My first time in Costa staff were. very friendly and professional my mocha was lovely thank you there was plenty of staff I wasn't kept waiting

Great little spot in the town centre. Outside tables tpo in the sunshine. We love to sit & watch the world go by when we have done our shopping. Great service & friendly staff.

Ordered a flight white, received cup of hot milk with tiny bit of coffee on it, which was disappointing ☹️

Sitting with my latte watching the staff patiently sit and help some of the elder generation setup the Costa app on their smartphones because Costa are moving away from the physical card. Great service going above and beyond

This Costa Coffee has become a regular! The staff are so friendly and the quality of the food and drink is consistently good. This place has kept me going throughout Lockdown!

We really enjoy visits to Costa for lunch on the weekend and it occurred to me I am yet to write a review for this cafe. The Costa in Beeston is pretty spacious with primarily indoor seating and a little outdoor. It has a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, drinks, snacks and other lunch food. The service is always good here and my 3 and 6 year old love visiting. We stopped by today for lunch and had yet another good lunch. Today there were covid measures in place to keep customers safe. To our surprise there was also 50% off some of the food which was a bonus. We will visit this cafe again many times I am sure.

Not many Costa Coffee establishments provide such high standards of customer service, always plenty of stock available so if you fancy a bacon cob or chocolate twist they will have them available. Makes a change also to visit a Costa Coffee which is actually warm inside, most of them have their air conditioning units blasting out cold air and the staff dont care about how cold their customers are. 10/10

Popped in Saturday lunch time paid £3.95 for chicken and bacon toastie. Where on Earth is the bacon. Smokey Ham and Cheddar doesn’t look like meat am I eating meat substitute! This time messy service with coffee. Staff not bothered 😕

We visit this coffee shop on a regular basis- I should say would never again. Today, we popped in to have a piece of Yule log, tea, latte and a spice apple tea. We got our order, we sat to enjoy it. My back was to the counter, and my daughter facing the serving line. One of the people talked to my daughter from behind the counter that she shouldn’t have taken the cake which wasn’t hers. My daughter burst into tears, I realised what happened, took the receipt and showed her. She checked it thoroughly as if she was sure that I am in wrong but couldn’t argue with the proof and said wow you have paid for it! She was wrong on her action and attitude. First, she shouldn’t talk to a child whilst accompanied by her grown up who paid the bill and took the serving tray. The child wasn’t involved in any transaction so why to talk to her behind her parents back. Second she shouldn’t accuse someone before investigating and having proof. Third, she didn’t even apologise to her. I expected more from Costa to train their staff properly. Not a pleasant experience to be accused of stealing food when you have Paid for it. She didn’t have the courtesy to show that she was wrong to a child whoM made cry. Her name was S***ne in Beeston Costa on Saturday 30 Nov at 4.00pm.

A great coffee shop with a great team and lively coffee. The coffee shop is in s great central location right in the square odd the town centre and the recent extension is a welcome addition. A very clean and tidy venue which is complimented by the protective management who are running a very tight ship which welcomes everyone. A lot of outdoor seating too compliments this great little venue. Right on the tram and bus routes makes it easy to get to. Well done team Costa and will done to Carl who made us feel very welcome and brightened up our day. Highly recommended.

Am a regular here because the staff are so great and always have a smile on there face. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In particular David, Callum and Simone are just excellent. The coffee is always good and we love the new layout following the extension there

Location location location but generally rather busy so service as usual for Costa is slow not cheap

Nice atmosphere, lovely and perfectly made flat white from the girl barrista. Good police and friendly service from staff.

great coffee and service. Can be very noisy with children and it sometimes seems more like a crèche than a coffee shop. It’s used for long periods by students and work people with their laptops so not always possible to get a table

I love this place for so many reasons top of my list is 'The Staff' all of them are just brilliant they take this Costa to another level. They know their customers and their orders they work so well as a team, are happy and so helpful, they cheer up my day. The coffee is good and I have learnt from their recommendation and explanations what I need for a coffee that meets my needs and moods. Cakes and snacks are good, the place is pristine and as I said the staff take this costa above all the rest and I will continue to enjoy the atmosphere that these people have created.

Every time we are in Arnold we visit this costa. It is clean, warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful and if you have a problem they do all they can to help. The coffee is always good and the food is too. One of the best Costas weve visited.

The great irony with chain coffee shops is that they have managed to remove one of the two key ingredients for an enjoyable coffee shop experience - personability, and Costa in Beeston in absolutely no different.

Whatever complaints one may have with the poor quality of Costa's product, the service here is always exemplary. The lady who appears to be the manager here needs to be noticed by head office and made area manager. She'd soon sort out the poor service throughout the Costa chain.

Chain coffee shops are everywhere. They all have they own design and their own good and bad points.

The baristas have no idea how to make a decent coffee. I had a chocolate cooler that tasted so bad and nothing like chocolate. My boyfriend had a mocha which was so bitter and undrinkable. We noticed they don't use fresh milk in the drinks but instead use a milk powder. Costa coffee is expensive enough so you'd expect a decent cup of coffee or at least for good quality ingredients to be used.
