No food after 9. Great music and friendly and capable staff. More affordable drinks would have been nice, but all Brazilian cocktails are outstanding.

Lovely laid back bar with such a friendly and kind proprietor who looks out for all his guests and remembers the regulars. Great drinks and music. Room to sit and chat, room to dance. Staff are skilled and friendly.

It's one of the best bars in Norwich! If you like Latino music?! That's the place! Food is really good and top service!

Good for a boogie. Mixed age crowd and good vibes. Manger (Maybe owner) seems like a fun guy - I'm sure he also doubles up as the DJ!

It was only by chance we stumbled upon Copa Cubana, but I'm glad we did! Great authentic Latin tapas! Great service! Simple menu but perfectly executed dishes! Great experience all round. Alex is a top bloke too. Thank you to all at Copa Cubana 👍

Really fun place for drinks. Owners are so friendly and welcoming. Cocktails were really delicious and they’ll make anything according to taste. Highly recommend to try Coxinha!!! Would definitely be returning again one days for drinks.. try the Pina Colada- was delicious!! Thanks guys.

Great bar for an authentic Brazilian bar experience. Great cocktails with quirky decor. My only suggestion would be to improve their mocktail selection as that seems to have decreased for some reason.

I always enjoy visiting this bar, the staff are very friendly and know their stuff. Cocktails are well made and reasonably priced.

Loved it. Four ladies on a pre-Christmas big one, couldn't have found a better place to finish off the night. Tunes and cocktails were amazing, and the bar and door staff were incredible. All the punters were friendly and fun. Good times!

Always a great atmosphere, the best cocktails in Norwich from talented mixologists, love this place, and now they serve fab Brazilian food, we tried it and were not disappointed, roasted chorizo, patatas bravas, meatballs, croquettes were all fresh and tasty, another great night out.

This place is Great, delicious food & cocktails also great atmosphere,. staff very friendly. The only thing was we had to wait a long time for food to be served . However I do recommend it!

This has to be the worst food and service we had all ever had. After 10 minutes of ordering we got our drinks, despite there being no more than 5 people in there. After 1/2hr we had to ask where our appetisers were - olives, tortilla chips & guacamole- nothing to cook !! After 45 minutes the food came out & what a disappointment. The whole lot was bought in cheap food, calamari croquettes meatballs halumi prawns chorizo. Just all very poor. The staff seemed oblivious to the fact we had been waiting so long for food and they didn't even know what we ordered. For the fact there were 5 staff behind the bar they were standing around doing nothing.

Nestled between Aroma and All Bar One it would be easy to walk by but, where is that Cuban style music emanating from. The music makes you look and then a hallway draws you in as if walking into a friends house and that is how welcome you will feel. The interaction with bar staff and owner makes you want to stay, They are not going through the motions, it is a genuine welcome and chat if you want, or be left to your own devices. A wonderful little place that when you leave you will dance out of.

Avoid. They took our drinks away when we went to the bathroom and then they laughed at us. 👎

Amazing food and an amazing venue! First time to Norwich and we had a amazing Brazilian / cuban tapas at the Copa Cubana restaurant. The staff were amazing too and Laura was soo nice and friendly. Made our meal so nice! When you go you have to try their cocktails they are best cocktails in Norwich..... sooooo good! Would 100% recommend to anyone to go and enjoy your meal and drinks here!

Excellent customer service, the staff and owners all extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, will absolutely return and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a great experience.

Nice atmosphere but poor service, overcharged on Saturday night. After sending message and receiving no response I feel customer service could be improved. Bar supervisor tried both cocktails (which were the same drink) and told our server who made the cocktails they 'ok but over shaken'.

The best music in the area, good service as well and you can find different beers and alcoholic drinks from the typical ones

Had a very nice mug of tea and delicious pork sandwich. Very nice friendly waitress called Laura came and chatted with me - she is from Lincolnshire like myself.

Weird vibes. Feels like the type of place middle aged newly divorced women with a self acclaimed "wild side" would feel right at home. The people working there just shake up stuff and make drinks for like 15 minutes while not actually serving anyone and the music is like something you'd hear from a semi deserted Spanish fairground. This place is one power cut away from being a Mediterranean themed haunted house.

My partner had a lovely time here for what started out as a chilled drink and it slowly got busier as the night went on. Very friendly staff and happy to cater to any needs with regards to drinks etc!

Great staff looked after us well

First time out out since lockdown started, Felt very comfortable staff very friendly definitely return just for the banter and obviously cocktails were lush

Had a table booked but they made us wait outside for ages before letting us in and when they finally did, they told us any drinks we order would take 25-30 minutes, which I wish they'd told us sooner as we would have chose to leave instead of wasting all that time. The drinks took around 40 minutes to arrive and the waitress who delivered them was wearing her face mask around her chin, seemed a little drunk and then spilt my drink all over the table after I'd essentially waited over an hour for it. She offered me another one which I appreciated, but the second drink she brought me was a completely different colour and taste to the first one (and neither were particularly nice) so who knows what was going on in the bar.. I understand that some nights run smoother than others in hospitality but this was a total disaster, marked by disorganised management and unprofessional staff. The downstairs area had a nice decor, but where they seated us upstairs had a much less welcoming vibe. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone unfortunately.

Some of the staff are grumpy during the day (apart from the waitress). Nice music playing. Nice tasty drinks and smoothies, but expensive price for Norwich.

We were seated and then asked to leave as they were fully booked. Fair enough, but we recieved no apology and were basically chased out of the bar. I get they are busy but being polite costs nothing!

Fantastic independent bar... they can make a decent caipirinha. Only two things were on the menu. Sausage rolls and tortilla. Homemade. Proprietor claims them to be the best in Norwich and I’m inclined to agree. Simple things done extraordinarily well.

Absolutely fantastic place! The owner is soo lovely the cocktails are absolutely delish and the atmosphere is fantastic! Highly recommended happy hour is from 4-9 its 2 cocktails for £10 and you don't have to have the same drinks!

Great fun, fantastic cocktails. Very quiet when we were there, but it was early. The bartenders were great and very helpful in making recommendations. The mojito was particularly good.

Still fantastic cocktails! The service wasn’t as friendly or helpful as usual, much less happy to make recommendations, just wanted to get order quickly, and not busier than previous visits.

Stopped here for coffee today. Not only was it fabulous (thank you for the recommendation Alex) and the decor amazing but the owners are an absolute delight. So passionate about what they do and running so many side activities in their wonderful space - everyone should go there.
