Shocking service! Dirty tables! Food cold! Might as well of had it delivered! Drinks had to be asked for at least 5 times! Dont waste your time or money

Awful service Only 2 out of 6 things arrived we waited to realise the rest of our order wasn't coming, went to ask they said the didn't have our ticket then was told they didn't a few things we had ordered and we waited over an hour, kept getting our order wrong absolute joke !! Won't be returning. Shouldn't be messing up desserts and drinks that cost over £30

I had a fantastic experience today at the Camberley creams, we were welcomed with a smile at the door by the Greek looking manager. The service was great and the dessert was lovely I wanted more choc on my waffle so the manager personally came over to offer me this on my waffle He was amazing and has excellent interpersonal skills, an asset to the business for sure Look forward to coming again

Absolutely shocking service, first people in there when it opened ordered our food and drinks. Another 2 families came in after us by 10 minutes and got their food within their 10 minutes of being there. We were waiting for around half an hour!!

We tried the Festive Menu today. It was delicious. A snowman made of meringue and white chocolate ice cream, with strawberries. A doughnut with apple, ice cream and fudge pieces. Christmas trees made of chocolate mousse with strawberries. Writing does not even come close to the tastes.

Disgusting Hygiene! AVOID! Went in for dessert after a lovely meal at a nearby restaurant and ordered two waffles (£20 absolutely rip-off) While we were waiting for our order.. I noticed the front of house "host" that had seated and provided the us with menu's go into the kitchen area and start cutting fruit and plating food BUT he never washed his hands or put on gloves on before doing so!! This is disgusting! How can a 'kitchen' area not be restricted and very disappointed a restaurant would allow their staff to handle food that someone has paid for in this manner! Sort your staff out, provide better training on food safety and clean your cutlery better!! We won't be back and also wouldn't recommend to others.

Awful service, waited so long only to be told afterwards that they didn’t have most of our order. Asked for refund and got charged twice before I finally got a refund! Will never go there again!

Phoned up twice to ask if they accept Amex first told the girl who answered couldn’t hear me when in actual fact her English was so bad she didn’t understand what I was saying. Gave benefit of the doubt and phoned back same person answered said she would ask her manager. Wondered around with me holding on phone shouting AJ AJ!! Then said “ I can’t answer your question as my managers out having a cigarette “ with that I said I won’t be visiting your clearly very unprofessional and hung up…

Absolutely ludicrous....took my Autistic Daughter for a treat today, to be told her Voucher only lasts 1 month......WTAF.. very Rude manager who basically couldn't care less... ill never return,looks like it needs a good clean nothing on Display to look at empty fridge....

Will not be going again ordered 4 desserts i came out had finished before the other 3 come. Toilet blocked and when told the manager got extremly rude didntput a sign up to to close it off The place was not clean with no reguard for hygene at all Staff miserable not a pleasent experiance

Service has not improved and perhaps even worse since our last visit in 2022. The restaurant needs updating, ripped seats but this is a franchise so maybe not the staff fault. One pudding arrived before the others. So far ahead in fact that it was finished when the other 4 were left sitting waiting. When I complained the staff said they could cancel order. What good is that when some have eaten and some haven’t. However after complaining the puddings were quickly delivered to the table. This restaurant like many fast food chain, now give priority to Uber and just eat delivery services than walk in customers. Only visit if you have plenty of time to wait and are not fussed by the tired looking restaurant and unhelpful staff.

First time at Creams , took my daughter while on a shopping trip . Grubby & tired looking place. Had to wait at the door to be seated in a very very quiet cafe. Given menus , went to the counter & ordered . The wait was about 15 - 20 minutes , the cookie dough came without the ice cream as the soft serve was being changed , tuned up eventually! Desserts were ok , not the place everyone has reported it was.

I do not usually go for sweet things but i wanted to treat my partner to some waffles so we decided to go to our local creams. We were greeted by antonella which was very warm and welcoming. She was very knowledgeble about the menu and helped me choose something not too sweeet. Really looking forward to our next visit there and we hope she will be there to serve us. Really happy with the experience😁😁

Took the twins yesterday as a treat for their 11 th birthday. Although the complexity of the ordering seemed overwhelming, the guy serving us, was very helpful. A huge choice and something for everyone. The desserts were ready for 7 of us within 10 minutes. Friendly but a little expensive. Well done ‘Creams’

Manager failed to seat us first when we were first in line and waited 10 mins to be seated she then told us to move after we have ms seated to cater to others in the restaurant ice cream sat on the counter for 25 mins as we waited for someone to bring it over to us arrived melted and unsatisfactory not worth my time or money to visit again

Food was good and hot. I’d go back again. The guy that helped me out Jacob was good although bit of a dodgy haircut.

Great service dispite corona. We had a server called Slade he was excellent great customer service skills 10/10 would get again!

My daughter and I visited and yes we had to wear a mask until seated, yes we had to use the app to order - but those are expected, and to give bad reviews for these reasons is just ridiculous. The staff as in many sectors are doing what they are told, they are only following instruction from the management. Food was excellent, staff polite and all in all I enjoyed my first ever visit to a Creams Cafe.

Turned up on first date night since before lockdown, already nervous, to be told of the door I was not allowed in without a written reason for my mask exemption, under doctors instruction nobody by LAW needs to show a written exemption but if feel comfortable can carry a print out of which reads ‘I do not have to wear a mask’ from the government website. In shock I double checked the government website of which states you do not need this. Absolutely vile customer service he was so rude and made me feel totally upset and uncomfortable. Completely shocked and embarrassed I even asked him if it would help if I told him why. Evening ruined and on our journey back 30 minutes home, well done to the rude child on the door for keeping the world a miserable place.

Decided to come here today whilst visiting the area .. after waiting in the queue we were told we all neeeded to sign into nhs track and trace ( ok fair enough ) one of our familyDid it whilst the waiter went to do something else , he came back and demanded she do it again to confirm it had been done .. we were then taken to a table which was filthy underneath , explained the ordering system which was a lot more complex than necessary .. managed to get through this .. food came in two rounds so by the time my son and I got ours , the other two in the party had near enough finished .. overall wasn’t a nice experience and although some staff were trying there best it didn’t help .i wouldn’t come again

Booked a table, no information that was told in the confirmation email that was only told on arrival that was necessary beforehand. Staff were unhelpful and rude, could only pay by card which was not advertised.

Out with misses and decided to go for desert. And booked tables in advance cos know it gets very busy. Got in and was informed that had to order online which was a bit confusing so had to down load app and scan table then order choice off menu. And then team member would come for payment with contactless. Wait was bout 30 witch was normal but then I got mine and misses had to wait further 10 mins for hers. Good idea would be to bring them out together. Othere than that food was good as usual.

Visited Creams Camberly today, great and fast service from our waiter Danny. Got talked through all their new systems in place such as the one way around their restaurant. Will definitely come back and recommend.

We visited this Creams Cafe in Camberley on the 10th August. A staff member came out shortly and mentioned that it would be a 20 minute wait to get in, so we waited as the queue was short.20 minutes past. No progress.I did notice a member of staff behind the ice cream bar wearing their mask below their nose. Defeats the whole point of wearing a mask. Then later I saw the same person touch their mask to move it over their nose using the same gloves they are wearing to dish out the food and didn’t change them. More time past and despite being 2nd in line in the queue, we were seated after ONE HOUR, because we were a group of 2! Groups of 5 and 6 at the back were being seated before us after 10 minutes despite us having already patiently waited in the queue for an hour!After questioning a staff member about their logic behind this, we were told ‘The manager doesn’t want groups of 2 in a booth’ and we had to wait for a table for 2. Although it was clear if we had a group of 3, a booth would be fine. We were also told by another member of staff that once seated it would be a 30 minute wait for food. How long does it take to scoop out some ice cream? The pair waiting in front of us, were in the same position and clearly found it unfair that we were left waiting whilst big groups were seated quickly. We are still paying customers at the end of the day and a booking of 2 is likely to be in and out of there quicker than a booking of 5.After expressing our annoyance with the system they had in place, we were seated. A staff member used their initiative and ended up seating us in a booth. They also promised to get our food out as quick as possible, which they stood by their promise! Where was the manager throughout all of this? Poor management comes to mind.Due to COVID new systems were in place so you need to scan a QR code with your phone to order. We placed a order of 2 cheesecakes and a milkshake. We also put in the notes ‘allergic to nuts’ to make the team aware of a nut allergy.A short wait later a member of the team came over and explained they were out of red velvet cheesecake. Could someone not take it off the menu online so it cannot be selected? The staff member came back with the card machine to pay after adjusting our order. We ended up choosing another cheesecake in the end. We saw the total as £20.48 and thought ‘hold up, that’s not right’. It was a Monday so it’s 50% off due to the Eat Out To Help Out Scheme. So the staff member went back to sort this out. Another 5-10 minutes later the bill was sorted. I would like to point out the staff that served us were very helpful despite the lack of management clearly seen. Hannah in particular spent time with us ensuring the desserts we picked were nut free and got out the allergy book to check. She was very knowledgeable, quick thinking and proactive. She seemed to be wizzing around everywhere trying to help people. Deserves a promotion if you ask me. AJ was also very helpful and stayed calm despite our complaints. It’s a shame a manager didn’t step up and try to manage the complaints unfolding whilst in the queue. We were not the only ones not impressed! Both staff were friendly despite the situation.As for the cheesecakes, they were disappointing. Not very creamy at all. It wasn’t worth the wait for sure. The S’mores Oreo milkshake we ordered, we ended up taking home after I tried the chocolate sauce it was decorated with. To me it seemed to taste like Nutella and with the other person having a nut allergy we didn’t want to take the risk of an anaphylactic reaction. So we ended up taking it home in a takeaway cup and gave it to a relative. We were told that it was just milk chocolate sauce and not Nutella, however we did not want to take the risk and Hannah was completely understanding of this. Could there be a possibility there was a mistake with the sauces? It definitely looked and tasted different to milk chocolate sauce that the cheesecake plate was decorated with. The whole experience overall was an utter shambles and it has put us off coming back. We cannot fault both Hannah’s and AJ’s efforts to help us but the lack of management and poor system to get in has ruined it for us. We felt like we wasted our whole evening which could have been better spent elsewhere.I’m just glad we didn’t go the day after for my birthday as that experience would have really made it 10 time worse.

Friendly staff but we can never understand why does it take them so long to assemble what is essentially a bowl of ice cream! The chocolate ice cream wasn’t the best either.

Went to the Camberley branch and once seated was told there was a new ordering method. Basically you have to scan a QR code, which they don't tell you signs you up to track and trace (until you ask). Asked if there was any other way of ordering, was told no, if you don't consent no service. So left and as a matter of principle will be never return.

The food was very tasty, slightly long service but was worth it! Our waiter Jacob was very helpful. Would recommend a visit!

Went in today with my son. Placed my order, food came out very quickly.15 minutes later the drinks turned up. The gas had gone and the coke wasn't fizzy, the syrup was also going as the drinks taste awful.Took them back to the counter, was told would get a replacement. Nearly 10 mins later they told me the gas wasn't working and I could have another drink. By then we had finished our puddings.I asked for a refund, server said ok and that was the last i saw of her. I ended up going to the till and requesting the refund myself.

Incredibly slow service , waited an hour , to then find out they never put the order through . This isn’t the first time , we’ve tried to give this ago , it’s the second . We will never go back . The staff are uninterested, absolutely no customer service . All they seem to do is mess about !! Management need to go in there and sort out the issues . They must lose loads of customers. The lovely cafe round the corner that also does icecream and waffles etc is far better

Date night with my wife and popped in for a decent desert after dinner else where. Nice friendly greeting at the door and had the pick of where to sit.Menu seems a lot bigger than the last time I was here but I guess to please everyone now you need more choices. Deserts came quickly and were lush, good end to our night. Thank you to the team 6/2/2020

Dessert stop which should have been a nice treat was a long wait and then average dessert. 90%staff friendly and helpful but the 10% who just dropped it on the table and walked away just felt rude. Guess that’s Saturday staff for you.

Came in this morning with my daughter and husband, first time to creams and was delighted at how great the customer service from Danny was, he got us a candle for my daughter as it was her birthday and made sure the food was okay and that my daughter was having a good time. Great Ice Cream, Even better Staff!

Jason and Joe’s attentiveness was great, brilliant customer service and good product knowledge when questioned about vegan options. Desserts were delicious as always but the lovely customer service made our visit extra special so thank you!

My friend and I were going to the cinema so we thought we’d treat ourselves to creams beforehand. It wasn’t very busy so we figured we’d be in and out in no time. The food took forever to come out and when it did come out they had managed to mix our orders up, we had ordered and paid separately. They had put her bananas inside my crepe but given me the correct sauce on top and side. They had put my chocolate spread inside her crepe but given her the correct sauce on top and side. We tried to take the banana out of mine and put it in hers but it was all you could taste from the crepe by that point. We had also ordered a cookie dough to share which was the worst I’ve ever had there. It had little to no sauce on top and was really dry unlike the ones I’ve had before which were great. Very disappointed and it made us late leaving even though we got there an hour and a half before the film was due to start

Took our friend from the states here this evening & received great service from Danny- super helpful and welcoming given it was our first time at creams!

We popped by and fancied an ice cream while shopping, we were charged for the ice cream and for the cones separately yet if we wanted a tub wouldn’t have been charged which seems odd. Won’t be rushing back

Try the ice cream and also the waffles - these are bigger than my head. Oreo ice cream, and caramel. Lots of sauce. This is the best place for a Sunday treat.

We are regular customers as this is our guilty pleasure. Our favourites are the crepes and waffles and yet still to try the bubble waffles. All desserts come beautifully presented and fresh to order. Reasonably priced desserts and great ambiance too. Great for freinds and families.

Ordered a milkshake at 20:30 and there were 5 members of staff behind the counter. All were chatting and playing around with each other. The milkshakes were not ready until 21:02. No apology for the wait. One of the members of staff was running around collecting other staff members name badges and playing games. Awful service and will not be returning.

Coffee arrived about ten minutes after everyone elses. Coffee was below average. On the up side the kids enjoyed the icecream.

Out with the family and after a meal at another eatery we decided to have pudding here. In my opinion what everyone had look tasty and everyone eat their choice a little pricey but made a nice change. Certainly a place for younger families

I heard about this place and thought I would try it out as I like my puddings staff nice and polite and seated in comfortable table nice atmosphere. Looked at the menu decided to order the Banoffee split. Waited 25 mins when it came it was on a hot plate causing the ice cream to melt!

We brought our daughter (and 10 friends!) for her 8th birthday party yesterday! The staff were helpful on the phone and in person and although we had all sorts of various orders, the staff checked it all through and all our food (plus all the orders for the younger siblings and parents who were sat near us) came quickly and all the orders were correct...and delicious! The staff were attentive and joined in with the singing of Happy Birthday. My daughter is desperate for me to add that she had a great time...so I have!

My 6 year old granddaughter is gluten intolerant but like most children loves ice cream treats. We popped in and I asked them if they had a gluten free menu. A very kind waiter came over with their list of products that were gluten free and discussed it with my granddaughter and asked which one she would like. She had a lovely choice of sorbets and a extremely chocolaty one with raspberry sauce went down very well. We will definitely go back.

Went here today for the first time ever. I was so nervous as I was taking my son who is autistic and doesn’t cope well with change. Being a new place to him I knew that there would be a few issues to get him settled. The staff there today were brilliant with him. They let him be. He was dancing and sometimes running around getting to know the place. Now I know this is not acceptable behaviour but it’s the only way we could eat here. The staff just said hello to him every now and then and reassured that it was ok

Took 2 of my kids plus a couple of friends here for a treat. Between them, they had various waffles and freakshakes. Everything was huge, and the presentation was amazing! Downside was that the purple and black decor is oppressive, and the place is looking shabby. Some of the seats were held together with purple tape, and the ladies' WC had no toilet paper and a broken soap dispenser. Despite this, we will be back because the food was so good.

Popped In for an after dinner dessert, we went in as a large group of about 15 and we were all well catered for. Great food and service

Came here after a disappointing dinner at chiquitos and was very pleased. The apple crumble waffle was amazing and cookie dough was devoured and the ice cream was delicious. The tea pigs was also lovely, great staff and wonderful food.

Visited here a couple of years back soon after the cafe opened and it was buzzing with customers then. This time it was almost empty and although staff were friendly and service prompt, I just had the feeling it was going downhill. Also the decor is looking tired and dated - you’d think an ice cream parlour/cafe would be all light and bright but here’s it’s all dark colours and feels dingy. However, this visit was again at the instigation of our grandson and although not my “cup of tea”, he was more than happy with his “treat”. Tables were cleared at the speed of light and staff certainly made an effort.

Do not underestimate the size of the waffles. We made a rookie mistake and ordered milkshakes, smoothie, and waffles. Safe to say that we were beaten and were unable to finish our food! But the food was very nice and we would possibly go back and order less. Staff are very young, but very friendly.

A friend recommended this place as somewhere that did really good cookie dough and desserts so thought I’d treat myself and order through Deliveroo. Big Mistake!

Thought we would give the children a treat and ended up eating more ice cream than them. Something for all of the family and a reasonable range of different flavours. The more unusual flavours appreciated by some palates such as liquorice or mango or not available but there are more than enough for the youngsters.

Ok there is better ice cream out there.. But it’s ok priced, has a good selection and the service is good. The staff are friendly and it’s clean. My daughter and I had big smiles!!!!!

Service and waiters are all very friendly and helpful. . . desserts are served quickly and reasonably priced. Menus are huge and have literally every possible option of dessert choice you could want or try. . .also if you want to mix and match you can.

I would consider myself a regular at any Creams Cafe but the Camberley Creams has got to be one of the best in the UK; its my OG Creams. The staff are lovely, friendly and very versatile which makes the food even better! Speedy service and a lively, yummy environment! Recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth.

Came here with my partner and must say it’s just delicious!! The menu has changed and some of the dishes have changed too but still delicious!! The only downside is that I only and always order the fudge waffle when we come here and this time there was a smaller portion of the fudge on my waffle ........ maybe look into that? Staff are really friendly and the waiting time for our order was really quick compared to our last visit - lovely!! We always have a great time whenever we come here for a pudding after dinner. Will recommend and will come back.

I have not been to Creams for a while and my experience here was great! It helps me bring back good memories of being at Creams.

Walked in after visiting the wetherspoons next door and after a long decision on what ice cream I wanted, I decided to go for the coconut ice cream. I ordered that and went to take out my card when the manager (I assume) looked at me funny (I thought "oh sh*t they don't take card do they?") and then he said "have it on me... and have a drink too" and poured us a slush! What a lovely man to give us free food and drink! Definitely recommend because it was so tasty too!

Before I had been to Creams twice. The first was when it first opened a few years back, at the time I wasn't impressed. The food took ages to arrive, even though there wasn't anyone there. I also thought the staff were grubby looking, with food all down their uniforms. The second time was to grab some to go ice cream cones which we had no issues with but it didn't inspire me to come back.

We visited Creams in Camberley to get a milkshake for myself and an ice cream for my other half to take away. The service was miserable and the drink and ice cream took 25 minutes to make! This could be forgiven if it was busy but it wasn’t, there were only two tables with people inside and one with people outside and other people that came in after us were getting their ice creams/shakes before us all because we didn’t stomp our feet and demand to be served! It took us going up and asking about our order 25 minutes later for a member of staff to apologise and then make the drink and ice cream, which once we had asked how long it would be, then took five minutes!

Literally the best place EVER! Will definitely be back. Lovely friendly staff and amazing menu options

Hi yes really surprised to hear your review yesterday. As I went there yesterday and didn't received our order after a 25 minute wait even after asking 5 minutes. My wife got her hot drink soon after ordering.

Went to creams yesterday, we were seated very swiftly by a very happy young lady. I noticed a very large, scruffy looking man who was working behind the till who was in his own scruffy jumper and not creams uniform. Not very hygienic.

I cannot fathom how a bit of icecream and a 2 min pancake or 3 scoops of ice cream take nearly an hour to create.

First time here and was dubious due to the reviews but what a pleasant surprise. We were warmly greeted and explained who the ordering works.

Its the only restaurant, whereby I had to queue to get in. I was with my wife and youngest child. the ice creams were plentiful a little over priced in my opinion, but very nice needless to say. I dont think ill queue again though should it be busy.

Went on a Thursday night with 4 other friends. Food was great. Served quickly. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs though so don't order more than you will really need!

Turned up over an hour before the time on the door said it should be closed and when we opened the door the staff cleaning shouted we are closed! When I questioned that the door times clearly stated they are open they just repeated we are closed and continued cleaning, terrible customer service

Thought I'd give this a go to see what all the hype was about and I still don't understand it. Service is poor, they never have what you'd like in stock and the first time I went, the lady next to me was changing her baby's nappy on the table. Haven't been back since and don't intend to. Try Frenchies instead!

Was amazing I've cream and desserts when too my children there shale about a few members off staff standing around...

Decided to have a creamy pud after a meal out. Lovely choice, so much to choose from. very very good.

Waited 5 mins for a table, ordered 3 desserts and a coffee and told the wait was 20-25 mins. Two desserts came after 15 mins but no ice cream and one very dirty plate so sent it back. Finally after chasing them again, the other desserts came following a total of 45 mins. No coffee ever arrived so claimed money back and listened to supervisor arguing with assistant at till as to why the coffee didn't arrive.

Staff clearly not interested in customers, or doing much. Unfriendly on the till. Sundaes took from 35 to 45 mins to arrive - they weren't complicated and the last one was the only one without any melted ice cream. Kids ones already had melted quite a bit so was a rush to eat. Not convinced they know what gelato really is. Won't be back and we weren't the only ones disappointed.

Very very poor service. This was our first visit here and we were really looking forward to it after leaving our restaurant round the corner to have a desert at Creams. We were shown to our table by a waitress that really couldn't be bothered with us. My wife and 2 year old went to the counter after we had chosen what we wanted. My wife changed her mind at the counter after seeing coffee ice cream in the display. She ordered 3 deserts for us and a strawberry milkshake. After they had come to join me back at out table we waited and waited and waited for our order. It was about 20 minutes. The place wasn't busy at all. The waitress came to our table and said they had no coffee flavour left, well it must have sold in tbe time my wife saw it at the counter and getting to pay for it. She chose a different flavour. Our order eventually arrived, but no milkshake. I thought it would be here any minute, but no. We had finished our ice cream, which was nice. Then eventually I managed to catch the same waitress. I made her aware that our milkshake hadn't arrived, she looked at me in disgust like I was lying. She then said "well do you still want it"? Of course I still want it we've paid for it!! I asked for it to be takeout as we needed to leave. She eventually returned, slammed it down on the table and not even a sorry, just a "there you go", turned on her heels and left, so did we, never to return again!

I am writing this review watching my friend and kids eat and still waiting for my food. Their food took 30mins and I have currently been waiting for 41mins and I'm still waiting :-(. Im sooooo hungry and very disappointed!

Disappointing because when we went to place our order we were told their coffee machine was not working and also they don't even have a slush puppy machine. Why advertise it if they don't have one? Ordered a Knickerbocker Glorious Sundae which on the menu states has fresh fruit. Well it was 3 scoops of ice cream with strawberry syrup and ONE strawberry sliced into 4. When we queried this we were told yes the only fruit in it was strawberry. But only 1?? Then the kiddies N'ice Bunny was advertised as choc chip ice cream but in fact it was plain vanilla with 1 piece of chocolate at the very bottom. It was almost missed because our child had had enough and we only found it when an adult finished the dish.The wonderful part was the waffles - fantastic! The milkshakes were also the real deal! Really good. So if you want waffles and milkshakes, this is the place to go. Anything thing else, go elsewhere.

These sorts of places you go to as a 'cheer up', a 'childlike treat' so In keeping with the ambiance, one would hope the staff to be of a cheery disposition unfortunately both here and at the Staines branch I was disappointed to be greeted and served by glum faces. No one (at both Camberley and Staines branches) has a clue how to use the phone ap that I'm unsure if the faff and wait was worth the free coffee. Thank goodness for a cheery manager who redeemed things a little.

OMG!!!! the portions are MASSIVE! 1 waffle will feed 2-3 people easily unless you have an extremely sweet tooth. The crepes are amazing too. A definite must!

We took our 2 grandsons to Creams when they were staying for the weekend as we had promised as they love it. They were not disappointed either but could not finish what they chose!! As usual it was really lovely and we were able to sit outside which was a bonus as it was warm.

Other customers came after us, served and ate their ice cream and left before we even had ours!Have you guys tried gelato in Italy or the gelato stalls in the Westfield shopping centres?I don't know if Creams should be allowed to call what they serve as "Gelato"

Came in for a dessert after a good meal, the selection was great, the prices were reasonable and the ice cream itself was delicious! My son liked his fingers and so does my husband (;

It's a bit complicated but we made a mistake with our order and instead of helping fix the situation the person serving us just made it worse by coming back to insist on charging us for something we didn't want and actually gave back in the end. We asked if the manager could help but apparently they weren't there and the waitress claimed they would have just treated us the same as she had. She brought us a complaint form. But we thought we would tell you instead. Maybe individual inexperienced staff member but we got a poor impression and won't be back.

Family of 4 We were lucky enough to be served by the same waitress Jess on both of our visits. She explained the menu and how to order, as all new to us!!!! She was very patient with our children as they asked lots of questions!!! And she made them laugh. The food is what you would expect, ice cream, pancakes and waffles. The portions are large, but as explained by Jess you can take any leftovers home. We all loved our visit, hence why we returned again today. We will be visiting again, thank you Jess.

A treat for my grandson after school on a Friday afternoon. I have never been to one of these places before ! The staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful. We ordered milkshakes and waffles. I had a cup of tea...well actually it was a 3/4 cup of tea ! Could have spared a bit more water and it could have been hotter. The waffles were amazing & very large ! I had a strawberry and banana one with chocolate sauce over it with whipped cream and ice cream. My Grandson had similar but covered in smarties. My own opinion is ...... do not consider the calories ! It is a huge portion. Make sure you are hungry before you have one. To be honest I like chocolate as much as the next woman but there was far too much of it which actually spoilt the taste of everything else and it all got a bit sickly after a while so I only ate about half of it. My Grandson was the same and whilst he declared it was really yummy he only managed about half of his. They did offer a doggy bag so we were able to take it home which is probably just as well as it is not a cheap place to eat. Two waffle dishes, a cup of tea, a milkshake drink and a crepe dish for my daughter and the bill was £25 odd ! I notice that there are comments on here about toilets regularly being out of order and this was the same today. There are two toilets and a disabled toilet. One of the toilets was out of order. (I think it was the mens' one) I went in the disabled toilet and this was Ok but could be cleaner. Overall it was an interesting experience but if I wanted to spend that sort of money I think I could find something better and I doubt I would come here again. My Grandson enjoyed it and that is what matters.

My son loves going to creams for a 'treat'. Absolutely love all deserts on the menu! So much to chose from! Think the prices are a bit steep but will still return.

I had a lovely dessert and a coffee . The food was nice and service was fast and I loved the decor . Good prices. Will return . Ideal for a afternoon meet up with friends .

Lovley food , friendly staffs. Seated the second we walked in and given menus, food came not long after we ordered all the same time will be back

sweets looked amazing, atmosphere buzzing and decor very much for the younger generation. Lovely, very modern. We all enjoyed our deserts and I choses the waffle which was huge. The youngsters had all the gooey ice cream stuff. Nice.

Popped in here for pudding after a meal out in Camberley - we won't be making a repeat visit! The crepes were cold, rubbery and frankly inedible, but the worst offense was that in a supposed gelataria, they were served with a sort of Mr Whippy, soft, synthetic ice cream! Yuk

Loved this place!!!! So much to choose from!!!! I had a coffee and hot chocolate fudge cake!!!delicious!!!kids had milkshakes which were massive!and my husband had sorbet! Worth a visit!!!

When you need to treat yourself why not pop down and just do that. The milkshakes certainly are amazing and from the Devine cheese cake, to the huge waffles there is something for everyone!

WOW. What a place, I was recommended by my friends to try this desert parlour and i want to go there again. I had a strawberry filled crepe with whipped and Ice cream and it utterly divine and tasty, and at such a fast service too. Soon I ended up trying my friend's bubblegum ice cream too and that was just so amazing to look at in the first place.Everything there was just so scrumptious, it even smelt scrumptious too!

Such a lovely atmosphere, perfect for kids of all ages. A lady called Tammy who worked there is best for advice on what to order, she was so helpful and very happy.

Visited Creams @ Camberley today with my 3 yr old for a special treat. Waited to be seated. Seemed a little busy but they still had spare tables so we were sat down, chose the Oreo Sundae from the photo on the menu and went to the till to order. Only at this point was I told to expect an HOUR wait for the sundae!! I dreaded the thought of spending the next hour trying to keep an excited 3 yr old amused, but now she had chosen what she wanted, I couldn't very well leave either. I asked if I could get a refund if after half an hour she was getting upset but the member of staff at the till said that now he had told me, I accept the risk should I choose to stay so no refund. I took the chance it would come sooner. However, as I left the till he said "it is half term you know" like that is a valid excuse. In actual fact, they had spare tables, therefore not operating at full capacity anyway and surely should be able to plan for holiday time and ensure they have adequate levels of staff and materials. To which he conceded they were in fact short staffed....The ice cream arrived within 15 minutes so the risk paid off. Meanwhile, I was kept amused by watching the table next to us finally get their order, only to not get spoons, go looking for spoons, complaining there were no spoons, then getting 6 spoons in total from three different staff members.Tell people at the entrance what the wait time is likely to be. They may be disappointed but can at least make an informed decision early about whether to go in. Being told only after my 3 yr old had chosen made me feel duped and pressured in to staying and the guy's attitude at the till was not acceptable.

Food amazing but staff are absolutely awful. Why have so many seats if I have to que up for ages when there is 3 girls stood chatting and wiping menus. Think some adults need to be employed here. having teenage staff is fine but a standard should be set
