Coffee#1 Macclesfield in Cheshire East

Thay were the most important staff ever we go twice a week, over £20 a Time, thay had no change in the till a bloody bank across the way, my partner was very upset the way thay spoke to him disgusting sorry not going again macassfield

Customer service was excellent by the two servers on in the morning. Very polite and friendly and it was pretty obvious I hadn’t used one of these coffee shops before. They were very helpful. Would have liked more choice for breakfast but the sausage bap I had was hot and tasty. Very clean cafe and lovely interior, but the customer service is what would have me coming back.

Spacious enough, very near the bus and the staff have a good attitude 👍 I needed a toilet so I went to stay in here and got a coffee and cake and I can run to the bus stop when it's due to arrive 🙂

Best cappuccino I’ve had for some time - I tried the darker blend. The froth was frothy right to the bottom of the cup. Really nice

I called into the Macclesfield branch for a latte and was greeted by a young man called Tom. He was very polite and welcomed me with a smile (I work in customer service and I know how much a smile and manners can make a difference to a customer!) Which made for a pleasant experience. If head office read this review (which I hope they do) then Tom is a real asset to you...a top man!
