The Medi breakfast is to die for! My default order on every visit, and it's perfect everytime. Food is always super fresh and service is quick.

Food and drink was very flavourful - thought the sourdough toast and the English muffins were a bit on the harder side though. Breakfast is served all day. Service was prompt. Surprisingly spacious inside and a good place to go if you are allergic to dogs.

Not too busy. Found a table for me and my friend. Ladies worked hard of grating people. Lots of regulars in there. Family friendly. Good food presentation. Friendly staff.

Paid this little thing 3,50£ I orderd a medium coffee and got this... Dont know if this they call medium..? Its really big like as my finger..

I stopped for a coffee but would definitely try the menu next time. Friendly staff and the food coming out looked tempting.

I don't understand why they are called "Coffee Break" when they seem neither to be very good at making coffee or giving you a break? As you come in, there is a varied list of impressive sounding Italian coffee types on a sign. That is not the coffee menu. I'm not sure they would know what a cortado is. I ordered a flat white (though the waitress kept telling me the sea bass was really good. However it was 2:30pm and I clearly didn't want a meal...). The poor barista attempted some latte art but really shouldn't have done. The coffee itself was bland and uninspiring. I got a Nutella muffin, which turned out to be factory-made, and was similarly dull. I was seated in a narrow side-room, which had a kids area at the back, which meant it was pretty loud most of the time. Waitresses kept coming over to check whether I had finished my coffee, though I hadn't, and I just got the sense they wanted me to leave. Others who sat near me were also repeatedly offered the sea bass. So maybe go if you're big fan of sea bass, but I wouldn't recommend for a break or a coffee.

This a beautiful cafe with great service. My wife and I love to explore local cafes for our coffee instead of big chains like SB or costa and this was a great find. They have a kids playing corner so even our 2 year old was very happy while my wife and I enjoyed our morning coffee. Definitely going back to taste their superfoods cacaos

The food is faultless. It’s really good value for money, decent sized portions and is served really quickly. Big variety of all sorts of salads, all day breakfast, sandwiches and hot food, plus the coffee is much better than Starbucks 😉

Had lunch here the other day with a friend. We’ve been here before and the food is lovely maybe a little overpriced. The grumble I have is that the waitress was a little too pushy. We felt they kept trying to push the special on us and then when my friend was looking at the menu trying to decide, the waitress kept pointing things out saying “this is nice, have this, that’s nice have that!!” Also very rushed to clear the finished plates up. Very pushy!

It's the best cafe in the area for sure. Been going there for 8 years now. It never disappoint. The food, the portion, the drinks, the play area, the staff,everything is just 5 star.

The food is always freshly made and served hot with quick service and the staff are always polite and friendly. The only negative is that the staff are far too quick to clear the plates away while you’re talking with other people on your table and they are still eating. It makes you feel like they are rushing you to finish and leave.

I would give it 6* if I could 😊

Love this place, we visit often for lunch with the kids. Great food and varied menu, good portions, super quick service and friendly staff. A small kids play area is an added bonus. Meals are a little overpriced though.

So far I have enjoyed every time I've been to Coffee Break, the staff are so kind, attentive and friendly. The meals are always fresh, taste wonderful and well presented. I ordered through Deliveroo on a day I couldn't come out; I placed the order and I had to call them to make sure an ingredient wasn't added to a dish and they got it right, no confusion, no mistake. Thank you!

Great freshly prepared food. The first I visted I had an amazing Spanish Omelette, Chips and Salad with a latte. The service was friendly and effecient.

Lovely local cafe that is a real hub in the local community. Staff are quick, friendly and attentive. Food is tasty and arrives quickly in my experience. There's a wide variety of food on offer, from traditional breakfasts to wraps, salads and speciality dishes.

A good go to choice that is consistent, clean and always open when others aren’t, especially on Bank holidays.

This is by far one of the best cafès you will go to. It is reasonably priced, portion sizes are bigger than the majority of other cafès. The breakfasts and lunch is amazing. This is a place you must go to!!!

Coffee break is my usual one. I like to pop for a tea and brownie sometimes 😅 is just so delicious, if not, I usually have avocado,chicken,bacon&mayonnaise pannini, served with chips as I love it, is one of my favourite ones,the portions are big and the quality of food is outstanding, much better then many expensive places in London. The other day I decided to take my family with me for lunch as they come to visit me for Christmas and we tried the jacket potatoes,salad, fried egg on toast, English breakfast, cakes and pancakes and we all where very happy, as the food is so fresh and really good presented. It was very pleasant as always. The staff is also very warm and welcoming they do all they can to make you feel comfortable and this is really appreciate on this days. My family was impressed by the portions of food and quality, I'm glad there I took them here and cannot wait to be back again!! Thank you so much Coffee break and see you soon. PS. they also have a little play area for little ones, wich is so good to keep them busy wile having lunch out,

Very poor service. Tried a smoothie which was undrinkable and didn’t taste of anything apart from lime. To be told they couldn’t do anything about it as it’s from a packet mix. Not fresh ingredients. And if I didn’t like it, that was my problem. I won’t go there again.

Catch-up with the girls and this cafe never disappoints. We have been coming here, as a group, for a couple of years now and love the ambiance and service. Had the smoked salmon breakfast which comes with salad, my favourite. A lovely couple of hours well spent.

Absolutely Family friendly coffee. My Mediterranean breakfast was very delicious, service was very fast. Waitresses are happy and helpfully. My son, who is 1.5 years old spent very good time his self here so I enjoyed and relaxed in my breakfast. I tried latte and was delicious. Takeaway cup for coffee is high quality and it is very important for me, because I am carrying buggy with other hand. I can recommend here and will organize a playdate day with my son’s friends

Ordered a baguette and my daughter a panini , ordered a side portion of fries very Luke warm coffee yuk forgot the fries still got charged service is gone downhill didn't refund me the fries , shall not be ordering from them again very expensive , we are not in Knightsbridge we are in winchmore hill

Great local place to grab a coffee and sit outside and watch everything go by. We return regularly.

Good food but one toilet per gender isn’t enough considering how many people this cafe fits. Shouldn’t have to queue for a toilet!

I've never been to Coffee Break before, however I've walked/driven past many times and it is always very busy. After my experience I can see why. The menu is very vast, and prices are reasonable for what you order. You don't have to wait very long for your food to arrive either. The service was pretty swift too. I have given 4 stars mainly because the waitress who served us didn't seem to happy, when she brought our drinks and cutlery it was essentially just plonked on the table and when taking our order she seemed quite moody. Unfortunately service is just as important as the food, however I wouldn't let this put you off dining here, I'm sure she was just having an off moment and the food here is very decent.

What's happened. New owners? All staff changed. Had breakfast 4 people cost £65 ! Ridiculous. I had gritty spinach, found a stone in it! Staff not concerned, no offer of a refund. Shame, it used to be so nice.

Nice family-run cafe with a decently sized menu. We've been coming here for brunch and lunch for ages. The quality is steady, the service brisk and the staff polite, plus the whole place is spotlessly clean.
