I am up visiting friends from Glasgow and my friend brought me here for a treat and I have to say the service was fantastic. I had a plain waffle with icing sugar and lemon and it was perfect but the blood orange sorbet is a must omg its beautiful best I have had. I was told there is one in glasgow so will defo be going there. Yum 😋

A nice family treat. We came to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is bright, clean & staff are super friendly. The food was really good & fresh. We had a minor issue which was rectified brilliantly by Becky the manager here. We’d definitely return

Sometime ago Creams used to make banana splits but it has not been on their menu in ages. Today Jack served us and what a friendly and helpful guy he was. Having established he had been there for 6 years we knew he would know how to make them and he did. Wow, the best banana splits ever, with all the old ingredients included. Not for a moment did he hesitate about re creating our old favourite and what fantastic job he did. Service was amazing. All credit to Jack for making our day!

Me and my wife have tried many desert places but this one situations in Chatham Pier 5 is one of the best places to go to make your wife happy I’m not a desert man but this place this evening has made someone very happy tonight we ordered through their website and it was here within 15 mins excellent customer service but most importantly the deserts were spot on , ok price too , would like to say thank you to all the team at Creams situated and based in Chatham ✅✅✅✅ 4 green ticks from me and 5 ✅✅✅✅✅ from my wife

Kids loved their waffles and ice cream. Clean store with friendly staff and great outside eating area. Loads to choose from and great plant based options too.

We have bought a lot from these over the years and they often mess up, either it takes forever to arrive or the order its wrong, after a £70+ order last night, I am done, The creps and Nachos were stone cold and half the Nachos were missing ordered a "Sharing" size, well if that's "Sharing" I hate to think what the single portion is like? No salsa or guacamole with it even though the menu said it came with it. Just bad service all round.

Some friends and I with our children went into creams after a birthday party in flip out, we ordered milkshakes, my daughter accidentally dropped hers after 1 sip, she got upset so the staff didn’t even hesitate to make her another one and even gave her a chocolate bar to help cheer her up! Was very impressed! Thank you

Okay visit. Food was great but they brought my partners out first and then mins 15 mins later so we didn’t eat together which is frustrating as it was a date afternoon. Ordering online was a pain as had to set an account up, just a way to get all your information when you don’t want to give it. Zero customer service. Just get a menu and told to sit wherever. Umbrella at front doesn’t work so scorching hot outside and didn’t open doors so scorching inside. Terrible experience but excellent food. Would order as a take away but won’t be in a rush to return to actually visit.

Having not been to creams for a while, we decided to visit on 15.04.2022. The food we ordered was as nice as always; however we do not like the new system to order. If you eat in, you have to scan a QR code, create an account and place your order, the specials were difficult to find on this ordering system. We much prefer giving our order to an actual person, it felt too much like we were ordering at home for a delivery and not visiting a restaurant in person. I feel that management need to talk to staff about their personal hygiene and attitude. Two of the waitresses who delivered our food, were visually very miserable, mumbled at us, appeared put out when we asked a question and came across as very rude and one did have some strong body odour issues which was off putting.

Creams is a very nice place to eat at, but I am very mad that I have to leave my home and travel 15 minutes just to order it. I think they should be able to add more locations to order from since my area isn't there.

Very sweet food but amazing cups, just perfect. Maybe need a tap water option. I love the waffle skateboarder on the poster behind us.

I went to the cinema at dockside and took my son and his friend for ice cream afterwards. As I had not been there before one of the waitresses walked me through the order process on the app which was very helpful. The service was quick and friendly. The desserts were not to over priced and also very good in size. Will definitely go back again.

Went as a family of four, found a table outside pretty quickly. Told to order on the new qr code / phone menu. As soon as order went through, waitress came to take payment. Five mins later a hot apple crumble with a tiny pot of cold custard came out. No milkshakes as ordered by the rest of my family. Other half wasn’t happy as kids were devouring my apple crumble whilst waiting for the milkshakes. He complained and they were fair and said would bring another out with the milkshakes. They did which was hotter but custard still cold and in a tiny pot. They enjoyed their milkshakes but wasn’t a great experience. Wouldn’t rush back. Seemed like slot of people waiting with quite slow service.

I ordered food and waited by the door until it was supposed to arrive .I called numerous times to check where the food was and filed an investigation . The investigation team has now said i will not get a refund because i received the food which is not the case at all .

1. Improvement your staff didn't look happy and you can tell by their body language it gives a negative vibes to the customers.2 their needs to be improvement in your customer service as staff as when their was an 20 minute delay we where not told about it. And therefore I've had to mark the exsprience down on that becouse it need room for improvement the hole idea of good customer service is to inform all the customer admedgently when their delay with food to help the pressure of the staff and the patients of the customers waiting for their orders. However I did understand and could tell you was busy as I work in the hospitality industry myself.However the food was nice I'm not normally a dessert person myself but it was nice.

The Desserts were very tasty and reasonable size portions. First time having a home delivery from Creams Café, and we were very happy with the food and the service. Thank you

terrible customer service i called up due to a hair in my food and the lady said she couldn’t do anything about it and then carried on talking to her colleagues saying “ some girl called up about a hair in her food oh what a rude cow she was” bare in mind my mum heard the whole conversation and knew i wasn’t being rude. my mum called back and confronted her and she full on denied it!! will never go back

Went to take part in this eat out help out scheme. Had a bit of a wait but not too bad. Good service and very tasty.

having waited 15mins for a table you then have to join queue together with people wanting take away another 20 mins lost before being able to place your order at the till (thats another story) and then a 40 minute wait before food arrived in dribs and drabs and drinks were overlooked had to ask twice before drinks arrived after we had eaten.

Visited here tonight and we should have left when we saw the dirty tables at the front of the restaurant. Inside there were dirty tables left for over an hour, no one following the one way system, I could see no evidence of thorough cleaning in between customers. Staff member gave me a straw for my drink but didn't cleaned her hands. On top of this the air conditioner was on full blast and it was absolutely freezing. I wonder whether this is allowed to be on if following the government covid guidelines!

Have eaten in here many times and the food was what you would expect from a dessert restaurant. Service was ok. Food was ok. My problem with todays visit was they are no longer offering a cup of tap water due to the fact it is a high risk covid-19 spreader. Creams, I would like to see your evidence based literature for this. I am a healthcare worker and as of yet have seen no evidence glasses of tap water spread covid-19. My suspicious mind thinks it has less to do with covid, more to do with making people pay £2.75 for a 500ml bottle of water instead If visiting would recommend you bring your own bottle of water.On another note the other measures they are taking to stop the spread of infection are absolutely rubbish. We waited 25 mins for a table (not a problem expect it in this time). When we were shown in, the restaurant was 80% empty and yet we were put in a booth between 2 other families. Plenty of other empty tables with no one else in site. Just made no sense.

Having ordered for delivery 15/06/2020 four make your own sundaes as a treat for my children as creams opened after lockdown ,being told that food would arrive within 45 minutes 1 hour and 15 minutes later I received a contactless delivery where the driver did not even wait to check I opened the door , I opened a small bag containing one dessert not of which I had ordered so I tried calling the phone number which is disconnected sent emails to local store abc head office and had have had no response I cannot even receive a refund Yes we have all suffered during lockdown both financially and Mentally but do a chain store need to steal my hard earned £29 I’m disgusted and would never use again and will recommended to every single person I know or ask to keep away from this store I an only hoping its extremely poor manament at Chatham and not the whole chain

So first of all when I came in I waiting for 5 mins then after there was a family behind them and the lady seated the family behind was not happy that once we got to my table there was three of us only had 2 menus and after I paid for my food I saw the lady making the waffles touching them with there bare hand was not happy at all

First we were over looked when arriving and another group got place to sit. Then I had to ask for a menu as they never gave me any. The seats were slash, not giving a very good impression. The line up for the order took ages but arrived quickly. All in all need to do better.

well worth the visit for a treat but portions are large so better to share as you wont finish it on your own all 3 gran kids could not so me and grandad had to help lots of flavours of ice cream and some of the old classics knicker bocker glory and some tasty cakes as well perfect for a Birthday treat

Andre was very friendly on till, impossible not to become instant friends with all the staff. Food was delightful, but it is touch expensive (£21.50 for 3 desserts).

Visited about 9pm after the cinema . Shown to a seat really quickly. Placed our order of cookie dough and a waffle. Waited 35 mins for our order to be fulfilled . Waitress was very apologetic about the waiting time. Once arrived perfect puddings. Cleaner than last time I visited. Menus were very tired looking . Lots of seleotape. Would visit again .

Poor service, it was not that busy in the restaurant and like the decor the food and service was shabby. The restaurant could do with a makeover it has definitely lost its sparkle since I last visited a year ago. Visited with my partner and his two children. We ordered two kids desserts and waffles for my partner and pancakes for me, a coffee and hot chocolate and two slushies for the kids. The kids desserts and drinks came out first and fairly promptly which was good. My partners banana and salted Carmel waffle arrived about 5 mins later, I had ordered the same thing but the pancake version. Sat waiting my order didn’t arrive, 10 minutes later the coffee and the hot chocolate arrived, my coffee was cold and tasteless. Another 10-15 minutes my dessert had still not arrived my partner and the kids had finished theirs. Finally my dessert arrived the pancake was cold and premade so quite rubbery in texture, the ice cream was really good but all in all not worth the price. Save your money Cremes has lost its sparkle I won’t be going again.

Ordered Takeaway. Lovely delicious hot cookie dough. Banofee cookie dough is a must to try. Make sure to go!

Reasonable prices Lots of yummy options to choose from and drinks. Now serving savoury options too. Ample comfortable seating. Quick service even when busy. Large car park as part of the dockside complex

Like stated you do get large portions but unless you order a bottle drink you will hardly ever get your drink at the same time as your dessert. Not a problem you think? Well it is kind of awkward when you’ve both finished your desserts they’ve finished their drink and you’re waiting for your milkshake or on another occasion we waited for a coffee when everyone was done and ready to go home. But if you want something sweet and American feeling creams is your go to!

Often have to queue which shows its popularity and its worth the way. my children love it as do their school friends

I dont normally write reviews but thought I share my experience in creams chatham dockside. Visited creams in Dockside chatham. And wow what can I say about the service!!!! Absolutely awful. There were five of us arrived there early evening so we intended to pay good money to spend. My partners friend who has a son and they both ordered waffles and the other ordered a sundae. I ordered a sundae my partner a waffle and her son a sundae. Every order came out random times I got mine last when I got mine the ice cream was melting onto the table. So I thought I can't eat this unless I had a straw! So they exchanged but gave me different from what I ordered. I had it anyway but didn't enjoy it. The staff wasn't friendly and didn't give any customer care not even checking up on us to ask a simple "is everything ok with the food?" The interior has been the same since they opened for about 5 years. Floors and tables were in shabby condition. And when we said we wont be returning they just shrugged there shoulders. It's a shame because it does have a good reputation (name wise and well known) it could be kept really nice with friendly staff and more customer care, who actually do care and create a more warmer atmosphere.... half of these reviews who praise it up are people who worked or work there.

Lovely ice creams, quick service and fairly good value. Nice location, perfect for sitting out in the sun enjoying an ice cream. Cutlery and glasses pretty grubby though!

Very nice if you like your desserts very sweet but very loud with noise of lots of children and teenagers who have had lots of sugar rush which is understandable as it's like a big sweet shop. Fresh strawberry and white chocolate is very nice plenty of variety to choose from.

Just came in to get ice cream and family time. Got a table and at the till realised that we would rather take our food away, mentioned the table first and explained that we would rather take the food away to the older lady behind the till and was sarcastically answered with “then it you didn’t need to have a table would u if u wanted it take away” and finished it off with a smile .. i then explained that we did have a table but then decided not to and mentioned it so as not take someone’s intended space. From the start, the lady that welcomed us was alright but it went all downhill from the till to getting our order.. the young lady that gave us our take away shouted our number and did not acknowledge us “with enjoy” or “thank you”. The staff looked unhappy and sloppy.. you used to have welcoming staff but the young ladies and the older lady behind the counter disappointed us. No customer service or welcoming atmosphere anymore.

Jack and all other staff were friendly and efficient with service. Great choices of crepes, pancakes and sundaes plus lots more. Good portion sizes too. Don't eat too much before you visit. Reasonable prices.

A dessert restaurant. Menus were held together with sellotape and tatty to say the least, but, the place was clean and tidy. Shown to a table quickly. Ordered at the counter with table number, food arrived quickly, but, no cutlery was offered, and we were not advised where to get it from. I ordered cookie dough, turned out to be a couple of hot cookies drizzled in sauce with a blob of ice cream, not great value for money, but, very tasty. Coffee was good, but, not big cups. Ok for a treat, but, expensive for what you get.

The waffles were incredible. The service was good. The deserts are big portions and I think, really good value for money. You can create your own waffle which is really helpful.

Took the grandchildren to creams really loved it and grandad loved it too best dessert anywhere I was quite happy with a pancake with lemon and sugar

I went to Creams with my three year old on Saturday evening! We had an amazing time, lovely desserts. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We will be definitely back.

It was alright, from the ice creams to the shakes; the staff were polite and friendly. Service took a long time however it was well worth it !

If your favourite part of a meal is the desert then this is the place for you just deserts. Great choice of ice cream pancakes and waffles. My favourite is the apple pie and ice cream waffle (yes I couldn't make up my mind)

Having had a dinner else were we thought we would have dessert at creams as was near by , was ok but I wouldn’t rush back everything a bit sticky menus and table ... sorry was not overwhelmed,what you expect fast turnover , no small spoons for toddlers how can they eat the little Sundae ? The big dessertspoon does not fit had to leave take your own spoon staff pleasant , the place looks the part ...

My family and I often go here and my grandson we all love it. Although it a bit expensive. Defiantly indulgent. Just love the waffles

Went here for pudding after a meal in another restaurant. Good choice of classic and modern desserts. Friendly staff. Nice booth layout.

This was the first visit for my children. We were sat where we wanted to as it was very quiet. The staff were attentive and we were served our food quickly once we had gone up and ordered.

A great place to indulge sweet tooth. Service can be a bit rough around the edges but the food is great and the choice amazing. Love their waffles and sundaes.

After going out for meal decided to spoil ourselves with very indulgent sweet unbelievable quality and service. Go again yes give it a try fantastic crapes, waffles and ice cream or just a great coffee.

I knew...I didn't listen to my gut. The crew looked devoid of competence or enthusiasm but I wanted a peanut milkshake so much I ignored my instinct. The result; a 15 minute wait then I finally went inside to collect the shake which had sat unattended on the counter, it was almost luke warm. Only go here if you love slow service, dirty tables and miserable looking staff.

My friend and I had eaten dinner but decided to meet here for a desert. I had a raspberry and white chocolate crepe and my friend had cookie dough ice cream. It was quite empty and we could easily find seating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place does look a bit tatty but it seemed clean enough. Our deserts were ok but drinks were expensive for the size of the bottles.

Food was amazing and service was lovely! Had Carole and she was absolutely lovely and amazing at making sure we had everything we needed! Great meal out xx

We had some lovely ice creams at this place, all different and all very tasty. It was let down by the cleanliness, all the cutlery was mucky. We tried to use the app but it didn't work in this location despite it being advertised on the screens. Not sure whether we would go back

This was my first visit to Creams Cafe at Dockside and I wasn’t disappointed. I went with two friends. Service was great. We sat outside on one of the hottest days of the summer but were comfortably shaded by the umbrellas over the table.

While staying at premier inn I persuaded a reluctant colleague to visit, the usual I’m not bothered long way to walk etc. He like the sundae when it arrived and promised to return after his first mouthful.

Absolutely terrible. First time visit and shocked at how the service is. Ordered 3 chocolate milkshakes, 2 chocolate cakes with ice cream and a jam sponge with custard. Simple enough order. What we got was 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate milkshake, 2 chocolate cakes but with custard not ice cream and jam sponge with cold custard. We also overheard other tables thst were getting the wrong things brought to them. The staff were quite rude as if we were moaning about nothing. Too many staff just wandering around looking lost as if they didnt know what to do. How about listening to what customers order and getting it right, followed up with some politeness when they get it wrong. Would not go back there again. I bet the one in Bluewater won't be as bad as that. If it is, then won't be open for long

Visiting the family in Hoo we decided to take the children to Creams for a treat! It did not disappoint - the staff were fantastic and the desserts were banging!!

We popped in here for a quick pre-cinema milkshake. There were plenty of staff, though the customer service they offered varied greatly. Two annoyances. Firstly the order took forever to arrive and secondly they had a distinct lack of long handled spoons!

Would not go here again. Place is full of mums spoiling their already overweight ADS children with more junk.

Been a couple of times to different ones and always been happy except the Restraunt in strood trying to explain to the lady what we wanted she really confused what we was saying and had to restart the choices a few times but when we got the food I can’t fault it and will definitely be back

Called in with others and found most of the seating damaged along with tables, ordered and was told items may come out at differing times. However, one of our party had to eat alone as the service took so long for that item ( it was stood on the side waiting for ages) the rest of us had eaten and wanted to leave. Did use the toilets, wish I had not, it was that bad. VERY expensive for what we got, ice cream and a few tinned fruits and a bit of instant cream on top is NOT that expensive in any restaurant, it is here.

I have a massive sweet tooth so you could probably imagine, for me to go to creams; I make the most of it. I don’t only get a massive chocolatey dessert, I always get a large takeaway milkshake and put my own ingredients in. Yeah it might be a bit pricey, but god... if you love desserts or milkshakes; creams is the place to go, totally worth it!

Despite there being virtually no customers and plenty of staff it was Very slow service, had to wait for someone at the counter to show interest in taking an order, then they got the bill wrong and paid scant interest in communicating at all, they were too busy talking to other staff. Table was dirty and it was obvious none of the others had been cleaned either. Order took a long time to arrive and then was wrong, it seems they had forgotten what I had ordered ( ?) I had to tell them.

Standard ice cream, pancake and waffles menu. Quite expensive for what you get especially if you opt for a slice of cake. That said for an occasional treat it does the job.

We love coming here for a naughty treat. We ordered the strawberry waffle and chocolate waffle which was yummy and a good size. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The setting over looking the harbour is lovely, there are tables available to sit outside.

Back in Medway for a visit and I noticed there’s a Creams right near Dock Side. Great addition, location a bit random but the ice creams are selling

Came here with my girlfriend for a late birthday celebration. For my for my first time there, it was very good. Food is excellent, service is good, and place itself is calm and quiet.

We visited Creams Café in Chatham on a mid-week late afternoon with our granddaughter, this was my first visit.

Beginning of the month me my partner and sister visited creams, our normal creams is in bexleyheath but honestly this creams was so much better, we ordered a takeaway, most creams mess up the order when I ask for extra strawberries they end up putting it on the item or in the side of the container with the item, instead this restaurant put the strawberries in a separate container, and for me it was a big thing and was such a lovely thing that they’d listened, unfortunately cannot go higher then a 3 and this reason is the same for all creams, your prices’s are rather high, especially for a small bit of cookie dough, almost £8 all because it had two sticks of kinder bueno ?

I have been to Creams a number of times and keep returning. I try something different each time. And so far my favourites are the waffles and cookie dough. I would definitely say make sure you're not too full or visit just after a big meal. The portion sizes are generous and filling. I have yet to try the bubble pop waffles that look good.

Creams is delicious, I wouldn’t recommend having a full chicken at Nando’s and then creams otherwise you’ll feel a bit sick like I did! It’s very good and the staff are very friendly

Came here for a family treat. Was lovely sadly we had eaten lunch beforehand so we couldn’t finish the puddings as the portions are huge but they were really tasty! Big variety. And very helpful/ friendly staff. Table service was a little slow but would still come back.

Visited on a Sunday lunchtime for a gelato and a coffee.

Lovely deserts, waffles, pancakes, sundaes etc. Very OTT with lots of ice cream, chocolate, fruit and toppings. Not cheap with the waffles about £6.00 and the sundaes about £8.00 but very nice for a treat. One tip leave plenty of time to choose the menu is large.

Well what can I say. Fantastic desserts and shockingly smashing milk shakes. Place is very clean and the toilets were lovely and clean. The staff seem friendly and happy. This place is not for the faint hearted purse wise but for a treat its perfect. No problem getting our mobility scooter in and out. All in all a please t trip

We happen to see this place as we went to our vehicle and decided to go in with the kids, although we were seated fairly quickly from then on things were not that good. Sticky table because it hadn't been wiped down properly, one of the waitresses was constantly playing with her hair then handling plates of desserts...!!!!!

Had my god daughter over for the weekend, she's never. Been creams, and for a treat we took her up for an ice cream in between what we was doing. Must say the person who served us should have stayed at home,. Grumpy, rude, not what we expected. Goes to say a few days later when we mentioned going there to eat in she said no thanks. That's one 10 year old you left a bad impression on. Well done

visited this non descript chain and was very disappointed long wait times food and drinks too expensive and to top it all staff do not seem to have a clue. To top it all food was very disappointing will be avoiding creams in future.

Cane for a family dessert at creams at chatham. The staff were Really friendly the young woman Carole who helped us as was my first visit went over and beyond her job role made us feel welcome

The ice cream from this place is amazing, I especially enjoy the sundaes it provides everything someone with a sweet tooth needs! The service is friendly and inviting and the atmosphere is very fitting. The prices are a little pricey for those of a younger teenage age but it is worth every penny! I was on the otherhand a little disappointed by the flavourless protein shakes - it needs a bit more blending.

It’s a shame that when I came to this restaurant today we were asked to wait 20mins for a table when there were clearly many tables free !!!! When we eventually got to our table I went to order straight away as the queue to order was huge !!!! When I ordered I was told the wait was 20 mins for out food !!! This was s family treat so very disappointed in the service maybe they were under staffed today ??? This is the Easter holidays so very unhappy !!!!

Does what it says on the tin! Yummy milkshakes and puddings in a lovely setting by the water. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, if it’s a nice day lovely to sit outside.

Went in here for ice creams and was amazed by the variety of choices. The young man serving offered lots of info and samples however the person taking the orders was not at all friendly. The ice creams were excellent though.
