Great place to enjoy a Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Nice pub, smelt like carling but they're meant to aren't they? Friendly staff but I'm only halfway down my pint so no I'm fine for another pint see you in 2 mins when you ask me the same question again.didnt go to the bogs but odds on they would have been alright.

Have only every been in for a few beers after biking. The beer has always been good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Glad it is not closer to home or would end up in most nights for a beer.

Visited yesterday lunchtime for a bite to eat.Friday 9th March.even though the pub is on my doorstep it's the first time I've eaten here since Michelle re took over the reigns.My wife and i both had the lamb shank mash Yorkshire pudding and whatever vegetables to order.me being fussy.both meals were delicious and plentiful and a bargain at only £6.50 each.great service and always a great selection of cask ales on tap.usually 4 rotating ales.👍.Will definitely recommend to anyone.keep up the good work Michelle and staff 🍻👏

All you want is a local that serves cask ales (and knows how to look after them) serves food has sky and above all a Land Lady that knows what she's doing, Well you have got it here. A excellent atmosphere, friendly, great staff and an exceptional Land Lady. Friendly, great beer and food got it all, cant say any more. Got to be worth a visit.

Have to say how welcoming and great mine hosts excellent for the footy and great to have a breakfast or pie peas

Sunday breakfast was cooked fresh and was served hot on warm plates, fresh bread and butter and choice of tea or coffee. The breakfast is well presented and served by smiling happy staff who want to be there. The pub is welcoming and clean. Highly recommended. Friday until Monday fresh pie and peas are also sold.

The service I received was excellent there Sunday breakfast is lovely all freshly prepared to your taste couldn't fault it at all.the atmosphere was really friendly and welcoming nothing was to much for the staff and landlady.the pub is very clean and welcoming would highly recommend
