Great coffee and lovely staff. I always look forward to going for my "Costa "

Basic, a simple and ordinary coffee. Expect the expected, but not necessarily something “Oh my god”!

I was staying at the Ibis Hotel next door, so it made the perfect place to meet my two friends and start our journey from there; after a coffee or three, and a lot of people watching. Staff were friendly and the place was really busy, as you’d expect, for the two hours we were in there. The usual beverages and food were on offer, and the staff made you feel welcome. It’s all I could ask for, and a good meeting point if you are in the area.

Yet another branch with takeaway cups only for sit in. Guy walking about asking everyone for money, staff see this but do nothing about it. Costa defo the least appealing of all the major coffee outlets.

Saturday morning in Costa was a great start to the day: central location, quality coffee and a warm atmosphere. I got coconut late instead of soy, but it was 10/10. My new favourite ☕🤪👌🏻

South Bridge Street location in Edinburgh has the nicest, most competent staff of all the coffee shops I went into over eight days in Scotland. They were friendly, conversational, and very good at their jobs.

It was absolutely my first place to go if I needed coffee and something to eat for an affordable price.

There could be another member of staff employed to clean tables, clean the toilet and manage the customers who are waiting. I feel Costa coffee is over priced now with a limited service. It's now not my favourite coffee shop.

This is my 4th Costa in a week and the staff really bring up the standard of coffee at this branch - Bravo! However, the sad thing here is the wifi here was appallingly slow! A+ for staff C- for the Area Manager.

Costa coffee is the same no matter which one you use.. this place is handy for being in the centre of town... 20 min parking bay outside.. has all the usual hit and cold drinks.. staff nice and friendly.. clean and tidy cafe and the bathrooms are usually clean too.. Can be a bit busy on week days at set times due to people popping in before and after work.. Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Always been able to get a table when iv popped in

Popped in for a drink and a cake , the cake was for a birthday treat. The staff were very friendly and both ladies working wisher my partner happy birthday when they realised the cake was for a birthday. Lots of seating , clean. Toilets were clean as well Great place to drop in. Cake stands were well stocked. No complaints

Felt very under dressed without my laptop and about 25 years too old. Like walking into a pub and realising once inside it's a nightclub with an offer on for students. As you come away from the touristy side of Edinburgh we entered a Costa filled with one table singles all using the cafe WiFi on there laptops. Coffee was good as we're the paninis and the service. A young lap topper also volunteered to move from a table for 2 to a single to let us sit down.. Charming.

Wiadomo czego się spodziewać, to tylko Costa, lub aż Costa. Duże, przestronne, czyste miejsce ze świetną czekoladą i kawą. Dla mnie ze wszystkich sieciówek nr 1. Polecam.

The team were good and a faily quick service. Unfortunately they didn't have camomile tea which was meant for a colleague so got mint tea instead. Really good coffee though and friendly service. Photo was taken at work in the Dovecot around the corner from Costa.

First time actually getting a coffee inside as previously I just got takeaway. I like a Costa coffee and the team did really well, also updated me on the point changes about to take place. Really nicely presented coffees served quickly. Was there for a work chat, so a comfortable and good space. We'll be back 👏

The outdoors balcony area at the back is the redeeming feature of this Costa. It is still a bit soulless, but at least it's outside.

Nice Costa always busy. Some of the times I have to take away because of how busy this place is. Their cakes is fresh. Their stuff is polite never had nothing negative to day about this location. Always cleaning Always checking the public toilets for tidiness. Staff is always smiling and employees work really well as a team too.

The staff is rude and non-customer centric. I was sick and wanted to sit by the sun, and they didn't allow just because they were cleaning the floors, I was okay , so I waited and let them clean the floor and also let it dry, still they had a problem, they were basically concerned that they had to clean the table again, he just didn't want to work, such lazy and rude people, with no skills.

Me detuve aquí porque necesitaba un lugar donde supiera que podría tener algo de paz y tranquilidad durante unas horas de estudio.Parece que no importa dónde se encuentre Costa Coffee en el país, siempre hay un pequeño rincón en la tienda escondido donde se puede lograr la paz y la tranquilidad.El personal es agradable y amistoso. Probé un nuevo asado colombiano que fue recomendado por el personal y fue muy agradable.

It's a Costa coffee. Exactly the same as any and every other.

The milk was going off it tasted sour and the coffee was cold .the amount of things that are going wrong it wares you down all the time if you complained all the time it would seam that they are doing it in purpose or they want to loose custom. some of the people that work there don't know how to make coffee and there is no one to look over them to see that they are doing things right, now i dont bother with complaints as there is to many im not a mistry shopper so stop treating me as if i am as im fed up off bad custom to what i pay for in the Costa at the bridges .

It is a nice place to grab tea/coffee/whatever you like. The staff members are very friendly. The place seems to be very busy, however, we find some place to grab a seat easily. Cleanliness was not the strongest point though.

It's a good branch but what's really strange is that if you want to go to the toilet, you have to ask one of the staff for the security code! What if they were very busy and a child can't wait!

Fairly regular Costa experience. The store is a little small for its location and it is often busy and difficult to find a seat.

Clean, well presented Costa. Quick and courteous service, great coffee too. Set me up for the day. It was early on a Saturday morning, not too busy and had a relaxing atmosphere.

It's super central, just 4-5 minutes from Royal Mile. Good coffee and dessert with reasonable price. Staff members are friendly. But the tables need to be cleaned up. 로얄마일이랑 꽤 가깝고, 직원도 친절하고, 커피랑 디저트 맛도 괜찮아요. 다만, 테이블 정리가 잘 안되어 있어요. ロイヤルマイルとかなり近いです。店員さんも優しいし、コーヒーとスイーツも美味しかったです。でも、テーブルの整理が余りできてないのは残念でした。

My cuppùchino was good but my Cinnamon brioche was hard it was definitely past it sell by date thats the first time that has happened. But apart from that every thong was good the staff are always nice.

close to our hotel which made it easy to get to. the coffee and food is a decent price. its a nice place to go for a quick breakfast like toast and yogurt with granola or porridge. lots of options.
