Been going there for years. I never found a reason to complain. Food is outanding, pizza and pasta is one of the bests I found anywhere. Carbonara and Boscaiola are my choices forever. Great team, great place!

Went to Cuore for breakfast. Food is simple but nice and well executed. Prices are reasonable too I was surprised by the quality of the croissant. I prefer the french version which is more buttery but for UK standard this one is good Salmon/Bacon breakfasts took some time to arrive but it was worth it. Not a big fan of bacon usually but this one was well crispy I think if this place was bit more welcoming then it would be a 5*. We sat for some time without anyone saying hello. The restaurant was not packed so saying hello when a customer arrives is free and makes people feels welcomed The waitress was actually nice when we asked her some question

I’m sure the dine in experience would be better but Cuore really need to reconsider the way sandwiches are packed for delivery. The foil lined bag makes the sandwich soggy and a nuisance to eat, especially when the lettuce becomes a bitter, soggy piece of slime.🤢 The bread isn’t appropriate to hold the ingredients and also gets soggy. Italian sandwiches don’t need the pan fried finish, in my opinion. I think Cuore should start making sandwiches in ciabatta. The proper way. Delivery packaging should also be a simple paper bag please.

A nice cafe with a good selection of pastries, food and drinks. You can buy Italian biscuits and snacks inside that aren’t commonly found around stores here. For example, they had Pavesi and Mulino Bianco products.

Croissants are amazing there and probably other sweets too but I tried a few times other food like salads or pasta sorry to say but it was made by some who don't have a clue about cooking. Stick with your pastries cos they are outstanding.

Authentic Italian Cooking, superb quality, large portions and attentive staff. Dearer than other places, but worth the extra because of quality of food and portion sizes.

I've been here several times. Great Menu with good options. The service is always very friendly and I never experienced long waiting times. Can recommend the pistachio croissant with mocha and mix veg omelette with bruschetta!

Really enjoy the coffee and pastries here and staff are extremely lovely, would like to see more veggie options though but that'se being selfish!

Perfect place for your Italian cravings desires

I am shocked at the service received today! I decided to visit Curore today as I’ve driven past it a few times and was shocked and appalled at the level of service received. I arrived at the restaurant around 332 fully aware the kitchen closes at 4pm. I was approached by a woman behind the counter, she informed me they close at 4pm and I told her that’s fine. She then proceeded to condescendingly tell me I would not have enough time and what do I want to order without even offering me a menu!! I asked how long it would take to prepare food and she said 20 minutes and she alluded that there was no point in ordering even though the kitchen was still open. The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth and I just left. I found the short experience distasteful and upsetting as I had really been looking forward to trying the place out and am a big advocate of supporting local businesses but in this instance would advise family and friends to avoid it.

I am livid and appalled by the service I received today. I have been looking forward to Cuore for a while and was excited when I finally had time to visit. We drove from far and got there at 3.32pm due to traffic. We were welcomed with the coldest welcome ever . I could feel the cold draft from the waitress. The first statement the waitress made was we close at 4pm and it will take 20 mins to make your food so will you be done eating in 5 mins as you need to be out at 4pm, unbelievable!. HOW RUDE. I appreciate the tight schedule however the response and approach could be better managed. I am all for supporting small businesses but avoid this establishment like a plague. Restaurants are today trying to keep customers and their doors open and then you have someone that is oblivious about the pain and effort to start up a business want to run it down with bad customer service

Great little Italian on our doorstep, food is great (especially the pasta dishes) also a very good coffee (better than the main chain coffee shops "in my opinion") give it a try and support the local shops and restaurants

First time trying and everything was really good, prices were reasonable, wish they were open until like 6pm because I would get my dinners from there

It was tasty but it took half an hour to get the food.Apart from that,it was good.The service is slow.The food is always hot which is very good.

These guys just sent me the best bacon and egg sandwich I've ever had. Their carbonara is amazing too. Big respect and appreciation! Fully recommend.

Very tasty food especially their panini I was told by the person I bought it for. They do lovely coffee too. They have vegan options for cakes if you are that way inclined too. Very nice and friendly staff too.

Excellent food, lovely staff. The decaf tea is not too good but you are not supposed to be drinking tea in an Italian restaurant!!

Waited 2.5 hours for an order just to be informed by deliveroo that the restaurant had then closed and it won’t be arriving. Do not make yourself available on delivery apps if you can’t fulfil orders and won’t provide basic updates.

The service was great and a very good atmosphere. The food was tasty as well.

Really nice food would definitely visit again.

Ordered deliveroo 1 hour 50 minutes ago. Our order kept saying 15 more minutes for over an hour only to have them cancel the order after 9pm. Left with few alternatives and a hungry stomach. If you order from them, learn from us, if you get bumped cancel the order immediately before they cancel on you an hour or so later and will neither answer the phone or return calls. Baffling.

Have just visited after looking for a quick lunch with the kids. Found this via tripadvisor and what a gem this place is. Simply the best hazelnut croissant I have ever tasted and a good mocha to go with it. My kids had a chicken sandwich and meat ball pasta and a lasagne. All were delicious and fresh and very reasonable to.Interior was very quirky, cosy and welcoming.We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again.

It was my first visit to Cuore today and I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed it! I had pesto pasta, which was absolutely delicious, and we got amazing cakes to come home with! My Mum said it was the best coffee she’s ever had! We’ll be back again soon

My first time there with my wife. Impeccable place .... if you love Italy and the Italian way of life, you'll love Cuore straight from their heart.

I like this place normally - the food is good and the people are friendly- but I'm appalled to find that no one is wearing a mask and there is no markings or change in table layout to support social distancing its as if coronavirus never happened. I won't be back for the forseeable future - sadly.

Ordered some amazing meat and antipasti platters from the amazing cuore for my 30th birthday gathering last weekend. Food was amazing as always and the staff were so knowledgable and fantastic at helping me decide what to choose for a special occasion. Kind family run business as well as great food and pastries. It has a great atmosphere that is relaxing but never empty ^_^ - ps it's open from 7-10 pm on Friday and Saturday and it's really good for dinner as well with a slightly different menu

We bought 2 pasta dishes for lunch today, the pesto pasta and cuore pasta - there was plenty, and they were perfectly cooked and delicious, We ordered ahead, the service was great and the dishes were ready and hot when we arrived. Lovely place!

Best Italian family run business in South East of England. Home cook delicious food, very good value for money, excellent coffee, good athmosphere! It worth a visit, eat in or take away, good availability, freshly made juices and smoothies. Must try!

This afternoon my friend Giuseppe, suggested we grab a quick lunch before he went to work. He suggested we go to an Italian restaurant he's just been the orher day, and said it was delicious. All I want to say is that ever since I got out of that restaurant, I just can't wait to go back. Delicious food (home-made) great atmosphere. It's the kinda restaurant that I always liked. Small family business, food made with love, great desserts, excellent service. I would recommend it anytime to anybody!!

Great tasting coffee, although cappuccinos could do with less milk. Haven’t tried the food but looks and sounds delicious and reasonably priced. This is a much needed break away from the vast majority of ‘grub’ cafes in Bexley. Lots of charm and a relaxing atmosphere with real quality and healthy food and drink
