Crunch Munch in Perth & Kinross

AVOID **Dishonest** Went in with my son and he wanted to buy a “prime” drink and “takis” crisps, because we can’t get them where we live…asked the shopkeeper why they were so expensive (£5 and £6.99) the answer was “they are imported from America” Having made the purchase, we found the exact same items…for less than half price ! Buyers be seriously beware please !!

Just looking at the review I can see that this place has it's regular customers. Food was fresh and hot and I appreciate it. Unfortunately I'm not partial to soggy waffles and doughnuts. Plus prices are quite high.

Yummy grub just a little pricey

Mars cookie dough and ice cream, it was soooo good. The place is set up like a massive sweet shop it's honestly amazing

Great selection of ice-cream and other treats. Friendly and very helpful with advising which ice-creams would be suitable for someone with a nut allergy.

I regularly visit and order from this restaurant after work, the service is always on point and they are great at providing a really homely experience. The food is always delicious and surprisingly just as good delivered as it is in store. They're more than willing to talk to me when I'm waiting, they even have things like Dr Pepper sauce for milkshakes which I can't speak on the quality, but I'm just amazed that such an item exists. I will absolutely visit again someday, I'll bring any and all my friends that come up to Stirling too.

I really enjoy the food, but I would say it's a bit pricey for what you get, so we tend to only get it as a treat. Always enjoy it though!

Slow service, took over an hour to deliver to my house. when phoned I was told the driver was just leaving. Proceeded to wait 45 mins with still no delivery.

Lovely fresh churlish and different choice of drinks and sweets. Crolla's ice cream is the best!

Broad choice of ice cream,shakes sweets etc - good place to visit if you've got a sweet tooth.

Ordered for delivery. Waited over two hours for delivery and eventually went in and still had to wait plus never got delivery refunded. Terrible service

Now I have a sweet tooth, so when I was in Crieff with my friend for the day we decided to get some treats too enjoy. Have visited the shop in Perth so knew what to expect and what would be on the menu to chose from. Shop has a nice decor and what we seen, it was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Though I knew what I wanted, a waffle with chocolate and ice cream. So I chose the waffle with white chocolate and a mixture of ice cream for us to share. Not a long wait to get our order. We enjoyed our treats. Would happily return again if in Crieff.

It was our first experience at crunch munch, Very expensive so was expecting something special. Was disappointed far to expensive for what we had. We won’t be returning. The cake was nice but a tiny slice for £3.50

Cant get in to it if your in a wheelchair, struggle with steps or in a mobility scooter

Great place has lots of choices for sweets ice creams and deserts they also deliver give it a try you won't be disappointed I love it

Popped in for ice cream today and was greeted by a lovely young girl behind the counter (sorry I didn’t catch her name) and whilst she was preparing my order a very inebriated man walked in and wandered around the shop and proceeded to tell us he hadn’t taken anything and then left. I insisted on staying in the shop until after he had left. When I spoke to the girl behind the counter she informed me that she was only just 16 and she was on her own. I understand that she was more than capable of running the shop that isn’t the question at hand, she was really friendly and helpful, but I don’t think a young girl should be left on her own in the shop like that. She was clearly uncomfortable when that man walked in and who knows what he could have done had she been on her own!

Sweet heaven - might have trouble getting the kids to leave!

Not the friendliest place to visit person serving made us feel that we were an annoyance

I spend 18£ and get two tiny pieces scops of ice cream and the smallest slices of fake, cheese cake ever, what a rip off, never again

Great wee find in Crieff and open til late. Fab range of ice creams at reasonable prices plus wide choice of sweets and drinks (including from the US). Crepes and waffles too whats not to like. Small sit in area too for you to enjoy on site. Can recommend the caramel shake deliciousThe only small complaint was the slow service speed but the assistant was very friendly. Definitely stopping here next time we pass here

Went to crunch munch in Crieff and ordered a fruity waffle, took about 25 minutes after ordering and tasted so bland and chewy. It was like chewing on a piece of carpet underlay.

My sister and I went to Crunch Munch to buy some ice cream for our families, the owners were very patient with us whilst we were dithering over which flavours we wanted and for whom within the families. The offered us advice on the the flavours and were great with our kids. Once we'd ordered they also provided us with some empty ice cream tubs to carry the assorted ice creams.Looked like the shop was well stocked with a variety of sweets.

I went into the Perth restaurant last week with my family.I went to change one of my nephew nappy and had to change him else where because there was no baby changing facilities. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. I could physically see a bulid up of dirt everywhere. Will definitely not be eating here again.

We called in for a waffle on a cold afternoon. The welcome was very warm! We were going to order one each - the lady serving explained they were large. She made us one to share with our personal choices. Best waffle we’ve ever had! The tablet ice cream was amazing too. Highly recommend.

This is a family-run candy and ice cream store in the center of Crieff. It offers a good variety of ice cream flavors. We tried several of them over a three-day period and were pleased with each one.

For £5 I should have got a warm, soft edible crepe that I could enjoy but instead i got a rubbery, cold and slimy thing after waiting 20 minutes. Will not be visiting again >:(

Fantastic staff, the young girl works long hours, but always meets you with a smile :) I love going in here for ice creams for the family, they have an amazing selection of flavours. They also sell cakes, sweets and crisps... so much choice!

Nice spacious shop with some lovely ice creams at a reasonable price for the size you get. Nice little breakfast bar to sit at and watch the high street and a handy selection of sweets to also enjoy.

Amazing range of products. Very reasonable on prices too. It's like sweet heaven!! 😁👪🍔🍦🍬🍩🎂 Very extensive menu and delightful coffee. Recommend to all when visiting Crieff.

Horrible cake, took ages to get our order, sundees were all ice cream, no sauce. It's a terrible will not be back.

Excellent food here and great selection of ice cream! The crieff crunch munch is the place to go! The staff are great and have wonderful customer service every time I am in... which is quite alot. Really enjoy coming here and getting my usual nuttella and strawberries!

Came here before dinner as my partner fancied some coffee. As it was a Sunday evening a lot of places were closed in Crieff. Not here. Surprised at how cheap it was for some coffee and a tango blast. £4.10 for both drinks.

Usually me and my friends love this place, best milkshakes and sweeties you could have! But When we walked in the atmosphere was tense, my friend asked for a mixed Tango ice blast and for the second time You didn't have the colour. Last time you didn't have red now You didn't have blue. its not good enough. The customer service could of been better one of the guys was quite short with us and we felt rushed to order. We travel from Perth and most of your customers just stared at us! Not sure if we will be back. The cookie milkshake was really good though.

Dropped in for an ice-cream while out walking in Crieff, ended up having ice cream and coffee. The chap serving was very friendly and extremely generous, 3 massive scoops of ice-cream for £3.50 - Bargain!
