Very bad experience with The worker Jean. She was faking politeness and smiles. It ended up that they opened my post even asking to keep it for me. Important mail was lost. Never trust this charity or better this worker. Very disappointed.

They supported me from opening to closing times. 8 hours and did not leave my side, Went over and above to make sure i would not be on the street. I am so greatful beyond words to the wonderful people who are so kind and empathetic.

Crisis initially is such a phenomenal place, their abilities to help and support individuals as well as assisting for those that are in a place of genuine need and helps out of homelessness. Absolutely friendly dealing with with those on a one to one basis if necessary. They have wonderful experience of art classes that can expand the minds of that individual that needs a place for creative ability .that arrives within the realms of agility, compassion.

A national charity that helps with almost everything, protects you from homelessness by engaging with many stakeholders to protect you and end the homelessness you suffer from. It offers meals, coffee, tea and things like that. It also offers lessons, bus tickets and overnight accommodation in case of emergencies. And many great services that are countless, are fighting hard for all people who are in a position of vulnerability. Visit them, register with them and you will have someone in charge of you who will help you with almost everything. Please treat kindly, they really deserve it. La cafetería Crisis es un paraíso encantador de excelente comida, servicio cálido y amable (el personal realmente parece preocuparse por sus clientes) en un entorno cómodo. Todo a precios razonables en este prometedor pedazo de Londres. Y es una excelente manera de apoyar un verdadero desafío a las personas sin hogar. Ve allí, no te decepcionará.

Came here for lunch on a weekday, had a tasty quiche with two salads. They serve hot food too, menu seems to change daily. Staff were really friendly and it is a pretty light room with lots of plants about. Would definitely come here again!

Not a destination for most but a great destination for some- although numbers of homeless people are soaring in the UK. Food for thought. I'm impressed with the dedication and smiles of staff and what they have to offer. A true beacon in the darkness. Remember that most employed people could become homeless after 3 missed paychecks... imagine....

In my opinion one of the best organisations for homeless and people's advice centre. Thay help anyone that goes to them to the best of there ability which I say is fabulous.

Entró por casualidad, sin saber realmente la idea detrás del lugar, pero qué sorpresa muy agradable. Ambos disfrutamos de una deliciosa comida, té y café y estábamos más que contentos de saber que estábamos apoyando una causa increíble. Comida y servicio excelente. Today I went to your new shop in Dalston and by my surprise, I found that you have a second hand chair with a price of nearly £500. I asked the shop assistant if she was getting paid and she said no. I asked if they have paid anything for the chair or if it was a donation, and it was a donation. This kind of practices goes against the guidelines for charity shops , so I'm calling trading standards. Shame on you

¿Qué tan bueno es este lugar? ! ? ¡Definitivamente no es una cuchara grasienta! He estado asistiendo a un entrenamiento cercano y me topé con él caminando. Tenía el tocino de masa fermentada sarnie que era INCREÍBLE, llamado al día siguiente también y tenía una masa que era igual de buena. Solo desearía tener más tiempo para probar los otros platos que ofrecen, además el dinero recaudado es por una gran causa.

Menos de 10 minutos a pie hasta la estación.Apoyamos la crisis como una organización benéfica, ya que el trabajo que realizan es fantástico.

It's a great charity doing good work for the homeless. In their head office they do things like Indian head massage and ESOL classes as well as guitar lessons and Wing Chun. They also have employment services as well as a progression team. I've been there and seen first hand the great work that's being done by the organisation to help the homeless in London.

Lovely late breakfast with a colleague. It’s a lovely space, laid back with great service. If you’re in the Spitalfields area, forget the coffee chain places and give it a try. All for a great cause too.

Charity that looks after homeless people

Really nice little cafe with modern vibe. Colleagues opted for Welsh Rarebit which looked delicious. I opted for a crispy skinned jacket potato with beef chilli. Yum.

I went to crisis after receiving an email asking me to volunteer again for there homeless shelters at Xmas signed up for 6 or more days over Xmas even though I've been unwell I know I will enjoy my time volunteering again and hopefully I can bring a bit of friendliness and hope into some people's life's more volunteers still needed one of the most worthwhile things I've done in my life staff at crisis headoffice kind caring and dedicated friendly people Xmas is the best time to share and it gives me pride and a reason to carryon living next year.

Today as usual i went in to attend my classes and like the 2 weeks i have been received as an unwelcoming manner by crisis reception team, which might add every team reception member always has frowns on their face, If they can't be bothered to walk 2 foot distance to operate the lift, they expect every one to use the stairs basement or 1 floor its irrelevant! Wendy from Reception manager apparently slowly huffing AND puffing 2mins later aggressively frustrated made disable sarcastic comments and not even and apology just expecting "brush under carpet" Mind you i enquired to complain about Teddy from reception team who for 2 weeks has the same attitude and informally asked around what the procedure is, And what coincidence next day i was encountered by the wicked witch Wendy. #SHAREYOURSTORY

Este café es un agradable y limpio café en la calle Commerical y tiene personal servicial y las órdenes se sirven rápidamente. La decoración interior es moderna y moderna, y hay un bonito rincón de libros donde está el sofá. El tiempo Avocado Chilli Dukka probado muy bien también. Los baños también están limpios. Un café limpio y bien cuidado. Volveré

They helped me at first and got me to apply for their changing lives grant but then messed me about missing 3 deadlines and got me into trouble with the job centre and nearly got sanctioned? So one minute they are helping you and then stab you in the back and get you put out back on the street and the mental health and so called well being manager doesn't care if a 60 year old man dies on the streets of London Hypocrites as they will never end homelessness while there are rich and poor people

Wir haben eine Kanne Chai, einen Kaffee und eine heisse Schokolade genossen und dafür knapp £6 bezahlt. Auf dem Sofa ausgeruht und die angenehme Atmosphäre genossen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Wasser gibts gratis.

We had breakfast here during a visit to London. Nephew really enjoyed his porridge with banana and honey. I was less keen on my toasted sourdough but that's because sourdough is difficult to toast well. Service was friendly.

Sólo tomamos un café aquí. La chica que servía era genial - me di cuenta de que tenían un especial de filtro de café y un cruasán y café con leche a cambiado mi especial. Me dijo que sí, que no era un problema, aunque se había peldaño con el pedido. El café de filtro estaba bien (no como lo está en puchero Pret) y el croissant realmente agradables y suaves con crujientes por fuera. Mi amigo ordenados Americano con leche caliente y dijo que estaba muy contento con él. Sin duda volveré. Me gustaría probar algunos de sus deliciosos pasteles buscando. Los precios también eran buenas, mi "especial" era de £2.

Cafe from crisis is a great place with a really nice atmosphere. The food is delicious and the staff a very friendly and accommodating.

If you forget that this cafe is more than a cafe and has a social gold as well.The food served in this cafe is healthy and tasty the menu is good and alternates daily. The staff are made up of Ex homeless people who retraining for skills in the catering industry. Sometimes this can result in slightly slow service, but this is only sometimes, and certainly no worse Then a restaurant having a bad day. It should no way deter you as that is part of the charm.The venue can also be hired out in the evenings privately.It's certainly a place I enjoy going to and I was make a point of stopping here.

I had a nice brekkie here with porridge+banana, a green juice (nice celery taste in it) and a latte. I did like the idea also that money spent goes to a training program for those who want to work in the industry. To beat homelessness. This cafe is on ground level.

I used to work round the corner from here so was a regular visitor at lunchtimes, really miss it now I have changed jobs. Good value food with a great choice and really friendly staff. Large airy seating area perfect for people watching.

If you are visiting the Spitalfields area of London then do consider taking lunch at this café. The menu is limited but all healthy food and no chips! The café staff are young, pleasant and very polite. All the profits go to pay for the training of these youngsters in the catering trade. There is a choice of hot or cold food and drinks; no alcohol is served making it possible to have a very healthy meal. We were a group of about 8 so we booked in advance and our table was all ready upon our arrival.

The food is always great but what's most impressive is the reason for its existence as its a social enterprise type of business.Sometimes service can be a little slower than other venues. But the reason is due to the training of new staff. Something that's always happening as that's the reason for their existence.Great venue to support based on the relaxed environment and good food.
