Food staff and accommodation was very good ..place had a nice vibe with good background music ..lovely warming staff ..would recommend the restaurant...would stay again 👌

Just home from the most amazing meal on valentines night!! Words cannot describe how beautiful the food was. £59.99 per couple where else do you honestly go for this high quality and variety of good ! Welcomed with a complimentary glass of processco and left with a red rose. The staff had an amazing knowledge of the menu all questions were answered confidently no having to go and check - All in all the staff were fabulous and friendly!! Well done Customs House Belcoo

We went here new usually go to nevins in blacklion which is fab .. on arrival manager was very unhelpful with allergies. When food arrived it was quite cold . Will not be visiting again and telling friends to avoid unfortunately.

One night stay. Bad experience. Room ok but that's about it. For dinner I was served two slices of seriously over salted duck which were that tough it felt like they had been carved off a car tyre, tried to eat but couldn't, disgusting. Also ordered water and wine but it never arrived. I was offered something else to eat but what I just experienced had completely killed off my appetite. Awakened at 5am by hundreds of crows in nearby trees, not hotels fault obviously but still not great for me. At breakfast I asked if their bacon was smoked as I don't like it, I was told it wasn't. A substantial looking cooked breakfast arrived. Nobody likes really greasy food but this was the exact opposite, it was as dry as the Sahara desert. Potato and soda bread like cardboard, poached eggs like bullets, tinned mushrooms, cheap spicy supermarket sausages and of course SMOKED BACON. Terrible food, terrible sleep, hence no recommendation and no return visit from me 👎

Stayed one night. Rooms large and comfortable though décor needs updating. Water not hot in morning for showering. Breakfast ok good choice though fry was dry to eat

Stopped off here on return home west from Enniskillen had a delicious toastie, so fresh and wholesome.....the place is spotless, waiter very good at his job Will definitely be back couldn't fault it

This is my second time staying at this lovely County Inn, the receptionist was so nice, she chatted with us as if she knew us all her life. Bedroom was warm and comfy, very spacious bathroom, wonderful shower, and a fab breakfast to end our lovely overnight stay. Not forgetting their brown bread and treacle bread mix, that they sell at the counter, give it a try, it's fab, and yes we will def stay there again if we are in Belcoo area.

The staff have changed since the last time I was there not for the better! The food not overly good peculiar lamb shank more like a rolled and sliced and poached,sirloin steak was like par boiled no colour.

We went to The Custom House for lunch. We were well looked after by the waitress . The food was very nice and was well presented . Very good price. Parking wasn't a problem but getting out onto a fairly busy road wasn't much fun.

Stopped for lunch. Very disappointed! Portions extremely small....what we'd call a half portion...but at full price. The roast had fatty meat, dry turkey, miniscule veg and a dry frozen roast potato! Our daughter had a panini with wilted salad that she left. Won't be back.

My wife and I have dined in the Customs House a few time over the past few years and the meals have always been good. However this is the first time we have dined in it since the new management have taken over and in our opinion the restaurant is even better than before. I had steak and my wife had ribs and both meals were fantastic. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Staff were very friendly and service was very good.

Nice staff but sadly no hot water for a shower in the morning as there was an issue with that. The lift also had an out if order sign and the volume of the music first thing in the morning in the breakfast room was unsettling.

My girlfriend and I stayed here a night and we had a lovely time! The food was absolutely top notch ! (Both dinner and breakfast). Great place for a quiet weekend to get away from it all.

When we arrived we were seated by really friendly staff and our drinks arrived quickly. We ordered a grazing board to share between three and it was just what we wanted. The meats and cheeses were delicious and the chutney was perfectly paired. When it came to the main course, we opted for Leo’s Signature Sirloin’ and it was unbelievable, the meat was cooked to perfection and the sides (especially the parsnip purée) were gorgeous. I don’t think I have ever eaten a tastier steak. We shared a cheesecake for dessert and again, it was delicious. I can’t wait to get back and sample more dishes on the menu!

Went for a meal in the Custom House in Belcoo as I have done many times before and throughly enjoyed my recent trip was a completely different experience. Half an hour into the evening service some dishes were sold out considering the evening service only started at 5 and I went at 5:30 with only 8 other people in the restaurant.Service was slow,food was overly salted and overall not nice nobody in my company had the same thing. Would highly not recommend new management would really have to try harder if they want to remain open

Amazingly simple town, but Custom House makes it special. Very friendly and professional staff. Great rooms, lovely outdoor sitting area. Breakfast delivered on time and delicious. Choice of juices and amazing bread. Worth a visit. I would highly recommend it.

Went to the Custom House this evening with our gran daughter and boy friend for dinner. After waiting 45 mins for our starters we then waited a further 30 min for main course. I didnt order a starter as when my husband and I had first called in just 2 weeks after they opened the main course was quite large. (On that occasion the food was fantastic). So tonight I watied over an hour for my food. I can safetly say it was the worst meal I have ever had. My grand daughter ordered lasagne the top was inediable rock hard and so was the garlic bread. My fish well, 2 chunky fish fingers would have been more fish and the batter was chewy at a rough guess all microwaved. I tried to eat the fish out of the batter but it was so salty. We were so dissappointed with our meal tonight. We wont be back so many nice places around to eat. Portion sizes have reduced quite a bit too since our first visit.

Called in to Customs House Country Inn this evening. We had a fantastic three course meal. Food was very tasty. Service was very good. Busy restaurant. I would advise booking to ensure you get a table. We would definitely recommend this eatery.

I stayed for a night here.Evening staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. The day staff were very polite and the food and accommodation was good except for the fact that you can hear everything from the other guest room above us. Its a shame about the bar staff and cleaner that was on Saturday the 22nd of April they really let the establishment down.

A one night B&B trip to Belcoo to walk the Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail and see Florence Court House. Customs House Inn was busy but not noisy. Service friendly and excellent throughout.

We booked a family meal for 20 adults at the Customs house on Saturday 30th July. We were given a 5:30pm setting as large groups on a Saturday evening are not popular. My aunt was greeted with "Is everyone here? you're late" when she arrived. The process of taking the orders was chaotic to say the least. At one point a waitress nearly knocked me over due to the lack of space caused by the oversized chairs, and the room was noisy & loud - definitely not ASD friendly. When the servers arrived with the (tasty) meals they shouted out the type of meal ("chicken") as though we were in a takeaway. The meals were thrown down onto the tables like food thrown into a pig's trough. The next morning my 83 yr old father & I (non residents) were turned away from breakfast service because "the rest of our party were being very rude and the waiter didn't appreciate it". Our party consisted of 80 yr olds who had spent at least £1000 the night before on the meal, as well as 3 nights B&B. Absolutely shocking.

Had a family meal here on Thursday 14th July, the service was first class as was the food. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Belcoo to eat here.

Stopped in here on the way back from a day trip to Sligo. Only wanted to refuel and get a main and a drink but the menu looked so good we ended up getting three courses. All three courses were great. The staff were really efficient and friendly. Would definitely go here again if I was in the area.

Really comfortable stay in a peaceful setting with delicious food! Perfect resting place for us after a day exploring the nearby lake, caves and geopark. We stayed in the champagne suite, very nice! Warm welcome with friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

I never do the whole review thing but had to for this hotel after our amazing stay. The room was lovely so spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious with plenty of options for breakfastand dinner. The staff really made the stay though. They were so friendly and always up for a chat and so welcoming. Will definitely be back again great value for money and great people.

We had a roast beef lunch .vegetables and gravy were very tasty but roast beef was tough and tasteless. Ordered sweet sat for about half an hour before we got it,they forgotten about it .while we sat we got very cold as there was a draft from somewhere..have eaten here a few times before and mus say this visit was exceptional.

Great carvery food, lovely sides, starters, drink selection and reasonable prices. Good Sunday lunch. Took half home in a container, lasted all day :-) We will be back!

Never had so little sleep First the good points. Food, staff and rooms lovely Now the bad. Was so looking forward to a nice sleep. But my room was at the front of the hotel. The teenagers of the village decided to spend a good few hours racing up and down the pavement, with a lot of screaming, so very noisy . By about midnight I was ready to check out, but the long drive prevented me. Shout out to Liam and shona. They stayed the longest in the cold, I'm sure their parents are proud of them. So a very sleepless night along with all other guest slamming their doors. Got up in the morning to have a shower. Discovered lots of black mold on the shower head. I'm not a celebrity, but get me out of here.

Sadly, closed weekdays at the moment... I have very fond memories of a coffee and scone break here. Very convenient roadside stop at one of the main border points between North and South Ireland. Am looking forward to it reopening.
