Absolutely disgusting haleem. Even chicken Biryani is horrible. I got dihrrrea afrer eating half haleem and rest of it I had to throw away, waste of my £6. Their food is going down and they have zero hygiene. They don't wear gloves while serving. My God its my last time ever eating from here, what a disappointment after eating from there for years. Hope no one tastes their haleem. Please don't eat it else you will get dihrrrea or as someone mentioned in the reviews food poisoning from one of the foods.

Cheap briyani in whole of UK. Taste and quantity is still good.

I have order a dal curry and naan take away when i reached home i open the naan packet and it was very cold one also someone bit it .. i was wondered bcs of the way they serve food. Also they charged me £2 for this naan

Hey Everyone! Visited Curry Express a long back in the month of ramadan where they were running with iftari special combo which was quite good and was sufficient for 1 person under £6. The owner force to pay cash when actually the customer wasnts to pay by card. Needs to focus on their hygienic and there will be unneccessary music running with very loud voice. Would not reccommend this place with kids and families. Horrible Experience 🤢🤮

Worst customer service ever…we went in a group of 5 and ordered 3 biryani, 5 naans and 2 curries…they gave all naans in single plate and when I asked for extra plate…they refused and rude to me …

Customer service I experienced was profoundly disappointing. This poor level of service has not only inconvenienced me, but has severely impacted my perception on Curry Express. As a Customer we expect some respect in the shop.

Quality has gone down very low. Don't get take aways late night. They give you left over briyani masala mixing with boiled rice. Worst lamb briyani in Hounslow. Even eating in people are not treated well. There are much better options few feet's way. Don't serve cold food to people who get take away... Never coming back again...

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. HERE IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. 1. Rude and arrogant staff and owners. 2. Stale food, the chicken is extremely rubbery and im sure it isnt even fresh. 3. No seperate veg and nonveg kitchen. I got chicken pieces when I ordered paneer 65. Unacceptable. 4. I have seen rats in the seating area. 5. Again, id like to emphasise on RUDE and careless staff. Never ever go here. In the sameine, there is ‘Hyderabadi Biryani’ , or ‘Tuk Tuk’. Both these places are of the same price range and 100 times better than Curry Express. I REPEAT , NEVER EVER GO HERE, ELSE YOU WILL FALL SICK.

We ordered Chicken Biriyani and Amritsar Fish Fry. Honestly speaking the food quantity was enough but the taste was not good.. not good..

Shame they have poor hygiene you do get better Biryani's at neighbouring restaurant for similar price. Their biryani used to be good but really lacking in home cooked flavour now

Chicken curry gave us food poisoning.

Horrible!! I would not recommend!! They dont even deserve 1 star rating! My partner ordered chicken curry to take away and we both got food poisoning from it. When I called the shop to report it the man on the phone was not very concerned and his "sorry" did not even sound genuine! The food hygiene at this place definitely needs to be checked and i will be reporting this to the food standards agency.

One of the staff member is absolutely rude for not getting cash, however, they do accept card though he is rude. Better train the staff with good customer service skills because being rude with the customer is unacceptable.

I don’t recommend this place to anybody. We have ordered the food from this place few times and we got food poisoning with vomiting my child and myself we ended up in hospital today. The food inspection should check this restaurant hygiene. I am very disappointed and never going to come back here again. I will be reporting this incident aswell.

We actually went for Biryani but liked tandoori chicken.. Biryani was okay but Tandoori chicken & Tangdi kebab were fab!!

Food always taste delicious and is really reasonably priced. Good sized portions and good amount of meat in the dishes. Very helpful staff.My favourite takeaway.

One of the best in town. Last year , when I was running late from work during ramadan , they added free extra portions of pakora n kebabs for me to open my fast. JazakAllah Certainly, a very nice place to get a take away if you work Mon to Friday and like to eat something desi food and no time to cook . Great work ! Staff is extremely friendly and respect the customers with warm welcome with Salaam greeting. Reasonable prices. Taste is good n quantity of portions are generous.

Actually I and my friends are regular customer since 2016... from the past couple of months the quantity of the Biryani is going down. yesterday I received litrally turmeric jeera chicken rice not a biryani - no biryani masala and flavours.. i just binned the food. please improve the quality otherwise you will loose customers soon. we are happy if you could increase a little bit extra price and provide us good quality Biryani....

This place is diagonally opposite Hounslow East tube station. The first time I went there was at midnight on a Sunday night and nothing else was open. It looks like a dive and if I had not been desperate I might not have fun me in, but what a surprise. I have now had a takeaway from there 3 times and not been disappointed. There is a pretty big menu and I think on Friday / Saturday and Sunday they do some specials. I have had the chicken tikka, lamb curry, aubergine and potato. I have had all of these with their nan bread. Gulab jams for dessert which are not super sweet, just delicately sweetened. Brilliant. You will also be surprised by the price. 4 stars is high praise for me and based on the tasty food and very reasonable price. The service, well all I can say is you don't pay for service and you don't get it 🙂 Don't get put off by how it looks from the outside or inside. Give it a go and be surprised.

Lovely and very fragrant lamb dum biryani, definitely lived up to my expectations, best biryani I ever had. Portions are generous and price is affordable, excellent value for money. Definitely be back again for more delicious biryani and curry.

Everything ok, but selling the same biriyani in uber eats for 4.5£ and 3£ when u takeaway from store is not acceptable.. same amount, same quantity but price alone different… Normally ur side dishes like kebab, chicken will be Yuck,, but ur fortunate it was good today.. My view—- You r cheating!! Different rates. When i order online (uber/deliveroo) i end up paying close to 100% extra… Is this not cheating?????????? I will keep posing negatibve reviews if you ate not changing this.

Undeniably value for money. Best to to try only Biryanis as they're are the best. Chicken biryani £3 and Lamb biryani is £5. I've tried here several times and most of the times Biryanis are great. Chicken dry items were cheap but they also tasted just OK

Briyani was not of great taste or texture. Heavily oily. But the chicken was good. Briyani can be much better.

Absolutely rude staff, refused to give freshly packed biriyani. I wouldn’t want to buy something which is prepackaged, this is solely because of my past experiences with them when they gave me biriyani which was stale within 2 hours of takeaway. I returned it and was given fresh ones. The explanation was that it was summer and biriyanis go bad due to the weather( I simply laughed at them and hope the message was conveyed). I believe, to request a freshly packed food is any customers right. This review might not bring any change to their quality or service as there is little competition to their cheap food. I have stopped buying from them… Instead, I buy biriyani from a shop on the same street ( BJ), I do not intend to promote any restaurant with this review.

The food is ok, however it is extremely spicy. I ordered a Chicken Biryani and some Tarka Daal and 2 pc Tandoori Chicken. I ate it in shop and went back home. I tried to sleep but my stomach was hurting alot. I went to the toilet 3 times in the night and could not sleep.

The food is cheap and yummy. Fast service. Take away and dine in available. Biriyani is my favourite. The mango lassi is superb. Good quantity. Anyone can fall in love with this place

today first time i went in curry express but Staff member Zahid is so rude i ask tandoori chicken but he gave me chest piece i said i need leg piece he said u have to tell before i said mistakes happen now you can give me his team member try to gave me leg piece he was nice guy but this rude guy stop him

I was very disappointed to buy a large amount of food, and half of the portions were served cold. 3 curries, and some of the portions of rice were stone cold! I did not expect to have to heat up take away food!

Delicious Biryani and same taste I am having this biryani for almost 6 years..

Very bad taste and the food didnt feel fresh too. To be frank I got carried away by the cheap prices. The potato masala inside my Dosa was not fresh. The sambar was tasteless. The Puri's in my Puri Masala were fried from stale dough. Stay away far.....very dodgy food.

As said in other reviews, staff is very rude and impatient. I started going to Birjani Junction which is a bit down the road for my Indian food.

They have a sewage pumping truck out the back every 2 nights to clear out the drains because they've blocked them up with grease. The prep kitchen behind the food counter has effluent and raw sewage floating around on the floor because the drains are backed up and they are still preparing and serving food in there. The biryani is delicious and great value for money though, so long as you don't mind picking globs of used bog roll out your rice.

The chicken 65 here is the best and the quantity is very good for such low price

Just grab a packet of tasty chicken biryani with 2.5Pound and satisfied your need. I often eat there. the small shop does have few seat but very limited and always difficult to get a seat if you go there in lunch and dinner time. If you want to slowly enjoy your meal, take away is better. overall is good

Zero customer service, advertising discount but when asked for there is no such discount. You have to pay extra for cash withdrawals as only cash is accepted. Strange in such situations maximum contactless payments should be encouraged.
