Amazing place amazing food, if you want a amazing sweet treat you should definitely go here. The service are so kind, the place is so clean and there are loads of different options. The atmosphere is eyecatchy and it sets the mood!

Service was great, Deepak especially was incredibly helpful and overall experience was great!

Absolutely shocking customer service, rude arrogant lady, dirty tables. Will definitely not be returning. NOT SUITABLE FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS AS STAFF DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SERVING!

If you appreciate great service and have concerns about food contamination then I would strongly urge you to avoid this establishment. Staff are incredibly rude. Pooja, you should leave customer service immediately. You are undertrained and incompetent. That’s being polite.

wrong order has turned up and food was cold

Ordered 2 icecream scoops in a cone, charged me for 2 orders of 1 scoop in cone. Didn’t even mentioned she overcharged until I asked. The icecream is literally too small for what we usually order. Been coming here but this is the first time, it finished in 2 bites. When I became honest that her scoop is too small, she started to raise voice. My daughter aint happy about this. The icecream is superb but that lady staff is not. Unfortunately i cannot upload the picture

Worst experience ..ordered two waffle and both came soggy and not even properly cooked. Called and surprised to see The manager and supervisor did not even apologise for this in fact they were blaming Uber eats for late delivery without even checking delivery time. Both claimed to be store manager which doesn't sounded like.because a manager knows already how to talk. So eventually the whole order and money paid for it was a waste.no manners to talk and absolutely rude people work. #untrained staff

Eating In store the food is deliciously sickly, moreish and filling. Unfortunately our delivery order took over an hour to get here, The food(X2 Waffle Chicken) was cold and VERY dry and no boba in my bubble slush(did receive a call from the store to let us know, hence 3* on service).

Popped in on a Wednesday lunchtime for desserts. I had a sugar and lemon juice crepe, which was so dry it was inedible, it had no lemon or sugar. My wife's order was forgotten and still had not arrived when everyone else had finished.

Took ages to leave the kitchen and when I finally got the notification to say the order was on its way I couldn’t even track it which was disappointing but the delivery driver was friendly and the food was great!

I had a voucher code from Just Eat for £10 off, I put in the voucher code which worked and proceeded to payment. I have now seen I have been charged the full amount and the voucher code was taken off at the check out. Then there is no contact number.

Asked for nachos to come out first bought out the wallet witch was stone cold then the nachos came out then then brought out another wallet witch wasn't to nice very doughy made me feel sick as it was sticking to the back of my throat. Very disappointed The staff did come over to swap it over the first time but then avoided coming back over to my table to see if second one was OK witch wasn't

So disappointed and underwhelmed. As a treat I thought it would be nice to get some desserts for my two small children for being really good all week. A single cone with 2 single rolos =£7.95, when I ordered a children's glass sundae which advertised more like 3 scoops and a wafer biscuit, we received one small scoop of strawberry ice cream in a tiny ramakin, & no wafer= £2.95, charged £1.00 for a jammy dodger. My wafer with strawberries £8.95, wanted to add ice cream but fancied strawberry instead (baring in mind a vanilla ice cream is an additional 50p) - was charged £2.95 on top!!!!! In the end gave my son my single scoop of expensive ice cream and went without. Absolute rip off and disappointment, I pointed this out to the girl serving but she seemed to think her miscalculation was correct... Obviously not! I shan't go there again, there are places which are better value and nicer desserts.

Food tastes good, atmosphere is great with the music. Service was a bit slow with the waffle, but everything else we ordered (crepes and drinks) came quite quickly. Would recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth!

I did not receive my order. The delivery man contacted me. I told him the correct address but he did not arrive.

The cake I ordered was absolutely solid! Honestly a brick would have been easier to eat with a fork...

The chocolate cake was so hard i couldn’t put a fork through it. Disgusting and stale. Ordered from them before got stale food figured it was a one time thing… but this was awful

Disappointed it seams I was only given half a crumble. There was no crust all the way around!!! So obviously cut in half. Not as advertised!!!

The young girl was on her own and was quite slow at taking my order. The food took longer than expected too considering there were only two other groups in at the same time. I went to the toilet with my children and was absolutely disgusted. Public toilets are cleaner than these ones and that’s saying something!

They have sent the wrong order and told me can take 48 hours for a refund

Just took my four grandchildren in for a treat all deserts came separately so the youngest had to wait longer for her desert staff do not even talk when fetching your order just put it down on the table very bad customer servis will not be visiting again.

This was the worst waffle I have ever had, I tried calling the store and the guy on the phone who was the team leader said that he can’t help me and was so rude on the phone. The manager wasn’t in and the team leader was honestly a horrible and unhelpful person to speak to. The waffle was undercooked and horrible to taste.

Delivered wrong order but Creams Orpington wasnt very helpful and just suggested If I can go to the store so they can replace the wrong order. 😪 however, Just Eat resolved the issue and refunded the amount of the wrong order.

Worst experience on Just Eat - items not available although restaurant chose to leave it on the menu for customers to select. They then did not know how to cancel order. I have to find out how (customers cannot cancel orders once accepted) - then provided the restaurant with the telephone number for them to call Just Eat to CANCEL MY ORDER. Staff member at the Creams had a very bad attitude and angry that I did not want to swap items!!! Will not be ordering from here again.

I had missing items in my order

The portion size of the cakes are shockingly small considering how much I had to pay for it. It tasted fine, but it was smaller than I was expecting.

There was only a small scoop of Oreo ice cream and a small scoop of biscoff ice cream. There wasn’t any of the soft scoop ice cream that is usually included. This made the dessert dry and not enjoyable.

I am a regular customer but Not sure what happened this with this order, the waffles tasted like it was not well done.

Really disappointing food this time around. Waffles were cold and really stale tasting. Almost as if they had been made earlier today and just topped upon ordering. A poor drizzle of sauce made a bad waffle, even drier. Usually really great food, so not sure what happened this time!

My milk shake feel out everywhere

very disappointing winter Berry waffle. description said black cherries but actually served with (horrible) glacé cherries. waffle itself, delivery etc all to usual standard but would never have ordered glacé cherries on anything.

Missing mango coulis, waffle arrived cold and flimsy, gave us 1/4 cup of bueno gelato. All the ice cream was Icey and thawed out. Real bad experience. Definitely not worth the money spent.
