Great dog and friendly space in Mumbles - great selection of food and drinks, staff always nice - great to pop in for a coffee through to having a family meal. Definitely a go-to for us in Mumbles!

We only had coffee and cake but they were both lovely! Very friendly atmosphere for kids, they had drawing/colouring sheets and handed out crayons (mainly for the kids).

Lovely laid back atmosphere, great staff, only a really short wait at the door to get seated at a busy time, loved it 😀👍

I was here for lunch 2 of my friends. The staff were friendly our meal was nice but our coffee we had while we waited for our other friend weren't very warm. Everything else was fine 🙂

This was a fantastic pub for drinking, with a beautiful setting by the Mumbles coastline! The bar is very well lit and decorated with varied frames, counter is presented in a pretty way itself. I enjoyed a refreshing pint of Berry Cider, sitting comfortably at a red table!

Busy café on a Saturday morning. It was almost full on both floors and quite noisy with young families. The toasted teacakes and banana cakes were great and the coffee too! 😎👍👍

We often eat at Croeso Lounge and always have a great experience. Good food, friendly staff and the decoration creates a warm atmosphere. The food always tastes great and well presented, and there is a good range of vegan and vegetarian options 👍🏼

Nice place but drinks are very expensive £11.50 for 2 pints of lager 😒. Oh and it's kind of dog Friendly.

Great view of Swansea Bay, food good pub grub

This place is dog friendly. The food is fresh and cooked lovely. Will recommend and be back soon. I had a chicken burger, and my partner had breakfast. I ate his mushrooms as he isn't a fan. Lovely spot by the sea as well. I can imagine in summer people fighting for a spot outside this place. Thanks for a fantastic dinner for us and a relaxing nap for our Ernie 😃

Brilliant atmosphere and food. Popped over from Swansea for a meal and it was definitely worth the visit. Followed up with a walk to the pier. Excellent!!!

I love croeso and visit frequently with my family. Family friendly and great service!! Sadly food lets it down. Often things are missing or cold. Loved the old set up downstairs with the ‘loungers’ feel but now they have extended the kitchen it feels quite formal with wooden tables set up everywhere rather than long sofas. Upstairs is a bit better with the bench type seating. Doesn’t have the same atmosphere as before. Often left standing waiting for a table. Staff are generally amazing!

I discovered a rather large chunk of jagged plastic in my food. Because it was black it blended in with the mushrooms and unfortunately I only discovered it after biting down on it. The manager did not seem to care at all when I presented her with this, seemed annoyed that I was upset and didn’t even refund me for my full order. She assured me I would hear back regarding their investigation and I never did. Will never go here or to any other lounge establishment again and will do my best to contact Food Standards Agency as I think this establishment needs a serious inspection. UPDATE: While I appreciate the response (which only occurred after I left this review) I never received any kind of explanation as to how a big chunk of plastic could have ended up in my food and was not made aware of any consequences to this negligence either.

I had a big lounge breakfast, not the best sorry.... bacon was overcooked dry and hard,never had mashed beans before and they looked as if they were burnt no juice, black pudding was cremated and not edible ,the toast ,eggs ,sausages, button mushrooms were fine ,and the coffee was lovely, the girls serving are very polite and pleasant ,apart from the food hiccup it's a lovely place to go ....

Not dog friendly as advertised.My dog put her front paws on my leg for comfort in a flash a waiter told me dogs must b on floor when I pointed out dogs paws on my legs just reiterated what he said.We wont b going there again

Four days spent in Mumbles - we ate here on three of them, breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Staff very friendly and efficient, food could not be faulted and a great experience for our friend who had never been to a Lounge. We have visited various other branches but this is the best by far. The fact that we had three dogs didn't cause a problem. Thank you.

Lovely arty hobo feel to this coffee lounge. Alcohol served at the bar alongside coffees. Newspapers available to read and a nice arty mix of leather sofas, easy chairs & tables and plenty of art on the walls. Interesting bright decor and beautiful lighting give the place a bit of a south American style feeling. Right on the sea front promenade with a carpark close by. Very nice!

Das Ambiente war mega cool. Das essen war super. Der Service brauchte lange zum die Tische abzuräumen. Das essen kam schnell. Anstonsten kann mann den Service nicht wirklich bewerten da man an die bar musste um zu bestellen

Nice easy pub to go with the dog. Unfortunately, they don't allow to keep the dog on your lap. However, we enjoyed the food, the service and the place.

Very friendly and nice atmosphere

First time here & were pleasantly surprised. You can order on their App & I had a email invoice before the food arrived which was also pretty quick. We had the bacon & sausage butties with a fried egg. We would return if in the area again.

Exceptional Welcome from the guys at Croeso lounge Mumbles from Lara Kim and Tabby we felt like VIP guests they went out of they way to light a candle for my Wife's Birthday with a small cake out of the goodness of there Hearts ,Keep the good Vibes going, we shall return ,Paul and Julia Swansea xxxx

Great place in a fantastic location right in the seafront in Mumbles. Easy to order, and the food was very good. Although we were told there was a long wait, we didn't have to wait too long.

Great place to relax with you dogs with reasonably priced food. Always find it difficult to find dog friendly places but this was great… lots of dogs in there… and they are allowed inside! So we didn’t have to sit out in the cold. Food was good, it’s not expensive, and filled a hole, the tapas is great for snacks to share, and all came out quick, with friendly service

Great place with a fantastic gluten free menu, great vibes with an outstanding view on the Swansea coastal scenery. Cracking staff and the food was superb. Well worth a visit.

The food was really tasty, the restaurant was clean and had such a lovely ambience. The view out is lovely too. We had breakfast and there was a good amount of food and was all cooked nicely. Would definitely come back here.

We visited here before just for drinks and the food and menu seemed nice so Sunday we went back to give it a try. The menu seemed different but we ordered food. It seemed like ordering food really got in the way of the staff chatting to each other and just felt like we were bothering them. We sat upstairs and told they'll bring the drinks up, it wasn't very busy there and I had a pint of lager and my partner had a coke, it seemed to take forever for our drinks to arrive. When the staff member did bring our drinks there was no apology or reason why our drinks order took so long, there wasn't actually any conversation with her. When our food turned up it was so disappointing it looked awful, a member of staff came and asked if everything was ok? I replied "not really" he laughed and walked away. I definitely will not be returning and obviously do not recommend.

Amazing food, had table of ready 9 for us 10 minutes after reservation. Very comfortable and great service. Deffo would recommend.

Visited Tues 11 July first visit. Warm welcome. Asked if any food allergies. One member of party had a garlic allergy which is not on the list of allergies. Staff went over and above to accommodate request and received a meal garlic free. One member of party was delighted with the choice of VEGAN food on menu! Tasty well presented food. Staff helpful cheerful and made a customer feel welcome and to enjoy the eating experience. Congratulations to all staff. Highly recommended.

Visited with friends early evening on a Tapas Tuesday when you can have 3 tapas and a glass of wine for £12.50. There was plenty of room on the ground floor when we arrived but it filled up layer. Choice of about 12 tapas. All of us were pleased with our selections and all tapas tasted lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere at the venue and lovely view of Swansea Bay.

Lovely looking place. Waited a while at the bar to get served (only 1 of the 3 people behind the bar seemed to be serving waiting customers, whilst the other 2 were busy preparing table orders?) though the restaurant didn't seem particularly busy. Can't rate the food as we only had a drink. The outside seating afforded a lovely view. First time visit, and would hope if I were to return the service will be speedier 🤞🏻

Petit déjeuner très copieux (le big english breakfast est gargantuesque attention 😅) et bon. Les jus d'orange sont également pressés à la minute, ce qui est fort appréciable ! La salle du haut est très bien décorée en plus de vous offrir une vue imprenable sur la baie. Prévoyez de vous installer sur les tables proches des baies vitrées 😊

I love the Lounge chain, and this stores location is fantastic. We stopped her for a drink and snack while out walking. It was busy, but there were still plenty of seats. The menu has a great variety of drinks and light bites to larger meals. The atmosphere here is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. Ordering is very easy, if you have a smartphone, we were able to order and pay from our table via the QR code. They are even dog friendly (but no dogs upstairs) Highly recommend this place.
