Codswallop in Central Bedfordshire

Decided to grab dinner from the van, wish we hadn't bothered. Chips were tough, not even sure how that is possible. They were so crunchy and didn't taste of potato, not sure how many times they had been recooked, but they were dry. Fish didn't flake off and was solid, batter was tough Left most of the chips and the fish was thrown after trying to eat half. Stomach didn't feel well throughout the night. Not sure what has happened as previously the quality was ok. Won't be going back

We had haddock, chips and mushy peas from the mobile van in Kimbolton. They were the worst fish and chips, peas we have ever had. Chips weren't cooked, batter on the fish was disgusting and the peas were cold. Defnite rip off.

Everyone loved the fish and chips. Was able to cater quickly and efficiently for 63 people from the van in the car park by the hired hall. Thanks so much! Would recommended.

You need to try these. Light crispy batter and lovely moist fish. The chips were just like you remember when you were a kid!

Always lovely to get food from the van, Carrie and Greg are always smiling and there is always a queue. Even if you have to wait a little while they always chat and are lovely. Would recommend

we usually have the fish bites and pineapple fritters with chips, on occasion sausage in batter or cod. loads of food for a good price , great chip van .

It's very good to have a fish and chip van visit the village, and to have one that has such good quality and service is a bonus you will not find any better.😃

What a treat, the van comes to the village every Thursday and we all look forward to seeing them and sampling their delightful fish and chips. All cooked freshly to order. Curry sauce or gravy add to the experience.
