Love this place. Choice of milk or dark chocolate in my mocha. Had the best birthday brunch ever here.

We went to Coffee at Kiwi House on Saturday afternoon and had the loveliest meal. It’s so nice to be able to have the choice of their entire menu all day. Friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely be back soon 🌟

Sadly we are moving to the far side of Kent this week so our favourite coffee shop is no longer a regular spot on our calendar. Having been here often over the past few years it's still our favourite place with the best coffee. Sandwiches and baguettes are gorgeous staff are very friendly and it's no wonder it has 5 stars. Will still visit when back in town just not so often

Really good coffee shop, close to 5 stars. File under "Recommended." The quality of the food on our 4 plates was of a high standard. My ham & cheese panino was nicely done, but I'd have liked a little more salad. I'm a big fan of chutney on this type of panino, so maybe something for CaKH to consider? The service was very good (& friendly) so I'm pretty sure that if I'd asked for some post-facto, they'd have been happy to provide. My eccentric friend asked for mayo, mustard & tomato sauce on his English breakfast & they brought them without breaking stride. The coffee was well up to par, the cakes same but my banana loaf with butter was really great. The place is kitted out very pleasantly. Mix of wooden tables & softer furnishings. One oddity: says 4pm closure on the door outside but we were kicked out before 3.30pm. We'd have liked to have stayed even longer. All in all, a nice result.

What a wonderful place - not only is it located in the most lovely village and has great interior and kind and helpful staff, but also offers the most incredible cakes, with an excellent offer of gluten free cakes.

This is a fabulous lovely run family restaurant. I go regularly for breakfast or lunch. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is fabulous, they serve gluten free and are so helpful to suite any eating specials. It’s my favourite place to eat out. I almost didn’t put a review on line as I want to keep it my secret in case I can’t get a table next time I go !

Ordered a birthday tea to include sandwiches , cake and mini scones for my mothers 92nd birthday. The tea to take away came in a box and was beautifully laid out inside with a cool cloth to keep the sandwiches fresh . It was all delicious , the quantities were just right ,very well presented and special requests were no trouble. Highly recommended. A great family business in Limpsfield

Just wow. The service at Coffee at Kiwi House is only matched by their delicious food. Today I explained to Sean that as a person with Coeliac disease I’d had to stop drinking coffee where the steamer is also used for non-coeliac safe milk like oat milk (some are GF but a load aren’t & also some people also react to oats directly). ‘No problem’ was the answer & he proceeded to make me a beautiful flat white with milk steamed from a separate non-contaminated steamer. And said from now on that’s going to stay in contaminated. People w Coeliac disease come get your coffee (& cake) here! We recently visited here for a family Birthday and everything about it was first class. In making the booking all our emails we’re replied to promptly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On the day the table was ready for us and all our requests were met. The people were very friendly and at short notice they even did some candles for us. The food was homemade and very nice and what we didn’t manage to eat we could take home with us. We will definitely be visiting here again.

I enjoy coming here when I want to relax with a hot chocolate, a toasted tea cake and my kindle. Simple needs, perfectly delivered.

Me and the wife had never been to Limpsfeild and stumbled on this lovely cafe. You can tell it's run with care and love. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and the staff cannot do enough to help. The place was busy and food was delicious. Well worth a visit!

Have eaten here twice this week following recommendation from the family. Great coffee served hot and a good choice of lunchtime type food, Cake is to die for! Staff are very pleasant and friendly. and we liked the atmosphere.

Brilliant service, tasty gluten free options and made me feel very welcome. I have Coeliac Disease & have had superb GF cakes here. The cafe also has a separate toaster & cakes are kept under domes so cross-contamination is minimised.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the ham and pea quiche. It was the day's special when I visited. This was served with an undressed side-salad and some nice creamy coleslaw. Kiwi is a popular local hang - out so booking ahead is recommended. Especially during Covid.

Stopped by for breakfast for the first time in a while. The restaurant was clean and bright and service polite and attentive. The breakfast however, was the star, one of the best eggs benedict I’ve had for a long time and my wife’s French toast with maple syrup was, she said delicious and accompanied by a generous portion of fresh fruit. Very impressive for a small local cafe. We will certainly be back again soon.

We ordered the Mothers Day afternoon tea for x4 adults and a child's tea.it was well organised and packaged in a nice box with a bow.Good quality sandwiches and they let me change some of the fillings, tasty quiche, lovely scones and cakes.Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I do love Kiwi House. Always friendly and inviting. When we can go in, it's great for a brunch or slice of cake with coffee. I'd recommend the posh cheese on toast! When in lockdown, we've ordered some delicious cakes for birthdays and celebrations. And of course it's always possible to get a takeaway.

Popped In for brunch. Can’t believe we’ve never bothered to come here before!It’s clean, the staff are lovely and the food was so good.We each had a panini which came with a side salad and crisps. My first visit today and will not be my last! What a gem of a place in this picturesque village. Calm decor, delicious cakes, lunches, smoothies, cosy seating all make for a very pleasurable visit. I look forward to returning!

We love Kiwi House, it is our go-to place! Everything from the delicious freshly brewed coffee and the best almond croissants ever, to the scrummy scrambled eggs with avocado and tomato on toast, to the gorgeous sticky ginger cake what’s not to like! We had quite a few takeaway orders during lockdown which were all great. Really lovely to see it open again. Big thanks and shoutout to the lovely Hayley, Sean and Theresa for giving us such a little gem.

We love the cakes! My wife is coeliac and she thinks Kiwi House has the best gluten free cakes anywhere. They also have lots of dairy-free options, and great light lunches.This is a lovely family-run cafe, and very child friendly - they even have books to entertain them. We always have a great time when we visit.

The cakes here are fantastic and are some of the best we have ever had - certainly in the area where there is admittedly stiff competition. There is a rotating selection of slices and traybakes, and we've ordered full cakes for birthdays and special treats - all very much recommended from the lighter lime & coconut or raspberry & white chocolate, through to the Oreo cakes and walnut & honey cakes.

Really really excellent place. I should start by saying that we used them for the first time during lockdown as they were doing takeaway lunch bundles. They were really great and it was so nice to be able to collect a treat on our daily walk.Recently I emailed asking for a birthday cake for my girlfriend's birthday and they could not have been more helpful. Communication was excellent, the options were plentiful, and the cake itself was genuinely outstanding. A chocolate orange cake which wasn't sickly. The sponge was so light, everyone who ate some thought it was amazing. We've since ordered another, different, cake for my Mum's birthday. A really good, local, business which have been doing great things during lockdown. We will continue to use them. Please support your local businesses.

I love Coffee at Kiwi House. Theresa, Hayley and Sean are so friendly and helpful. We went regularly before the lockdown for excellent coffee and Sean’s home made cakes. Recently, we have been enjoying takeaway quiche, scones (truly delicious) and traybakes and it has been wonderful to have superb quality freshly made and safely collected treats. The posh cheese on toast is a particular family favourite both in the cafe and as takeaway.

I ordered some lovely panini and tray bakes for a takea way lunch a few weeks ago and nothing could have beeen easier and nicer. I emailed my order, paid before hand and picked up muy order at the front , all hot andfresh for me to take away. For coffees and cakes you can just turn up. They have been open Weds to Saturdays in recent weeks for takeaways and I cannot praise them enough.

I ordered gluten free scones and cake for us to have on Father's Day. The pick up was very efficient and the food delicious. We will definitely be back for more orders and hopefully in person after lockdown.

Our family enjoy the delights of the Kiwi House at least once a week and we have been able to continue to do so during "lockdown" which has been a bonus.The flat whites made by Sean are the best for miles around but a visit is always much more than just the coffee!The selection of freshly baked cakes is amazing and most of them are gluten free as well which suits our son who is a coeliac. The breakfast and lunch menu also offer great variety and value for money, all of the dishes are freshly made and with that home cooked feel and taste which makes it feel like a personal experience. i could not recommend the Kiwi House highly enough, a lovely friendly atmosphere with great value refreshments. Theresa , Hayley and Sean really have thought of everything - even the dog gets free treats! Thanks guys.

They have been brilliant during lockdown keeping all their regular customers supplied with their superb takeaway food. They are the only cafe in the area to serve a good selection of gluten free food. They make fabulous gluten free and ordinary cakes and pastries. I can’t wait until they are able to open again and we can all once again enjoy visiting our favourite place eat

Kiwi House became our weekly special treat through lockdown. Starting with delicious egg and bacon baguettes on a Saturday and then branching out to include yummy cakes and 'specials', as well as a superb Mother's Day afternoon tea and equally superb Father's Day Lunch, all to take away. The process couldnt have been easier from ordering to pick up, but it was the presentation and attention to detail that made the difference. We have always used Kiwi in the past because of the great coffees and cakes, but pleased to see the professionalism they put behind continuing to provide great customer service during the lockdown.

Ordered special Fathers Day tea. Excellent selection of sandwiches and cakes together with scones. All home made and more than enough for everyone. Would totally recommend and we will be looking at working our way through the rest of the menu!

I enjoyed my tea there. I would have liked a pot of coffee. I was rather put off by the lack of the male gender among the customers. A balanced gender atmosphere is always preferred.

Great coffee house in a lovely village, the staff are friendly and the food & coffee is great, we had a breakfast but next time we need to try a cake as they looked lovely. The food is cooked fresh so may take a minute longer but that’s a good thing. There were quite a few people who were out for walks and popped in. They are also dog friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

We’ve just enjoyed a delicious brunch of scrambled eggs (cooked to perfection) sausage/smoked salmon followed with coffees, cheese scones and toasted tea cake. It couldn’t have been better. Although we didn’t have cakes, they certainly looked scrumptious A lovely space to chill out in and good friendly service. Thank you.

We went here for tea and cake for my birthday. Home made gluten free cakes are amazing. So nice to find somewhere that has gluten free cake that isn't mass produced in a plastic wrapper. Very good value for money.

We love Kiwi House Coffee. It has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The decor is dreamy - country, modern, chic. The cakes are delectable, the coffee better than any other coffee house, the other food is very yummy and a great choice for a coffee shop. I love the snug. If I owned a coffee shop it would be just like this one.

In between appointments today and I needed food to keep me going for a while. First visit here, great coffee and a delicious avocado, tomato, scrambled eggs with buttered toast. Relaxing atmosphere, good decor, helpful staff. Peaceful too. I’m now ready for the rest of my day.

We have been visiting regularly for some months and i believe my wife did a review at some stage but i thought i should do another so exceptional is the food/drink service and ambience at this beautiful cafe/restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing atmosphere unencumbered by screaming unruly children, barking dogs and dozens of people rammed into too smaller place, even when its crowded it seems to maintain an atmosphere of tranquility and calm, the service is always good and courteous and the choice of food is excellent, healthy salads make a lovely change but i admit that i have become besotted with the Posh Toast and barely a week goes by without me enjoying it at least once, the coffee is lovely as are the cakes although as a diabetic i'm not really supposed to eat them, my wife however can't exist without her cake so i tend to have something as well. It has become our first choice for lunch and i would like to take this opportunity to say what a brilliant job you have done with this establishment and thank you for all the lovely food and drink we have had. It is wonderful to see somewhere like this flourish in this day and age, long may you continue.

We were going to be in this area so my husband researched the best place to have breakfast on TripAdvisor. This place came top of the list so we decided this was the place and of course the name was also a big drawcard to a couple of kiwis. It was very busy so there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. My scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado was delicious and very generous. My husband had a sausage and onion baguette which he really enjoyed. The hot chocolate was perfect. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Obviously the place to go as was so busy and buzzing. Can recommend a visit to this wonderfully named little cafe.

We've been here a few times now and it's never disappointed. The goats cheese and walnut salad is delicious and the cheese scones are big bundles of warm, soft cheesey tastiness. A great place for a coffee or bite to eat.

You can’t beat breakfast at Kiwi House! The porridge is better than any I have had,even my own, and the scrambled eggs, Avon and tomatoes with toast are just delicious.
