Cucina in Gedling

This was my first time ordering here. I was 50p short of having the exact amount, so had to give another £10 note. The worker told me not to worry about the 50p and I could just bring it next time. I don't live in the area so knew it was unlikely I'd be visiting again in the near future, so went to my car and found 50p in the cup holder. I just thought this was a really nice bit of customer service on their part. I'm not a regular, they've never seen me before, yet they were willing to let me off. The pizza and chips meet the family seal of approval, so overall a good choice.

Wow! I was sick of ordering disgusting pizza/kebab takeaways in Nottingham and wasting my money. Saw that Cucina had good reviews so gave it a go and WOW! The food quality is AMAZING. This will definetley be my regular from now on 🍕🍔🍟🍗❤️

Food is always banging! i love their burgers and when I tell you the home made cheese sauce they put on the chips 😍😍😍😍😍 it’s something else. Can’t go wrong with Cucina

Absolutely bang on pizza. I've worked away for 20 years and have a bit of a pizza compulsion. Without a doubt in the top 2 of the thousands of pizza places I have frequented. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Go nowhere else for takeaway, Pizzas are to die for absolutely delicious. Plus delivery staff are great.

Had pizza from a few places but have to say this is the best pizza/garlic bread and cheese burger we have ever eaten honestly wont go anywhere else now thank you.

We have ordered from here a few times and always really nice,but tonight the burgers was 10/10,always have chicken on a Nan bread so tryed the burger,and was delightful very hot and tasty,the delivery driver is lovely and polite

I usually order the fried chicken wrap and it has been a great eating experience. I get it delivered and it's always served hot and tastes amazing.

I normally go to Domino's or Pappa John's but I decided to give this place a go. Friendly and welcoming staff, held the door open on the way in and the way out. Great tasting pizza and chips and really good onion rings (nice and crispy, not greasy like most places) really good value for money, we will be using this place from now on!

Been ordering from here for around a year after my friend who lives close by to them showed me the place. Always great food and very friendly delivery drivers I don’t know what chips they use but wow they’re tasty Keep it up guys

Used many times and always been happy not tonight tho, Always give a list of toppings but they decided to put mushrooms instead of meatballs, we both hate mushrooms. There is no excuse when I write the toppings down for you.

I made a special request to change the sauce on a burger as I am allergic to the sauce supplied. When the burger arrived, it had both the original sauce on it that looked like it was scaped off and the sauce I requested. They obviously made a mistake when making it but instead of cooking a new one they just covered it up. No good when I am allergic to it!! They have made the same mistake a few times now! Not ordering from here again as they don't take allergys seriously

Unfortunately their website on the bogof offer is poorly designed meaning I received the wrong pizza as you have to pick from a scrolling list on an iPhone. I picked the wrong one and you can’t see it’s wrong until it arrives unless you know Italian. Pizza’s I think are ok hence the 3 stars, but I can’t eat them. Why can’t the checkout system be more like putting them in a basket you can see like with every other website created? Far too easy to pick the wrong item and no way to check. Also their BOGOF offer doesn’t include all pizzas as they state, part of the reason I made an error was looking for a pizza on their scrolling list which isn’t there! They should address that inaccuracy before they are reported for it. I am assuming I picked the wrong one, but they may have got it wrong of course. If they sent an order confirmation that might have helped. Need to look seriously at their online ordering offering.

Lovely pizza, cooked perfectly. Smelt amazing too. Can’t go wrong with this place. I highly recommend.

I've used these before and they have been really good. However one of the pizza's I ordered was as pepperoni, what I got was a pizza covered in green peppers. I called the restaurant to clarify and said I had taken a photo(below) to show they had made an error, at which point he became rude, said that I was wrong, and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service that could have been so easily rectified. Won't use again.

Menu through the door, fancied a Calzone ordered that night - wasn’t disappointed. 10/10 - perfectly cooked! Definitely ordering again & delivered by a lovely, friendly driver. Good work guys! Very happy!

I have tried nearly the whole menu the food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Order here regularly it’s great value and always quick delivery. Particular favourites are the Mexican wraps, Delco pizza and sky burger. The kids meal deals are also excellent value with juice, chips, main and a lolly. 10/10 definitely recommend

well, i love this place usually, but last night i ordered a burger, within 15 mins, he was at my door, i thought brilliant service, now that's fast food! half way through my burger i noticed it was still pink! i stopped eating it right away, 5am this morning throwing up and the runs and have had to take the day off work, extremely upset about this. i dont normally right reviews , especially bad ones but i am not very well at all and they need to be aware the chef inst cooking the food correctly. I did however call them and they said they would get the manager to call me back which he did and couldnt apologise enough. They said they would sort me a refund and a free meal next time I call. I'm satisfied with this. Thank you

Spent money for there to be missing items after being charged 20 pounds they denied we’d ordered certain items that we called them about and put the phone down.. rude , unprofessional and ripping people off , foods not worth the money

I buy of these nearly every bloody night and today done it for me they mess up on one of my ordered rang up to tell them and for the life of me being suede up over the phone like I did and the rudeness I got to night I can not believe it and the driver is a very rude man! Never will they get money of me again plus if you read the menu it says if your not happy or order rong ring back up I am fuming now left tonight with no food and no money because of these !!

I can’t speak highly enough of this pizza delivery service, always polite, good pricing and excellent choices, food always hot and well cooked on delivery. Always willing to help and if there has been any problems, which there has only been one, it was sorted out without question and quickly. Highly recommended.

We tried this place after trying everywhere else local to us & not liking anywhere we thought would give this a chance & if was really nice pizza, generous with the toppings & will always order from here now

Got a wrong order so I rang to tell them they said they would give me 30% off my next order only to find out they had blocked my number when I did so. Not very professional at all..

The food came half an hour late and cold. One of the pizzas was the complete wrong order. I rang up to let them know and the customer service was dreadful. I got shouted at and told I was wrong despite having an email with my order on. Just plain rude. Nice food, just horrendous staff on the phone.

One of our favourites for pizza. When they say large they mean it too, its almost American Style size! Last time we got one of the special deals, 3 large pizzas drinks and chips, we still had loads of pizza leftover and each of the 5 adults and 3 dogs were full. The only downside is the wait, which can be 30mins to a hour longer than most places, also the staff are not really trained in any kind of customer service or they just don't want to be there. Although even with that said I would still choose this place over Dominoes and Papa Johns.

We just ordered 6 meals worth coming to £38, we didn't even experience the quality of the food. The delivery guy came to our door with just a receipt and no food. We waited 1hr and 15 minutes for nothing. Plus we didn't even understand the driver, he spoke very poor English. We won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered by their website and my bill was £15.50 at checkout. When I went to collect my order I was told my bill was £16 even though I was paying cash. A hidden service charge of £.50p had been added and they did not explain why or offer a refund. Other than that we liked the food.

Food was okay, staff not so attentive or polite have been spoken to very questionably a few times. I would order more often if the staff had some manners.

We ordered the sweet vegetarian pizza and it was one of the best pizza me and my family have ever had. The base was the freshest dough and the tomato sauce delicious. The vegetables were very fresh as well. They also make rissotto which I want to try.
