Recently refurbished store selling good selection of household goods, decorative items and mirrors, plus pet items. It has a garden centre selling indoor/outdoor plants, compost, pots, etc There is also a new cafe in the store.

Sunday morning best time 10am as very busy shop

There seems to be big changes happening, which already looks to be a more modern and spacious environment.

The Range stock some Wilko branded stock in store and if I order from Wilko's website, I can return it to The Range instead of having to post it back. At the time of writing this post, however, there is no Click and Collect service for Wilko goods.

Disappointed with the lack of professional of staff, spoke to store manger who was to busy with shop display to stop task to resolve matter!!! Shocking

I bought a pack of Premier Curtain Hooks from the range Unit B Portrack Ln, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 2PA. The printed price for this good was written 1.49. But, I was charged 2.49 It is against the customer right to stick a fake amount on goods and ask more money from customers. It was the first time I bought something from the range, and definitely would be the last time. I am very sad and unhappy and require a right answer from the manager.

Great store can be difficult on the weekends to park as it gets really busy.

Well stocked but several areas cordoned off to allow work to be done, hence 3 not 5 stars, as this made getting around the store difficult. Nice cafe, friendly staff

Very disappointed - range used to be a quality brand, haven’t been for a few years and now it feels cheap and tacky with a few nice buts thrown here and there. Had to but a token for the trolley as i didn’t have cash (even asda hands out tokens and trusts that you return them). Returns policy is strict and quite limiting compared with their competitors so meant i couldn’t buy what i wanted and in general it felt like as a customer i was an inconvenience

The shop is run down. The staff are friendly. Some things are well priced some not so much.

General store - nothing out of the ordinary

It's fine here. Cafe is very basic but OK for a quick bite or drink. Quite a few nice household items here. Nice to have a shop to look around where you can see things before you buy. I (personally) prefer this to online shopping. There is a regular person who sits between this shop and the neighbouring shop. My only concern is for them - because they are sat just outside the doorway I worry they may be caught by someone's trolley if they don't spot the person sat on the floor. I'd not want them or their dog hurt.

Went to buy some half price Christmas decorations but only a few reduced a day before Christmas I wanted the neon Christmas lights penguins all still full price, wasted trip

Great selection of Christmas decorations, but the aisles are too narrow for peak Saturday trading.

It would be much better if everything was price and had bar codes on it would save a lot of time at the checkout especially at this time of year

I went to the range and what I witnessed was a member of staff talking to an elderly lady like she was stupid ,I did tell another member of staff and even she did nothing ,I found the last few times I've been in the staffs attitudes are getting worse ,shame as I love this shop

Really great prices. We got lots of toys ready for Christmas but they have all sorts in the store, it's great for art supplies too.

I could spend all day in here, just looking around. There is most things that you require for your home.

Has loads of stuff in And a great selection of seasonal items. There is also a B&M next door. A food warehouse and an Aldi being build near to this

You can always get what you want from the Range and sometimes what you don't want. They sell everything.

Wide variety of things to buy, not expensive most things at a reasonable price. Try not to visit in peak times as parking can be terrible.

I popped into the range in stockton today to get some garden stones and plants. I didn't have a pound on me for the trollies so I used one of the wheeled baskets instead. When I got to the till the lady rang the stuff in and then turned to me to say that you can't use the basket to take your items to the car. I explained that my car was parked quite far away and I would need to do several trips due to the weight of the bags of stones. The lady looked at me and said they are the rules. I then asked could someone not come out with me, and I could.pass the basket back after I had emptied it. Her reply was no. I had to.leave the store.empty handed. What happened to customer service?

Who doesnt like the range, staff very helpfull and a good amount off stock to choose from.

The Range has a wide range of products from home and garden to toys and pet products. They have pretty much anything you might need and at a competitive price. Some items are low quality or damaged but it’s the customers choice to buy in the end. I’ve never had an issue returning faulty or broken items with a receipt. The cafe inside is OK with somewhere to sit and get a coffee or light snack but it’s a bit pricy for what you get and the quality is what you might expect from similar places in store elsewhere.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure to ask for assistance.

A busy store ,main bugbear is parking ,the access road splits the parking and is a nightmare to gain access to the store safely.

Why do I spend so much money here, oh yes I'm mental ill and I get mania to buy stuff and these people are happy to supply me when my brain goes ballistic for STUFF. I HAVE to help others with mental illness through my creativeness and writing and the range have such great stuff for me to demonstrate psychological concepts with including, Papier mache, wallpaper paste, children's toys. If someone who owns a shop that is empty and not being used who allow me to reopen professor Maniac's Emporium of Wonder I'd help people with mental illness and I'd end up spending even more money at the range.

The shop is nice a good range of goods the garden centre is terribly what a lot of money wasted on plants all they need is a spinkler system to keep all those plants. alive they have all things at their disposal why

Its hard to get to if you have no car, as buses stop around 7pm. Like to shop about after gym session on Saturdays. Prices are average, the store is massive, though, so loads to choose from with a Costa inside if you need a cuppa? The staff are really helpful, top-notch service as you will get lost in there if you're looking for something in particular? So advise you ask staff, they can find it for you.

You will find everything you need there

Went looking for garden benches but it rained so hard we didn't look in the outside garden area. There were a couple of examples inside but we had a coffee (proper Costa) instead. Food is available in a large clean cafe area. This is a great place for art supplies (brushes,pens, paper, paints) and craft items. Much, much more as well.

Loads of choice, I went in for canvases and paint and found everything I needed. Always huge variety and staff are friendly and helpful.

I was surprised on entering just by the size of the place. It was huge, and needed to be. So it was able to live up to its name. For the kitchen alone there were items from a simple dishcloth up to complete fitted kitchens. A similar situation for other rooms in the house. The exercise/Sporting goods section was quite surprising though, very limited stock for cycling, but a reasonable range of surfboards and boogie boards. You will need time to wander round but there is a cafe halfway up the right hand side so you can gather your strength for the rest of the expedition.

Hi on arrival trolley/baskets in doorway no disabled trolley not available. Could only buy small items ?? Decided on coffee started conversation with staff about trolley n getting help. While husband was having coffee I went n shopped for items n left them at customer services. One of ladies in cafe offered to help with bigger items . So would like to give a huge THANK YOU to lady. It would be nice if u had a disabled trolley maybe ring n book a time slot so u don't need a garage full. Could have shopped for more enjoyed just the same. Thank you will be back.
