If you want rude staff come here!! I have never come across such rude, miserable staff Apart from Alfie Pizza good but the overall attitude of the staff ruined it The manager is the most rudest guy ever with a chip on his shoulder You definitely need to hire friendly staff or train them to smile and look like they are interested in any issues Wouldn't go back as don't need to be spoken to or ignored by rude staff

Took houuuurrrrssss to queue and get the pizza, says turn up for 4, we got there just after 3 and we didn’t get served till gone 7. The customer service is poor as well - the staff could not care less. Don’t bother the pizza ain’t worth it. Average.

Best pizza hands down. Going again tomorrow and can’t wait. Super crunchy pizza. Make a reservation though as walk in opportunities are spotty.

Went with a friend and had the best time! Queue takes a while for walk ins as it is so popular but was 100% worth the wait. Staff were lovely and drinks were great too!

TL;DR - I didn’t manage to try the pizza. I’m sure it’s great but for me not worth awful experience. If you manage to get a proper booking great but I wouldn’t recommend the walk-in process unless you accept it will be chaotic and unlikely you’ll succeed. My full experience - I decided I’d work from a nearby office for the day and try to come for pizza in the evening. This was about 3 weeks before visiting. Tried for 1 week to call the number for booking at various times of day but it would just ring to voicemail. There’s no advice on Instagram or online telling you when the number will actually be answered, wasn’t clear what I was doing wrong. (I found out later on a sign in the pub it said that you can text or WhatsApp the number too - it doesn’t say this anywhere else so I didn’t try it.) Eventually I got through on the phone after repeatedly calling 6 times in a row at a time I knew they were open. They were fully booked but advised they would have walk-ins on that day. I could check Instagram for times and come along. I said OK and asked if I was calling at the wrong times as I’d tried for the last week but didn’t get through and was just told “we have a pub to run”. I decided to give it a go and aimed to come along for walk-ins at 5pm which was the latest advertised time. I made plans to leave work early to arrive by 5pm. I had no idea how their walk-ins system worked because this isn’t explained anywhere. I arrived with colleagues a few minutes past 5 having walked 15 mins unfortunately through a huge downpour so was dripping wet. Pub was rammed so queued to get to the bar. Found out the pizza for 5pm walk-ins was already sold out. I ordered a round of drinks instead and tried to talk to bar staff about how the system worked to understand how I could have made it happen. They said people queued up before the walk-in time and then they gave out all the tickets very quickly. They said they put a “sold out” sign outside which I should have seen. I checked Instagram again but it said nothing new. I asked how could I know when to arrive to have a chance as it doesn’t explain how the process works on Instagram or a website. Could they let people know there was a queuing in advance system or advise how busy it was on the day? They just said they couldn’t know how busy it would be. They said sorry and shrugged but said they’d pass it on to the manager. Obviously when you’re sold out and in demand it doesn’t really matter if your system gives people a bad experience as at least you’re busy. So I left laughing at how soaked we were and how futile it was running through the rain to get there for no chance at pizza despite trying to make plans 3 weeks ago. A funny memory, though frustrating. For me I don’t think I’ll be back soon and definitely not unless I guarantee a booking, however far in advance that requires. Overall I think this place is more interested in creating hype and demand at the expensive of disappointing people who aren’t lucky. A shame as I was excited to support the business and tried hard. My recommendations - 1) Get a proper online booking system so people can immediately and easily see next available dates and book in themselves without waiting for a number to be answered. I can’t see any reason not to do this, every restaurant has this. 2) Add an Instagram post or page explaining in detail how everything works, how you can call or text, when you’ll be answered, how the walk-ins queuing works, some guidance on which days/times are likely to be more or less busy. 3) Ideally give more real-time updates on Instagram on the day on how busy a particular time and when it becomes apparent it’s already sold out, even before the advertised time. This way people can decide what to do and whether it’s worth making the effort. In my case I think it was doomed before I tried but I had no way of knowing. 4) Try to help staff understand that people might have spent a lot of (wasted) time and effort only to be disappointed and therefore treat them with a bit more understanding. But to be honest if the system worked well this wouldn’t be necessary and I don’t think I’d have felt so frustrated. Overall I have no problem giving something a go when there’s uncertainty and I might be disappointed, but I really can’t stand it when the system is so chaotic and badly designed that it seems like I could never have succeeded whatever I tried - no food or experience is worth that frustration for me.

Really frustrating and uncaring. I messaged the establishment around 11:00 this past saturday to ask what time they open. The response was: "We are fully booked but are taking walk-ins at 12:00." I traveled 40 minutes with my 5-year-old son to grab some lunch (take away) and arrived at 12:05 only to be refused service. No consideration whatsoever.

My friends and I go to W6 Crisp regularly for our fix of the best, zero flop deliciousness. The best pizza in London. (Expect a no frills pub and make sure you text to book the dough ahead of time to avoid disappointment)

One of the finest pizza's in London. I'm tired of soggy pizza's that get incredibly messy while eating... it's a chore! Crisp W6 however is only a completely different level. love love love. so much taste and great atmosphere in the pub.... although very busy! book if you can or get there early for a walk-in I ordered the 12’ Vecna

Wonderful Pizza We tried the cheese, the pepperoni and the Vecna Pie. All were excellent, my personal preference was the Vecna; Pepperoni, Parmesan,Burrata and Hot Honey which sweetened the salty flavours of the other ingredients a perfect balance. It was magnificent. Advance booking almost essential, to avoid disappointment Walk in slots are set on the day a que forms and you cannot be guaranteed It is 100% worth planning ahead and waiting for a day you can visit. They reserve your dough, then you turn up that day and choose toppings when you arrive. When you experience the crisp light base, ( I would say its a cross between Neapolitan and New York ), you understand why this dough is so precious to them. All the staff we met were professional courteous and friendly. I highly reccomend these Pizzas.

Been here a couple of times now. The hype is well deserved. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Both times I was able to get a “walk in” pizza with my friend, however these are limited now, and it’s advisable to book in advance. Gets very busy inside, as it’s a pub first and foremost. Plenty of people just drinking inside. Pizza is light and crispy, and the toppings are amazing.

Came here from the USA and made a special trip all the way here. Checked out website in advance. Said when they were open. No info about pre order. Got here and they refused to serve us pizza. We pleaded with them and told them how far we came. Server appealed to the manager for us. Within seconds, the manager turned us away. What a shocking way to run a business. There are no words.

Easily the best pizza in the UK right now. The leopard bottom, the no flop and the flavour is beyond description. Stunning. Just wish I could have had more than the amount allocated to me. Service behind the bar isn’t great but they have a right to be arrogant in all fairness.

Without a doubt the best pizza in London. Delicious flavour and the ingredients taste super high quality. The pizzas keep firm, the crunch and crispiness add so much to the flavour. The tomato sauce that they use on the base might be the best I’ve tried. London has a huge trend towards Neapolitan pizzas which I love but this is such a refreshing and delicious alternative. You can tell from the quality and consistency (we have been several times) that these guys put a lot of love and thought into making their pizza the best around. Be sure to book as walk ins are very limited and hard to get. Tip - get the garlic dip made in house, it is delicious.

Came here with a few friends on a Friday because of this pub’s convenient location in Fulham Broadway station. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by rude staff who made comments such as “tap your card then” and “what do want”. I wasn’t too offended by this behaviour but it obviously wasn’t pleasant.

Really mediocre considering the cost. Purely ate here for convenience but it was rather greasy and bland. Breakfast is pretty terrible. Even early on the scrambled eggs are hard on top and the mushrooms are of questionable quality Have had far superior meals at much cheaper hotel chains. Lost an additional star for leaving me waiting for ages with no staff in sight.
