This is a very nice, family friendly place. The staff were very welcoming and nice to be and my four year old. The only thing they could improve is the service, that was slow that day, and from that I could see they were not very busy. But the nice, friendly people that work there, made up for it! We will come back

We got a cookie dough hotcake and two green smoothies, and they were delicious. The staff were so friendly and attentive and even gave us a board game to share. I can’t recommend it more!

Done an online order. Waited 2 hours of having Deliveroo drivers arrive and leave only for the order to them be cancelled. It’s happened 3 times now, will not be ordering from here again 😡

I made an order for my family. When the food arrived my wife’s milkshake was laying on its side in the bag and was empty, also my wife’s waffle order was placed in the bag upside down. When I phoned to complain I was called a liar on the phone. The gentleman then asked for my postcode which he would already have as he delivered my order. When it was The Cream’s Factory this never happened. I paid £35 for an order and can’t eat most of it. AVOID if you’re thinking of ordering from here. If I could give no stars as a review I would

I’m not sure where the good reviews come from. The sorbet was okay and the milkshakes were terrible. The older gentleman who was working was also quite rude as when my wife asked to pay he told her to sit and relax. Luckily he came to his senses quickly. UPDATE: After looking through the reviews again, the only good reviews are from people making their first review, it is obvious to me that someone is posting fake reviews to inflate their score. STAY AWAY!

Went for ice cream & crepes on a Friday evening. Firstly we noticed the overwhelming heat in the shop, it was hotter than outside and left us with beads of sweat rolling down our foreheads as we ate, which we did quickly did to get out the heat. Ahead of time we checked their site where it clearly said they had vegan ice cream, but when we ordered the young staff member seemed completely confused by the word vegan and just pointed to all their regular ice cream. I quickly repeated myself in case he hadn’t heard me and he said he didn’t know and he’s new (didn’t even try to ask anyone else, when there were 3 other staff members). So I ended up having a plain crepe with lemon and sugar. My husband ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and when it arrived they plopped it in front of him and said ‘sorry it’s melted’. We definitely weren’t impressed and wished we’d stayed in and done it ourselves.

Worst milkshake I've ever had. I can't even call it a milkshake. It was just sweet milk. Order 2 for myself and my daughter. Two different flavors, so couldn't be a fluke. Will not go again.

Real Italian quality ice cream. It’s the best by far. I wouldn’t even consider going to any chain ice cream/desert shops! The Cream Factory ice cream it’s always fresh and very tasty, like you would eat in Italy. The service is always really good. Very clean and warm atmosphere. I would absolutely suggest it.

Popped into Creams Tonbridge and treated ourselves. Such a great place. Staff are outstanding and the food is utterly fabulous. Highly recommend

Great ice cream and service! Although we had a little hiccup with some mixed flavours at the beginning, I was very well impressed with how fast they corrected it and also kindly insisted I took some ice cream home at the end. Will definitely come back and bring my visitors.

It opened a few minutes late, but not by much. The service was good. The quality of the waffles was port, they were not crisp. The ice-cream was so-so. The chocolate cake was so dry it was hard to swallow. It was smothered in all kinds of sauces completely masking the taste of the cake but not enough to make it go down any faster. The other Creams I've been to are better. My daughter couldn't even finish her waffles.

'Creams' is the sort of place you cannot imagine not being in Tonbridge, a little goldmine in the summer and do well in the summer by doing coffee and pastry deals. Much more of a family feel than the likes of the coffee shops further in town. I really enjoyed a Lemon Sorbet here on a hot day, not too sweet and sharp enough to remind me of sherbert lemons, very refreshing. Sometimes a little too much choice and better to make the decisions whilst queuing up. Great to have something at the top of town and not lost amongst the middle of the high street.

We’ve been several times. Always a great selection of ice cream, crepes, milkshakes and waffles. The coffee is nice too. This evening I took my daughters and young nephew. My nephew fell over on the way to the shop and cut his elbow. The staff were brilliant - they gave me towels and water (bottled) to wash him down and a plaster. Such kind and caring people and they wouldn’t let me pay for the water. Thank you.

A great place to get a sweet treat such as one of their excellent waffles or milkshakes! The range is good, and although prices may seem quite steep, they're worth it! Overall, an amazing place to go!

Order a lot through Deliveroo or UberEats. The waffles are always great and the ice cream is good. Had a couple of small issues with them but always resolved very quickly and easily

It’s always hard to find an ice cream shop that gets the correct balance between legitimate flavour and good value... Creams have done it! No fake flavours (my caramel banana was flavoured with real bananas!) and good service is always a winner!

Creams is one of the very best additions to Tonbridge High street of late.We have visited on three occasions within the last couple of months. On every occasion the staff have been friendly and attentive. The restaurant is spotless, the food is sensational. The quality of the produce is exceptional, it’s really an artisan ice creamery.

Went with the family for a treat for the kids, very friendly staff, clean and bright seating area. The ice cream was of high quality, service was great and the prices were very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone and will be back again

Came tonight with a group of 16 young people for our youth group social, Steven immediately put tables together for us and was kind and cheerful throughout. All the staff were so accomodating and cheerful throughout service. Food came out quickly and was yummy! We've been before for a youth group social and they were equally as kind and accomodating.

Love the desserts here. Nice to have small waffles. Lovely flakes and str aticela ice cream. Others had nice strawberries or bannas with different ice creams. All good. Glad its open till late.

While the food is not the most affordable, the quality far out weighs all cost.They have a nice selection of menu items and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are also quite attentive. Would recommend when hanging out with your friends.

Got a milkshake and sat to kill some time during the afternoon. Came when school had just gotten out, so it was busy and noisy in there but can't fault them for that. So many options; very overwhelming! Very delicious too.

Nice ice-cream and we had a good time but very surprisingly we found the staff very laid back serving us (a group of 10) which was odd since we were the only customers on a very wet day.

Nice Italian Ice cream parlour, with nice Italian Espresso - what's not to like? We enjoyed our visit very much. The owner was in attendance, but by no means intrusive - he was actually a very pleasant, and informative "Patron", giving us interesting little snippets of information about the Parlour, as he passed by going about his duties. Thanks for a very pleasant coffee break!

A bit expensive for what you get but nice

The staff are friendly, and the place is clean. There is a wide choice of flavours, and the staff are happy to let you try several before making your mind up.A couple of reasons why not 5 stars....The portions seem to vary in size, depending on the member of staff, which had a negative impact on my slightly less fortunate child!I am dairy free, and the only option is sorbet! These days with so many dairy free options available, it would be nice to see something else, as I dont think I will return.Overall the kids love it.

Happened across this place whilst wandering around town during a visit to Tonbridge School. Didn't know it was a dessert based cafe until we were seated but we stayed all the same. Ordered up some waffles,pastries and coffees and was not disappointed!Really nicely made light waffles and the toppings were just amazing. God help my waistline but we wolfed down every last scrap. Coffee also very good, so much better than the chains who appear to have just started selling warm milk with a vague coffee flavour.The people serving and running the place were all very happy and jovial - maybe because the place was heaving on a sunday afternoon but that just shows they're doing something right. Really enjoyed it and will certainly be back!

Substantial variety of flavours of ice creams as well as a modern, clean vibe. Although the waffles are fresh, they generally dont have a memorable taste so pretty mediocre but pancakes were certainly fresh. Large menu selection so there is sure to be something that will catch your eye however what my friend originally was going to order was out of stock and a couple of other products which seemed slightly unprofessional. The staff had a very bland expression towards me and didn't seem bothered about doing their job. Presentation of products were appetising and worth the money and would probably visit again - I finished the delicious plate myself! :) 💪

Came here on Sunday, with my boyfriend for the first time the staff were very professional and very friendly. We got to try a few flavour of ice cream as we was unsure. All the ice cream is all home made after we had a 2 waffles. The service was fast and the waffles tasted amazing. Will definitely be back with our friends and family for sure.

I have recently moved to tonbridge so thought I’d try creams factory. And wow We walked through the door to a warm welcome from the staff, you could see the guy making the ice creams which was nice to see. We sat down with our menus and there was just so much to choose from. We had a quick look at the ice creams where we got to try a few flavour as we was unsure. Staff were very kind and polite. We ordered Nutella Strawberry crepe to share. And I had peanut butter milkshake. And my partner had the Oreo one. Service was quick. Me and my partner spent a good hour in here as it was such a relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be back there soon,

I took my family on Sunday for the first time and loved it, my kids both had gelato and me and my wife had waffles and crepes. The flavours where great and service was spot on. I liked the fact that the girls working there made us feel very welcome with the service provided. Place was very clean although it was busy. Will definitely be back next week and will highly recommend.

On Saturday 1 June, I watched a staff member behind the counter repeatedly dipping a spoon in each flavour of icecream, licking the spoon clean and then using the same spoon to try the next flavour. She must have tasted at least ten icecreams before throwing that spoon away and starting all over again. Other members of staff seemed to notice but nothing was said. I did not hide the fact that I was watching her, in fact staring, but she was either oblivious or totally unashamed. I had to wonder why she was bothering to wear gloves and whether she or the other staff had received any hygiene training.

I don't usually visit these places, just a random visit when I have an urge for a nutella and forrero roche milkshake. Yesterday was one of those days....googled creams and ended up at this joint...didn't realise it wasn't creams...Creams prices....Creams menu (almost) but the milkshake was average...staff were friendly...but £15 for two average milkshakes want worth it.
