Just passing while working, clearly a warm friendly resource for the local community. Scampi and chips with a pot of tea was lovely. Lovely people.

I had sausage roll and coffee, sausage roll arrived 15 minutes before my coffee and my wife's cream tea, food and drink,was good but delivery organisation was poor, a little effort needed

Popped in for the tea room, walked through the garden centre, with plants and pots for sale. Got a very warm welcome and good service. There is a mix for table and chairs, inside, in conservatory and couple outside. Large range of food selection, full breakfast and dinner offering, and freshly homemade cakes. Nice for a little stop.

I'd give Rob 5*s if I was just recommending the tea room section! They do lovely full meals, sandwiches, lovely afternoon teas, delicious home made cakes and there's plenty of space including a large conservatory and an outdoor covered marquee area for a more Al fresco feel if that's what you prefer. Rob is an excellent host...very friendly and chatty and he makes you feel at home when you eat there. I've never seen anyone actually shopping from the garden centre bit. There is an area at the back of the main building where you can find various plants, roses, shrubs, compost etc but most people go for the tea room which I'd definitely recommend!

A regular stop on our way from Cambridgeshire to Woodhall Spa. Wouldn't want it to change. Welcoming and really friendly. The food is brilliant, not fancy, but really good.

BEST 'CHEAPER EVERYDAY FOOD'. Im not sure how they will take this review, but in my eyes it's a good one.... Classic HOMEMADE dinners are served here!... Or if you just want a simple jacket potato with tuna, cheese and beans, you will get your moneys worth without paying for fancy surroundings {it comes with a small but reasonable sized salad too 😊} You have the choice of sitting in a conservatory, or outside, or inside, or under a huge gazebo. I have been here a few times now, and it certainly suits my pocket when I can't 'splash out'. I must say that for me, there are not enough choice of cakes, but I guess 3 or 4 simple HOMEMADE ones would suit most people. If you want somewhere quiet, and are not fussed with old fashioned furnishings, then this is the place for you. You also get a friendly comedian (the owner) thrown in for free! 😂

I met a friend here for coffee and cake post lockdown, so we had a lot to chat about. I had a lovely slice of carrot cake and 2 cups of coffee. The staff member was attentive and welcoming, making our visit very enjoyable. Definitely choose this place over the nearby, bigger restaurant.

Took my elderly mum here for a meal yesterday and she absolutely loved it. There is plenty of room for social distancing and she felt safe and comfortable. The staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious. Prices are good too. Will definately be taking mum back. She has not been out to eat since last October and felt very comfortable here. Very spacious and delicious food. They have some wonderful plants too! Thank you so much. It was a lovely eating out experience with my mum.

Eaten all over the world on business, but nowhere serves mushroom soup like the Baythorpe Tearooms! Ab Fab!!!

This little tearoom is a delight ! Delicious home cooked food makes Baythorpe Tea Room and Garden Center the perfect place if you have a rumbly tummy on a cold day. Just enjoyed a perfect Cottage Pie, with cabbage, peas, cauliflour, carrots and beautiful gravy. Went in feeling cold and hungry, left a goodly while later with a huge smile on my face, and no more rumbles ! The staff are all friendly and kind, nothing is too much trouble. There is a good selection of second hand books for sale as well, and I found a couple today that I have been hunting for ! DON'T DELAY !VISIT BAYTHORPE TEA ROOM TODAY !

In my opinion this is one of if not the best home cooked breakfast around Boston.The staff are brilliant .All jovial and friendly which produces a superb atmosphere which is very important to my wife and I .You are always made to feel very welcome.In our opinion it’s brilliant so don’t change anything.

Enjoy a yummy slice of carrot cake - or any other on offer, and on Thursday afternoons join Rob'z Leary lot doing all kinds of craft. Enjoy a snack or lovely lunch beforehand if you wish. Very good good at reasonable prices.

Relics of a Garden Centre once.Definitely a locals haunt. Almost like a members Club. Sunday lunch was OK. not overpriced.As suggested a good choice of cakes, and other goodies.Despite travelling past several times a month, probably won’t pop in again in the near future.

Found this tea rooms on our way through Boston off the A52. The staff are very friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. The food is absolutely brilliant it is all cooked fresh. Can’t wait to go again

We found this great little tea room by chance, after seeing the roadside sign. The tea room is only a hundred metres or so off the main road, but so well worth the small detour. Such friendly staff, a great cup of tea and the most amazing home made cakes. It far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely call in again next time we are nearby.

Just treated my other half to a fantastic gluten free afternoon tea, excellent selection of sandwiches and cakes, staff attentive and friendly would highly recommended and prices are very reasonable too Will definitely go there again

This time curiosity got the better of us. Descided to investigate for lunch. Looks like a farm barn from outside. Inside its warm , bright ,cheery. Quirkyness everywhere to bring a smile to your face. The staff looked as though most of them had 'retired' and were working there for fun and enjoying themselve and making sure you did too. Very friendly and helpful. We only had tea and sandwiches but they were wonderful. The bread so fresh and thick with lots of filling. Deliscious. They have a little gardencentre and shop area with some different quirky gifts. We will be going again. I think we'll find just driveing past very difficult now. Go you'll love it.

It’s always a pleasure to go into Baythorpe and see Denise and Rob. Friendly atmosphere and staff always more than willing to help out. We had an all day breakfast each - good portion size and excellent value for money. Will definitely visit again.

Good food with friendly banter from the owner and staff. Reasonable prices and good value for money. Ideal for a snack or a full meal. We have been using 'Concreation' as it used to be called for several years. Always welcoming and fun. Eating outside in the shaded sun area adds to the pleasure. Recommended.

We travelled down from Scotch Corner enroute to North Norfolk and planned to stop to at Baythorpe - a long trek for breakfast but it was worth it!

Found this cafe by chance when looking for a quick lunch stop on our way to Norwich-just followed the brown signs off the main road.

So missed seeing my Baythorpe Tea Room family after falling ill on the 19th of December 2017.

Myself and my friends visit 5 6 7 days a week , we are retired pensioners, have a really good feast of LOCAL MEAT VEG etc , read the papers, a bit of fun with ROB THE K*** and the lovely staff are BRILLIANT, NOTHING to much trouble, and always openh for suggestions, a GREAT place and an ASSET to Swineshead, long may it reign.

Our search came up with this place being the closet, as we were travelling. Pulling into the car park we weren’t sure what to expect. Once we stepped inside we were greeted with a smile by a busy waitress and a very quirky setup. We chose the full works breakfast. When our full plates arrived, the food tasted as good as it looked. By now time was creeping into lunch time and most diners were ordering Sunday lunches. They looked lovely. This tempted my husband to then order apple pie and custard. I was just too full. We will be heading to Lincoln again soon and said we will def pop in for eats here again. A wonderful find!!!!

Went in with my family for a Christmas meal, the food was beautiful and was all brought out at the same time which was surprising for it is a tea rooms. The staff were delightful and friendly, they were able to have a laugh and a joke with us which made the whole experience much much more enjoyable! Would recommend to anyone, a wonderful place to eat with all the family!

Restaurant is very unpretentious in appearance, quirky comes to mind! But the food, been today (5 adults) we all had Christmas lunch, excellent, nearest thing to proper home cooking.

An unplanned visit en route to Norwich from Lincolnshire. Was uncertain when pulled in to car park but entered and was met with quirky decor and signage and a real friendly and welcoming chap. Only took a coffee and snack but enjoyed the stop off and would purposely stop off here in the future.

My 10 year old son and I have been to this very friendly cafe 4 times now,although a little off the main track (look out for the brown tea rooms sign on the A52) Good Food, Good Service, Good Prices and very friendly staff.

This garden centre is hidden away from main A52 but well worth the detour.(look for brown tea rooms sign) Good food,friendly reception,nothing too flash just that rare thing good service and food

Un fantástico lugar. Nos detuvimos para una escapada de descanso y nos tomamos un café y un pastel. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y refrescos genial. Clientes habituales y los turistas son recibidos en el mismo simpático, divertido y cordial. El tamaño de las porciones parecía excelente y otros parecían ser disfrutando de su comida. Este es un lugar muy peculiar y diferente a la parada que está altamente recomendado por nosotros.

We have been to this tearoom three times, the food is excellent & the staff are really friendly & helpful . The added bonus to our visits has been the locally grown fresh veg we have been able to buy on our way out.

The restaurant is part of a garden center so no fancy frills just tables among the plants, there is a conservatory part to the seating. The food is cooked to a high standard by one of the partners and best described as home made, main meals plus cakes available. The staff are eager to please and friendly. The car park was wet with some large pot holes some under repair.

I've had countless happy times here over the years, at the Baythorpe Tea Room and Garden Centre. I always get a welcome from Rob the owner, and his staff are really caring and know just what I need.Love the newspapers and banter from this very special restaurant where we have found companionship, laughter, and compassion on the daily ups and downs of our lives. Rob and Denise are to be congratulated on the thoughtful menu and drinks they provide, and the fun my husband has having his 8 fish fingers, chips and salad, like the old days, this has caught on... wasn't on the menu for adults, but Rob and Denise love to give us what we want... They and their staff have hearts of gold, and this place is very special... Ava....

Decent coffee too.The owner is very chatty and made everyone welcome taking a point of going over to his regulars. The staff are very welcoming and food was quick to arrive.

I'd finished a three mile ramble on a rainy morning. I was soaking wet and needed something to warm me up. I was travelling home along the A52 and saw a brown sign for 'Tea Room' so I followed it and arrived here. It now seems to trade as 'Concretions Garden Centre', but it is definitely this one.There were a number of cars in the large car park, but thankfully not all of them were visiting the Tea Room. The garden centre is smaller than the chain's and appears to be family run. The Tea Room is quite large nonetheless and is housed in a unit near the car park. There is plenty of seating, with small medium and large tables to cater for different sized groups.Service is provided at the table but I got it wrong, came in through the exit and went to order at the counter. A young lady took my order anyway and brought it to my table shortly afterwards. A coffee with scone and jam was sufficient to meet my requirements for the journey home.I noticed that Sunday lunch was on offer at £6.95 and not only were several people enjoying it but others were talking about visiting again the following week.I due course, when I went to pay, I was surprised how little I was charged. The Tea Room seems to offer excellent value. It also appears to attract a lot of repeat custom judging by the way both the serving staff and the man on the till seemed to recognise customers and chat with them.It's a pity that the only warning motorists get is just that small brown 'Tea Room' sign. Now I know where it is I'll come back when I'm in the area again.

came a cross the garden center ,when we were coming back from the broads the sat nav took us along the back roads,it was raining and we saw the tea room sign ,what a lovely surprise a garden center. we had a lovely lunch ,staff were very friendly it was a shame it was raining so we couldn't look at the flowers,if you ever on the boston road swineshead, try the place out

Was looking for somewhere to stop off on route to Skegness and this was perfect. Seemed very popular with regulars but the staff couldn't have been more welcoming to us. The breakfast was particularly good but there were many options with tea and cake seeming like a favourite. The grounds were interesting and our 8 month old enjoyed the donkey's that were in a nearby field. I would recommend a stop here if you can find it as the only sign you will see simply says Tearoom so we were lucky enough that we needed to stop and it was the first sign we saw.

The food was very good, plenty to eat. The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.Have visited the Garden Centre on more than one occasion and would highly recommend people go, have a look around, then go have a bite to eat.
