Costa Coffee in Falkirk

Very rude workers , kicked me out for nothing , came in on January 2nd

Costa is absolutely a great place to grab a coffee and relax. There is great seating and the service is exceptional. There is one staff member however he's really good.

Lovely wee place just to sit down. Plenty of seats + additional seats downstairs. Toilets are available, and staff are always friendly and helpful. Drinks and food are usually very tasty!

Very cozy coffee shop just in the middle of Falkirk Town Centre ✨ Not too crowded at all... very comfy ambience perfect for spending some time or doing some work... Spent £7/person, so of course very much affordable/student budget friendly.. Very nice service overall... Staffs are amazing ✨

Staff exceptionally friendly and efficient

We don't ordinarily review chains, but in this instance our experience was particularly good. We were traveling through Falkirk and just wanted a place for some coffee and a quick bite. This location hit the spot. It was convenient and clean and the staff was pleasant and fast. We enjoyed our food in a warm setting and were on our way.

Great little Costa, cosy downstairs area so I could sit and read my book for a couple hours over a few flat whites. No one else was down there so it was peaceful. The Two ladies on the counter were lovely and friendly, and even apologetic when she fluffed drawing a leaf in the foam of my drink, this made me laugh. There was another elderly gentleman and they both were very helpful to him as well. Will come again for sure next I'm in Falkirk.

Great place to come and relax, it has multiple tables to sit at and also a downstairs where you can also sit but usually theres no need since it's not too busy. The product are great quality especially the hot chocolate would recommend if ever visiting also good customer service

Plenty staff doing a good job of serving customers quickly and in a friendly manner while managing social distance and track and trace. Looked busy when we joined the queue but by the time we got out drinks there were a number of tables free.

Was disappointed today when visiting Costa Kirk wynd at approx 2.30pm. Im in there quite often and never had any issues. Today I was in with my son(16) daughter (23). Waited for social distancing as required filled in track and trace. Directed my son to the "bench" style seat at back of shop (one side was empty but required cleaning as cups on table) my daughter joined him as I was ordering coffee and paying for food & drinks. As normal was asked if i was sitting in. Yes and i had completed track and trace. Staff member looked behind me and i gestured that my kids were in the corner and we had completed track and trace. Only to be told....without any courtesy "you cant do that!" Thinking she meant they cant sit without track and trace i said we had completed it. She said "no you cant sit there its a 2 person seat and you cant move seats!" I Wasnt moving seat there is enough space for 2 on the bench seat and a chair. "Its a 2 person seat only. Our only 3/4 seat table is full!" Another staff member went to check if we could be seated downstairs but saw that someone was in the process of cleaning it so that wasnt an option. So i handed food items back as i had handled them and called to my kids to leave explaining what was happening. I could understand if shop was busy but there were several tables free. Had the staff member (older lady with blond hair) had phrased it better it wouldnt have been so bad but I felt that she was verging being rude rather than explaining why i couldnt sit there with courtesy. So i took my custom elsewhere! Its not the first time I've been in and heard this staff member being rude. However maybe management should consider putting a notice up regarding seating availability so if someone arrives in a group of 3 or 4 if the 1 table upstairs if already in use they can go elsewhere without feeling embarrassed at being spoken to this way by a staff member.

First class service, very good latte and coffee.

Service a bit overly assertive on test and trace, but food and drink good. Pity don't seem to have opened downstairs back up yet

As usual nice costa coffee - medium americano, cappuccino and smooth orange for 7 year old son. Caramel crispy cake, wafer biscuits and cheese and ham toastie heated through. All yummy 😋 but choice for kids is some what limited, as per usual in Costa. Toilets nice and clean though placement of mirror in multi use toilet needs rethinking - try it for yourself 🤪 x

The handsome man make the best coffee..I love it they are perfectly not just like man but like a friend's and a relatively..you are feeling happy like a child when take a desire to be happy for one free chocolate

This is a lovely Costa with reliably good coffee and good range of cakes and snacks. Usually able to get a seat without too much trouble. Staff lovely.

Think the lost a bit of there name ...... Costa "lot" . Pretty expensive in everything. I was just in for a drink so it was ok. The staff very helpful though.

As a chain you know to expect the best standards from Costa and this is definitely a good example. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the outside seating is lovely if the weather is kind. The only down-side (for me) is that the additional seating downstairs is not accessible so if the upper level is busy (which it frequently is) then you can't get a seat.

We like staff, who r so helpful to my hubby. They carry his coffee an make sure he's comfy xxx

The coffee is ok but it's not a Starbucks much prefer Starbucks coffee

We always have a coffee and muffin or a toasted tea cake when in costa. I have a loyalty card which is useful. The staff are always pleasant and very efficient.

Always love a Costa coffee. Very efficient staff. Nice surroundings. Sometimes difficult to get a seat at busy times. I mostly go alone so no one with me to get a seat whilst waiting to get served which bloody annoys me. Should have a better system.

Can't go wrong with a Costa coffee, I do prefer it to Starbucks, the coffee tastes nicer I think.

In general the chain is not good at the moment and this branch especially so. All new staff who seem completely clueless.

Favourite place for coffee on my day off

The smallest of the 2 (soon to be 3) Costa stores in Falkirk. Great central positioning in town and the best coffee on the high street (would you expect anything less for Costa?). Standard Costa fair as you would expect however the staff at EVERY Costa in Falkirk are A+! Always friendly and great at making coffee! Adequate and comfortable indoor seeting both up and downstairs, accessible toilet upstairs with toilets also on the lower floor. Plus some uncovered seating outdoor also. Always an amazing place!

Good friendly staff will return when we are back in Scotland visiting our best friends

Sehr guten Kaffee. Zwar sind die Preise hoch, aber dafür bekommt man die Massimo Tasse. Wirklich guten Aufenthalt hatten wir dort. Sehr zu empfehlen.

I am very disappointed in this place mam and my sister and her kids was have to sit out side today for drink but the worse thing was my mam was in a weel chair she is really disabled so this is really wrong

Love costa but this one is really bad for only half filling a "large" laté. If i wanted a half full large I'd just buy a medium!! Wouldn't be a big problem but the attitude that you get when you ask to have it filled up is pathetic. Only ever had this problem at this particular branch.

Very busy upstairs, very noisy downstairs and the tea tastes like dirty dish water.

You get a good cup of coffee, but i've had quite a few things forgotten during their busy periods, and don't find out until i'm back at work!

I enjoy a good cup of coffee, and Costa is my usual tipple when I am out and about. Although this cafe has been open in Falkirk for a while now, we decided to go there whilst Christmas shopping. the coffee was fantastic, and the price very reasonable. The staff were friendly and the service good. the only let down is the cafe is rather cramped so if you have mobility problems it can be quite cramped getting round the tables to the toilet facilities.
