Great coffee in a convenient location

Always a great atmosphere here & very helpful people.

The place was good and clean, and the staff were very friendly. One thing I think is a rip-off, is the thickness of the cups, i,e,. the quantity of the coffee served, is far less than you think you are getting, hence the weight of the cups. My real complaint though, is why do we have to pay extra for the soy, wheat etc., milk. After all, you are not using dairy milk. I think this is another rip-off, and all because my wife can only use this type of milk, due to her IBS!

Why do the tables never get cleared in this place. I line up to get served, I have to carry my coffee to the table, picking up napkins on the way, I then have to clear up the previous customers rubbish, only to find I have been given a dirty cup which I have to go the counter to get changed....

Been in this morning 7.45 am for take away coffee and the young man serving was so nice courteously served and very efficient ... hazelnut coffee excellent 👌

Absolutely appalling service all the way through my first experience. After making an order for my staff as a treat no order arrived. After checking the just eat app it displayed delivered. After physically visiting the St Peters outlet twice we were quite gleefully informed that its not the shops fault but down to just eat . And that THE DRIVER HAS PROBABLY HAD THE ORDER THEMSELF IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME . The staff adhered to the training manual very well saying that I was shouting and aggressive . Annoyed yes . Putting my point across yes . But not aggressive . Minus 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice atmosphere in this Costa and the usual good quality coffee you come to expect. The only negative was the young blond girl serving who spent most of the time preening herself and chatting to anyone who would listen.

Service was friendly and helpful but the coffee was awful. It was tepid . We should have got it refreshed but it meant waiting in the queue again and we didn't have much time. For a huge going concern I think it's time Costa got more staff and more appliances as it's the same in every Costa I've been in . Takes forever to get served X

At Doncaster services service very poor price too high not helpful

Had mum who's vissualy impared with me. Staff member with shaved sides, pony tail and beard was very nice and patient while I read out the sweet items to her and wasn't pushy. Very nice of him.

Costa sell the best coffee on the high street and the staff are always really nice

Nice place for a coffee and snacks, very busy with a lot of table's taken & excellent pleasant staff who even pre warmed our takeaway mugs before filling with coffee.

I went here for the first time yesterday morning, it was really quiet and peaceful which was nice and the guy who served me (brown hair tied up) was absolutely lovely. I will definitely be coming back.

I met up with my 2 brothers for coffee and a chat it's very clean and tidy the staff are superb and very friendly the coffee was nice too and they also do a good selection of snacks biscuits and cakes too all in all well worth it

On a chilly, windy Autumnal day a takeaway warm, flavoursome espresso was just the ticket. The staff were polite and pleasant and it was encouraging to see some tasty looking vegan options, especially with Veganuary just round the corner!

Has been made Covid safe with track and trace and distanced tables. Offered the choice of inside or out. Reduced number of tables too.

We went here for an afternoon coffee and cakes. Social distancing very well organised, we were in no doubt about the "people-flow" around the cafe, and socially-distanced seating was well-marked. The staff also took note when seating was full, and let queueing customers know they'd have to wait for a vacant table. We felt under no pressure to hurry our food. The coffee was Costa's usual standard- Costa's consistency is a credit to them- you know exactly what you'll get. Muffins were light and melted in the mouth.

Visited this afternoon, St Peters avenue, Cleethorpes. very very miserable and obnoxious little red head server. Wouldn't shut the fire door as our coffee was getting cold and we moved so she took offence, very rude and Where's the customer service. Absolutely appalling.

Extremely slow service unfortunately. Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be served, while one person made coffees for the tables and the other person chatted to someone at the door who was part of the ever growing queue forming behind me? Confusing stuff. Walked out in the end.

Regular Costa pricing, good range of drinks and food to choose from. The toilets were still open at the moment. Fairly inefective one way system. Staff were fairly friendly. Overall very good, I would definitely recommend.

Tidy little place quite high prices for a coffee but if you dont mind price brill

Staff need to be more attentive when accidents happen, like spills due to kids pretending to be windmills.... give a little bit more than 2 serviettes when this happens

Go in for coffee several times a week. Have done so since it opened. Coffee is good and food served fresh. However with regret have to say that the new manager is sometimes offhand!! She needs help in customer relations. The rest of the staff are great and pleasant. We also use Costa in Grimsby too. Never any problems with staff or service. Whenever we are away we always seek out a Costa coffee shop. Thank you.
