Lovely lunch, very nice place. Definitely worth a visit.

There’s a reason Croziers has a perfect score of five out of five stars: because it’s fabulous. Now with the inside addition, it’s even more so. A gorgeous space with deep blue and ivory walls, charming cafe tables and mid-century inspired chairs. All of it is stunning and the food is as brilliant as ever.

Came here for breakfast for the first time last week and don’t why I have never been before! Fantastic service, lovely interior and good prices. Easily the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had

So good to see the new chairs and tables inside 🤩 I had a certain expectation, knowing their food has been fab in the past . My Crozier's Benedict with Prosciutto , perfectly poached egg and gorgeous hollandaise was just fantastic. Exceptional in every aspect, this Southport gem stands out as one of the best businesses in the village. The staff are unfailingly friendly, well-presented, and mannered. Overheard a young waitress expressing her love for working here—truly endearing, and my partner and I couldn’t help but smile. A cut above the rest and dog-friendly, even our big boy, Koda, gives a solid 5 woofs for his morning sausage! We revisited this morning after Croziers expanded into the space next door, creating a stunning indoor cafe area. Wow! The transformation is truly beautiful, matching the already outstanding reputation of Croziers’ food and coffee. The interior exudes warmth and charm, with little details like The Ouai hand soap in the bathroom adding a touch of luxury, very impressed. The breakfast menu is, and always has been, unparalleled—varied and delicious. Always longtime supporters, this visit further solidified our admiration for the place. Croziers continues to impress and elevate the overall cafe experience. My only suggestion is to open a Lord Street branch - this experience deserves to be shared more widely! Wonderful renovation of the former wedding shop, expanding Crozier’s for indoor service. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. I had the mushroom stack from the breakfast menu and can honestly say it is the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely cafe, recommended to us by Angela who owns the premises, and in whose Air we stayed at whilst in Birkdale. The coffee (latte) we ordered was of a quality that places it in the top league of coffee purveyors. The menu looked great, and the cakes exceptional, although time constraints meant we didn’t have time to eat. The place was very busy. Next time we are in Birkdale we will be sure to have breakfast there.

Disappointed. Bought two sandwiches to take away, a bagel with bacon and cream cheese and a bacon Brie and cranberry on a toasted bloomer. Felt cheated, only one piece of bacon each on both sandwiches. For the price I’d expect them to at least fill them. Cakes were ok hence the 3 stars.

It is a great place to have lunch and breakfast and relax in a tremendous family-owned cafe.

Popped into Croziers as we were in Birkdale village. They currently only have outside tables but have plans to expand into the next shop & inside dining in the near future. Both ordered a breakfast which came in red hot plates which were needed on a January mid morning. Outstanding quality produce cooked to perfection. Service was excellent & the drinks arrived minutes after ordering. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future

We had a roast chicken sandwich (so fresh had to wait for the chicken to be cooked!) and a roasted red pepper and cheddar hot pressed sandwich. Both absolutely delicious 😋😋

Such an amazing local coffee/ sandwich or brunch. We regularly order sandwiches from them and they are always amazing. They have amazing coffee and the cakes always look amazing. Would definitely recommend!!!!

This is a lovely outside seated cafe. The breakfasts are fantastic and the coffee superb. No toilets but you can nip over to Costa. Definitely worth a visit.

They provided the most beautiful canapés for my husband’s birthday party. Tasted fantastic and looked so elegant! I would definitely recommend Croziers for outside catering!

Lovely food. We had the tuna / cheese baguette. Only outside eating. But blankets are provided if your chilly. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Went for brunch - greeted by a delightful young lady when we sat outside. Sourdough toast stacks were superb. I had chorizo my wife pancetta - lots of smashed avocado perfect poached eggs - beautiful presentation and great coffee and tea. Will certainly be back, the fleece blankets were a nice touch. Staff very friendly - brought our dog a bowl of water without a prompt. Excellent.

After being underwhelmed next door - we decided to finish our lunch with Cake and Coffee at this tiny local hang out and we were very very pleasantly surprised. Despite being close to the end of their afternoon shift, the owners and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating the cakes (Carrot, White Chic & Cherry, Victoria Sponge and Caramel Slice) where all Devine! We only wish we’d enjoyed a full lunch there I’m sure it would have been amazing. Definitely going back here when I am next in town. Thanks for a lovely finish to our afternoon.

We sampled the outside catering menu to save me 'cooking ' after an operation for a family lunch. We had a lot of different specialist dietary requirements, no butter, vegan, regular etc and all the food was clearly signposted! It looked fabulous arriving on an huge ornate stand. Rocky road was polished off! The Crozier classic sandwiches were special, but the overwhelming aspect was the service. This was second to none, thankyou Rosie , Rosie's dad and everyone else. Very professional and we would recommend this eatery.

Had the avocado, poached eggs and chorizo on sour dough - ingredients all really fresh & a decent portion. However both poached eggs were just hard boiled and overcooked which was really disappointing, these sorts of brunches are made for runny eggs. Shame as all presented really well, but runny eggs are a must.

Delightful sandwich/cake/coffee bar and more, right in the heart of Birkdale Village. My particular favourite is the bacon, sausage and egg muffin. Top quality ingredients and well presented. A real local gem that is family owned and operated.

A busy and very popular little restaurant, in the heart of the picturesque village of Birkdale. Friendly and obliging staff, a lovely menu with lots of tempting choices. Nice outside seating but very limited tables . Worth a visit but good luck getting a table a short wait might be on the cards.

Stumbled across this tiny cafe in Birkdale today. Seating was only outside, so lucky it was a lovely day. However they do provide blankets. Obviously popular with locals. The food and coffee was lovely. We made a good choice.

We visited Croziers today Thursday 17th June and my wife and myself had a absolutely delicious bacon and Cumberland sausage, with an added egg, on toasted bread with lovely pot of tea and coffee drinks served by the very friendly staff and owner Roger, thank you to you all, Ray and Jenny

The breakfast was magnificent and the service brilliant. Will have to come back later to demolish one or two of their cakes!!! If only this cafe was nearer to where I live!

Great food and even better service. Cake slightly dry they gave it free plus extra. Found our lost wallet and kept it safe. Lovely staff. Much appreciated.

It’s a little gem of a place, small but perfectly formed! everyone is lovely and takes the time to speak to you. The homemade cakes are other-worldly and everything from breakfast muffins to salads & sandwiches are all made with good quality ingredients. Food quality is second to none around Southport. In fact it’s so good, I think proximity to croziers genuinely affects house prices! They say it’s down to the transport links and shops in Birkdale village but, we know it’s actually how close you are to those cakes! 👏🏻

The best food I've had in a long time

Went here recently to try some of their food. I ordered the Cesar salad club sandwich latte and two of their cakes Everything I ordered was beautifully made I had mine to take away and thought the portion sizes were great lovely and generous whoever makes them knows how to feed people with good quality food the chicken in the sandwich and salad was proper roast chicken no horrible cheap stuff and the cake was amazing and great price all were full of flavour. I will be back this week to buy more you have definitely made a customer out of me out of the 5 new places iv tried this month this is my absolute favourite

Met with friends for a light Lunch. Excellent service and lovely food which is well priced. Highly recommend the Avocado & Chorizo Bagel with Poached Egg. As we head into Winter then need heating for the outdoor seating of possible. Will return.

Lovely little cafe / takeaway in the urban village of Birkdale, Southport. My wife and I sat at a pavement table in the sunshine and enjoyed watching the world go by as we drank our excellent coffee. The food was also very good indeed, both the vegetarian option and my more meaty choice were of a very high quality and at a very good price

We went to Croziers for breakfast and it was a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was really tasty - great value for money! Plus, sitting outside in the sun made the experience even better. Will definitely be going...

Really nice and friendly staff! The menu is awesome they have so much variety and I could probably order anything and enjoy it. Prices seem reasonable and the food was delicious. I had the Louisiana toasted sandwich and it was quick service and tasted great. The cakes are also great and homemade! I would definitely recommend this place, it's small and a very boutique place.

Best coffee in Southport and the food is to die for!! The afternoon tea packages are great for at home too. They often cater for our office much to the delight of me and my colleagues

Whether it’s a sandwich to takeaway or a snack to eat in...only a small space inside but under cover seating outside...you won’t be disappointed. Great selection of eats and beverages.

We bought two barm cakes to take away, one ham salad the other chicken salad. They were freshly made and very good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. At £7.50 though they were very expensive. Our usual café uses the same large Latham's barms but have far more filling and at £5.20 considerably cheaper.

We go to Croziers regularly and their food is by far the best quality in the village. The sandwiches and hot food are lovely and the cakes are to die for! Staff are always friendly and happy to customise your order for you. Can’t recommend highly enough

My daughters have been telling me for ages how good the food is at Croziers and i have just had a creme cheese & chirizo bagel and a butternut squash soup and they were wonderful. All freshly made and lovely friendly staff. Also has limited seating inside and outside. Looking forward to my visit next week already!

I was served by Jenny, she is a real credit to this wonderful tea shop. The food was amazing and the coffee was out of this world.

We called in to have a coffee and my wife pointed out the Smashed Avocado and Chorizo bagel in the menu .... it was the best bagel I have eaten in my life. They even added a poached egg for me.The staff were great, friendly and gave us the perfect amount of attention. The price was reasonable and everything was just bang on.10/10 and we will be going back.

Visited for breakfast. It’s a teeny weeny cafe with outside space just past the railway line. lovely fresh food. really enjoyed our breakfast with a good choice including veggie options.

This is primarily a takeaway sandwich shop,with a few tables inside and tables outside. Sandwiches made to order,delicious ingredients. The cakes are made with fine ingredients and are creative. I love the chicken n avacado sandwiches.
