Cox Pippin Cafe in Sutton

Lovely coffee shop been twice this week already.

The best Mocha in the London Borough of Sutton. The panini's, sandwiches and cakes are delicious. My recommendation would be to try the toasted tea cake with butter and jam! Staff are always friendly and hard working. Toilets are kept to a good standard. A very good and loyal customer base, testament to the the great cafe it is.

Only been here twice. Both times outstanding. Tasty toasted sandwiches. Fabulous coffee walnut cake. Largest syrup choice I've ever seen. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend and will be back very soon.

Cox Pippin is a warm and welcoming coffee shop. Shane and his team always go out of their way to accommodate us when we visit (rearranging tables/seating, personalising the kids drinks etc), they are kind, helpful and friendly. A local business definitely worth supporting! 💪🏼🫶🏼

I like this coffee shop. It isn't ostentatious but it is cosy, relaxed, the coffee is great and the service is friendly.

Really friendly local business. Their iced coffee is really tasty and they offers lots of unique syrup options. The staff are lovely and very polite!

Best hot chocolate in Sutton. My to go to place, for a hot drink and cake, and to enjoy the quite and calm. Very friendly, and helpful staff.

This cafe is great my favourites are liquorice latte and all the toasted sandwiches. Very friendly place.

We have been a few times in a month already. Me and my daughter would hang out here, as my daughter loves the toasties and babychino. Great place to hang put. The people serving are very friendly and it is family owned. I think they do the best coffees around.

Lovely atmosphere and warm welcome.

I normally go to Cafe Nero but decided to give Cox Poppins a try. Personally I prefer Neros coffee but the Poppins Mocha presentation was better with whipped cream. They also offered to warm my Pain Au Chocolate. I would definitely go back.

Excellent customer service, takes time and care with every order and every customer. They have regulars who are looked after and cared for. Its lovely to see. This kind of service is rarely seen these days. Food is handmade and lush. Awesome pesto, mozzarella, olives and sundried tomato toastie with one of the best pumpkin spiced lattes I've had. Incredible value for money. Great atmosphere. Seating ranges from sheltered outdoor area to comfy sofas to breakfast bar with stools so perfect for relaxing or remote working. Lovely atmosphere. An absolute gem of a place.

Only been once and was nicer than expected. Offers convertible enclosed outdoor area as well as indoor - which was could do with a brighten up. eed another visit to fully decide and will definitely go back.

Definitely the best coffee, at a brilliant price and the best service for miles around. Sebastian and his staff are both caring,attentive and very proffesional. The coffee shop is spotlessly clean, something that the chains cannot compete with it. Support local businesses especially when they excel at what they do, as Cox Pippin does.

I recently tried their new mint hot chocolate ( with almond milk ) , it was Very tastey , highly recommend 😀👍🏻.

Me and my daughter come in whenever we have an urge for a PROPER hot chocolate. They dont hold out on cream or marshmallows and the price is fab. Cute and cosy little shop and staff are welcoming.

A nice alternative to the usual big chain coffee shops. They do a loyalty card, have nice coffees cakes and sandwiches, some indoor easy chairs as well as ordinary tables and chairs plus some outdoor undercover seating. The loo window could do with a good scrub and some staff might cheer up a bit, then it would have got a 5 rating.

Every time I'm in Wallington I will have a coffee here. It is smooth but full of flavour and not expensive. Best of all this is NOT owned by a big chain. It doesn't pretend to be anything but a coffee shop and it does what it does very well

Love lunching here, can't understand any negative comments. My work/social life takes me to many places and I cannot fault this place, it's even better than my last visit to an eatery in Harrods. For a small independent place, they have a good selection of tastey sandwiches and are never mean with their fillings and reasonably priced too. Good selection of sweet items and drinks, good friendly service, gets busy but always manage to find a seat. Look forward to going back!

Never been all that impressed, friendly staff but the range of food is very limited and not particularly fresh or tasty. Better places to eat

The coffee is lovely cinnamon latte is my favorite very kind and helpful staff its tucked away but quiet and relaxing one of my favorite places to relax when I'm able to get there

A really welcoming café that's tucked away from the main high street so you can usually get a table. Friendly staff and efficient service.

Always packed which is a good sign but there is not enough seating to cope with everyone. Very limited choice of food.

I often meet friends for coffee in this cafe. We prefer it to the local chain places as it is friendlier and in my opinion the coffee is better. It doesn't look that inspiring from the outside but is lovely once you are through the door. Give it a try, rather than instantly going to the big brand name cafe down the road! They do a loyalty card as well which they stamp for you, just like the chain places.

Quaint little place tucked in a quiet lane on the High Street in Wallington. Serves coffee, of course, but also a good chai latte laced with cinnamon.......one should definitely try this.As the the cafes the spread includes sandwiches and bites served by a posse of friendly staff.Do go in there for a cup of good coffee or chai latte :), take a book too.

the coffee is great, the atmosphere and the decor is pleasant. Tucked out of the way. Great for a lunchtime sarnie or cake. Chairs outside and in. They are friendly and clean, only thing that would make this better is fresh sandwiches and more sofas but better than cafe Nero in the high street and good prices.

I met a friend in this small coffee bar in Wallington Square. The staff were very friendly. There was a range of sandwiches, paninis, pastries, cakes, etc., to choose from and my friend chose a Danish pastry and a cappuccino and I had a toasted teacake and a black Americano coffee. It was very nice and I would definitely recommend it.

What a charming and friendly place to have coffee. Not only a smile with service but the coffee gets brought to your table. As someone who is not so mobile I thought it was just for me but it's lovely that they do it for everyone. Good decaf too which isn't always the case in other places. Hope they do really well.

I visited this coffee shop when it first opened and have seen it grow over the months. With the warm and friendly staff and comfortable seating I think it is a big asset to Wallington. Simple lunches of toasted sandwiches, pastries and soup with good quality coffee is a winning combination for this establishment and I wish much success for this hidden gem.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers: this is a lovely little coffee shop with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere tucked away in Wallington Square. I've visited many times since Cox Pippin opened and it's been really good to see the footfall increasing in this independent venue. The coffee is the best for a long way around, the service is brilliant, the wifi is free and the loyalty scheme is great: try it!

This is a lovely little cafe hidden just off the high street where superdrug is.It's very peaceful and the food and drink well priced. They have a coffee loyalty scheme which is more generous than most places and the gentleman serving was lovely too.
