 30 minuets looking for a waitress/waiter for tissues and ended up leaving because no one paid attention even though my table was one of 3 tables occupied. I told the guy I had bad experience he said “oh ok, here is your bill” shocking. And the food is really bad.

Visited purely on the off chance on a Saturday Lunchtime, whilst visiting the area. Due to roadworks immediately outside its door, the restaurant was empty, though another couple did visit whilst we were dining.

Mi amigo ha pedido amablemente a tener se cambió después de 1 sip hace este era 35 minutos aún no fuente marroquí para 2 Replacementthe hummus era agradable, pollo sabroso, otro plato era muy agradable también. Pan pita era tan seco que podría haber matado a alguien con facilidad. La crema de berenjena era insípida y el falafel era el rock duro y seco. Tuve que pedir aceitunas 3 veces, ojalá no cuando ellos salieron llenos de piedras y tenía un extraño color en "off" y sabía amargo inusualmente. Adjunto una foto de la baklava por £4. 95 - no estaba muy seco el habitual salsa rastros de miel. no creo que lo merezca. El café era agradable sin embargo. Ten cuidado con el agua embotellada, ya que cuesta 2 libras. 50/botella, que no refrigerados simplemente sentarse en la mesa. No he visto en el menú en cualquier lugar mencionar que no es gratis. Estado aquí una vez antes de que era bueno después de hoy no me voy a volver, sólo pagamos la factura aún no reemplazo, así que gracias pero limonada no gracias

Pero el día no había suficiente comida y el personal estaban siendo muy grosero a nuestros huéspedes al pedir más comida porque no había suficiente comida en cada mesa para todo el mundo. Por favor evita este restaurante para eventos de fiesta. Estamos muy decepcionados porque nuestro huésped y vergüenza no trataron de derecha.

Sólo una vez había estado aquí, pero me pase muchas veces en la zona. Fui allí con mis amigos sin reserva, no estaba muy ocupada en 8 un reloj en la noche el viernes por la noche, he solicitado una bebé de pollo qué era muy sabroso y llegó con 2 pequeños platos de tamaño y precio aceptable. El camarero era un hombre alto y de pelo oscuro, no recuerdo su nombre a mencionar. Él también era genial. Volveré seguro.

Entrantes estaban bien y tanto el cordero y el pollo tangine eran bastante buenos. A un precio razonable. No hay cargos para llevar bebidas aunque la licencia. Buen ambiente. Té de menta, era muy agradable en el final de la comida.

Its just not the same anymore. The food was average. We didnt realise until we asked that they were under new management. So there was alot of changes. The menu had completely changed and there was not much on there like before.

Have been a number of times previously but would not use again. We were a party of 10 who had prebooked. It took them the best part of an hour to get us any drink appart from the water on the table. When we eventually got to order and food arrived several meals were not as asked for and one pie was clearly under cooked and had to be returned. Meals came in randomly disorganised bits with long time gaps. When we came to settle our bill and asked for our booking deposit to be removed they had no record of it for our group - fortunately we had the proof.

Estado aquí un par de veces. Me encanta la decoración del norte de África, la comida es muy buena, especialmente las cosas que esperas que absolutamente uñas como tagine y falafel. El vino es decente y a un precio razonable. El personal es amable y servicial. Nos trajeron una bebida gratis con el postre que siempre cae bien. Sin duda lo recomiendo si estás en la zona y mucho más auténtica que todos la cadena de tonterías en la calle en Westfield.

After a warm welcome by staff my party expected wonderful thing. But that was where the fun ended, hot drinks ordered but were served ice cold, hot food also ordered but was served on cold plates which meant thst by the time the plates arrived at out table everything was cold. Ignored by staff when tried to get attention. And VERY overpriced. The food in no way is a true reflection on Moroccan cuisine which is delicious. This restaurant should feel ashamed to describe themselves as being authentic.

Our company Christmas party was held here for 20 people.

After walking about looking for somewhere to eat on a cold Thursday( 7th December 2017) early evening about 5pm ,my friend and I came across this restaurant. We only came in for a quick bite to eat as we were leaving that evening to head back to Scotland.

After reading some of the reviews .. I am wondering whether I am reviewing the same restaurant. Our food was AWFUL! The starters were fine although we thought the Kallej (halloumi in bread) was a little weird. The Tabbouleh was delish but that’s not hard to get right. The biggest disappointment was the mains!! We had the lamb tagine and butterfly prawns. The lamb was fatty so I had to pick around it and the prawns were cold. We suspect the long wait between our starter and main course is what done it. I am sure this is probably a one - off judging from the other reviews but I don’t want to risk another bad dinner at this place.

Visited here in September while staying at nearby Westbridge hotel. What I noticed immediately that while almost empty the environment with pillows and cushions to be authentic-feeling Moroccan. The food was delicious and authentic-tasting as well.

The decoration of the restaurant is amazing. The lighting and the theme are spot on. On the other hand, the tables are too close to each other. I felt a bit uncomfortable to hear what the couple at the next table was talking about.

Fuimos a comer un grupo de 10. La decoración es preciosa y opulento solo. El personal era muy amable y el servicio era bueno. Tuvimos el almuerzo en 7 libras. 95. El primer plato era hummus, falafel, las patas de pollo y pan. El plato principal fue pollo en brochetas, arroz, ensalada y pan. Este fue seguido por el té de menta. La comida era deliciosa y las porciones eran de buen tamaño. Excelente relación calidad-precio no me puedo quejar.

El chico parece amable, pero bastante molesto. No escriba de nuestra orden y dijo que él tiene bastante cockily un gigabyte de memoria "1". Nos quedamos impresionados hasta que dieron la orden equivocada. No pidieron disculpas ni hacer las paces de alguna manera. Fuimos a pagar en la recepción porque quería pagar para los huéspedes. Se tomó su tiempo hasta que me di cuenta de mis travesuras de los huéspedes y tuvimos un "no estoy pagando concurso" en el escritorio! Cuscús estaba seco. Lo único bueno era el mojito virgin.

Very puzzled by the mixed reviews however all I can say is that on the 4th July when we visited it was very good. My slight criticism was that they did not have any Casablanca lager on the day that we were there. We had a couple of beers and a couple of glasses of white wine and two hot and one cold starter to share. We just wanted a quick bite to tide us over as we were going on to a talk in the evening and this place fitted the bill. On a very hot day in London I found the resturant cool and breezy. Service was good and there seemed to be a steady trickle of trade coming through. As with my other Stratford eatery review I would urge all visitors to the Westfield centre to step out on to the real high street and experience an independent resturant in the community.

I booked a table for two so was seated immediately upon entering. Once seated we were presented with drinks menu and both ordered cocktails which were brought over very quickly and were delicious!We ordered starters to share which was not a problem and all was very yummy and served with complementary pitta bread. The food came out very quickly too.Not long after our starters had been cleared, our mains were brought out. I ordered the chicken tagine and was not disappointed! The chicken was so tender it was falling off the bone was very tasty.We also had the crepes for dessert which were much better than I expected given it is not a very traditional dessert.We used a taste card during out visit without any problems but for the quality of the food I would have been happy to pay full price.

Was seated immediately upon entry, had to wait a long while just to give our order, my partner waved down the waiter to get attention. Waiter recommended the chicken tagine and stated that their would be vegetables served with it but when presented on the table only thing along with the chicken was olives. The wide discrepancy in the reviews for this restaurant is really baffling, recently ranging from 5 star to 1 star and little in between. Having recently visited for the second time I am definitely at the 5 star end of the scale. The first time I was made welcome despite the main area being booked out for a private party and enjoyed Harissa Prawns followed by Lamb Tagine. As an occasional visitor to London I was hoping that circumstances would allow me to eat there again, and having met up with my adult son in Stratford I seized the opportunity. On my recommendation he ordered what I had eaten the previous time and was well pleased with the choice. I was hoping for the Lamb Chops (I don't understand complaints about them being burnt as surely some charring is a feature of this cuisine?) but they were, unfortunately, sold out so must be popular. I settled for Lamb Skewers instead which were a generous portion and very tender. My starter was Arayes which was also delicious. The decor is most attractive and, unlike other reviewers, we could not fault the service, especially "the girl in hijab" who gets favourable mentions, but we had no complaint about any member of staff. My son and I had a very pleasant evening and, if I am in the area again, I will certainly be back.

When I read the 5 star reviews for this restaurant I wonder if I ate at the same restaurant as those reviewers. Where to begin?!Food:Starter was a vegetarian Moussaka which was cold! It was definitely not fresh. Looked like it had been in the fridge and warmed for a few seconds in the microwave. Same goes for the Batata harra, the potatoes were not freshly fried either. It was cold and stale.Main:Husband ordered lamb tagine, this was the only dish that was served hot. However, the lamb was dry and way over cooked, as well as fatty. The couscous was ok.I ordered kofta cooked in a tomato sauce served with bread. It was just ordinary pitta bread, nothing special. The tomato sauce was way too tangy and a bit too spicy.Dessert: Baklava which was dry and a sandy paste thing inside. Mint tea was like warm, I don't think it was even mint tea. Tasted like bitter green tea that had been left brewing since morning. Service: Waiter didn't speak good English and didn't know much about the menu. Other staff members were rude and unwelcoming. Secondly, for the prices in the restaurant you would at least expect matching cutlery. We received mismatched cutlery. All in all, we paid almost £50. Definitely not worth it and I wouldn't go back.

It's second time visiting this restaurant.Me And my husband we was thinking to surprise our friends taking them for dinner in this amazing restaurant.Unfortunatelly We wasn't too lucky with the service. The lady who served us ( we think she is pregnant -blond hair) she seems to be very moody.. we was asking about the menu and somehow her answers was rude until one gentleman came in and she start to smile, talk nice but this it happened before asking the bill and for us didn't make a difference. The girl with hijab (I'm sorry I don't know her name) when she saw us she came very friendly to the table giving a very good service, taking all the empty plates, taking the order for the mains .. in that time we start to feel better. Anyway hopefully next time she is gonna be the one serving us. The food is amazing.

Friendly staff, delicious food. The restaurant looks nice, as if you justed walked into Marrakech. We ordered the mixed grill and the lamb tajine. The mixed grill good, but the lamb tajine was just to die for! Packed with flavor and you could suck it through a straw! Also ordered the red house wine, and didn't like it. Not sweet, almost watery. Tastes of raisin but not enough to make it worthwhile imho.All in all this place deserves a highwr ranking than they currently have. We enjoyed being there. Every minute!

Plentiful amounts of delicious food. Good choice on menu. Service very attentive. Tables a bit small and confined. Would go back and would recommend it to friends. Good value

I visited last Friday, I have mixed reviews about this place. The service was really good and the waiter was very nice and friendly. However the food was horrible, I ordered the chicken skewers meal and the chicken pieces were burnt and tasteless. My friend ordered lamb chops which were also burnt, she informed the waiter who look the burn lamb chops and replaced it with half cooked lamb chops. In terms of price i would say about £18 each. I definitely would not visit again or recommend it.

went here as we wanted to eat lebanese food after visiting stratford shopping mall. to my horror this place was an absolute nightmare. rude staff rubbish menu and i have an allergy to onions and this place refused to serve anything without onions. nothing is freshly cooked which explained why they could not cater to my no onion requirements. i was left with just bread and hummus! if you are vegetarian do not goif you are hindu swaminarayan/jain do not visit. never ever again thanks you very much but i will not be returning.

I came her for the first time and when I walked into the restaurant it looked great.We ordered drinks and twice they forgot to bring these. One staff member kept making strange eye contact to her colleagues about us, so unproffessional.Really hard to get the staffs attention as they either chatting to one another or on their phones. We pointed out to the manager at the end that she service was not great, but he didnt seem to care less.The food on the other hand was delicious.However I will not come here again.Lacks good customer service

Didn't stay too long here. Sat in the outside garden which looked great but the male member of staff was unfriendly, quite rude and somewhat abrupt to us.

the other dar in edgeware road is better. Not sure if they are the same company but looks like they are.

I visit this restaurant on a special day with my partner and friends ! I can say the decoration is the only good thing about this place ! The greetings at the entrance was completely missing . We receive one of the tables that was everything less comfortable! The sitting to low respect of the table to high! After one of the staff present us the wine list we decide to try to house wine before to place the order for the bottle and the "waiter" came straight with the bottle. Asking for the cooler for the bottle the girl "waiter-manager" said will bring it and we never hear about ! Small thing if we count the fact after finish the dinner and the table was clear the same guy came to ask us if we want to place our order! Rude acting and talking we feel insulted and we experience a bad service from the 2 person that chase us all the night... this that are few points of the bad experience! Hospitality rules are missing 100% ... Never again back to this place !

Visited with friends to experience something different. I'd have to say that the service we received was amongst the worst I have ever experienced. We were made to feel like it was an inconvenience for them. Throughout the evening we repeatedly had to seek out a member of staff who were ably engaged in being bored or distracted by phones or family. Just shocking. Even more shocking was watching what I presume to be random scruffily dressed family members or friends visiting the kitchen...not acceptable. The only upside was the food which was tasty and to a degree made up for the lack of service. Overall a very poor experience so will definitely not be returning. Sort yourselves out.

I ate three quarters of my starter and found a plastic wrapper/sellotape not sure what it was in my salad. I brought this to their attention and I said I did not want a replacement. I was put off from eating anything there. When I paid the bill I said this was not taken off off my bill. The women replied that I had ate most of it, ....how rude!! I just paid the bill because I did not want to argue. But I told her that whether I are most of it or not I only found it after I ate most of it and it should not have been in my food in the first place. She didn't even care, not even a sorry it was in your food.She said for me to speak to the manager. But I could not be bothered as I knew I wouldn't go there again. No wonder why the place was practically empty.

Visited this restaurant as a birthday dinner and felt a bit disappointed. The calamari starter wasn't very good, it was quite soggy and bland. I had a mixed grill as a main and it wasn't as good as direct competitors. The portion size was okay but I genuinely did not like the cold pita bread served on top of the meat. The combination didn't seem to work well. We had a couple cocktails and those weren't great either. The mojito tasted bitter and till now I am unsure what I actually drank, it wasn't a proper mojito. The service was nice. However, as we were in a rush we just preferred to leave after eating. Perhaps it's not to our taste... but I might still return to try a tagine.

Morrocan/Lebanese combo with large patio area at the rear for discerning smokers. The Tagines are excellent as is the house wine. Service is friendly and atmosphere really good with mid-east music - but not too loud.

Haven't been there for a while and as always enjoyed my time there The food is just amazing I came today with my sister and a friend We order 2 starter, a chicken couscous And a chicken tajine And it's was amazing The food came fast and hot couldn't stop eat even if I was full!! The waitresses where friendly and smiling all the time It wasn't always easy to get them attention But can't be mad at them, they are to nice And the mint tea is just GOOD Chokran for the evening we did enjoyed

Delicious food, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, lovely atmosphere ... and far less expensive than the chain restaurants in Westfield. Moroccan/Lebanese sounds like a slightly weird combination, but there is a reason for it, which the staff explained. We were there as a family of 5, eating both starters and mains. No room for dessert unfortunately. Not one of us had a dish we didn't enjoy but the chicken tagine was definitely the winner. Do yourself and your bank balance a favour and try this restaurant instead of crossing the bridge to Westfield.

Heerlijke schotel gemengde vegetarische mezze als voorgerecht: 7 verschillende smaakvolle hapjes, allemaal verschillend, met versgebakken pita brood. We hadden zelfs het hoofdgerecht kunnen overslaan, zo veel en lekker was het!Vegetarische hoofdgerechten waren okay maar niet spectaculair; wortel en aardappel in heerlijke ras el hanout kruiden, maar ik had op iets meer variatie hier gehoopt.

Visited here last min.com was catered for at last min there was a group of us. We were seated quickly but I must say we was ignored for some time miscommunication of table seating also. We ordered our drinks and starters and mains and the food was served quite quickly. The food was perfect the spicy chicken wings were great cooked so good. My main meal was the lamb pieces with rice and salad from the meal deal at £ 21.95 incs Balavava great offer i must say. The lamb was cooked to perfection but wish there was more of it , next time I wil try the sea bass as it was recommended by a friend and she said it was great. I will return very soon hopefully on a night where there r belly dancers performing. The decor of the resturant is very nice havent been to morcorro but it has a morrocan theme what you would expect anyway. The venue is a nice size but I guess we were lucky to get seating at such last min and thank the staff for that see you soon.

My friend and I visited this restaurant twice in our week in Stratford, the staff are lovely, very welcoming ..... Food was gorgeous, especially the Lebanese platter for two, we also enjoyed grape and mint shisha which was lovely in the outside area at the back, would definitely recommend this if you're wanting to relax in a calming, chilled out atmosphere xxxx

Although the restaurant is not very far from where I live, I've only discovered it recently due to some friends who were visiting and who are Arabic. What a gem this restaurant is! Food is absolutely amazing and authentic, I lived in the Middle East for 6 years and I can tell you that the food at this restaurant and the food I had in the middle east, are very similar! The staff are amazing, very helpful, very lovely, particularly the shisha guy! Oh, the shisha is amazing too! The atmosphere, the decor, make this restaurant the place to want to go to on a special night out with friends. Love it! Looking forward to going back!

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend who works nearby. The chicken starter was good but the lamb tagine I had for my main course was unbelievable. The meat fell of the bone and as a result was delicious. The service was efficient and the venue tries to be as authentic as possible. I will be returning for the tagine if nothing else.

Service was amazing , warmth, helpful. Atmosphere and music, very clean. We ordered marakkesh speciel soup and taste was amazing. Mousaka was somethin I never eat so tastful and I have been eating very different kind of moussaka. Hummus was great too. Will come after more next time. So happy to share with others

Il locale si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Strafford. Vista la mia attitudine a scoprire nuovi sapori ho deciso di rischiare (sull'insegna cè scritto marocchino e libanese). Per chi non conosce (come me) le pietanze elencate nel menù è meglio farsi consigliare dal personale (chi mi ha servito non so se fosse il proprietario ma è stato comunque cordiale e simpatico) se poi vi è possibile andare di sabato sera potreste assistere anche a delle esibizioni di danza ( io non ne ho avuto la possibilità) i prezzi sono contenuti, la qualità del cibo è ottima ed il locale è molto bello e caratteristico. cè pure un giardinetto sul retro per chi vuole conversare fumando l'arghilè

Just been her tonight and really enjoyed it. The 3 of us left more than happy. The starters were quite large, more resembling a small main course. ✔All 3 mains were lovely and my lamb tagine with cous Cous was a joy.Baklava for dessert was fine but the Turkish cardamom coffee was just like being back in Turkey. We would really consider going back if we were ever back in Stratford.

El domingo pasado visite este restaurante que era uno de mis favoritos hasta ahora. He de decir que ya habia ido varias veces y siempre recibi un servicio excelente. Pero la semana pasada fue la peor comida que e tenido en un restaurante en todos los aspectos. Lo primero que me parecio fatal es que me sente y la puerta estaba totalmente abierta y la de la terraza tb asi q habia corriente y le pedimos al camarero (hombre con pelo negro) que si la podia cerrar, muy enfurecido dijo q hacia mucha calor y la dejo entreabierta. 10 min despues yo estaba congelada y con la chaqueta puesta muy incomoda para ser una almuerzo relajado y mi novio cerro la puerta? a los 10 min el sin preguntar vino y la abrio de nuevo. Mi novio se volvio a levantar y la cerro de nuevo. A la hora de pedir, yo le pregunte si era posible añadir mas pollo y quitar el kafta de un plato(carne picada) q no nos gusta. Me dijo q si. Cuando trajo la comida habia kafta en ambos platos. Yo siempre me he pedido el couscous y nunca traia esa carne y en esta ocasion q le dije q no me gustaba la añadio hasta en el couscous. No dijimos nada. Parece q como teniamos la tastecard y comida al 50% cada vez q voy van poniendo menos cantidad en el plato asta el punto q la ultima vez casi no habia ni carne. Creo q recibimos peor trato. Luego comimos corriendo ya que estabamos en un ambiente no relajado porque el camerero qeria abrir la puerta. Desde que llegamos abia un carrito de la compra en mitad del restaurante con bebidas q obviamente no habian colocado antes del servicio y que daba muy mala imagen. El camarero entonces empezo a discutir con una mujer de pelo rubio mientras esperabamos pa q nos trajera la cuenta. Cuando pudimos llamar su atencion vino y dijo ya habeis acabado?? A ti q t parece si t estoy pidiendo la cuenta..... Al irnos, cogio el recibo y no me dio una copia. Este sitio me encantaba, era una cliente regular ya que cuando iba al centro comercial siempre reservaba mesa. Despues de lo q me paso ese dia no pienso volver mas. Muy mal servicio y el camarero estaba amargado y nos lo transmitio!!!!
